سورة الفاتحة

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم

I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed devil.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

الحمد لله رب العالمين

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds.

Praise be to God, the Lord of the worlds.

الرحمن الرحيم

The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful

مالك يوم الدين

Master of the Day of Judgment.

إياك نعبد وإياك نستعين

You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help.

إهدنا الصراط المستقيم

Guide us to the straight path.

لا تقرأ اهد اهدي

Do not read, give a gift.

إهدنا الصراط المستقيم

فخم اهدينا الصراط المستقيم

صراط الذين أنعمت عليهم

The path of those whom You have favored.

The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor.

أنعمت أغلط أنا تفتن النور

I was blessed, I made a mistake, I am captivated by the light.

أنعمت كيف تقرأوه

How do you read it?

صراط الذين أنعمت عليهم

The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor.

العين ما وضحته أنعمت بالعين

The eye, what you made clear, has been graced with the eye.

أنعمت عليهم

You have bestowed upon them.

غير المغضوب عليهم ولا الضالين

not those who have incurred [Your] wrath, nor of those who have gone astray.

ولا الضالين

Nor those who have gone astray.

قليل محبوب عليهم

A little beloved among them.

ولا الضالين

Nor the misguided.
