اهلا بكم في الحلقة الاولى من برنامج كيف نتدبر القرآن

Welcome to the first episode of the program "How to Understand the Quran."

لما نيجي نتدبر القرآن عاوزك تفتكر ايات الله اللي بتقولك ازاي تتدبر القرآن

When we come to reflect on the Quran, I want you to remember the verses of Allah that tell you how to contemplate the Quran.

الاولى اللي بتقولك باسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الفلامين تالك الكتاب والاريبة فيه هدى للموت

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. A. L. M. This is the book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for the righteous.

فعايزك تبحس عن الهدى في القرآن اللي انت بتقرأ فيه

So I want you to look for guidance in the Qur'an that you are reading.

لو بتيجي تتدبر القرآن هتتدبر كلمة كلمة واية اية والاية اللي بتفكر فيها لازم تفكر في الاية اللي قبلها ولاية اللي بعدها

If you come to ponder the Quran, you will ponder word by word and verse by verse, and the verse you are thinking about must be considered in relation to the verse before it and the one after it.

انها بنسميها الصياق لانك عشان تفهم الاية وتتفكر فيها فاهمة صحيح لازم تشوف الصياق اللي بتبحس عن الهدى في ايات الله

We call it the context because in order to understand the verse and reflect on it correctly, you must look at the context in which you seek guidance in the verses of God.

هنا اتنين تشوف الايات دي

Here are two that you can see these verses.

ربنا هداك ليه

Why did our Lord guide you?

زادك ايمانا

May it increase your faith.

ليه بتقول كده

Why do you say that?

الاية التانية اللي عايزك دايما تتفكرها وتحفظها على فكرة

The second verse that I want you to always think about and memorize, by the way.

اللي تقول ليه بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

"Whoever says to me, 'In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.'"

انما المؤمنون الذين اذا ذكر الله

"Indeed, the believers are those who, when Allah is mentioned..."

وجلت قلوبهم

Their hearts trembled.

واذا تليت عليهم

"And when it is recited to them"

اياته زادتهم ايمانا

His signs increased their faith.

وعلى ربهم يتوكلهم

And upon their Lord, they rely.

فهل الاية زادتك ايمان

Did the verse increase your faith?

هذا اختبار تاني

This is a second test.

هل الاية زادتك ايمان

Did the verse increase your faith?

وهل لقيت هدا

And did you find this?

طيب في حاجة تانية

Okay, is there anything else?

الاية

The verse.

ايات الله والقرآن في علم

The signs of God and the Quran in knowledge.

طيب كيف تبنيني الكلام تتعلمني ارى الاية

Okay, how will you teach me? I want to see the verse.

اية 19 من الاية العمران

Verse 19 of Surah Al-Imran.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

ان الدين عند الله الاسلام

Indeed, the religion with Allah is Islam.

وما اختلف الذين اوتوا الكتاب

"And those who were given the Book did not differ."

الا من بعد ما جاءهم

Except after it has come to them.

الاية

The verse.

وما لما اختلفوا ليه

Why did they disagree?

قال لك اختلفوا بغيا بينهم

He said to you, they differed out of envy among themselves.

هما لما اختلفوا وطركوا العلم يعني طيب

When they disagreed and left knowledge, it was good.

ده الاصر عند ربنا يلقى

This is the covenant that our Lord will meet.

ومن يكفر بيات الله فيه

"And whoever disbelieves in the signs of Allah therein."

ان الله صريح حسن

Indeed, God is clear and good.

خلينا ارى

Let me see.

وطلع منها المفاهيم

And the concepts emerged from it.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

ان الدين عند الله الاسلام

Indeed, the religion with Allah is Islam.

وما اختلف الذين اوتوا الكتاب

"And those who were given the Scripture did not disagree."

الا من بعد ما جاءهم

"Except after it has come to them."

العلم بغيا بينهم

The knowledge is a source of pride among them.

ومن يكفر بيات الله

"And whoever disbelieves in the signs of Allah."

فان الله صريح حسن

Indeed, God is clear and good.

اذا الايات فيها علم

If the verses contain knowledge.

اوتوا الكتاب دول هما مين

Who are those who were given the book?

هما اليهود والمسيحيين

They are the Jews and Christians.

والمسلمين

and the Muslims

علمك اليهود والمسيحيين والمسلمين

Your knowledge of the Jews, Christians, and Muslims.

اختلفوا من بعد ما جاءهم العلم

They disagreed after knowledge had come to them.

اختلفوا ليه

Why did they disagree?

باغيان بينهم. ولما يختلفوا باغيان بينهم معنى كده ان هم

They are two parties among them. And when they disagree, it means that they...

تركوا العلم. اللي فين? اللي في اية الله. واذا تركوه يبقى

They abandoned knowledge. Where is it? It is in God's verse. And if they abandon it, then...

دول تطبق عليهم باية الله اللي بيقول ايه? ومن يكفر باية الله

Countries that apply to them the verse of Allah, which says what? And who disbelieves in the verse of Allah?

فين? الله سبحانه وتعالى. ازا نرجع تاني لموضوعنا. اية الله

Where? Allah Almighty. If we return again to our topic. Ayatollah.

سبحانه وتعالى فيها هدى. وفيها ازيادة في الايمان وفيها علم.

Glory be to Him, in it there is guidance. And in it, there is an increase in faith, and in it, there is knowledge.

انت لما ربنا سبحانه وتعالى يوفقك في تدبر الايات دي. ازا

When Allah, the Almighty, guides you in contemplating these verses. How?

لقيت انك انت فيها هدى. وهتديت بيه. خد بشرة من الله. فين

I found that you are in it, guidance. And you were guided by it. Take a promise from God. Where?

البشرة دي? اللي في اول اية رنه. ذلك الكتاب ولا رأينا فيه هدى

This skin? The one in the first verse, ringing. That book, and we did not see in it guidance.

للمتقين. ازا هتديت باللي في القرآن بقيت من المتقين. وازا

For the righteous. If you are guided by what is in the Quran, you will become one of the righteous. And if...

عملت بالاية التانية اللي هي زادتهم ايمانا. دي صفة المؤمنين.

"I worked with the second verse which is 'increased them in faith.' This is a characteristic of the believers."

انما المؤمنون الذين اذا ذكر الله وجلت كلهم واذا تليت عليهم ايتو

"Indeed, the believers are those who, when Allah is mentioned, their hearts tremble, and when His verses are recited to them..."

زادتهم ايمانا. فلو ازدادت ايمانا بقيت انت من المؤمنين

It increased their faith. If it increased your faith, you would remain among the believers.

بشهادة من الله سبحانه وتعالى.

By the testimony of God, the Most High.

الاية التالتة بقى لو انت عملت بيها لو خدت العلم ده. اللي انت

The third verse is if you acted upon it, if you took this knowledge that you...

لقيته في الكتاب. يعني تبحث عن ايمان. وتبحث عن هند وتبحث عن

I found him in the book. It means you are looking for Iman. And you are looking for Hind and you are looking for...

ايمان. طب اضف حياتك. قوم بيه حياتك. قوم بيه مفاهيمك. التنية.

Faith. Well, add your life. Stand by your life. Stand by your concepts. The change.

قوم بيه عملك الصالح. طب انت جبت كلمة قوم دي ان ايه? الاية

"Do your good deeds. Where did you get the word 'قوم' from? The verse?"

العظيمة اللي تقول ايه? ان هذا الكرآن يهدي للات هي اقوى. وهي

"The great one says what? That this Quran guides to what is stronger."

يبشر المؤمنين. الذين يعملون الصالحات. ان لهم اجرا كبيرا.

He gives good news to the believers who do righteous deeds that they will have a great reward.

الاية تسعة من سورة الاسراء.

Verse nine of Surah Al-Isra.

بخلي الكرآن يهديك للات هي اقوى. يهديك في ايه? في العبادة

"Let the Quran guide you; it is stronger. It guides you in what? In worship."

بتاعتك. وفي مفاهيمك الدنيا. صلّح بيها مفاهيمك الدنيا. وصلّح بيها

It's yours. And in your concepts, the world. Fix your concepts of the world with it. And fix with it.

عملك الصالح. كده بقيت بقيت من المؤمنين الذي يعملون الصالحات.

Your good deed. Now you have become one of the believers who do good works.

وبشره من الله. ان لهم اجرا كبيرا. حارة junior

"And give him the good news from Allah that they will have a great reward. Hot junior."

ان هذا الكران يهدي للات هي اقوى. ويبشر المؤمنين الذين

"Indeed, this Quran guides to that which is most upright and gives good tidings to the believers who..."

يعملون الصالحات. ان لهم اجرا كبيرا. دي بشرة تالية من الان

They do good deeds. Indeed, they will have a great reward. This is the next glad tidings from now.

مليك اجر كبير وانك بيت من الناس. وهم حاجة في تدبر القرآن انك

You have a great reward and you are one of the people. There is something important in reflecting on the Quran that you...

تعلم انك انت بتقرأ رسالة ربنا هرسلها لك شخصية. فتواصل مع الله

Know that you are reading a message from God sent to you personally. So connect with God.

اثناء الكراءة. فلما تسمع بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم. قول بعد

During the reading. So when you hear "In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful," say afterwards.

كده الحمد لله رب العالمين. تعلم ان ربنا بيهديك انك تحمده.

Thank God, Lord of the worlds. You know that Allah guides you to thank Him.

ولما بيهديك انك تحمده تعلم ان ربنا عايزك تبهر راضي. عن اللي

And when He guides you to praise Him, you know that our Lord wants you to be amazed, content with what He has given you.

اسمه لك. واللي كتبه لك. والحالة اللي انت فيها متزاعدش على اللي

His name is for you. And what he wrote for you. And the situation you are in doesn't add to what...

فاتك. وما تتمناش حاجة اكتر من اللي ربنا يسمه لك. وتعلم ان

You missed it. And you shouldn't wish for anything more than what God has destined for you. And you should know that...

ده احسن وضع جيد. فانتم بتحمد ربنا. انتم بترضى عن اللي ربنا

This is the best good situation. You thank God. You are content with what God has given.

يرضى عنه. لما تسمع ذكر اهل الجنة في القرآن. تقول يا رب جعل

He will be pleased with him. When you hear the mention of the people of Paradise in the Quran, you say, "O Lord, make [me one of them]."

منهم. تبتدوا ربنا ان يجعلك من اهل الجنة. وازا لما بنتدبر ايات

"Among them. You begin by asking our Lord to make you one of the people of Paradise. And if we do not reflect on the verses."

القرآن الكريم. احنا مؤمنين ان ده اللي انزل على سيد محمد صلى

The Holy Quran. We believe that this is what was revealed to Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

الله عليه وسلم. وبنستخرج منه الهدى والايمان والعلم. وبنعمل

May peace and blessings be upon him. We extract guidance, faith, and knowledge from it. And we work.

فيه. ونطبقه في حياتنا. واحنا كده اتبعنا الرسول. تصديقا لقول

"In it. And we apply it in our lives. By doing so, we have followed the Messenger. Confirming the saying."

ايه? ربنا اعملنا بما انزلت واتبعنا الرسول. فاكتبنا مع

What? Our Lord, make us act according to what You have revealed and follow the Messenger. So write us among...

الشاهدين. يعني اكتبنا مع الشاهدين احنا شاهدنا ان هذا

The witnesses. It means write us down among the witnesses; we witnessed that this...

الكتاب نزل على سيدنا محمد. وان احنا شاهدنا بان هذا الكتاب حق.

The book was revealed to our master Muhammad. And we have witnessed that this book is the truth.

يعني شهد يا ربنا ان احنا بنعمل بهذا. استمعنا الان لبرنامج كيف

It means, "O our Lord, we testify that we are doing this. We have now listened to the program 'How'."
