And the illuminating lamp of purity and cleanliness.

والذر الفاخر والبحر الزاخر

And the fine grain and the overflowing sea.

والعلم الظاهر المنصور المؤياد

And the evident knowledge that is supported and aided.

والرسول المسداد المصطفى الأمجد المحمود

And the appointed, chosen, and praised messenger.

الأحمد صاحب السكينة والمولود

The one who has serenity and is born, Ahmad.

بالمدينة أبي القاسم محمد

In the city of Abu al-Qasim Muhammad.

محمد

Muhammad

إن الله ورحمة الله وبركاته

Indeed, Allah and His mercy and blessings.

وملايكته يصلون على النبي

And His angels send blessings upon the Prophet.

يا أيها الذين آمنوا

O you who have believed

صلوا عليه وسلموا تسليما

Send prayers and peace upon him.

الله صلى على أحمد القرآن

God bless Ahmad, the Quran.

بلغ العلا بكماله كماله

"Attaining greatness is through its perfection."

كشف الدجا بجماله حسنت جميع خصاله

The darkness revealed with its beauty, enhancing all its qualities.

وطأ البصاط بنعله

He stepped on the mat with his shoe.

صلوا عليه وآله

Send blessings upon him and his family.

الله أكبر

God is the Greatest.

أدموا الصلاة

Establish the prayer.

على النبي محمد

Upon the Prophet Muhammad.

فقبولها حتما

So accepting it is inevitable.

بغير تردد

Without hesitation.

أعمالنا

Our works

بين القبول

Between acceptance.

وردها

Her rose.

إلا الصلاة

Except for the prayer.

على النبي محمد

Upon the Prophet Muhammad.

أولي شبيهك بدر الليل

My beloved is like the moonlit night.

بل أنت أنوار

But you are lights.

وخدك ورد بل من الورد

And your cheek is like a rose, even more than a rose.

أزهر فربعك ياقوت وربعك جوهر

Your quarter blooms with ruby, and your quarter is a gem.

وربعك من مسك وربعك عنبار

"And your companions are made of musk, and your companions are made of amber."

فما ولدت حوى مثلك آدما

"Thus, Eve did not give birth to anyone like you, O Adam."

ولا في جنان الخلد مثلك آخر

There is no one like you in the gardens of eternity.

فيا غاية الدنيا ويا غاية المناء

O ultimate goal of the world and O ultimate joy.

فمن ذا الذي عن حسن وجهك يصبر

Who is there that can endure the beauty of your face?

يا قاصدا نحو الحطيم وزمزمي

O you who are headed towards the Kaaba and Zamzam.

بلغ سلامي للنبي الأكرامي

Convey my greetings to the noble Prophet.

سلم على النبي نقول للزوار نقول للحجاج

Salute the Prophet, we say to the visitors, we say to the pilgrims.

نقول سلم على النبي سلم على الزهراء

Say peace upon the Prophet, peace upon Al-Zahra.

بلغ سلم على الأيمة

"Convey greetings to the Imams."

هذا دليل المحبة

This is a guide to love.

يا قاصدا نحو الحطيم وزمزمي

O you who are heading towards Al-Hatim and Zamzam.

بلغ سلامي للنبي الأكرامي

Send my regards to the honorable Prophet.

وقل السلام عليك يا مولى الوراء

And say, "Peace be upon you, O Lord of the behind."

أنت الدليل إلى الصراط

You are the guide to the straight path.

الأقوام

The nations.

صلى عليك الله ما هب الصبا

May Allah's blessings be upon you as the breezes blow.

وترنمت ورق بصوت ترنمي

And the leaves sang with a melodic sound.

مولاي سلام على روح النبي محمد

My lord, peace be upon the soul of the Prophet Muhammad.

سلام على روح النبي محمد

Peace be upon the spirit of the Prophet Muhammad.

نبي الهدى والمصطفى والمؤيد

The Prophet of guidance, the chosen one, and the supported.

نبي هدان الله بعد ضلالة به

A prophet whom God guided after being lost.

لم نكن لولا هدى فنهتدي

We would not have been guided if it weren't for guidance.

فكان رسول الله مفتاح رحمة

The Messenger of Allah was the key to mercy.

من الله أهداها لكل مؤيد

From God, it was gifted to every supporter.

للموحدين

For the monotheists.

يا رب صلي

Oh Lord, pray.

يا رب صلي على

O Lord, send blessings upon

طاها وياسيني محمد وبنيه الغر

Taha and Yaseen, Muhammad and his noble children.

الميامين بعثته رحمة للناس ينقذهم

The righteous are sent as a mercy to the people to save them.

من شركهم وعدوهم

From their partner and enemy.

للشياطين

For the demons.

فجاء يجمع كل الناس

So he came to gather all the people.

قاطبتان

Two cats.

للاعتصام

For the sit-in.

بحبل الله والدين

By the rope of God and religion.

الحمد لله الذي هدانا لهذا

Praise be to God who guided us to this.

وما كنا

And we were not.

لنهتدي لولا أن هدان الله

"If it had not been for God's guidance, we would not have found the way."

الحمد لله على هدايته لدينه والتوفيق

All praise is due to Allah for guiding us to His religion and granting us success.

مبس الهداية توفيق

Guidance is success.

ما مضى أي من سبيله

What has passed is not on its way.

الحمد لله على هذه النعم والمنا

Praise be to God for these blessings and favors.

اللهم اهدنا في من هديت

O Allah, guide us among those You have guided.

يرجع الفضل إلى صاحب الذكرى

The credit goes to the one commemorated.

إلى المعظم في الأرض والسماء

To the Most Honorable in the Earth and the Sky.

وهو نبي الرحمة ومنقذ البشرية

He is the Prophet of mercy and the savior of humanity.

نستعد ونعد ونحسب لهذه الليلة المباركة

We prepare and get ready for this blessed night.

وهي ليلة السابع عشر من شهرنا الميمون

It is the night of the seventeenth of our blessed month.

اللهم بلغنا إلى هذه الليلة

O Allah, grant us to reach this night.

وهي ليلة عظيمة

It is a great night.

مصداق الرحمة

The source of mercy.

ومنبع الرحمة

And the source of mercy.

السعيد من أحياها

"Happy is the one who revives it."

السابع عشر

Seventeenth

كما مر على آبائنا وأجدادنا

Just as it has passed on to our fathers and grandfathers.

ومر على التاريخ

And time passed through history.

أن السابع عشر

ولادة الرسول الأعظم

The Birth of the Greatest Messenger.

لا يخفى علينا

It is not hidden from us.

هناك حتى وردت بعض الأعمال

There were even some works mentioned.

المستحبة ليلاً ونهاراً

Recommended both at night and during the day.

فلا نخفل عنها

So we should not ignore it.

هذه الأعمال

These works

وهي تجلبنا إلى الرحمة

And it brings us to mercy.

مثل الغسل والصوم

Like washing and fasting.

وزيارة أمير المؤمنين

And the visit of the Commander of the Faithful.

يوم ولادة النبي صلى الله عليه وآله

The day of the birth of the Prophet, peace be upon him and his family.

اللهم أرزقنا في الدنيا زيارتهم

O Allah, grant us the blessing of visiting them in this world.

وفي الآخرة يشاء

"And in the Hereafter, He wills."

وكذلك هذا اليوم

And also this day.

الذي ولد فيه النبي

The one in which the Prophet was born.

مع مرور الأعوام

As the years go by.

ولد حفيده رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم

The grandson of the Messenger of God, peace be upon him, was born.

الإمام جعفر بن محمد الصادق

Imam Ja'far ibn Muhammad al-Sadiq

سنة ثلاث وثمانين هجرية

The year eighty-three of the Hijra.

النبي ولد قبل الهجرة

The Prophet was born before the Hijra.

بثلاث وخمسين

With fifty-three.

شوف الفرق

Look at the difference.

يعني لا حد يتوهم

It means no one should be deluded.

يقول في نفس اليوم

He says on the same day.

لا وإنما دارت الأعوام

No, but the years have revolved.

على كل حال

In any case

فمولد النبي

The Birth of the Prophet.

وكذلك

And likewise

مولد الإمام جعفر

The birth of Imam Ja'far.

رئيس المذهب

Head of the sect.

جعفر بن محمد

Ja'far ibn Muhammad

الصادق

The truthfulness.

جاء ذكرى في السابع عشر

The memory came on the seventeenth.

من ربيع الأول

From the month of Rabi' al-Awwal

ولد النبي

The Prophet was born.

صلى الله عليه وآله

May peace be upon Him and His Family.

في مكة المكرمة

In Mecca.

وهو من السلالة الطاهرة

He is from the pure lineage.

من سلالة الأبرار الأخيار

From the lineage of the righteous and the good.

من سلالة الأنبياء

Of the lineage of the prophets.

والده عبد الله

His father is Abdullah.

جده عبد المطلب

His grandfather, Abdul Muttalib.

وهو المعروف

And he is well-known.

في شيبة الحمد

In the gray hair of praise.

جده أيضا عبد مناف

His grandfather is also Abd Manaf.

وجده هاشم

Hashim found him.

هاشم ابن عبد مناف

Hashim ibn Abd Manaf

عبد المطلب

Abdul Muttalib

ابن هاشم

Son of Hashim

ابن عبد مناف

Son of Abdu Manaf

من السلالة الطاهرة

From the pure lineage.

فكان

So it was.

نبي صلى الله عليه وآله

Prophet, may peace be upon him and his family.

أنزله الله

God revealed it.

من أصلاب طاهرة

From pure loins.

وأرحام

And (the) wombs.

مطهرة

Purified

ولهذا ورد في الحديث بأن

And for this reason, it has been mentioned in the hadith that

جبرئين نزل على النبي

Gabriel descended upon the Prophet.

صلى الله عليه وآله

May Allah's blessings be upon him and his family.

وذلك

and that

بعد أن بعث رحمة للعالمين

After He sent mercy to the worlds.

حرمت النار

The fire is forbidden.

على صلب أنزلك

On the cross you descended.

وبطن

And the belly.

حملك

Your burden.

ويد كفلك

And your hand is a support.

البطن هو

The abdomen is

هي آمنة

She is safe.

بنت وهب

Daughter of Wahb

وهي أم النبي

And she is the mother of the prophet.

وهنيئا لها

And congratulations to her.

آمنة بنت وهب

Amina bint Wahb

بل حملت بأشرف الخلق

But I carried the noblest of creation.

أشرف الموجودات

The most honorable of beings.

وأنجبت

And she gave birth.

سيد

Sir

الأولين والآخرين

The first and the last.

لها الفضل عمي

She has great merit, my uncle.

ويحق لها

And she has the right.

أن تفتخر

To be proud.

وإذا نظرنا إلى الحقيقة

And if we look at the truth

والواقع

The reality

بأن النبي

That the Prophet

خلقه الله من نور

God created him from light.

خلقني الله من نور

God created me from light.

خلق الله محمد

God created Muhammad.

ولبيته

And to his house.

من نور

From light

قبل آدم وقبل نوح

Before Adam and before Noah.

وقبل الأنبياء

And before the prophets.

وقبل

And before

وقبل الآباء والأجداد

And before the fathers and grandfathers.

نور

Light

خلقكم الله

God created you.

أنوارا فجعلكم

Lights have made you mourn.

بعرشه

On his throne.

محدقين

Staring

ولهذا يدخل الرجل على الإمام

For this reason, a man enters upon the imam.

الصادق سلام الله عليه

The truthful, peace be upon him.

يقول أين كنتم قبل

He says, "Where were you before?"

يدخل على الإمام الصادق

He enters upon Imam Al-Sadiq.

يقول أين كنتم قبل أن يخلقوا الله

He says, "Where were you before God created?"

أرضا مدحية وسماء مبنية

A praised land and a built sky.

أو ظلم أو نور

Or oppression or light.

قال كنا أشباح نور حول العرش

He said we were shadows of light around the throne.

قبل آدم

Before Adam

نور

Light

على أقل رواية ألفين عام

At least two thousand years.

ألفين سنة

Two thousand years.

رواية سبعة آلاف

The Novel of Seven Thousand

رواية أثنى عشر

Twelve Novels

أقصى رواية

The utmost narration.

خمسة عشر ألف عام

Fifteen thousand years

في غامض علم الله

In the mysterious knowledge of God.

لا كائنات

No creatures.

ولا موجودات

And there are no existents.

ولا ولا ولا

No, no, no.

ماكو خلق

I have no energy.

فالله خلق محمد من نور

"Indeed, God created Muhammad from light."

وهذا هو السر والحكم في ذلك

And this is the secret and the wisdom in that.

فاصطفاه ولهذا الزهراء أشارت إلى هذه المعنى

"And He chose him, and this is what Al-Zahra alluded to."

إذ الخلائق بالغيب مكنونة وبستر الأهاوي لمصونة

"When the creatures are concealed in the unseen, and the secrets of desires are kept safe."

الزهراء ذكرت في خطبتها

Al-Zahra mentioned in her sermon.

على أنه لما خلق الله النبي من نور

When Allah created the Prophet from light.

تعثه الله تعالى إتماما لأمره وعزيمة على إمضاء حكمه

May God Almighty facilitate him to complete his matter and be determined to carry out His decree.

إلى أن قالت فرأى الأمم فرقا في أديانها

Until she said, and he saw the nations divided in their religions.

عكفا على نيرانها

"Focused on its flames."

عابدة لأوثانها منكرة لله تعالى مع عرفانها

"Worshipper of her idols, denying God the Exalted, despite her knowledge."

شوف فأنار الله

Look, for God has illuminated.

بمن؟

With whom?

فأنار الله بأبي محمد

So God illuminated with Abu Muhammad.

أنار الله بمنقذ العباد

May God light the way with the savior of the servants.

أنار الله بنبي الرحمة

May الله enlighten with the Prophet of Mercy.

أنار الله

God has illuminated.

شوف الرحمة الإلهية

Look at divine mercy.

ختم الله الأنبياء به

God sealed the prophets with him.

وهو المعظم والمقدس

He is the Most Great and the Most Sacred.

ليس له مماثل وليس له مقابل

It has no equal and no counterpart.

رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله سيد الكائنات

The Messenger of Allah, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him and his family, is the master of all beings.

يدعن المسلمون بفضله

Muslims pray for his grace.

يعني كل واحد إليه فضل

It means that each person has their own merit.

يطالب بالنبي بالفضل

He demands the Prophet for favor.

لأنه هو مصدر

Because it is the source.

رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله

The Messenger of Allah, may peace be upon him and his family.

حمد لله الذي استنقذنا بك في الزيارة

Praise be to God who rescued us through you during the visit.

زيارة الرسول

The visit of the Messenger.

الحمد لله الذي استنقذنا بك من الشرك والضلالة

All praise is due to Allah who rescued us from polytheism and misguidance through You.

يعني لما بعث محمد صلى الله عليه وآله

It means when Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family, was sent.

شحال الناس وشحال البشر

How many people and how many humans?

ماذا يوصفون بالردائل؟

What are they described as in terms of garments?

أيام الجاهلية

The Days of Ignorance

وكيف رسول الله صيامه

And how was the fasting of the Messenger of Allah?

وكيف رسول الله تأقلم وكيف رسول الله اتمكن هذا كل من الله جل وعلا

And how did the Messenger of God adapt, and how did the Messenger of God manage? This is all from God, the Exalted and Almighty.

لقد جاءكم رسول من أنفسكم عزيز عليهما عنتم حريص عليكم

"There has come to you a Messenger from among yourselves; it grieves him that you should suffer; he is ardently concerned for you."

بالمؤمنين رؤوف رحيم جاءنا بأخلاق السماء

"Kind and merciful to the believers, he brought us the morals of the heavens."

جاءنا بصفات وسماء الأولياء والأنبياء

He came to us with the attributes of the saints and prophets.

فرسول الله عظيم صلى الله عليك وآلك يا رسول الله

The Messenger of God is عظیم (great), peace be upon you and your family, O Messenger of God.

جاءنا بأخلاق عظيمة

He came to us with great morals.

شوف الأخلاق إنما بعثت ليتمم مكارما الأخلاق

"Look, morality has only been sent to complete the virtues of character."

وهو الرحمة المهدات إلى البشر

And he is the mercy granted to mankind.

أنا الرحمة المهدات إليكم

I am the mercy bestowed upon you.

جئتكم بالحنفية

I brought you the faucet.

السمحاء جئتكم

I have come to you, O generous ones.

بدين الحنفية السمحاء

The generous Sharia of the Hanafis.

دين التسامح

The religion of tolerance.

دين الرأفة

The religion of compassion.

دين الضمير

The religion of conscience

بل العقيدة أنت يا رسول الله

"But the belief is with you, O Messenger of God."

ولهذا أخرج العباد من الظلمات إلى النور

And for this, He brought the servants out of darkness into light.

وهو منقذ واحد ينقذ واحد ما ينسى

He is a single savior who saves one, never forgetting.

فله الفضل وله المقام

He has the virtue and he has the status.

الأكبر والأعظم

The bigger and the greater.

والأعظم

And the greatest.

صلى الله عليك وآلك يا رسول الله

May Allah's blessings be upon you and your family, O Messenger of Allah.

رؤوفا بالمؤمنين غليظا على الكافرين

"Compassionate towards the believers, severe against the disbelievers."

رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله بأخلاقه

The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and his family, with his ethics.

كما تصفه عائشة

As Aisha describes him.

تصف النبي بأخلاقه

Describing the Prophet by his morals.

من أخلاقه

From his morals.

يمر على الصبيان فيسلم عليهم

He passes by the boys and greets them.

يجيب دعوة الفقراء والعبيد

He answers the call of the poor and the slaves.

يعود المريض

The patient returns.

يتبع الجنازة

He follows the funeral.

يعني يشيع رسول الله إذا سمع بجنازة بوفاة

It means that the Messenger of Allah would attend a funeral upon hearing of a death.

حالة وفاة في المدينة يشيع

A death in the city is being mourned.

يطلع يشيع

He comes out to the public.

يخصف النعل ويرقع الثوب

He mends the shoe and patches the garment.

ويحلب الشات

And milk the goat.

ويشارك في الفعاليات

He participates in the activities.

مثل حفر الخندق

Like digging a trench.

وكذلك في بناء المسجد النبوي

Also in the construction of the Prophet's Mosque.

يشارك رسول الله إليه فعالياته

The Messenger of God shares his events.

وكان متواضع

He was humble.

على الصغير والكبير من تواضعه

"About the humble demeanor of both the small and the great."

ويحث على التواضع

And encourages humility.

من تواضع لله

Whoever humbles themselves before Allah.

من تواضع لله رفعه الله

Whoever humbles themselves for the sake of Allah, Allah will elevate them.

ومن تكبر خفضه الله

Whoever is arrogant, Allah will humiliate him.

ولهذا تكل الألسن

And for this reason, tongues are tied.

تكل الألسن وتجف الأقلام

The tongues speak, and the pens dry up.

بذكره صلى الله عليه وآله

In remembering him, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him and his family.

ثلاثة وستة

Three and six

وستين سنة

and sixty years

عمر النبي أيام الدعوة

The age of the Prophet during the period of الدعوة (Da'wah).

ثلاثة وعشرون عام

Twenty-three years.

الحديث

The الحديث translates to "the talk" or "the narration."

لا يكتمل بذكره

It is not complete without mentioning him.

يعني لا زلنا

It means we are still.

يعني مهما نقول

It means no matter what we say.

ومهما نكتب

And no matter what we write

ومهما نذكر من فضائل

"And no matter what virtues we mention."

ومعجزات وقيام

And miracles and resurrection.

معجزات النبي حدث ولا حرج

The miracles of the Prophet are countless.

سبقته قبل الولادة

I preceded him before birth.

قبل الولادة

Before birth

ولهذا يؤرخ

And for this reason, it is dated.

النبي صلى الله عليه وآله

The Prophet, peace be upon him and his family.

ولد في عام الفيل

Born in the Year of the Elephant.

ترى هذه معجزة

You see this as a miracle.

هلأك أصحاب الفيل

Now the friends of the elephant.

بعد هلاك أصحاب الفيل

After the destruction of the owners of the elephant.

بخمس وخمسين يوم

In fifty-five days.

ولد صلى الله عليه

He was born, peace be upon him.

وهذه معجزة

And this is a miracle.

هذه آية من آياته

This is a sign of His.

ولهذا ذكرت

This is why I mentioned.

معجزات باهرات

Stunning miracles

لقدومه وتبشر

His arrival and good news.

لقدوم هذا المولود العظيم

The arrival of this great newborn.

منها هلاك أصحاب الفيل

Among them is the destruction of the companions of the elephant.

وأصبحت أصحاب الفيل

"And the owners of the elephant became."

في تاريخ

In history

النبي ولد في عام الفيل

The Prophet was born in the Year of the Elephant.

العام الذي أهلك الله

The year that God destroyed.

فيه أصحاب الفيل

In it are the companions of the elephant.

أبراه الحبشي

Abraham the Ethiopian

لما عزمه

When he encouraged him.

وأقبل من اليمن

"And he came from Yemen."

لكي

To

يزيح الكعبة جاي

The Kaaba will be removed.

إليه بقوة

To him with strength.

قبل أن يصل إلى مكة

Before he reached Mecca.

ألم تر كيف فعل

"Did you not see how he acted?"

ربك بأصحاب الفيل

"Your Lord with the People of the Elephant."

ألم يجعل

"Did he not make"

كيدهم

Their scheming.

هذا يبقى يزيح الكعبة

This will continue to move the Kaaba.

ما يريد صلاة وعبادة

He wants prayer and worship.

وما يريد قبلة ودين

"And he does not want a kiss or a religion."

وقرآن ما يريد

And the Qur'an does not desire.

أهلكه الله

May God destroy him.

شوف عمي بالسماء

Look, my uncle, in the sky.

شوف الطريقة والوسيلة

Look at the way and the means.

طيور تحمل

Birds carry.

ثلاث

Three

من الحصاء المصغرة

From the small pebbles

حصامي الصغار

My little savings.

في الرجلين

In the two men.

وفي المنقار

In the beak.

عمي هذه بس

This is just my uncle.

مثل ما يقولون أهلكوا

As they say, they ruined everything.

هم الله بهذا الأمر

They support God in this matter.

أبادهم الله جل وعلا

May Allah, the Exalted and Mighty, annihilate them.

عمي هذه إرادة الله

Uncle, this is the will of God.

قوة الله

The power of God

ألم يجعل كيدهم في تضليل

"Did He not make their plot a misguidance?"

فأرسل عليهم طير

So He sent upon them birds.

اللهم انصر الإسلام

O Allah, grant victory to Islam.

والمسلمين

and the Muslims

اللهم انصر الشعائر

O Allah, support the rituals.

اللهم انصر

O Allah, grant victory.

النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وأمة محمد

The Prophet, peace be upon him, and the nation of Muhammad.

اللهم اجعل

O Allah, make...

اللهم اجعل هذا البلد

O Allah, make this country...

وسائر بلاد المسلمين

and the other lands of the Muslims

في أمن

In safety

ارفع عنا الوباء

Lift the pandemic from us.

والبلاء والمهم

"And the affliction and the important."

اللهم آمنا

O Allah, grant us safety.

ندعو لنا آمنا في أوطاننا

We pray for our safety in our homelands.

أن الأمان منبع

That security is a source.

ومصدر العبادة

And the source of worship.

فعلا

Indeed.

ومن معجزات هذا المولود

"And among the miracles of this newborn"

التي ظهرت قبلنا

"that appeared before us"

منها

Among them

تزلزل

Tremble.

ارتج إيوان كسرة

The Iwan of Kisra shook.

وكان جالس فيه

And he was sitting in it.

حتى سقطت منه

Until it fell from him.

أربعة عشر

Fourteen

وقيل أربعة وعشرون شرفة

It was said that there are twenty-four balconies.

انشق إيوان كسرة

The iwan of Khosrow has split.

ولم يبقى سرير لملك

And no bed is left for the king.

من الدنيا إلا وأصبح من كسرة

"Nothing in this world remains without becoming a piece broken off."

غارت بحيرة ساوة

The lake of Sawah has dried up.

فاض ودي سماوة

My love overflows like the sky.

أخمدت نيران

The fires have been extinguished.

فارس

Knight

هذه النيران التي تعبد

From the palm tree

بكى في آخر أيام النبي

He cried in the last days of the Prophet.

وحنى لمفارقته الجدع اليابس

"And we will part from the dry stump."

وأحيا معالم الدين

"And he revived the landmarks of the religion."

وهي

And she is

دوارس وخمدت

Dewars and extinguished.

يوم مولده

His birthday

رؤيا المؤبدان

The vision of the two imprisoned.

بأنه

رأوا المؤبدان

They saw the two life sentences.

أنه ولد النبي في أيامه

The Prophet was born in his days.

كسره

He broke it.

كسر العدالة أو العادل

The break of justice or the just one.

أما مضى من حكمه وملكه

As for what has passed of his wisdom and reign.

أربع وثلاثون عام

Thirty-four years.

ولد صلى الله عليه

He was born, peace be upon him.

وقيل ثمان وثلاثون عاما

It was said thirty-eight years.

ولد النبي صلى الله عليه

The Prophet was born, peace be upon him.

رأى المؤبدان بأنه

The life sentences saw that it

إبل صعاب

Difficult camels.

تقود خيل عراب

You lead the Arabian horses.

قد عبرت دجلة والفرات

I have crossed the Tigris and Euphrates.

وهذه الرؤية

And this vision

حيرتهم

Their confusion.

ولهذا ما استطاع

And for this reason, he could not.

تفسير تأويل ذلك

Interpretation of that.

إلا برجل

Except with a man.

يقال له

It is said to him.

سطيح وكان ساحر

Sateeh was a magician.

من الكهان

From the soothsayers.

ولم يلتقي بالنبي

And he did not meet the Prophet.

صلى الله عليه

Peace be upon him.

آخر أيامه

His last days

في أين يستوطن في الشام

Where does he settle in the Levant?

فهناك رجل يسمى عبد المسيح

There is a man named Abdu al-Masih.

فقال إن لي خالب الشام

He said, "I have a relative in Sham."

لا يخفى عليه ذلك

He is not unaware of that.

فقال أمضي إليه يا عبد المسيح

He said, "Go to him, O servant of Christ."

وأنا أجزل لك العطاء

"And I give you generously."

فاسأله عن هذه الأمور

So ask him about these matters.

الأحداث كلها

All the events.

فتوجه

So he headed.

وقال له

And he said to him.

إلى الشام

To the Levant

وأقبل وهو في آخر أيامه

And he approached in his final days.

ولكنه علم به

But he learned about it.

لما دخل عليه

When he entered upon him.

قال جاء عبد المسيح

He said, "Abdul-Masih has come."

على جمل يسيح

On a camel that moves smoothly.

رسول من عندي كسرى يصيح

A messenger from Khosrow is shouting.

رسول إلى سطيح

A messenger to Sateeh.

يسأله عنه

He is asking him about it.

شوف حتى المسائل علم بها

"Look, even the issues are aware of it."

بعد ما سأل

ما تكلم ولا ولا

He didn't speak at all.

يسأله عنه

عن بحيرة ساوى

About Lake Siwa.

غارت بحيرة ساوى

Lake Sawa has dried up.

وفاض وادي سماوى

And the celestial valley overflowed.

هذه من الأمور

This is one of the matters.

الآيات التي حدثت قبل الولادة

The verses that occurred before the birth.

غارت بحيرة ساوى

Lake Sawa has vanished.

وفاض وادي سماوى

The heavenly valley overflowed.

وأغمدت نيران الفارس

And the knight's flames were extinguished.

يسأله عن ذلك

He asks him about that.

وارتجاج الإيوان

And the shaking of the palace.

أقول لك يا عبد المسيح

I say to you, O Abd al-Masih.

قولا صحيح

Say the truth.

إذا حدثت هذه الأمور

If these events occur.

ليس الشام لسطيح

"Sham is not for Sitiḥ."

بل يتمنى الحمام

Rather, the pigeon wishes.

وليس هذا إلا قرب

And this is nothing but closeness.

خروج السفاك الهتاك

The emergence of the bloodthirsty butcher.

يعني محمد

It means Muhammad.

يقول الذي يخرب الديار

He who destroys the homes says...

عمي رسول الله

My uncle, the Messenger of Allah.

رسول الله

Messenger of God

سفاك هتاك

A bloodthirsty killer.

ترى إلى الآن

Do you see until now?

هالكلام يأخذونا إلى الآن

This talk is still taking us now.

ترى زرع في قلوب

You see the planting in the hearts.

الحاقدين

The envious ones.

والدجالين

And the false prophets.

والمضلين إلى الناس

"And the misleading to the people."

وسائل

Means

تضليل

Misleading

ولهذا إلى الآن يحملون على النبي حملات

And for this reason, they still launch campaigns against the Prophet.

شوف من حقده

Look at his hatred.

يكتب بالحدى

It is written in the limit.

من أسفل الحدا

From the bottom of the fence.

يبيع حدا يكتب عليه محمد من الأسفل

"Someone sells it with 'Mohammed' written at the bottom."

شنو بس يبقى يوطي

What remains is just to lower.

اسم محمد يوطى التراب

The name Muhammad is buried in the soil.

أمي محمد رفيع شان

My mother is Muhammad Rafi' Shan.

عظيم

أبضمه عظيم

His embrace is great.

أنت يعلم ما تكتب

You know what you are writing.

على الحدا يعني خلاص انتهى محمد

في الخافقين

إلى أن تقوم السام

اللهم عز نبينا

إذا سمعنا الذكرى في كل وقت

If we hear the remembrance at all times.

وحين بل في كل

And when, indeed, in everything.

لحظة أكو يوم

Just a moment, is there a day?

مر علينا ما نذكر النبي صلى الله

It has passed us what we remember the Prophet, peace be upon him.

عليه وآله في الأفق في الأذان

"Upon him and his family in the horizon during the call to prayer."

على رؤوس

On heads

الأشهاد يعلن صلى الله

The witnesses declare, may Allah bless him.

عليه وآله

Upon him and his family.

ملائكة حرسه

His guard angels

صلى الله

May God bless.

عليك وآلك يا رسول الله

Upon you and your family, O Messenger of Allah.

فما التقى

"So they did not meet."

لم يلتقي سطيح بن نبي

Sutaih did not meet with the Prophet.

ولكن أخبرهم وأعطاهم الغاية

But tell them and give them the purpose.

سقوط الأصنام

The fall of idols.

تكاببت الأصنام

The idols were gathered.

من على سطح الكعبة

From the roof of the Kaaba.

وقد حفظ

آمنا بنت وهب

وإلا

أراد اغتيالها

ولهذا يقولون بالنسبة

وبطلة

وبطلة سحر

السحرة يعني ما ليه مفعول

حتى أن تكناء

أنفقت الأموال

I spent the money.

بجهدها وقدرتها

With her effort and ability.

وطاقاتها

and its energies

لجاي من اليمن

I am coming from Yemen.

ساحرة جاي مكة

The witch is coming to Mecca.

وتبحث من يساعدها

And she is looking for someone to help her.

على قتل آمنة

On the murder of Amina.

تبتقتل آمنة

Amina is being killed.

وآمنة حبلة

And Amina is pregnant.

بالنبي صلى الله عليه وعليم

By the Prophet, peace be upon him.

بأن النبي في عالم الأرحام

That the Prophet is in the realm of wombs.

أم النبي في عالم الأرحام

The mother of the prophet in the world of wombs.

محفوظ

ملائكة عين الله ترعى

Angels of the Eye of God watch over.

ملائكة حرس

Guard angels

آمنة من كل سوء ومكرج

Safe from all harm and deceit.

آية بتقتل

An ayah kills.

آمنة

وفعلا

Indeed.

يقولون جن

They say jinn.

واحد من الجن

One of the jinn.

دلاها

Dalahaa

وشاركها في الرأي

And he shared her opinion.

وأرشدها إلى تكناء

And he guided her to Tekna.

وكانت تكناء ماشطة

And she was known as a hairdresser.

وداية إلى آمنة

And the beginning to Amina.

تدخل عليها في كل وقت وحين

You intervene with her at all times and occasions.

هذه تلازم خدمتها

This is a requirement of her service.

فعمدت إليها بكيس من الذهب

So I approached it with a bag of gold.

من المال

From the money

ولعب الشيطان بعقلها

And the devil played with her mind.

وبعد ذلك

أخذت تدبر الحيلة

She started devising a plan.

الرأي

لكي لا يسمعوا الصوت

أن هذه بتقتل الآن

بتقتال آمنة

فهيأت لها ذلك

وأعطتها خنجر مسموم

قد أروته السم

تهيأ الأمر

الناس اشتغلوا بالوليمة

وهي أقبلت كعادتها

She approached as usual.

ودخلت

And she entered.

كيف حالك

تسألها تآمنة

You ask her, "Are you safe?"

كيف حالك يا تكناء

How are you, Technah?

قالت

She said.

لو لا أياديكم الفاضلة والمعروف

If it weren't for your generous hands and kindness.

لكنا في أسوأ حال

But we are in the worst state.

إلى أن

Until

أقبلت بخنجرها

She approached with her dagger.

تحت الثياب مخفي

Hidden beneath the clothes.

وأقبلت إليها من الخلف

And I approached her from behind.

وأرادت تسريح

And she wanted to release.

شعرها كالعادة

Her hair, as usual.

وأخذت تتكلم

And she began to speak.

وتتحدث معها

And she talks to her.

بهدوء

Calmly.

إلى أن غافلتها

Until I caught her off guard.

وهي من الخلف

And she is from the back.

ورفعت الخنجر

And I raised the dagger.

وأرادت طعن السيدة

And she wanted to stab the lady.

آمنة بنت وهب

Amina bint Wahb

ولكن حست بقابض

But she felt a tightness.

قبض على يدها

He grabbed her hand.

وسقط الخنجر

And the dagger fell.

شوف عمي قدرة الله

"Look, my uncle, the power of God."

هذا أمر إلهي أمر عجاز

This is a divine command of impotence.

وإلا ما تعلم

Otherwise, you do not learn.

هي ما تدري

She doesn't know.

فصرخت

And I screamed.

ولكن قالت لا تلوموني

"But she said don't blame me."

لوموا الزرقاء اليمامة

Blame the blue pigeon.

يعني هذا الأمر منها

This matter means from her.

هذه مؤامرة من الزرقاء

This is a conspiracy from the blue.

فهامت الزرقاء

The blue one understood.

على وجهها

On her face.

يقولون هذه ساحرة

They say she is a witch.

تبصر إلى الجمل

Look at the camels.

في الليل المظلم

In the dark night

قبل ثلاثة أيام

Three days ago.

تبصر إليها

Look at her.

كان الساحرة

The witch was.

عندها القوة

At that time, the power.

وعندها كذا

And then like this.

فلكن فشلت

But I failed.

المؤامرة فشلت

The conspiracy has failed.

وحفظ الله نبيه

And may God protect His Prophet.

حفظ الله نبيه

May God protect His Prophet.

فنحن نفتخر بهذا النبي المعظم

We take pride in this great prophet.

الذي حفظه الله جل وعلا

Whom Allah, Glory be to Him, has protected.

هو نبي الأمة

He is the prophet of the nation.

ولهذا

And for this reason

على كل مسلم

For every Muslim

وعلى كل من تبعه

"And to all those who followed him."

وآمن بنبوته

And believed in his prophethood.

أن يتهيأ

To prepare.

لهذه الليلة

For this night

عظيمة

Great

ليلة مباركة

Blessed night.

اللهم زدنا يقين وعقيدة

O Allah, increase us in certainty and faith.

وبارك الله فينا

And may God bless us.

اللهم اجعلنا

O Allah, make us...

في هذه الليلة المباركة

On this blessed night.

وهي ليلة الولادة

It is the night of birth.

من المرحومين

From the deceased.

ولا تجعلنا من المحرومين

And do not make us among the deprived.

والمسر بين جنبيها

"And the theater is between her sides."

ولا زالت الهواتف تهتف بها من كل جانب

وهي على تلك الحالة أفلح من يصلي

In that state, those who pray are successful.

Upon the Messenger and the family of the Messenger.

Oh listeners of the system

صلوا على البدر التمام

Send blessings upon the full moon.

والكل يهنئها بحملها الميمون

Everyone congratulates her on her blessed pregnancy.

وعين الله ترعاها والملايك تحرسها

"And the Eye of God watches over it, and the angels guard it."

ولما دخلت في الشهر السابع

And when I entered the seventh month.

التفت عبد المطلب إلى ابنه عبد الله والد النبي محمد

Abdul Muttalib turned to his son Abdullah, the father of the Prophet Muhammad.

اللهم صلي على محمد وآل محمد

O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

يا بني إنه لم يبقى من ولادة الحبيب

O my son, there is nothing left of the birth of the beloved.

إلا أشهر متاع

Except for the most famous goods.

أشهر قليلة

A few months.

وقد مضى لها من الحمل ما بعد

And it has been a while since she became pregnant.

ولا بد لنا من وليم نعملها

We must have a feast to celebrate it.

بشان هذا المولود يحضرها أهل مكة

Regarding this newborn, the people of Mecca attend it.

فامضي يا بني إلى يثرب

"Go, my son, to Yathrib."

وابتاع لنا تمرا

And he bought us dates.

يعني اشتري تمر للوليمة

It means to buy dates for the feast.

فتوجه عبد الله ممتثلا لأمر أبيه

So Abdullah went, complying with his father's command.

شيبت الحمد فأطرقته العلة

"The praise has turned gray, so the affliction has overcome it."

وتمادى في مرض إلى أنقض الله عليه بحكمه

And he continued in illness until God intervened with His judgment.

وتوفى عبد الله والد النبي محمد

Abdullah, the father of the Prophet Muhammad, passed away.

رحمة الله على عبد الله السلام عليك يا عبد الله يا والد النبي

God's mercy be upon Abdullah. Peace be upon you, Abdullah, the father of the Prophet.

وقد دفن بالبقيع الغرقاد

And he was buried in Baqi' al-Gharqad.

فهو النبي ولد يتيما من الأب

He is the prophet who was born an orphan from his father.

فجاء خبره إلىه

His news came to him.

بني هاشم فقاموا عليه العزى أيامًا وليالي

Banu Hashim rose against him during the days and nights.

اللهم صلِّ على محمد وآل محمد

O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

ولا زالت السيدة آمنة في الأشهر الأخيرة

Mrs. Amina is still in the last few months.

وهي لا تجد ألمًا ولا وجع

And she feels no pain or ache.

ولا تجد ما يهمها من الهمِّ والغم

And you will not find what concerns her from worry and sorrow.

إلى أن أشرفت علىه في الشهر التاسع

Until I reached it in the ninth month.

وهي على تلك الحالة

And she is in that condition.

وأشرفت على فجر يوم الجمعة السابع عشر من شهر ربيع الأول

And I oversaw the dawn of Friday, the seventeenth of the month of Rabi' al-awwal.

فأتاها ما يأتي النساء وهي فرحة مسرورة

Then she experienced what women experience, and she was joyful and happy.

فرأت نزل طائر من السماء

She saw a bird descending from the sky.

فمسح طائر أبيض

So a white bird wiped.

فمسح بجناحه على بطنها

So he brushed his wing against her belly.

فسأل عنها ما تجده من الخوف

So he asked about it what he finds of fear.

وهي مطمئنة بذلك

And she is assured of that.

اللهم صلِّ على محمد وآل محمد

O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

وكانت ولادة الرسول بجوار البيت الحرام

The birth of the Prophet was beside the Sacred House.

لا زال موجود إلى الآن

It is still present until now.

وين صحن الصفة؟

يعني دخلوا وشافوا مكاتب ومكتبه

وقالوا هنا في هذه المكتبة

هالحجرة ولد النبي صلى الله عليه وآله

This chamber is where the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family, was born.

نحن نفتخر بهذه البقعة المقدسة

We take pride in this sacred place.

اللهم صلي على المحمد وعلي محمد

O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

وعند الولادة دخلنا عليها نساء

And upon her giving birth, women entered upon her.

اللهم صلي على المحمد وعلي محمد

O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad.

وهي غير قلقة ولا حسنة

She is neither worried nor good.

بل تجد الخفة والاتساع

But you will find lightness and spaciousness.

وعليها من النور

And upon it is light.

ما يخشي الأبصار وتحير فيه الأفكار

"What fears the eyes and confounds the thoughts."

وأشربت كوب من البلور

And I drank a cup of crystal.

على حتى أنها أطمأنت بذلك

So much so that she was reassured by that.

وجلسنا النسوى حولها

And the women sat around her.

وعبد المطلب ينتظر البشارة

And Abdu Muttalib is waiting for the good news.

فبينما عبد المطلب في ذلك

"While Abdul Muttalib was in that situation..."

في بتلك الحالة

In that case

حتى ولد النبي

Until the Prophet was born.

يا محمد الصالح

O righteous Muhammad.

وعليه وقلبي وسلم

And upon him, my heart and peace.

أفضل الصلاة والسلام عليك

The best prayers and peace be upon you.

يا مسئول الله

O Allah, the Responsible One.

محمد وعليه محمد

Mohammed and peace be upon him.

صلوات رب العليم

Prayers of the Lord, the All-Knowing.

يا ابن ببي طالب

O son of Abu Talib.

صلوات رب العليم

The prayers of the Lord, the All-Knowing.

خاطمة الزهران

Khatimat Al-Zahra

صاحب العصر والزمان

The owner of the age and time.

من مكة النور النبوة ضاء

From Mecca, the light of prophethood shone.

وكس الوجود محاسناً وبهاء

"And the essence of existence is with beauty and splendor."

وتكابب الأصنام لما أحمد ولدته آمنة

And the idols fell down when Ahmad was born to Amina.

فرف لواها

"Turn it around."

وتكابب الأصنام لما أحمد ولدته آمنة

"And the idols crumbled when Ahmad was born to Amina."

فرف لواها

"Turn it around."

الله أكبر يا سماوات اسجدي

God is the Greatest, O heavens, bow down.

خير الخلائق رحمتان قد جاء

The best of creatures, mercy has come.

قل إذا الحبيب ومنه

Say: "When is the beloved and from him?"

مثله لا يولد

Such a one is not born.

والنور من وجناته يتوقد

And the light from his cheeks ignites.

ولد الذي لولاه ما كان البقى

"The one who, if it weren’t for him, there would be no existence."

كلا ولا ذكر الحماوى المعهد

No, nor did Al-Hamawi mention the institute.

جبريل نادى في بديعة حسنه

Gabriel called out in her wondrous beauty.

هذا جميل الوجه هذا السيد

This gentleman has a beautiful face.

هذا كحيل الطرف هذا المصطفى

This is the one with the kohl-lined eyes, this is the chosen one.

هذا حبيب الله هذا أحمد

This is the beloved of God, this is Ahmad.

قالت ملائكة السيدة

The lady's angels said.

بأسرها ولد النبي ومثله لا يولد

The Prophet was born to the whole world, and one like him is not born.

بدت بسمة الأفراح تعلو على ثغري

The smile of happiness seemed to rise on my lips.

وتيار بحر الشعر قد فاض من صدري

And the current of the sea of poetry has overflowed from my chest.

وزالت همومي بعدما كنت سائراً بروضة أزهاري

بمولد طه المصطفى صاحب العباء

With the birth of Taha Al-Mustafa, the one with the cloak.

With his birth, prosperity along with ease has arrived.

وحللت الأملاك في أفق السماء

And the properties were dissolved in the horizon of the sky.

وأشرق نور الطهر كالكوكب الذري

And the light of purity shone like a radiant star.

وأيوان كسرة خر للأرض ساجدان

صرح ربُّ البيتْ في محكمَ الذكرين

لقد جاءَكم من عندنا خيرَه

A good thing has come to you from us.

حُرِّي فَمَنْ مِنْ عِبَادِي طَاعَهُ قَدْ أَطَاعَنِي وَمَنْ قَدْ عَصَاهُ إِنَّهُ قَدْ عَصَهُ

Freedom, so whoever among My servants obeys Me has indeed obeyed Me, and whoever disobeys Me, he has indeed disobeyed Me.

أَمْرِي بِهِ قَدْ خَتَمْتُ الْأَنْبِيَاءُ وَآلِهِ هُمُوحُ جَجِي فِي الْخَالْقِ أَوْ دَعْتُهُمْ سِرِّي
