قال عن النبي عليه أفضل الصلاة والسلام حسان ابن ثابت

Hassan ibn Thabit said about the Prophet, peace be upon him.

أغر عليه للنبوة خاتم من الله مشهود يلوح ويشهد

"A seal from God for prophethood has been revealed to him, a witness that shines and testifies."

وضم الإله اسم النبي إلى اسمه

And God included the name of the Prophet with His name.

إذ قال في الخمس المؤذن أشهد

"When the caller to prayer says during the five (daily prayers) 'I bear witness...'"

وشق له من اسمه كي يجله فد العرش محمود وهذا محمد

"And a part of His name was made for Him to exalt Him; for the Throne is Mahmood and this is Muhammad."

اللهم إنا نشهد أن محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم

O Allah, we bear witness that Muhammad, peace be upon him.

قد أدى الأمانة وبلغ الرسالة ونصح الأمة

He fulfilled the trust, conveyed the message, and advised the nation.

فاللهم اكشف يا رب به الغمة

O Allah, relieve us from this distress.

هناخد فاصل ونرجع مرة تانية

We'll take a break and come back again.

سلام يا رسول الله

Peace be upon you, O Messenger of Allah.

سلام يا حبيب الله

Hello, O beloved of God.

سلام يا نبي الله

Peace be upon you, O Prophet of God.

سلام يا رسول الله

Peace be upon you, O Messenger of God.

يا نبي الرحمة جل من سواك

O Prophet of mercy, exalted is He who created you.

يا شفيع الأمة خصنا بهواك

O intercessor of the nation, we are blessed by your love.

فيك تمحى الظلمة نهتدي بهداك

"In you, darkness is erased; we find guidance in your light."

نهتدي بهداك

We are guided by your guidance.

أيها المعشوق يا عذب الغرام

O beloved, O sweet of passion.

هك قلبي قد أتى يتل سلامي

"My heart has come to greet my peace."

رحمة منك تدلت وتجلى

A mercy from You has descended and revealed itself.

منك نور وعليه القلب صلى

From you comes light, and upon it, the heart prays.

سلام يا رسول الله

Peace be upon you, O Messenger of Allah.

سلام يا حبيب الله

Hello, dear of God.

سلام يا نبي الله

Peace be upon you, O Prophet of God.

سلام يا رسول الله

Peace be upon you, O Messenger of God.

رفرف أيها قلب وانضي

Flutter, oh heart, and move on.

نحو المدينة

Towards the city.

فالهوى هناك أهدي هناك فرضي

For love is there; I dedicate it there, so it is pleasing.

رت الحنيني واحتضن هناك خذ حنيني

The henna has been arranged and embraced there, take my henna.

يا ختام الأنبياء إن عمري واسنيني

O Seal of the Prophets, my age and my years.

وردة وأنت ما إليت شعري يا يقيني

"A rose, and you have not neglected my poetry, O my certainty."

إن في اللقاء شفاء فيه سرري

Indeed, in the meeting, there is healing; it is my secret.

يا ختام الوحي يا مسك الهدايا

O seal of revelation, O musk of gifts.

يا جمالا قد غدا للخلق آيا

Oh beauty that has become a sign for creation.

رحمة منك تدلت وتجلى

Your mercy descended and manifested.

ورجعنا لكم مرة تانية وبنحتفل النهاردة بالمولد النبوي الشريف كل عام وأنتم بخير

We are back with you again, and today we are celebrating the Prophet's birthday. Happy New Year to you all!

فضلتك نقول إيه للناس اللي بتقول لنا دلوقتي

What should we say to the people who are telling us right now?

إن الاحتفال بخير

The celebration is good.

بالمولد النبوي بدعة

The Prophet's birthday is an innovation.

بسم الله والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا رسول الله وبعض

In the name of Allah, peace and blessings be upon our master, the Messenger of Allah, and what follows.

كثير من الناس يختلف في مثل هذه الأيام من كل عام

Many people differ during such days every year.

عن حكم الاحتفال بسيدنا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

About the ruling on celebrating our Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

وبذكر مولده عليه أفضل الصلاة والسلام

And mentioning his birth, may the best prayers and peace be upon him.

يطرى الاحتفال بسيدنا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

The celebration of our Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

والاحتفال بمولد سيدنا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

And the celebration of the birth of our Prophet, peace be upon him.

بدعة حرام ما نعملهوش

It's an innovation that is forbidden, we should not do it.

ولا هو فعل طيب وفعل طاع ممكن نعملها

And it is not a good deed, and an act of obedience that we can perform.

أنا عايز أقول إنه ربنا نحن نحن نحن نحن

I want to say that God is us, we are us, we are us, we are us.

إن سبحانه وتعالى في القرآن الكريم شرع لنا الفرحة في شيئين أو أمرين

Indeed, He, Blessed and Exalted, has legislated for us joy in two things or matters in the Holy Quran.

قل بفضل الله وبرحمته فبذلك فليفرحوا

Say, "By the grace of Allah and His mercy, let them rejoice in that."

ونبينا المصطفى صلى الله عليه وآله وصحبه وسلم

And our Prophet, the Chosen One, may Allah bless him and his family and companions.

إنما هو رحمة ليس لنا فحسب ولكن كما قال الله تبارك تعالى

"It is nothing but a mercy, not just for us, but as Allah, the Exalted, has said."

وما أرسلناك إلا رحمة للعالمين

"And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds."

إذن مشروع أن نفرح برحمة الله عز وجل

So it's a project to rejoice in the mercy of God, the Almighty.

والنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أرسل رحمة لنا ولكل الخلق

And the Prophet, peace be upon him, was sent as a mercy to us and to all creation.

لذلك الفرح بميلاد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

So, the joy of the birth of the Prophet, peace be upon him.

والبهجة والاحتفال بمولده صلى الله عليه وسلم

The joy and celebration of His birth, may peace be upon him.

جائز ومشروع إذ أن الله تبارك تعالى نص على ذلك

It is permissible and lawful, as Allah, Blessed and Exalted, has stated it.

لكن أنا حابب أستطرق لسؤال يكون أوضح من كذا

But I would like to ask a question that is clearer than this.

يعني بعد ما نختلف كل سنة ونقول يا طالب نحتفل بمولد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

It means that after we argue every year and say, "O student, we celebrate the Prophet's birthday."

ولا نحتفل شيء تعالوا نصغر السؤال من جديد ونقول

And we don't celebrate anything, let's rephrase the question and say.

كيف نحتفل؟

How do we celebrate?

كيف نحتفل بسيدنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم؟

How do we celebrate our Master the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him?

يعني بعد ما تجب المشكلة كل سنة لاحتفال حرام ولا مش حرام

Does it mean that if the problem comes every year, is it forbidden to celebrate or not?

نعدي السؤال

Let's skip the question.

ده الناس بتحتفل بأعياد ميلادها

These people are celebrating their birthdays.

أعياد ميلاد ولادها

Her children's birthdays.

مش هنحتفل بسيد الخلق عليه وسلم

We will not celebrate the Master of Creatures, peace be upon him.

السؤال المطروح والأفضل كيف نحتفل ونحتفل بسيدنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم

The question raised is how we should celebrate and honor our Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

عشان كده أنا بقول من هذا المنبر يا أخوانا

That's why I say from this platform, my brothers.

أي حد هيجي في الأيام دي يدرس سيرة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

Anyone who comes in these days to study the biography of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

ويعلم أولاده حديثاً من أحاديث سيدنا رسول الله

And he teaches his children a hadith from our Master the Messenger of Allah.

احتفالاً بالذكرى العطرة

In celebration of the fragrant anniversary.

لا يستطيع أحد كأنه من كان أن يقول أن هذا أمر مبتدأ وأن هذا أمر حرام

No one can say, regardless of who they are, that this is a matter that is new or that this matter is forbidden.

لكن كون أن نجتمع على ضلالات أو خرافات أو بدع والكلام ده

But the fact that we gather around delusions, myths, or innovations, and talk about this.

وطبعاً في أي وقت وفي أي مكان

And of course, at any time and in any place.

هذا محرم في دين الله محرم وعند سيدنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم

This is forbidden in the religion of God and according to our master the Messenger of God, peace be upon him.

فصياغة السؤال نحتفل ولا نحتفل أود أن لا نتطرق إليها مرة أخرى

So the formulation of the question whether we celebrate or not, I would like us not to touch on it again.

لا العالم كله ده احنا لازم فضلتك

No, the whole world is not like this; we need your kindness.

ما هي مشكلة الزمان

What is the problem of time?

حاجات كتة أساسية

Basic essential needs

كل ما بيجي المناسبة لازم نسألها

Whenever there is an occasion, we must ask her.

وكأن مدار الدنيا كلها على الاحتفال بسيدنا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

As if the entire world revolves around the celebration of our Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

لا تعالوا يا أخوانا نعيد صياغة السؤال المجيد ونقول كيف نحتفل ونحتفل بسيدنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم

Let's not come, my brothers, to rephrase the glorious question and say how do we celebrate and commemorate our Master, the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him.

الاحتفال المشروع أن تدرس سيرته صلى الله عليه وسلم

The legitimate celebration is to study his biography, peace be upon him.

أن تعلم أولادك وأزوجتك وأبنائك وجيرانك حديثاً من أحاديث سيدنا رسول الله

To teach your children, wives, sons, and neighbors a حديث (saying) from our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

تعالوا نتخلق بأخلاق سيدنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم

Let's adopt the morals of our Master, the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him.

نقلده بأخلاقه

We emulate him in his morals.

صلى الله عليه وسلم

Peace be upon him.

هو هذا الاحتفال المشروع لا أحد يستطيع

This is the legitimate celebration that no one can.

أن ينكر هذا على شخص

To deny this to a person.

لكن الاحتفال مثلا

But the celebration, for example.

بدقة الطبول أو الرقص

With the precision of drums or dance.

أو التميل لا أحد أيضا يختلف

Or the tilt, no one else disagrees.

هو الأكيد حرام

It is definitely forbidden.

المولد اللي كنا نعرفه

The birth that we used to know.

زمان بقى اللي كان بيبقى فيه

There was a time when it used to be.

مخالفة شرعية كتير

A lot of religious violations.

أي مخالفة شرعية سواء في ذكرى

Any legal violation, whether in remembrance.

مولد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أو بعيد عن ذكرى

The birth of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, or far from the commemoration.

النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم هذا طبعا أمر

The Prophet, peace be upon him, this is of course a matter.

مبتدع ولا يجوز لكن أن نجلس

It is an innovation and it is not permissible, but we can sit.

مجلسا نذكر فيه صيرة النبي

A council in which we mention the biography of the Prophet.

صلى الله عليه وسلم أن نجلس مجلسا

Peace be upon him that we sit in a gathering.

نصلي فيه على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

We pray in it for the Prophet, peace be upon him.

أن نتدارس

To study together.

صيرته صلى الله عليه وسلم

His character, peace be upon him.

أن نتعلم خلقا من أخلاقه

To learn one of His virtues.

صلى الله عليه وسلم هذا أمر

Peace be upon him, this is a command.

مشروع في هذه الأيام وفي غيرها

A project these days and at other times.

نعم جزاكم الله خير

Yes, may God reward you well.

الله يبير فيك

May God bless you.

طب كلمنا إزاي كرم الله

So how did Karam Allah speak to us?

سبحانه وتعالى النبي محمد

Glory be to Him, and exalted is the Prophet Muhammad.

صلى الله عليه وسلم

Peace be upon him.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الحمد لله رب العالمين

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds.

والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين

And peace and blessings be upon the noblest of the messengers.

سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين

Our lord Muhammad and his family and companions altogether.

كل عام وأنتم بخير

Happy New Year!

بمناسبة ذكرى ميلاد الحبيب المصطفى صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم

On the occasion of the birthday of the beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family).

تعالوا بنا ونحن في ذكرى المولد ومولد الذكرى

Come with us as we celebrate the anniversary of the birth and the birth of remembrance.

مع مولد النور ونور المولد

With the birth of light and the light of the birth.

في مثل هذه الأيام في ربيع الأول الأنور

In such days of the bright month of Rabi' al-Awwal.

بيحتفل المسلمون في مشارق الأرض ومغاربها

Muslims celebrate in the east and west of the earth.

بذكرى ميلاد الحبيب صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم

On the anniversary of the birth of the beloved, peace be upon him and his family.

لأن الله سبحانه وتعالى كرمه وشرفه وعظمه

Because God, the Blessed and Exalted, has honored him and made him great.

تكريما وتشريفا ما كرمه لأحد من خلقه من قبله ولا من بعده

As an honor and a distinction, he has not honored anyone among His creation before him or after him.

وتكريم الله سبحانه وتعالى لنبيه المصطفى صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم

And the honoring of Allah, the Exalted, to His chosen Prophet, may peace and blessings be upon him and his family.

تكريما عظيما جليلا ممتدا إلى أبد الأبدين

A عظيما جليلا تكريما extending to eternity.

عندما نجد أن القرآن الكريم وصف النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

When we find that the Holy Quran described the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

بأنه الرحمة للعالمين

"That He is a mercy for the worlds."

قال وما أرسلناك إلا رحمة للعالمين

He said, "And We have not sent you except as a mercy to the worlds."

وهو صلى الله عليه وسلم الموصوف في القرآن الكريم

He, peace be upon him, is described in the Noble Quran.

بأنه رحمة للمؤمنين بالمؤمنين رؤوف الرحيم

"Indeed, He is a mercy for the believers; He is compassionate and merciful to the believers."

وهو صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم الموصوف أنه منه

And he, peace be upon him and his family, is described as being from Him.

لقد منى الله على المؤمنين

God has bestowed His grace upon the believers.

إذ بعث فيهم رسولا من أنفسهم يتلو عليهم آياته ويزكيهم ويعلمهم الكتابة والحكمة

When He sent among them a messenger from themselves, who recited to them His verses and purified them and taught them the scripture and wisdom.

�ات ونصيحة وأنفسهم سeden hooked لهذا الحكم، وÍK馥ك كالسாينة

وفهو منه من هوا من الله سبحانه وتعالى على هذه الأمة

"And it is from Him, from the mercy of Allah, the Exalted, upon this nation."

وموصوف سبحانه وتعالى في القرآن الكريم بأنه الشاهد والمبشر والبشير والنذير

And He is described, blessed and exalted be He, in the Holy Quran as the witness, the bearer of good tidings, the giver of glad tidings, and the warner.

فقال الله يا أيها النبي إنا أرسلناك شاهدا ومبشرا ونذيرا وداعيا إلى الله به إذنه

And Allah said, "O Prophet, indeed We have sent you as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner, and one who calls to Allah by His permission."

وسراجا��게 المنير

"And a shining lamp."

ووصفه ربه سبحانه وتعالى بأنه السراج المنير وداعيا إلى الله بإذنه وسراجاً منير

And his Lord, Glory be to Him, described him as the luminous lamp and a caller to God by His permission, a shining lamp.

ماذا حصل بسراج المنير؟

What happened to the illuminating lamp?

الله سبحانه وتعالى يصف النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بأنه كأنه نور وكأنه ضياء وكأنه منير صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم

Allah, the Exalted and Mighty, describes the Prophet, peace be upon him, as if he is light, as if he is radiance, as if he is illuminating. Peace be upon him and his family.

لأنه نور كما قال في آية أخرى لقد جاءكم من الله نور وكتاب مبين

Because He is light, as mentioned in another verse: "Indeed, there has come to you from Allah a light and a clear Book."

فالنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم نور مادي وحسي على الحقيقة

The Prophet, peace be upon him, is a real material and sensory light.

يعني في الآية دي ربنا سبحانه وتعالى بيتكلم عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه هو نور

In this verse, God Almighty is talking about the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as being light.

لقد جاءكم من الله نور هو النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وكتاب مبين هو القرآن الكريم

A light has come to you from Allah, which is the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and a clear Book, which is the Holy Quran.

نور حتى يعني لا يقول أحد أنها يعني المقصود بها نور معنوي

Nour means that no one should say it refers to a metaphorical light.

لا نور معنوي ونور حسي كيف ذلك ألم تقل السيدة آمنة والدة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

There is no spiritual light and physical light, how is that? Did not Sayyida Amina, the mother of the Prophet, peace be upon him, say?

وهي تصف وتقول وخرج مني نور أضاء لي كسور بصرة والشام

She describes and says, "A light emerged from me that illuminated the ruins of Basra and Sham."

هو ذا كان في الحقيقة ولا رؤية؟

Was it really him or just a vision?

لا في الرؤية يعني ما هي تقول وخرج

No, in the vision means what she says and leaves.

وهي حامل في شافة رؤية نور بيخرج منها للدنيا كلها

She is pregnant with a vision of light coming out to the whole world.

فهذا النور هو النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

This light is the Prophet, peace be upon him.

فهذا يعني دليل على أنه صلى الله عليه وسلم نور على الحقيقة

This means evidence that he, may peace be upon him, is truly a light.

وده كان بشرة ليها أن المولود ده مش هيكون إنسان عادي

This was a sign for her that the newborn would not be an ordinary human.

هيبقى حد مميز جدا

He will be someone very special.

لأن مش طبيعي أن أي واحدة حامل تشوف مثل هذه الرؤية

Because it's not normal for any pregnant woman to have such a vision.

لا كانت من الإرحاصات التي توضح وتبين أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

It was not one of the signs that clarify and indicate that the Prophet, peace be upon him...

أو أن هذا الغلام أو هذا المولود سيكون له شأن عظيم

Or that this boy or this newborn will have a great destiny.

بلغ من تكريم الله سبحانه وتعالى لنبيه صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم

The honor bestowed upon the Prophet, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him and his family, by Allah, the Exalted.

مبلغا عظيما فزكاه الله سبحانه وتعالى في عقله فقال وما صاحبكم بمنون

A great amount, and Allah Almighty blessed him in his mind, saying: "And your companion is not mad."

وقال ما ضل صاحبكم وما غوى زكاه في فؤاده فقال ما كذب الفؤاد ما رأى

And he said, "Your companion has neither strayed nor erred." He affirmed it in his heart, and he said, "The heart did not lie about what it saw."

وزكاه في لسانه فقال وما ينطق عن الهوى وزكاه في معلمه فقال علمه شديد القوى

"And he praised him with his tongue, saying, 'Nor does he speak from [his own] desire.' And he praised him in his teaching, saying, 'He taught him with intense knowledge.'"

وزكاه في شرعه فقال وما ينطق عن الهوى إن هو إلا وحي يوحى

"And he does not speak out of desire. It is not but a revelation revealed."

وزكاه في رحمته فقال بالمؤمنين رؤوف الرحيم وزكاه كله فقال وإنك لعلى خلق عظيم

"And He praised him in His mercy, saying: 'He is compassionate and merciful to the believers.' And He praised him entirely, saying: 'And indeed, you are upon great conduct.'"

والذي يوضح لنا هذه المكانة العظيمة لأن الذي يعرف قدر النبي أو لا يعرف قدر النبي إلا الرب العلي سبحانه وتعالى

What illustrates this great status for us is that only the Lord Most High, Glory be to Him, truly knows the worth of the Prophet.

النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول إنما مثلي ومثل الأنبياء قبلي كمثل رجل بنا بنيان يمثل ويجسد لنا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

The Prophet, peace be upon him, says: "My example and the example of the prophets before me is like a man who built a structure."

مع باقي الأنبياء

With the rest of the prophets.

رجل بنا بنيان جدران من الطوب فأكمله وحسنه إلا موضع لبنة موضع طوبة

A man built a structure of brick walls; he completed it and beautified it except for the place of one brick.

فجعل الناس يمرون بهذا البناء العظيم ويقولون ويفرحون ويعجبون من هذا البناء العظيم المشيد على هذه الفخامة الكبيرة العظيمة

People pass by this great building and say, rejoice, and marvel at this magnificent structure built with such grand splendor.

وينظرون إلى هذه اللبنة المشموجودة فيقولون هل وضعت هذه اللبنة يعني يكتمل لهذا البناء جماله وكماله وفخامته

They look at this brick that is present and say, "Was this brick placed to complete the beauty, perfection, and grandeur of this building?"

يقول النبي فأنا اللبنة وأنا خاتم النبي المكمل والمتمم صلى الله عليه وسلم وخاتم الأنبياء والمرسلين

The Prophet says, "I am the brick and I am the seal of the Prophets, the one who completes and perfects. Peace be upon him, and the seal of the Prophets and Messengers."

خرج صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ويبين لنا مكانته وفضله ويتحدث عن نفسه من باب أن الله أمره أن يتحدث عن نفسه ليس من باب الكبر ولا من باب الفخر

He خرج صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم and clarifies his status and virtue, speaking about himself because God commanded him to do so, not out of arrogance or pride.

ولكن من باب أن الله أمره

But from the perspective that God commanded him.

ويطبق أمره

"And His command is executed."

يبلغ أمره أنه سيد الأولين والأخري

His command is that he is the master of the first and the last.

يعني قال الله له يا محمد

It means God said to him, "O Muhammad."

قل أنك سيد الأولين والأخري

Say that You are the Lord of the first and the last.

فهذا من باب أنه ينفذ أوامر ربه

This is in the sense that he carries out the commands of his Lord.

لو لم يفعل ولم يقل أنه سيد

If he had not done so and had not said that he is a lord.

لقد يقول قد أغفل أمر الله

He may have overlooked God's command.

فخرج يوما فوجد الصحابة يتفاضلون

One day he went out and found the companions competing with each other.

يتكلمون في فضائل الأنبياء

They talk about the virtues of the prophets.

يقولون لقد اختار الله من خلقه خليلا

They say that God has chosen a friend from among His creation.

فإبراهيم خليل رحمه

So, Ibrahim the Friend, may he rest in peace.

واختار من خلقه كليما فموسى كليم الله

"And He chose from His creation one who spoke to Him, so Moses is the one who spoke to God."

واختار عيسى كلمة الله وروحه منه

"And Jesus chose the word of God and His spirit from Him."

وآدم هو خليفة الله خلقه الله بيده ونفخ فيه من روحه

And Adam is the vicegerent of God; God created him with His hand and breathed into him from His spirit.

فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم

The Prophet, peace be upon him and his family, said.

ما قلتوه صدق وحق

What you said is true and right.

ألا وإن آدم خليفة الله وهذا حق

"And indeed, Adam is the vicegerent of God, and this is the truth."

ألا وإن إبراهيم خليل الله

"Indeed, Abraham is the friend of God."

وهذا حق

And this is حق.

ألا وإن موسى كليم الله وهذا حق

Verily, Moses is the interlocutor of God, and this is true.

ألا وإن عيسى كلمة الله وروح منه

"Indeed, Jesus is the Word of God and a Spirit from Him."

وهذا حق

And this is the truth.

ألا وأنا حبيب الله ولفخ

"Am I not the beloved of God and exalted?"

ألا وأنا سيد الأولين والآخرين

"Indeed, I am the master of the first and the last."

ولفخ

And for the sake of it.

ألا وأنا أول من يحرق

"Indeed, I am the first to burn."

حلق الجنة فأدخلها

"Enter the paradise and fly."

ومعي فقراء المسلمين ولفخ

"And with me are the poor Muslims and to be proud."

ألا وأنا سيد الأولين

"Indeed, I am the master of the first ones."

والآخرين على الله ولفخ

"And others upon Allah and for bait."

في ذكرى المولد النبوي الشريف عايزين نتعرف ونعرف منك عن حقوق النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على أمته

On the anniversary of the Prophet's birth, we want to learn and know from you about the rights of the Prophet, peace be upon him, over his nation.

سيدنا النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ونحن في ذكرى مولده تعالوا نتعرف على بعض من حقوقه صلى الله عليه وسلم

Our Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, and as we celebrate his birth, let us learn about some of his rights, peace be upon him.

نحاول يعني نعرف أي حاجة تفهمها

We try to know anything you understand.

لأن حقوق النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على أمته كثيرة لا تعد ولا تحصل

Because the rights of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) over his nation are numerous and cannot be counted or fully realized.

لكن من باب العد ليس الحصر من حق نبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على أمته معرفة قدره

"But for the sake of counting, and not limiting, it is the right of the Prophet, peace be upon him, over his nation to know his status."

لأنه نحن الآن في أمية وجهالة بقدر نبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

Because we are now in ignorance and illiteracy, to the extent of the Prophet, peace be upon him.

لا وفي أصوات بقى بتنادي تقول لك أنه هو إنسان عادي زيه زينا

No, and there are voices that continue to call out to say that he is just an ordinary person like us.

هو بشر صلى الله عليه وسلم

He is a human, peace be upon him.

لكن بشر يختلف عننا أنه يوحى إليه صلى الله عليه وسلم

"But a human differs from us in that he receives revelations, peace be upon him."

وحديثة شق صدره دي يا ربنا سبحانه وتعالى

"And the incident of his chest being split, O our Lord, Glory be to You."

أرسل ملئك أخذت منه أي حاجة يعني القطعة السوداء اللي في القلب

Send me your full details; I took from him anything, meaning the black piece that is in the heart.

فهو بشر صلى الله عليه وسلم لكن يوحى إليه

He is a human, may peace be upon him, but he receives revelation.

وبشر صلى الله عليه وسلم لكن يختلف عن بقية البشر أنه رسول يوحى إليه من ربه سبحانه وتعالى

And the Prophet, peace be upon him, is a bearer of good tidings, but he differs from other humans in that he is a messenger who receives revelation from his Lord, the Most High.

وحدث معه بعض الحوادث لم تحدث لأي بشر من البشر

And certain incidents occurred with him that have not happened to any human being.

فسيدنا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم له حقوق كثيرة على أمته

Our Prophet, peace be upon him, has many rights over his nation.

من حقوق النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

Among the rights of the Prophet (peace be upon him)

صلى الله عليه وآله وصحبه وسلم

May peace and blessings be upon him, his family, and his companions.

حق معرفة قدره صلى الله عليه وسلم

The right to know his status, peace be upon him.

بمعنى لابد للأمة أن تتعرف على قدر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وصحبه وسلم

This means that the nation must recognize the stature of the Messenger of God, peace be upon him, his family, and his companions.

ولو أننا مسكنا كتاب الله تبارك وتعالى من الفاتحة إلى الناس

And if we took the Book of Allah, Blessed and Exalted, from Al-Fatihah to An-Nas.

نجد أن الله تبارك وتعالى حينما أراد أن ينادي على أنبيائه ورسله

We find that Allah, Blessed and Exalted, when He wanted to call upon His prophets and messengers...

نادى عليهم بأسمائهم مجرد

He called out to them by their names only.

قال الله تبارك وتعالى

God, the Exalted and Majestic, said.

آدم أسكن أنت وزوجك الجنة

"Adam, dwell you and your wife in Paradise."

قال الله تبارك وتعالى

Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, said.

يا نوح اهبط بسلام منا

"O Noah, descend with peace from Us."

قال الله تبارك وتعالى

Allah, Blessed and Exalted, said.

يا إبراهيم قد صدقت الرؤية

O Ibrahim, you have indeed fulfilled the vision.

قال الله تبارك وتعالى

Allah, Blessed and Exalted be He, said.

يا زكريا إنها نبشرك بغلام

O Zachariah, indeed, We give you good news of a boy.

قال الله عز وجل

Allah, the Exalted, said.

يا يحيا خذ الكتاب بقوة

O Yahya, take the book with strength.

قال الله تبارك وتعالى

Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, said.

يا موسى إني أنا الله

O Moses, indeed I am Allah.

قال الله تبارك وتعالى

Allah, the Exalted, said.

يا عيسى إني متوفك ورافعك إلي

O Jesus, indeed I will take you and raise you to Me.

وحينما أراد ربنا تبارك وتعالى أن ينادي على نبينا المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم

And when our Lord, blessed and exalted, wanted to call upon our chosen Prophet, may peace be upon him.

لم ينادي عليه باسمه قط منفردا إلا وقرنه بصفة النبوة أو الرسالة تعظيما وتشريفا وتكريما

He has never called him by his name alone except that he accompanied it with the title of prophethood or messengership in an act of magnification, honor, and respect.

وتقديرا لجنابه صلى الله عليه وآله وصحبه وسلم

And in recognition of His Excellency, may peace and blessings be upon him, his family, and his companions.

قال الله جل وعلا في كتابه يا أيها النبي إنا أرسلناك شاهدا ومبشرا ونذيرا

Allah, Exalted and Mighty, said in His Book: "O Prophet, indeed We have sent you as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner."

فهذا هو قدر رسول الله عند ربه ومولاه

This is the status of the Messenger of God with his Lord and Master.

لكن تعالوا نتعرف عن قرب إلى أي مكانة وصل إليها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم

But let's get to know closely the position that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, has reached.

حتى تتعرف الأمة على قدر النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وصحبه وسلم

So that the nation may recognize the status of the Prophet, peace be upon him and his family and companions.

فأنا أقول والله سمى والله لن يعرف قدر النبي إلا الرب العليه سبحانه وتعالى

"I say, by God, and by God, only the Lord Almighty, glory be to Him, will know the true value of the Prophet."

تعالي معي دكتورة شيرين والسادة المستمعين

أن كده بعقولنا وخواطرنا إلى يوم القيامة

"That we will be in our minds and thoughts until the Day of Judgment."

يوم الحسرة والندامة

The day of regret and remorse.

يوم الكل سيقف موقف عصيب وصعب على الجميع

The day when everyone will stand in a difficult and challenging situation.

هنا حينما يقف الناس كل الخلائق من لدن آدم عليه السلام إلى آخر مولودكم

Here, when people stand, all creatures from Adam, peace be upon him, to your last-born.

زحام شديد وعرق وهلع وخوف

Severe congestion, sweat, panic, and fear.

هنا تفزع جميع الخلائق إلى أنبياء الله ورسل الله

Here, all creatures will flee to the prophets of God and the messengers of God.

فكل الخلائق نحو آدم عليه السلام

All creatures are toward Adam, peace be upon him.

يا آدم أنت خليفة الله

O Adam, you are the vicegerent of God.

أنت من خلقت الله بيدي

You are the one whom God created with His hands.

اشفع لنا عند ربك أن يقيم الحساب

Intercede for us with your Lord to establish the judgment.

فيقول آدم عليه السلام نفسي نفسي

Adam (peace be upon him) would say, "My soul, my soul."

لست لها

I am not for her.

مش أنا اللها أقدر أعمل

I can't do anything.

مش أنا مش بتاعتي دي

This is not mine.

فتزب جميع الخلائق إلى إبراهيم عليه السلام

So all the creatures turned to Abraham, peace be upon him.

إبراهيم يقول نفس كلام آدم عليه السلام

Ibrahim says the same words as Adam, peace be upon him.

لست لها

I am not for her.

فتزب جميع الخلائق إلى موسى عليه السلام

So all the creatures turned to Moses, peace be upon him.

يا موسى اشفع لنا عند ربك أن يقيم الحساب

O Moses, intercede for us with your Lord to establish the reckoning.

فيقول موسى نفسي نفسي

Moses says, "My self, my self."

لست لها لست لها

I am not hers, I am not hers.

الى عيسى عليه السلام. فتذهب جميع الخلائق الى عيسى عليه السلام.

To Jesus (peace be upon him). Then all creatures will go to Jesus (peace be upon him).

عليه السلام. فيقول عيسى عليه السلام نفسي نفسي. ان الله غضب

Peace be upon him. Jesus, peace be upon him, will say, "My self, my self. Indeed, Allah is angry."

اليوم غضبا شديدا. لم يغضب قط قبله. ولن يغضب قط بعده. اذهبوا

Today there is a great anger. He has never been angry before. And he will never be angry again. Go away.

الى محمد. علي افضل الصلاة والسلام. انا عايز اقول. يعني كلهم

To Muhammad. May the best prayers and peace be upon him. I want to say. I mean all of them.

عارفين قدر ومقداره العظيم. قدر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم. كل

We know the great value and status, the status of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Every...

الانبياء والمرسلين. بس انا عايز هنا بس لحظة كده يفكر السادة

The prophets and messengers. But I just want here for a moment to think, gentlemen.

المستمعين لاول مرة سترى فيها وجه رسول الله. علي ابدر. اول مرة

"The listeners, for the first time, will see the face of the Messenger of Allah. Ali Abder. For the first time."

هتشوفه. يترى شعورك ايه? وحديثك ايه? يترى انت كنت متبع سنة

You will see him. I wonder what your feeling is? And what is your conversation about? I wonder if you have been following the news for a year.

ولا لا? يترى كنت تحب ولا لا? يترى كنت تعرف ولا ما تعرفوش.

Yes or no? I wonder if you loved them or not? I wonder if you knew or didn't know.

فحينما ترى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يا رسول الله يا حبيب الله

"When you see the Prophet, peace be upon him, O Messenger of God, O Beloved of God."

اشفع لنا عند ربك ان يقيم الحساب فيقول صلى الله عليه وسلم انا لها

"Intercede for us with your Lord to establish the reckoning, and he said, peace be upon him, 'I am for it.'"

انا لها. نعم. يقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فاسجد تحت العرش.

I am for her. Yes. The Prophet, peace be upon him, says, "Prostrate beneath the Throne."

فيعطيني الله من المحامدة والسنات التي لا أعلمها الآن

Then God will grant me praise and rewards that I do not know of now.

يعني هو بيحمد الله سبحانه وتعالى سعيدها

It means he is praising Allah, the Almighty, for her happiness.

بحاجات بكلام ربنا هو اللي هيلهمه هذا الكلام

He needs words from our Lord; it is He who will inspire this speech.

فيعطيني الله محامدة والسنات لا أعلمها الآن

Then God gives me what I desire, and I do not know the details now.

فأحمد الله بها وأسن الله تبارك وتعالى بها عليه

So I praise Allah for it and may Allah, Blessed and Exalted, bestow His grace upon him through it.

فيقول لي يا محمد قم وارفع رأسك وسل تعطى وشفع تشفع

He says to me, "O Muhammad, rise and lift your head, ask and you shall be given, intercede and you will be granted intercession."

فيقول صلى الله عليه وسلم يا رب أمتي أمتي

He (peace be upon him) said, "O my Lord, my nation, my nation."

هذا هو قدر نبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

This is the destiny of the Prophet, peace be upon him.

اللهم صلي وسلم وبارك عليك

O Allah, send blessings and peace upon you.

سل الله عليه وسلم

Peace be upon him.

ماذا قال عنه الأعداء قبل الأصدقاء

What did the enemies say about him before the friends?

يعني زمان ساعة قبل الرسالة كان معروف وسط قريش أنه هو الصادق الأمين

It means that an hour before the message, it was well-known among the Quraysh that he was the trustworthy and honest one.

فهو معروف ليه صفات جميلة وعظيمة الكل عارف

He is known for his beautiful and great qualities that everyone is aware of.

بعد الرسالة بقى المعروف عنه إيه

What became known about him after the message?

الأعداء قالوا عنه إيه والأصدقاء قالوا عنه إيه

What did the enemies say about him and what did the friends say about him?

نعم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كما هو معروف

Yes, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as is known.

أنه نشأ في شبه الجزيرة العربية وفي مكة

He grew up in the Arabian Peninsula and in Mecca.

وكان معروف منذ الصغر بأخلاقه وصفاته العلية السنية

He was known from a young age for his noble character and high qualities.

حتى أنه لم يؤخذ عليه صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم أنه أخطأ مرة

So much so that it was not held against him, peace be upon him and his family, that he made a mistake once.

أو أنه فعل ما يفعل الشباب في سنه أو الصبية في سن الطفولة

Or that he did what young people his age or children in their childhood do.

ولكن حماه الله سبحانه وتعالى من أن يقع في مثل هذه الأمور

But God Almighty protected him from falling into such matters.

وشهد له الجميع القاسي والداني والأعداء

And all, both near and far, as well as enemies, bore witness to him.

قبل الأصدقاء والأباعة قبل الأقارب

Before friends and brothers, before relatives.

في كل مراحل العمر

At every stage of life.

حتى الطفولة لما كان مع المردعة بتاعته حليمة السعادية

Even in childhood when he was with his nurse Halima Al-Sa'diya.

برضو كان ليه بركاته

It also had its blessings.

نعم يعني حتى أنه كان كما ورد في الرواية أنه كان يرضع من إحدى ثدييها

Yes, it means that, as mentioned in the narration, he was suckling from one of her breasts.

ويترك الثدي الآخر لأخيه من أخيه ابنها

And she leaves the other breast to her brother from her brother's son.

فكان صلى الله عليه وسلم بركة على بيتها وكان رحمة صلى الله عليه وسلم حتى في طفولته

He (peace be upon him) was a blessing for her house and a mercy (peace be upon him) even in his childhood.

أما أنه كانوا يلقبونه بالصادق الأمين

They used to nickname him the Trustworthy and Honest.

لما نزلت النبوة والرسالة على سيدنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم

When prophethood and message descended upon our master, the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him.

وصعد على جبل الصفة وقال لو أخبرتكم أن خيلا خلف هذا الوادي تريد أن تغير عليكم

He climbed Mount Safa and said, "If I were to tell you that there are horses behind this valley intending to attack you..."

ويريد أن يختبرهم يعني يريد أن يقيم الحج عليهم أولا

He wants to test them, meaning he wants to establish the حج (proof) against them first.

هل بتسقوا فيه؟

Are you drinking in it?

يعني أنت أنا بنسبالكم إيه؟

What do I mean to you?

فقالوا فهل كنتم مصدقي؟

They said, "Were you believers?"

قالوا ما جربنا عليك كذبا قصد

They said, "We have never experienced any deceit from you."

قبل بقى إيه ما يقولهم؟

What will he tell them first?

قبل ما يقولهم أن أنا نبي ولا رسول

Before he tells them that I am a prophet or a messenger.

الرسالة بقى؟

What about the message?

بيختبرهم

He is testing them.

أي فقالوا ما جربنا عليك كذبا

They said, "We have never experienced any falsehood from you."

كلمة يعني شهادة وكما قيل وشهادة قالها الأعداء

The word means a testimony, and as it was said, a testimony given by the enemies.

يعني قالوا ما جربنا عليك كذبا قد

They said we have never tried lying to you before.

قال فإني رسول الله إليكم كذا كذا وبيلغهم هذه النبوة والرسالة

He said, "I am indeed the Messenger of God to you, conveying this prophecy and message."

النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان فيها خصم عنيد من خصومه ومن المعارضين له

The Prophet, peace be upon him, had a fierce opponent among his adversaries and opponents.

اللي هو أبو سفيان صخر بن حرم

He is Abu Sufyan, Sakhr bin Harb.

However, it means that the treatment of the companions towards the Prophet, peace be upon him, was observed.

ويرى حب الصحابات الكرام للنبي لزفاق كل حب

The love of the noble companions for the Prophet is the essence of all love.

حتى لما أتوا بزيد ابن الدثنة وأرادوا أن يصلبوه وأن يقتلوه

Even when they brought Zaid ibn al-Dathinah and intended to crucify him and kill him.

فوقف أبو سفيان وقال له يا زيد أنشدك الله أو أناشدك الله

So Abu Sufyan stood up and said to him, "O Zayd, I beseech you by God, or I invoke you by God."

لو أن محمد مكانك تضرب عنك

If Muhammad were in your place, he would abstain.

وأنت في بيتك بين أهلك سالما غانبا معافيا

"And you are in your home among your family, safe, secure, and healthy."

هتحب ذلك؟

Will you like that?

يعني تحب أن تكون بين أهلك ومحمد في مكانك

It means you want to be with your family and Muhammad in your place.

أنت سالم وكويس

You are safe and good.

يخيره

He gives him a choice.

في الأمان وهو بقى اللي إيه على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

In safety, and he remained what? Upon the Prophet, peace be upon him.

لأن هذه اللحظة لحظة القتل أو لحظة الموت

Because this moment is the moment of killing or the moment of death.

أن يفارق أهله وأولاده وكذا

To be separated from his family and children, and so on.

ربما يعني إيه أن يتراجع مثلا أو يهز

It might mean that he retreats, for example, or shakes.

ولكن صحابة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم كانوا فوق كل هذا

But the companions of the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings be upon him and his family, were above all this.

فقال والله ما أحب أن محمد

He said, "By God, I do not love Muhammad."

في مكانه الذي هو فيه

In the place where he is.

وتصيبه شوكة تؤذيه

And a thorn injures him.

شوكة مش بس اللي أنت بتقوله ده

It's not just what you're saying.

مش عايزه بس حاجة كده تؤذيه

"I just don't want anything that would hurt him."

فماذا قال أبو سفيان

So what did Abu Sufyan say?

هذه الشهادة

قال ما رأيت أحدا يحب أحد

He said, "I have not seen anyone love anyone."

كحب أصحاب محمد محمد

Like the love of the companions of Muhammad.

الحوار يعني برضو من ضمن

The dialogue also means, among other things,

يعني شهادات الأعداء

It means the testimonies of enemies.

إهراق لملك الروم

"Spilling the blood of the King of Rome."

لما ذهب أبو سفيان وكان في رقبه

When Abu Sufyan went, he was in captivity.

أو كانوا في رقبه

أو كانوا في قافلة للتجارة في الشام

Or were they in a trade caravan in the Levant?

فعلم بهم هراقل

So Heraclius became aware of them.

فأرسل إليهم

So he sent to them.

فقال له من أقربكم إلى هذا

He said to him, "Who among you is closest to this?"

الذي يدعي أنه نبي

He who claims to be a prophet.

فقال أبو سفيان أنا

Abu Sufyan said, "I am."

فأراد هراقل يسأله

So Heraclius wanted to ask him.

حتى يستوثق منه

Until he is assured of it.

كانوا أهل كتاب

They were the people of the Book.

كان عندهم في كتبهم

They had it in their books.

أنه سيبعث في آخر الزمان

He will be sent in the end times.

نبي اسمه محمد

A prophet named Muhammad.

وهاته هو خاتم الأنبياء والمرسلين

And this is the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers.

ولكنه لم يتخيل أنه سيكون

But he never imagined that he would be.

من رجل أو من مكة

From a man or from Mecca.

وكانوا وقتها فاكرين أنه يبقى من اليهود

They were believing at that time that he would be one of the Jews.

أو منهم مثلا

"Or, for example, from them."

فسأله قال يا أبو سفيان

So he asked him, "O Abu Sufyan."

هل هو فيكم ذو نسب؟

Is there among you someone of noble lineage?

فقال نعم هو فيكم ذو نسب من أنساب القوم

He said, "Yes, he is among you of the lineage of the people."

ومن أفضل الناس

And among the best of people.

من الأشراف

From the nobility.

قال هل

He said, "Did..."

قال أحد مثل قولته من قبل

Someone said something similar before.

يعني في حد قال أنه نبي ما عندكم كده

Does that mean someone said there is a prophet among you?

في حد قال كده

Did someone say that?

ربما يكون يهوى بيتأسى بما قبل

Perhaps he is inspired by what came before.

قال يأمرنا أن نعبد الله وحده

He commands us to worship Allah alone.

وأن نخلع عبادة الأوسان والأصنام

And that we abandon the worship of idols and statues.

وأن نترك مكان نعبد آباؤنا

And that we leave the place where our fathers worshipped.

وأمرنا بإقامة الصلاة

"And We were commanded to establish the prayer."

والصدق والعفة والعفاف والأمانة

Truthfulness, chastity, purity, and trustworthiness.

وصلة الرحم إلى آخره

The connection of kinship to its end.

من الأخلاق الحسنة

From good morals.

فخلص هراقل بعد هذه الأسئلة

So Heraclius concluded after these questions.

وقال يا أبو سفيان

He said, "O Abu Sufyan."

سألتك عن نسابه فقلت أنه فيكم

I asked you about his lineage, and you said it is among you.

قلت لا فأجبتني ألا

ثم سألتك

Then I asked you.

هل له من ملك في أجداده

Does he have any royalty in his ancestors?

أو آبائه

or his ancestors

فأجبتني ألا

So you answered me that no.

فقلت ربما يكون يتأسى

So I said, perhaps he is lamenting.

أو يريد ملك أبيه وأجداده

Or does he want the kingdom of his father and ancestors?

يكون ملك مثل آبائه وأجداده

He will be a king like his fathers and ancestors.

فأجبتني ألا

So you answered me no.

ثم سألتك عن أتباعه هل هم من ضعفاء

Then I asked you about his followers, are they weak ones?

الناس أم أغنيائهم أقوين

Are people stronger than their rich?

فأجبتني من ضعفاء الناس

"You answered me from among the weak people."

وهكذا هم أتباعهم

And so are their followers.

الأنبياء

The prophets

سألتك هل يزيدون أم ينقصون

I asked you whether they are increasing or decreasing.

فأجبتني أنهم يزيدون

So they answered me that they are increasing.

وهكذا هو الإيمان

And this is faith.

إذا تم يزيد

If it increases.

سألتك هل يرتد منهم أحد

I asked you if anyone among them returns.

سخطة على دينه

Discontent with his religion.

فأجبتني ألا

You answered me, "No."

وهكذا الإيمان إذا دخل القلب وخالطت

"And thus faith, when it enters the heart and mixes..."

بشاشته القلوب لا يرتد أحد

With his bright smile, no heart remains untouched.

ثم سألتك بماذا يأمركم

Then I asked you, what does he command you?

فأجبتني أنه يأمرنا

So you answered me that he commands us.

بكذا وكذا وكذا

In this way, and this way, and this way.

ثم خلصه رقل إلى هذه النتيجة

Then he reached this conclusion.

وإلى هذه الشهادة التي

And to this testimony that

خلدها التاريخ

ثم قال رقل لأبو سفيان

And his ceilings with the previous books.

وجمع كل هذا

And gathered all of this.

بعدما أنسال أقرب الناس إلى رسول الله

After the closest people to the Messenger of Allah have passed away.

والأهل وعشيرته

And the family and his clan.

مثلا الذين هم من قريش

For example, those who are from Quraysh.

فخالص في النهاية

So, in the end, sincere.

وما كانش أبو سفيان أسلم سعيد

Abu Sufyan was not happy when he converted to Islam.

لا طبعا قبل إسلامي

No, of course not before my Islam.

وبيشهد بس بالحقيقة

"And he only testifies to the truth."

لو أني أعلم أني أخلص إليه

If I knew that I could sincerely devote myself to him.

يعني أصل إليه ولا يقتلني أتباعي

It means I reach him, and my followers do not kill me.

مثلا لأنه كان ملك

For example, because he was a king.

لا تجشمت لقاءه

I did not burden myself with meeting him.

ولو كنت عنده

لغسلته عن قدمي

قالوا تحب محمدا فأجبتهم

They said, "Do you love Muhammad?" and I answered them.

إني بحب محمد أتعبد

I love Muhammad, I worship.

أحببت فيه هدايتي وكرامتي

I loved in him my guidance and dignity.

وبراءتي من شر نار توقدوا

"And my innocence from the evil of a fire that you ignite."

وشفاعة ترجى ليوم كريهة

"And intercession is hoped for on a day of hardship."

وتقلبي بين النعيم أخلد

"And I shall dwell among the bliss forever."

وتفاخري بين الأنام بأنني من أمة فيها النبي محمد

"And I boast among people that I am from a nation in which the Prophet Muhammad was born."

من جملة حقوق النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على أمته

Among the rights of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) over his nation.

حق المحبة التامة والكاملة لسيدنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم

The right of complete and perfect love for our Master, the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him.

بمجرد حقوق النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

لا يؤمن أحدكم حتى أكون أي هو صلى الله عليه وسلم أحب إليه من والده وولده ونفسه وماله ونفسه

None of you truly believes until he loves me more than his father, his child, himself, and all of his wealth.

أجمعين عمر بن الخطاب قالها بكل صراحة ووضوح والله يا رسول الله لأنت أحب إلي من والدي وولدي ومالي والناس أجمعين

Omar ibn al-Khattab said it with all sincerity and clarity: "By God, O Messenger of God, you are more beloved to me than my father, my son, my wealth, and all the people combined."

إلا من نفسي التي بين جنبي سيدنا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يعلم أن هذا الأمر مرتبط بالعقيدة

Except for my soul, which is between my sides, our Prophet, peace be upon him, knows that this matter is related to faith.

مسألة إيمان وعدم إيمان إيمان كامل وعادة وإيمان ناقص قال لا يا عمر

لازم أحب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم

I must love the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him.

حتى أكون أحب إليك من نفسك التي بين جنبي

"Until I become more beloved to you than your own self that is between your sides."

الإنسان منه سيدنا شيرين دايما مجبول ومجبول

Humans are always made and molded by our Lord.

وفطور على حب من يقدم له الخير

And breakfast is on the love of those who do good to him.

أي حد يقدم لي خير بالسجية بتاتي بحبه

Anyone who does me good naturally wins my affection.

فلما فكر عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه ورده

So when Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, thought it over.

وجد أن كل خير هو فيه من النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

It was found that all good is in the Prophet, peace be upon him.

فبه أخرجه الله تعالى من ظلمات الشرك إلى نور التوحيد

Thus, Allah brought him out from the darkness of polytheism to the light of monotheism.

وبه أخرجه الله تعالى من نار الجحيم إلى جنة النعيم

And with it, Allah Almighty brought him out of the fire of hell into the paradise of bliss.

فقال مسرعا متلهفا لرسول الله والله يا رسول الله

He said hurriedly and eagerly to the Messenger of Allah, "By Allah, O Messenger of Allah."

لأنت الآن أحب إلي من نفسي

You are now dearer to me than myself.

من نفسي التي بين جنبي

From myself that is between my sides.

قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

The Prophet, peace be upon him, said.

الآن يا عمر

Now, Omer.

الآن كمل إيمانك يا عمر

Now complete your faith, O Omar.

فلن يكتم الإيمان ولا إيمانك ولا إيمان السادة المستمعين

Faith will not be hidden, neither your faith nor the faith of the esteemed listeners.

إلا بكمال المحبة لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم

Except through the completeness of love for the Messenger of God, may peace be upon him.

لكن المحبة ليست هذه المحبة التي ندعيها

But love is not the love that we claim.

محبة حقيقية للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

True love for the Prophet, peace be upon him.

ليست بالقول بس

It's not just by saying.

لكن بالتأسي بالنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

But by following the example of the Prophet, peace be upon him.

بالفعل ما يفعله النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

Indeed, what the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) does.

بترديد ذكر

By repeating the remembrance.

اسمه صلى الله عليه وسلم

His name, peace be upon him.

أي حد بحب حد

Anyone who loves someone.

دائما متلهف على ذكر اسمه

Always eager to mention his name.

يعني العاشقين

It means the lovers.

حينما يجلس العاشقين

When the lovers sit down

في مجلس كلهم يذكرون

In the gathering, they all remember.

أسماء من يعشقون

Names of those who are in love.

ذهبت راحت جات

I went, it left, it came.

أكلت شربت لماذا

I ate, I drank, why?

لأنه يحب أن يذكر اسم

Because he likes to mention the name.

محبوبه على لسانه

Beloved on his tongue.

فأنت وأنا إن كنا فعلا نحب النبي

"If you and I truly love the Prophet."

صلى الله عليه وسلم فتعالوا

Peace be upon him, so come.

نذكر اسم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

We mention the name of the Prophet, peace be upon him.

مرالنا تكرارا

Our encounter is repeated.

بالصلاة على النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام

With blessings upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.

أنك تصلي على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

That you send prayers upon the Prophet, peace be upon him.

أيضا المحبة الكاملة تقتدي مننا

Complete love also requires us.

أن نتبع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

To follow the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

في كل شيء

In everything.

وأن نسير على نهجه

And to follow in his footsteps.

يعني رجل نظر إلى امرأة

It means a man looked at a woman.

أعجبته فقال

He liked it, so he said.

يا من أخذ حبك قلبي

O you who have taken my heart with your love.

فأرادت المرأة

So the woman wanted.

أن تعلمه درسا في صدق المحبة

To teach him a lesson in the sincerity of love.

قالت أنظر هناك

She said, "Look over there."

فالتفت عنها قالت

She turned away from him and said.

يا كذاب لو صدقت

Oh liar, if only you were telling the truth.

ما التفت

I did not turn.

وأنا أقول لو صدقت في حبك

And I say, if you were sincere in your love.

لنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أبدا لن تلتفت

"Never will the Prophet, peace be upon him, turn away."

عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

About the Prophet, peace be upon him.

ولا عن منهجه ولا عن شريعته

Neither about his methodology nor about his law.

قدر أنمرة

The degree of soreness.

فلذلك الإنسان عشان يكون صادق في المحبة

Therefore, a person must be honest in love.

لأن الإنسان اللي بيحب حد بيسمع كلامه

Because a person who loves someone listens to them.

يسمع كلامه لكن أنت تقول

He listens to his words, but you say...

أنا أحب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

I love the Prophet, peace be upon him.

وأنت بعيد كل البعد عن منهجه

And you are far from his approach.

ولا عارف أصلا ساعات هو قال إيه

"I don't even know what he actually said sometimes."

ولا أمر بإيه ولا قال ما تعملش إيه

He didn't command anything nor did he say what not to do.

كيف لك أن تقول

How can you say?

أن أحب فلان وأنت لا تعرفه

To love someone and you do not know him.

إذن من باب الحب أن ندرس سيرته صلى الله عليه وسلم

والمصاعب كمان الكثير اللي وجهها في حياته

وتعرض لها من أجل النشر الرسالة

لأنه هو قبل الرسالة كان وضع

Because he was in a state before the message.

وبعد الرسالة كان وضع تاني خالص

بعد ما كانت قريش بتجل جدا

After Quraysh used to be very prestigious.

بقى عدو ليها

He remained an enemy to her.

لأنه عايز يغير ثوابتهم كلها

Because he wants to change all of their fundamentals.

ونادى على بطون مكة

فالتفوا من تحته وقالوا

So they surrounded him from underneath and said.

لو أخبرتكم أن هذا عدو

If I told you that this is an enemy.

عدوا يريد أن يغير عليكم

An enemy wants to change things against you.

وكنتم مصدقين

And you were believers.

قالوا بصوت واحد

They said in unison.

ما جربنا عليك كذبا قد

We have not tried lying to you before.

فلما أعلن لهم الحقيقة

When he revealed the truth to them.

فإني رسول الله بين يدي عذاب شديد

Indeed, I am the Messenger of God before a severe punishment.

قالوا تبا لك يا محمد

They said, "Curse be upon you, O Muhammad."

ما عجبهمش بقى الكلام

They didn't like the talk anymore.

ليه بقى ما عجبهمش الكلام

Why didn't they like what was said?

عشان هيغير كل حياتهم

Because it will change their whole lives.

هيغير النظام العالمي بتاع قريش

The global system of Quraysh will change.

لذلك لما نرجع عن

The Prophet, peace be upon him.

كان بشرا

He was human.

ولا يستطيع أحد

No one can.

أن يخرجه من دائرة البشرية

To remove him from the realm of humanity.

إنسان عادي خالص ولكن

Just an ordinary person, but...

ولكنه كما قال

But as he said.

القرآن الكريم على لسانه

The Holy Quran on his tongue.

قل إنما أنا بشر مثلكم

Say, "I am only a human being like you."

يوحى إلي

It is revealed to me.

فالعلة أو الحكمة أو الرابط

The reason or the wisdom or the link.

والشاهد أنه يوحى إلي

"And the witness is that it is revealed to me."

من الله سبحانه وتعالى

From Allah, the Almighty.

نزول الوحي هذا هو بشر

The descent of revelation, this is a human.

وليس كبقية البشر

"And not like the rest of humanity."

نزول الوحي على النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم

The revelation to the Prophet, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him and his family.

أهله تأهيلاً آخر

His family in another way.

ممن شأنه أن يقول للشيء كن

"Who can say to a thing, 'Be'."

فيفوه من الله سبحانه وتعالى

A gift from God Almighty.

أهله فشق صدر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

His family, so the chest of the Prophet (peace be upon him) was split open.

في طفولته في مضارب بني ساعدة

In his childhood in the lands of Bani Sa'ida.

عند السيدة حليمة السعدية

At Mrs. Halimah Al-Sa'diyah's.

شق صدر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

The chest of the Prophet, peace be upon him, was opened.

وهو طفل في طفولته

He is a child in his childhood.

قيل مرتين وقيلها ثلاث مرات

It was said twice and it was said three times.

على اختلاف الروايات

Despite the differing accounts.

والمرة الثانية

And the second time.

كان بيحصل إيه في عملية شق الصدر؟

What was happening during the chest incision process?

جبريل يشق صدر النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم

Gabriel splits the chest of the Prophet, peace be upon him and his family.

ثم يخرج قلبه الشريف

Then his noble heart is extracted.

ثم يغسل في طسط به ماء من ماء زمزم

Then he is washed in a basin with water from the Zamzam well.

ثم يوضع مرة ثانية

Then it is placed again.

ثم يلتأم أو يلئمه جبريل

Then Gabriel will gather it or mend it.

عشان يتخلص من إيه بعد؟

What is he trying to get rid of now?

لا بص لم يكن للشيطان حظ على قلب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

No, the devil did not have any share in the heart of the Prophet (peace be upon him).

حاشا وكلا

Absolutely not.

أن يكون للشيطان حظ

To have a share for the devil.

ولكنه كما نقول كده نور على نور

But as we say, it's like light on light.

أو زيادة على زيادة

Or an increase on an increase.

أو تأهيل

Or rehabilitation.

حتى أنه لما شق في المرة الثانية أو الثالثة

Even when he was torn the second or third time.

مثلا على اختلاف الروايات

For example, regarding the differences in the narratives.

في الحجر عند بيت الله الحرام

In the stone at the House of God, the Sacred Mosque.

في ليلة الإسراء والمعراء

On the night of Isra and Mi'raj.

قبل أن يخرج في الإسراء

Before he went out on the Night Journey.

جاء جبريل إلى الحجر

Gabriel came to the stone.

فأخذ النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم

So the Prophet, peace be upon him and his family, took...

فشق عن صدره الشريف

"His noble chest was split open."

قال العلماء

The scholars said.

أنه يؤهل للصعود

It qualifies for promotion.

يعني هناك فيها معنى دنيوي

It means there is a worldly meaning in it.

علمي نفسي طبي

I teach myself medicine.

فيها معنى تأهيلي

It has a rehabilitative meaning.

وفيها معنى دين أخ

"And it carries the meaning of the religion of a brother."

لأنه سيصعد إلى السماوات العلى

Because he will ascend to the highest heavens.

وسيخرج من الغلاف الجوي

It will exit the atmosphere.

والخروج من الغلاف الجوي

And leaving the atmosphere.

الضغط الجوي يحطم هذا الجسد

Atmospheric pressure crushes this body.

فلازم استعدادات معينة

So specific preparations are necessary.

فكان هذا تأهيلا

This was a qualification.

حتى يصعد إلى السماوات العلى

Until he ascends to the highest heavens.

طب هل رأينا ملامح ذلك

Well, have we seen the features of that?

على جسدي الشريف

On my noble body.

هل وجدنا أنه بشر

Did we find that he is human?

ولسه كبقية البشر

"And still like the rest of humanity."

وجدنا أن حادثة الشق التي تقررت مرات

We found that the incident of the rift has been decided multiple times.

هل هناك ملامح

Are there features?

نعم وجدنا ملامح ذلك

Yes, we found the features of that.

ليس أثر للجرح

There is no trace of the wound.

أثر ظاهر في جسد

A visible effect on the body.

بس ملامح أنه بشر

But the features indicate that he is human.

ولسه كبقية البشر مختلف

"And still, like the rest of humanity, he is different."

نعم كيف ذلك

Yes, how is that?

صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يرى من خلفه

Peace be upon him, he could see from behind him.

كما يرى من أمامه

As seen by the one in front of him.

بغير حذقة وأجفة

Without skill and preparation.

من غير ما يتدور

Without going around in circles.

في مكان يقول لقد رأيت كذا وكذا

In a place that says I have seen this and that.

فهذه معجزة وهذه ثابتة للنبي

This is a miracle and it is established for the Prophet.

صلى الله عليه وسلم

Peace be upon him.

رأينا أنه صلى الله عليه وسلم

We have seen that he, peace be upon him.

كان يصوم الليالي زوات العدد

He used to fast on the nights of specified numbers.

ثلاث يام مثلا يصوم

For example, he fasts for three days.

فالصحابة الكرام

So the noble companions

أرادوا

They wanted.

أن يقلدوا الجسد الشريف

To imitate the noble body.

بيصوم من غير ما يفتش

He fasts without searching.

تماما ثلاث يام مباشرة

Exactly three days straight.

فأرادت الصحابة الكرام

The noble companions wanted

أن يقلدوا النبي

To imitate the Prophet.

بدعوة الاتحاد في البشرية

By the invitation of the Union in humanity.

أنا متكلم أنه بشر وليس كبقية البشر

I am a speaker, and he is human, not like other humans.

بشر آه لكن مختلف

Human, ah but different.

يقول أنت بشر ونحن بشر

He says, "You are human and we are human."

ونريد أن نقلدك يا رسول الله

"We want to imitate you, O Messenger of God."

حتى نصل إلى هذه المرتبة

Until we reach this level.

ونأخذ استواب معك

And we will take a survey with you.

فأراد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يتركهم ليجربوا

The Prophet, peace be upon him, wanted to leave them to try.

لم يحتكر على رأيهم

He did not monopolize their opinion.

ولكن اتركهم يجربون

But let them try.

فتركهم يجربون

So he let them try.

فكان أحدهم يتساقط في وسط النهار

So one of them would fall in the middle of the day.

يغمى عليه

He faints.

خلاص ما فيش ماء

That's it, there's no water.

وهذا لا يجوز

And this is not permissible.

مع الجسد البشر الطبيعي

With the natural human body.

فلما ذهبوا إلى النبي

So when they went to the Prophet

صلى الله عليه وسلم أراد أن يعلمهم به

Peace be upon him, he wanted to teach them through it.

قال إنما أنا

He said, "I am just..."

لست كهيئة أحدكم

I am not like any of you.

جسدي ليس كأجسادكم

My body is not like your bodies.

يعني

It means.

هيئتي ليست كهيئة أحدكم

My appearance is not like any of yours.

إنما أبيت عند ربي

"I only abide with my Lord."

فيطعمني ربي

"My Lord provides me with food."

ويسلمني

And he delivers me.

فهذا هو الجانب

This is the side.

الذي يوضح أنه

which clarifies that

بشر وليس كباكات البشر

Humans, not the mistakes of humans.

ولكن مختلف عن الناس العادية طبعا

But different from ordinary people, of course.

بس هذا لا يخرجه عن دائرة البشرية

But this does not take him out of the realm of humanity.

ولا العبودية لله سبحانه وتعالى

Nor servitude to Allah, the Exalted.

حتى لما خاطبه ربه

Even when he addressed his Lord.

خاطبه بلفظ العبودية سبحانه

He addressed him with the term of servitude, glorified be He.

الذي أسرى بعبده

The One who took His servant by night.

يعني ربنا سبحانه وتعالى

It means our Lord, the Most Glorious and Exalted.

الكلمات

The words

والألفاظ بيقولها لنا

"And the words are being said to us."

بالضبط يعني هو

Exactly, it means he.

الله سبحانه وتعالى

God Almighty

هو اللي أسرى بعبده

He is the one who took His servant on a night journey.

الذي قام بهذه المعجزة

The one who performed this miracle.

هو خالق القوة والقدر سبحانه وتعالى

He is the Creator of strength and destiny, Glorified and Exalted be He.

ولم يقم بها محمد

And Muhammad did not establish it.

صلى الله عليه وسلم بمفرده

Peace be upon him alone.

ولم يكن هذا من عند نفسه

And this was not from himself.

وهذه التسكية

And this is the declaration.

وهذه المكانة

And this status

وهذا القدر الرفيع الذي نتحدث عنه

And this high degree that we are talking about

لم يكن عند النبي من عند نفسه

The Prophet did not have anything from himself.

وإنما من عند ربه سبحانه وتعالى

"It is only from his Lord, Glory be to Him and Exalted."

والأشياء الكثيرة الأخرى

and many other things

أنه أبرز قبره الشريف

He highlighted his noble grave.

يعني قبر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

It means the grave of the Prophet, peace be upon him.

معروف أنه في المدينة المنورة

It is well-known that in Madinah.

تحت القبة الخضراء

Under the green dome.

ما من قبر

There is no grave.

من قبر نبي نستطيع على وجه اليقين أن نقول أن هذا قبر يوسف هذا قبر إبراهيم إيسى إلا ما كان من قبر الخليل إبراهيم عليه السلام

From the tomb of a prophet, we can say with certainty that this is the tomb of Joseph, this is the tomb of Abraham, and this is the tomb of Jesus, except for the tomb of the friend, Abraham, peace be upon him.

هذا قبر موسى هذا قبر كذا

This is the grave of Moses, this is the grave of such and such.

بس برضو حتى لو معروف مش معروف قوي يعني يمكن أنتوا عشان أنتوا أهل علم عارفينه

"But still, even if it's known, it's not very well known, maybe because you are scholars who are aware of it."

لكن كل الأنبياء تقريباً محدش شرف كبرهم فين للتأكيد يعني

But almost all the prophets, no one has honored their greatness for confirmation, I mean.

أما من توكيد الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أن أبرز قبره الشريف وأن يعني جعل أطال في زريته العرب أو قريش كانوا يقولون أنه مبطور

As for the affirmation of Allah, peace be upon him, that His noble grave should be highlighted and that he should extend the lineage of the Arabs or the Quraysh, they used to say that he was cut off.

عشان أولاده الصغيرين للإصدكور كلهم توفوا

Because all of his small children for the boy have passed away.

مات أولاده الأبناء في حياته جميعاً والبنات في حياته جميعاً إلا فاطمة ماتت بعده بسلطة أجه

All of his sons died during his lifetime, and all of his daughters died during his lifetime except for Fatima, who died after him from an illness.

فقالوا يقولون أنه أبطر مكتوع الأثر والذكر ليس له ولد يحمل إسمه فنزل إن أعطيناك الكوثر

They said they claim he is cut off, his name and memory erased, and he has no son to carry his name. So it was revealed: "Indeed, We have granted you al-Kawthar."

فقالوا يقولون أنه أبطر مكتوع الأثر والذكر ليس له ولد يحمل إسمه

They said they claim he is a cut-off figure, with no legacy or mention, and he has no son to carry his name.

أحتضنه لظل يئن

I embrace him for the shadow that groans.

إلى يوم القيامة

Until the Day of Judgment.

فمن رحمته صلى الله عليه وسلم

So from his mercy, may peace be upon him.

أن بلغت بالجمدات

That I reached with the solids.

بالحيوان أعزكم الله

With the animal, may God honor you.

يدخل بستان لفتى من الأنصار

A young man from the Ansar enters a garden.

فإذ به يأتي جمل

So suddenly, a camel came.

يهمهم في أذن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

They whisper in the Prophet's ear, peace be upon him.

وعيناه تظرفان

And his eyes are tearful.

بالدموع

With tears

الجمل

The camels.

الجمل يعاية للرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام

The camel is a sign for the Messenger, peace be upon him.

واشتكاله وقال له إيم

He complained to him and said, "What?"

يعني الله سبحانه وتعالى

It means Allah, the Exalted and Almighty.

أخبره بلغة الحيوان

Tell him in the language of animals.

على سبيل المعجزة أيضا

As a miracle as well.

سيدنا سليمان كان يعرف لغة الحيوان

Our Master Solomon knew the language of animals.

مش معنى أنه إحنا ما عندناش

It doesn't mean that we don't have.

هذه الهبات أنه ما فيش حد

These gifts are that there's no one.

عنده هذه الهبات لأنه كل واحد

He has these gifts because everyone is different.

أو معظمنا عندنا نفس الحاجات

Or most of us have the same needs.

لكن لما ربنا يصطفي حد

But when God chooses someone

بيدي له قدرات خارقة

He has superhuman abilities.

مش معنى أنه إحنا ما عندناش هذه القدرات

It doesn't mean that we don't have these capabilities.

أنها مش موجودة لا موجودة طبعا

It is not present, of course it is present.

فشكل جمل

So, shape a camel.

وقال له أن فلان

He told him that so-and-so.

صاحبي يتعبني

My friend tires me.

ومن كثرة الحل علي

And from the abundance of the solution upon me.

الشغل بيشغله كتير ويحبه

He enjoys working a lot and loves it.

ولا يعطيه طعام

And he does not give him food.

كمان ما بيأكلوش

They don't eat either.

الإنسان ده دايما مفترم

This person is always annoying.

فالنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم دعا قال من رب هذا الجمل

The Prophet, peace be upon him, called out, "Who is the owner of this camel?"

من صاحب هذا الجمل

Who is the owner of this camel?

فجاء فتى من الأنصار وقال أنا يا رسول الله

A young man from the Ansar came and said, "I am, O Messenger of Allah."

قال ألا تتقل الله

He said, "Aren't you afraid of God?"

في هذه البهيمة التي ملاكك

In this beast that is your master.

الله إياها فإنه

God is with it, for it...

شكل أنك تدئبه وتجيعه

It seems that you are exhausting him and making him hungry.

يعني أي حد فينا

It means anyone of us.

يعني عنده أحيوان

It means he has animals.

أو عنده أي حد تحت

Or does he have anyone underneath?

أديه أو عنده أي حاجة

Does he have anything?

بيملكها يتقل الله فيها

He possesses it; fear God in it.

حتى مع

Even with

الحيوانات يعني طالما أنا مسؤول

The animals mean as long as I am responsible.

عن حاجة لازم أخد بالي منها وأكلها

About a need that I must pay attention to and eat.

وشربها وريحها وخليها

"Drink it, enjoy its fragrance, and let it be."

تشتغل القدر اللي تقدر عليه

You work according to the capacity you have.

بس مش أقل أمسلا

But not less than an example.

حد عنده مثلا

"Who has it, for example?"

عزاكم الله حمار أو حصان

May God help you, a donkey or a horse.

وبيحمله كتير وتلاقي

And he carries a lot, and you find.

الحيوان يعني هزيل ومش قادر يمشي

The animal means thin and unable to walk.

وهم حمله كتير جدا وأكيد مجوع

And they carried a lot, definitely a group.

وحاجة يعني

And it means a need.

ربنا يهدي الجميع يا ربنا

May our Lord guide everyone, O our Lord.

في كل ذات الكبد الراطب

In every living being with a moist liver.

أجر ومأمورين

Wages and agents

بالرحمة بالحيوان طبعا

Of course, with compassion for animals.

حتى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

Even the Prophet, peace be upon him.

من رحمته

From His mercy.

التي فاقت كل الناس

that surpassed all people

كان رحيما بالأطفال الصغار

He was compassionate towards small children.

كان يمشي في الطريق فكان

He was walking on the road, so he...

يسلموا على الأطفال الصغار ويضعبهم

They take care of the little children and spoil them.

مش يقول بقى لا ده الصغيرين

Isn't it said that it's the little ones?

الصغير بتاع النهاردة هو الكبير بتاع بكرة

Today's small one is tomorrow's big one.

احنا نتحدث عن مين عن سيدنا النبي

We are talking about whom? About our Prophet.

اللي هو قمة المجتمع الإسلامي

Which is the pinnacle of Islamic society.

اللي هو الرئيس

Which is the president.

والزعيم

And the leader.

المقصد أنه عنده هموم أكبر

The point is that he has bigger worries.

حد مهم

An important limit.

مش فاضي

I'm not available.

مع هذا كله

With all of this

لا يستطيع أن يغفل حق الطفل

He cannot overlook the rights of the child.

حق المرأة

Women's rights

حق بنته

Her daughter's right.

حق زوجته

The right of his wife.

نعم هو قد كان لكم في رسول الله

Yes, there has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah.

أسوة حسنة

A good example.

الأمر الأول الذي نتحدث عنه الآن

The first matter we are discussing now.

أو نخرج منه أنه فرض

Or we conclude from it that it is obligatory.

على كل مسلم ومسلمة

It is incumbent upon every Muslim male and female.

أن تكون سنة الحبيب صلى الله عليه وسلم

To follow the Sunnah of the beloved Prophet, peace be upon him.

نتعلمها ونطبق أقواله وأفعاله

We learn it and apply his words and actions.

وتقريراته

and his reports

لقد كان لكم في رسول الله أسوة حسنة

"Indeed, there has been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent example."

يعني نسمع

It means we hear.

ونطبق

And we apply.

فكان رحمة بأهله ببناته وأولاده

He was a mercy to his family, to his daughters and sons.

وزوجاته وأصدقائه وأقراب

And his wives, friends, and relatives.

وأعدائه

and his enemies

والكون من حولنا جماعة

And the universe around us is a community.

يمر على طفل صغير اسمه عمير

There is a small child named Umair.

مع عصفور

With a bird.

عصفور صغير

A little bird

فوجده يلعب

He found him playing.

في اليوم الثاني مر

On the second day, it passed.

فوجده يبكي على مرض

He found him crying over an illness.

هذا العصفور

This bird.

فيسأل عنه النبي يقول يا عمير ما فعل

So the Prophet asks about him, saying, "O Umair, what happened?"

النغير

The monkey.

كيف حال العصفور

How is the little bird?

هذا العصفور

This bird.

حتى أنه يسأل

Even he asks.

يطبق خاطر هذا الطفل

The spirit of this child is applied.

ويسأل عن هذا العصفور رحمة بأي

And he asks about this bird, mercy to whom?

النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم

The Prophet, may peace be upon him and his family.

من رحمته بالأعداء

From His mercy towards the enemies.

حتى في فتح مكة

Even in the conquest of Mecca.

دخل فاتحا

He entered as a conqueror.

منتصرا

Victorious

وبعد ما قريش

And after what Quraysh...

يعني عملوا كل حاجة وحشة

They did everything bad.

في المسلمين

In the Muslims

ذو أشد الإزاء

He has the most severe infliction.

ألقي عليه سل الجزور ويصلي في الكعبة

"Throw the camel's shoulder on him and pray in the Kaaba."

ذو بكل طريقة ممكن

In every possible way.

ذهب إلى أهل الطعام

He went to the people of food.

والطائف يدعوهم فألجوا إلى حائط البستان

And the people of Ta'if called them, so they entered a garden wall.

ورموه بالحجارة وسالت دم الشريف

They stoned him, and the noble blood flowed.

من قدمه صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم

From his blessed feet, may peace be upon him and his family.

حتى أنه لم يستطع

He couldn't even.

دخول مكة إلا في

Entering Mecca except in

جوار المطعم ابن عدي

Next to the restaurant is Ibn Adi.

وسيدنا زيد يقول له كيف ترجع إلى مكة

And our master Zaid says to him, "How do you return to Mecca?"

وقد أخرجوك منها يا رسول الله

"They have expelled you from it, O Messenger of Allah."

قال يا زيد إن الله جاعل

He said, "O Zaid, indeed Allah is making."

لما ترى مخرجا

When you see a way out.

وإن الله ناصر دينه

And indeed, Allah is the supporter of His religion.

كله بأمر الله

Everything is by God's command.

مع هذا كله لم يتذكر هذا

Despite all of this, he did not remember this.

في فتح مكة

In the Conquest of Mecca

ولكن قال ما تظنون أني فاعل

But he said, "What do you think I will do?"

بيسألهم بقى

He's asking them now.

يعني ده حتى يعني هو بيقول

I mean, he's even saying that.

للمفروض اللي كانوا مع دينه جدا جدا جدا

For those who were very, very, very much with his religion.

تفتكروا هعمل فيكم إيه

What do you think I will do to you?

دي أصلا مقدمة أنه هو مش هيعمل حاجة وحشة

This is basically an introduction that he is not going to do anything bad.

نعم يعني حتى قالوا

Yes, I mean they even said.

يعني كأنه قولولي أنتوا فاكرين أني هعمل إيه

It means it's like they are telling me, "Do you think I will do what?"

هل تتخيلوا أنني سأنتقم

Do you imagine that I will take revenge?

حتى هو داخل

He is coming in.

أحد الصحابة

One of the companions.

وكان يقول اليوم

He used to say today.

يوم الملحمة

The Day of the Battle

يعني يوم

It means "a day."

يوم الانتقام

The Day of Retribution

يوم النفأر

The Day of Gathering

عملوا فيهم حاجات كثيرة

They did many things to them.

القتل والتعزيب

Killing and torture

وأخذوا أرضهم وفلوسهم

They took their land and money.

وهاجروا من مكة إلى المدينة

And they migrated from Mecca to Medina.

واعتدوا على أعراضهم

And they violated their honor.

والحصار اللي زدام سلس سنوات في شعب أبي طالب

And the siege that lasted several years against the people of Abu Talib.

وتوفيت على إسر السيدة خديجة

And she passed away on the lap of Lady Khadijah.

وإلى آخره

"And so on."

كل هذا طبعا أي إنسان

Of course, anyone can do all of this.

وهو منتصر يفرح

And he is victorious, he rejoices.

قالوا اليوم يوم الملحمة

They said, "Today is the day of the battle."

فغضب النبي وقال لا

The Prophet became angry and said no.

اليوم يوم المرحمة

Today is the day of mercy.

كما قلت حضرتك هو نبي الرحمة

As you mentioned, he is the Prophet of Mercy.

صلى الله عليه وسلم

Peace be upon him.

بل هو نبي الإنسانية

But he is the prophet of humanity.

نبي الرحمة قال اليوم يوم المرحمة

The Prophet of mercy said, "Today is the day of mercy."

ما تظنون أني فاعل بكم

What do you think I will do to you?

قالوا أخ كريم

They said, "A generous brother."

وابن أخ كريم قال اذهبوا فأنتم

And a kind nephew said, "Go, for you are..."

انتلقاء

Encounter

يعني خلاص ما فيش أي حاجة كأن شيئا

It means that's it, there's nothing as if nothing happened.

لم يكن سبحان الله

It wasn't "Glory be to God."

يعني كان وجوده ودخلة المسلمين

It means his presence and the entry of Muslims.

على حتى كفار كريش

Even the infidels of Quraysh.

اللي هم يامأزوهم وياما

How many times they have troubled them and how many.

عملوا فيهم كل حاجة مش كويسة

They did everything bad to them.

كان دخولهم عليهم رحمة

Their entrance upon them was a mercy.

في فتح مكة

In the Conquest of Mecca.

ده بيعلمنا إن احنا مهما حد أزانة

This teaches us that no matter how much someone harms us.

خلاص

Enough.

طالما ربنا سبحانه وتعالى

As long as our Lord, Glory be to Him.

نصرنا وأكرمنا

He granted us victory and honored us.

نعفو عنه

We forgive him.

لأن الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام

Because the Messenger, peace be upon him.

كل اللي احنا بنتعلمه

Everything we are learning.

من سرته دي هو

"Whoever is pleased by this is him."

دروس وهداية وهدي

The translator for His Eminence Dr. Muhammad Ratib Al-Nabulsi.

أن يتبع نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم

To follow his Prophet, peace be upon him.

وطبعاً الصحابة ضربوا أمسيل كثيرة جداً في صدق تباعهم لنبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم

And of course, the companions set many examples of their sincerity in following their Prophet, peace be upon him.

مما يروى عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنه وأرضاه

It is narrated from Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him.

أنه كان يطوف بدابته في المدينة على ساكنها أفضل الصلاة والسلام

He was circling the city on his mount, invoking blessings and peace upon its inhabitants.

فلما رؤى ذلك قيل له يا ابن أمير من ماذا تصنع

When this was seen, he was told, "O son of the prince, what are you doing?"

قال لعل خفاً يقع على خف

He said perhaps a hoof will fall on another hoof.

يمشي على خطوة الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام

He walks in the footsteps of the Prophet, peace be upon him.

فإذا كان دحاله مع الدابة فكيف كان حاله مع صاحب الدابة صلى الله عليه وسلم

So if his condition was with the animal, how was his condition with the owner of the animal, peace be upon him?

ابن عباس رضي الله عنه وأرضاه كان ماشي في الشارع

Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, was walking in the street.

فسمع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في المسجد يحدث الصحابة

The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, heard in the mosque talking to the companions.

يقول لهم اجلسوا

He tells them to sit down.

فجلس ابن عباس على قراءة الطريق

So Ibn Abbas sat down to read the road.

فقيل له يا ابن عباس الأمر ليس لك

It was said to him, "O Ibn Abbas, the matter is not yours."

قال وصلني أمر رسول الله

He said, "I received a command from the Messenger of Allah."

إذن من جملة حقوقه صلى الله عليه وسلم

"Therefore, among his rights, may peace be upon him..."

حق الاتباع لابد أن يتبع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فيه

The right of following must involve following the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, in it.
