Bé, doncs, com molts projectes, tot comença amb alguna idea, amb alguna necessitat.

Well, then, like many projects, everything starts with some idea, with some need.

En aquest cas va sortir de la necessitat de poder anar més ràpid a la restauració,

de poder evitar molts errors que es cometen,

de poder també combatre aquesta falta de canvis que existeix actualment.

i des d'aleshores ja hem aconseguit la confiança de bastants nous restaurants.

D'inici d'expansió comercial, de moment tot funciona molt bé, estem molt contents,

i realment tenim ganes d'expandir-nos molt més,

perquè volem que molts restaurants siguin coneixudors d'aquesta experiència que estem tenint.

Al final, fer confiança a una empresa nova, una empresa que acaba de començar a fer res,

In the end, trusting a new company, a company that has just started doing anything,

comparat amb altres empreses que hi poden haver al mercat, que ja porten molt de temps,

doncs és una gran laca que hem de lluitar, no?

Naltros i qualsevol empresa nova que comenci sempre té aquella petita desconfiança, no?

D'ostres, aquests són nous, aquests acaben de començar, anirem bé, no anirem bé, no?

I jo crec que de moment estem demostrant que sí, que ho estem aconseguint i ens fem un lloc dintre del mercat.

Sí, els Premis Empren ens han ajudat molt, no?

Perquè al final el món de la tecnologia i altres sectors, no?

Because in the end, the world of technology and other sectors, right?

Noves empreses que comencen, siguin start-ups o no,

New companies that are starting, whether they are start-ups or not,

doncs sempre hi ha aquella dificultat de lluitar contra les empreses que existeixen.

So there is always that difficulty of fighting against the existing companies.

Aleshores, sempre costa molt més...

Then, it always costs much more...

Guanyar-ne la confiança, no?, d'aquest que és nou, a veure com ho farà, a veure com no ho farà, no?

I els Premis Empren, doncs, ens han ajudat a guanyar certs reconeixements entre els early adopters, no?

sempre és molt més fàcil aconseguir parlar-hi, aconseguir que et faci una prova i que guanyi la confiança, no?

Al final, de moment, ho estem aconseguint amb els restaurants que ens estan donant la confiança

Per tant, no és que siguem un més, sinó que som diferents als que hi ha.

Aquests canvis costen, costa implementar-los, costa guanyar-los.

Hi ha una confiança, però la tecnologia està per ajudar i nosaltres hem vingut a demostrar-ho.

Ja per acabar, des de la pròpia experiència, quin consell, quin missatge podries donar a aquells nous joves emprenedors o emprenedores

To conclude, from your own experience, what advice or message could you give to those young entrepreneurs?

que estiguin en aquell punt també de donar el pas, de presentar-se i de tirar endavant els seus projectes, les seves idees?

Doncs que ho facin, si ho tenen clar, no només la idea, sinó les ganes, no?

Fer un canvi, segurament, per molts d'ells.

O sigui, que estiguin assegurats en algun lloc, o estiguin gastant en algun altre projecte,

o la situació cadascú és diferent, no?

Or the situation is different for everyone, right?

Però si creuen i tenen ganes, realment és meravellós, és el millor que poden fer.

Té molt d'esforç, però hi ha un aprenentatge molt gran darrere i val molt la pena.
