在《中有法》中有一本书的名字

什么是听文可以得到解脱的教法呢

What is the teaching that can lead to liberation through listening?

就是借着上师的指引

It is through the guidance of the master.

而我们能够听上师的教法

And we are able to listen to the teachings of the Master.

而听闻上师的教法而得到解脱的

And those who hear the teachings of the Master and attain liberation.

所以叫文解脱 听闻的闻

So it is called "Wen Jie Tuo," with "wen" referring to hearing.

于是我闻的闻

So I sniffed.

有部分人称为接触可以得到解脱的

Some people refer to contact as a means of liberation.

我们的名字叫做触解脱

Our name is Touch Liberation.

能够接触到的可以得到解脱的

Those who can be reached can attain liberation.

有时候又会叫做

Sometimes it is also called.

见解脱

Achieve liberation.

我们虽然有很多不同的讲法

Although we have many different ways of speaking.

关于《中有》的教法

About the teachings of "In the Middle"

有不同的解脱的

There are different kinds of liberation.

听闻解脱 见解脱 触解脱等等

Hearing liberation, seeing liberation, touching liberation, and so on.

但是我们时间不是很多

But we don't have much time.

我们的实修又不足够的话

If our actual practice is not sufficient,

在这里要介绍一些比较简易的

Here, I would like to introduce some relatively simple ones.

是如何可以得到解脱痛苦的一些方法

Some methods to attain liberation from suffering.

我们的上师认为我们香港人的时间不够用

Our master believes that we Hong Kong people do not have enough time.

我们在实修的修行方面也未必有时间足够做

We may not have enough time to practice in terms of our cultivation.

希望我们可以直接了解

I hope we can understand each other directly.

什么是《中有》

What is "In the Middle"?

而得到一个简单的法门

And obtain a simple method.

在里面了解一下什么是闻解脱

Learn about what liberation through hearing is inside.

触解脱 或者见解脱

Touch liberation or see liberation.

也听到说 见闻足

I also heard that seeing and hearing are sufficient.

酱紫有年

It's been like this for years.

We are open for business.

刚才提到关于一个宗友分为六类

Just now mentioned about a fellow believer being divided into six categories.

第一类的宗友称之为身处宗友

The first type of religious companions is called those who are in the company of the religious friends.

就是在我们出生之后,未死的期间

It is during the time after we are born and before we die.

这段期间我们称为身处宗友

We refer to this period as being among the clan friends.

第二种宗友称为睡梦宗友

The second type of spiritual friend is called a sleep-dream spiritual friend.

就是在发梦期间,直到未清醒的时候

It is just during the dreaming period, until the moment of waking.

这段期间我们称为梦中的宗友

We refer to this period as the fellow practitioners in dreams.

第三种宗友称为禅定宗友

The third type of sect friend is called the Zen meditation sect friend.

就是当我们进入禅定,入定之后

It is when we enter meditation and enter a state of samadhi.

在未出定的状态,这就是禅定的宗友

In a state of uncertainty, this is the essence of Zen meditation.

这三种宗友其实都可以归涉在身处宗友

These three types of sect friends can actually be categorized as those who are involved in sect friendships.

哪两种归涉在身处宗友呢?

What two types of affiliations are present among religious friends?

就是在梦中的宗友和禅定的宗友

It is the fellow practitioners in dreams and the fellow practitioners in meditation.

这两种都可以归纳在身处宗友

Both of these can be classified under being in a religious community.

今天我们认识了七个宗友

Today we met seven fellow practitioners.

我们都知道他们是谁

We all know who they are.

我们认识了七个宗友

我们认识了四个宗友

We met four fellow disciples.

我们认识了十个宗友

We have met ten fellow believers.

了解了三种宗友之后

After understanding the three types of fellow believers.

第四种的宗友叫什么名字?

What is the name of the fourth kind of religious friend?

叫死亡的忠友

Called the loyal friend of death.

就是说我们在死亡

That means we are dying.

直至我们的气息断裂的时候

Until our breath breaks.

这个是死亡的忠友

This is the loyal friend of death.

第五种叫发性忠友

The fifth type is called "loyal friends who are proactive."

发性忠友就是说

"Fidelity in friendship means..."

我们在出现名增得

We are experiencing an increase in popularity.

这三种位的时候

These three positions.

而显现的这个情况

And the situation that is manifested.

就是一个发性忠友

It is just a loyal friend by nature.

里面主要是说

It mainly talks about.

如何解脱出来的

How to break free?

在我们发性忠友的时候

When we are faithful to our friends in our actions.

未能解脱之后

After failing to break free

我们又会继而去投身

We will then throw ourselves into it.

因为会投胎去六道轮回

Because one will be reincarnated in the six realms of existence.

因为在投胎的期间

Because during the period of reincarnation

这个忠友叫投身忠友

This loyal friend is called a devoted friend.

这是第六种

This is the sixth type.

我们现在在这时候

We are now at this moment.

我们称为这个身有忠友的

We refer to this body as having loyal friends.

在这个身有忠友上面

On this loyal friend above.

我们可以组成一个最好的

We can form the best one.

我们现在在这个时候

We are at this moment now.

我们称为这个身有忠友的

We call this body a loyal friend.

这个身有忠友上面

This body has loyal friends above.

我们可以组成一个最好的

We can form the best.

但是一般来说

But generally speaking

我们现在是不会生起那个恐惧的

We will not feel that fear now.

这个死亡的时候

This moment of death.

有一个恐惧在这里

There is a fear here.

我们现在是不会生起这种恐惧的

We will not experience such fear now.

不论我们现在是否相信

Whether we believe it now or not.

这个忠友的存在

The existence of this loyal friend.

或者我们对因果信仰有没有都好

Whether we have a belief in causality or not, it’s all fine.

因为整个的在轮回来说

Because the whole thing is about reincarnation.

都是在业的原因

It's all due to the industry's reasons.

因为我们做善业的话

Because when we do good deeds

我们得到的是善报

What we receive is good karma.

如果我们做恶业的话

If we commit evil deeds.

我们是有恶报的

We have retribution for our wrongdoings.

我们的因果本来就存在在这里

Our causality has always existed here.

不论你信也好

Whether you believe it or not.

不信也好

It's fine if you don't believe it.

现在我们由于有业的缘故

Now, because of our karma.

我们自然就会有轮回

We will naturally have reincarnation.

轮回我们就会有忠友出现

In the cycle of reincarnation, we will have loyal friends appear.

这样这个学习对我们有帮助

This way, this learning is helpful to us.

如果我们现在有收集过本尊的修法

If we have collected the practices of the deity now.

例如一些新气次第

For example, some new trends are emerging.

或者圆满次第来说

Or to put it perfectly in sequence.

有帮助于我们容易了解这个忠友的

It helps us easily understand this loyal friend.

或者是说我们教会所要的

Or let's say what our church desires.

或是说我们的一些能力

Or it could be said that some of our abilities.

训语的怎样

How are the maxims?

有关爱业的

About being dedicated to one's profession.

一下把我们修理下去

Let's fix ourselves up a bit.

这样就證明了心灵是神的

This proves that the mind is divine.

这样就能够成为神的

This way, you can become a god.

这样就能够变得非常好

This way, it can become very good.

这就是我们的职业

This is our profession.

当我们发现有一个忠友

When we discover there is a loyal friend.

是因为我们有着业而着罪

It is because we are bound by karma and create sins.

不是因为我们自己有一个权力

It's not because we have power ourselves.

可以主宰的话

Words that can dominate.

我们就会身体有很大的痛苦

We will experience great physical pain.

纳尔琪也说

Narcisi also said.

矛盾 辈度 实力

Contradiction, generation, strength.

意气 终极些 只是因为我们有一个土地

Passion ultimately stems from the fact that we have a land.

尼玛谷,尼谷华丹,

Ni Ma Valley, Ni Gu Hua Dan.

西外尼的,

Western-style leather.

宿泽宗人们的系统的积不积减

Is the accumulation of the system of Suze Zongren increasing or decreasing?

我们关于这个睡梦的宗友来说

Regarding this dream for our fellow disciples.

我们睡梦的时候会入梦

We enter dreams while we sleep.

就是会睡入去的时候

It's just when you fall asleep.

跟我们这个死亡的宗友

With our deceased fellow practitioner.

其实是差不多的

It's actually about the same.

这个睡梦宗友和死梦宗友

This sleeping dream friend and dead dream friend.

只是区别在于

The only difference is that.

就是他的力量方面大小

It's just the size of his strength.

他的过程大和小

His process is both big and small.

因为我们同一样东西的道理

Because we have the same reasoning about something.

在我们死亡的时候

When we die

我们的心识会慢慢收拾融入

Our consciousness will slowly gather and merge.

直接融入我们最后的阿赖耶识里面

Directly merge into our ultimate Alaya consciousness.

这个时候我们在睡梦的时候

At this time, we are in a dream.

当我们送入梦境的那一刻前那一刻

The moment before we are sent into a dream.

我们都会将我们的心识

We will all put our consciousness.

慢慢融入阿赖耶识里面

Gradually merge into the Alaya consciousness.

这个时候我们也是由业所转的

At this time, we are also transformed by our own karma.

这个时候我们都是由业所转的

At this moment, we are all influenced by our karma.

这时候我们在睡梦的时候

At this time, we are in our dreams.

当我们送入梦境的那一刻前那一刻

The moment before we are sent into the dream.

我们的心识会慢慢融入阿赖耶识里面

Our consciousness will gradually merge into the Alaya consciousness.

我们在睡梦中有的时候

Sometimes we are in a dream.

我们的心识融入了阿赖耶识的时候

When our consciousness merges with the Alaya consciousness.

然后又会出现

Then it will appear again.

分我们所谓的六种心识的呈现

The presentation of what we call the six types of consciousness.

在梦中的时候

In the dream.

我们就会出现梦中的错觉

We will experience illusions in our dreams.

那种颠倒出来

That kind of reversal.

在梦里面会出现很多外面的相

In dreams, many external appearances will appear.

有人、有马、有其他众生

There are people, there are horses, and there are other beings.

有我们住的环境等等

There are our living environment and so on.

如果我们能够了解到睡梦中有的话

If we could understand what exists in our dreams.

我们就不会因此而生畏、为暴、为恐惧

We will not be intimidated, nor will we resort to violence or fear because of this.

因为全部都是由我们的心里面发生的

Because everything happens within our hearts.

因为我们的心里面发生了恐惧

Because fear has arisen in our hearts.

我们的心里面发生了恐惧

Fear arose in our hearts.

因为我们的心里面发生了恐惧

Because fear has arisen in our hearts.

我们的心里面发生了恐惧

Fear has arisen in our hearts.

这是一个错乱的境

This is a chaotic situation.

如果我们能够了解的话

If we could understand it.

我们就不会生理一个恐怖

We will not physically give rise to a horror.

在印度上的法律里面是很简单的

The law in India is very simple.

所以我们要靠这本书来学习

So we need to rely on this book to learn.

我们要靠这本书来学习

We will rely on this book to learn.

The master has a book in hand.

这本书他自己看过了

He has read this book himself.

我们就会产生了

若莫一些本尊的相貌

尤其是死亡那一刻

Especially at the moment of death.

死亡那一刻我们身体会解散

At the moment of death, our bodies will disintegrate.

没了身体的时候

When there is no body.

只剩下我们的心识

Only our consciousness remains.

只剩下心识这一下

Only the mind remains.

我们马上要认识到这一个情况

We need to recognize this situation right away.

特别是

我们属于一个比较懒惰的人

We belong to a rather lazy person.

平时可能没有什么特别的修法

Usually, there may not be any special practices for cultivation.

所以更加重要的

So it is even more important.

其实就是我们的心间的脉轮和头盖位置

In fact, it's the position of the chakras in our hearts and the crown of our heads.

在我们的头盖位置有50个忿怒砖出现

There are 50 angry bricks appearing at our skull location.

在心间位置有42个寂静砖

There are 42 silent bricks in the position of the heart.

这就是所谓的文武八砖

This is what is known as the Eight Brick Arts of Civil and Military.

这些半砖的相貌是怎么会出现的呢?

其实在我们中幼期间的时候

Actually, during our childhood.

当我们的身体和内外的心识分离的时候

When our body and the inner and outer consciousness are detached.

就会出现这些半砖的相貌

These half-brick appearances will appear.

这些半砖的出现是我们的本国的一个能力呈现出来的

The emergence of these half bricks is a manifestation of our country's capabilities.

如果有一个人的罪业比较深重的时候

If someone has committed serious sins.

他就会身体很多恐惧的心态

He will have a lot of fear in his mind and body.

如果我们执着修杂叛转的儒家

If we persist in practicing the mixed rebellion of Confucianism.

我们曾经修学了生理次第

We once studied the stages of physiology.

圆满次第这一类的修法的话

Regarding practices of the perfect and complete stages.

当我们这个宗友出现

When our fellow sect members appear.

见到这些叛转的时候

When seeing these acts of betrayal.

我们就不会恐惧了

We will no longer be afraid.

因为我们认识到它

Because we recognize it.

但如果我们未曾学习过的话

But if we have not learned it before

我们就会见到这些情况出现

We will see these situations occurring.

我们会生到种种的畏惧的

We will be born into all kinds of fears.

那就是这个

That's it.

我们在这里

We are here.

我们要学习这个

We need to learn this.

面对这个

In the face of this.

我们要学习

We need to learn.

这种法unal

This method is unorthodox.

就是可以开始

It can start now.

有时候就要看那些适合我领域的人

我们在中游期间会出现什么情况?

What situations will arise during the mid-game?

为什么我们在中游期间会出现什么情况呢?

What situations might we encounter during the midstream period?

它的情况其实在我们呈现的景的时候

Its situation is actually when we present the scene.

我们会出现一种所谓的称为声音、光亮和光线这三种

We will encounter a phenomenon commonly known as sound, brightness, and light.

声音、光和光线这三种

The three types of sound, light, and rays.

这三种的情况其实都不是一般的情况

These three situations are actually not common circumstances.

不是我们平时听到或见到的一些情况

It's not some situations we usually hear about or see.

当听到声音的时候我们会听到一些很巨响的声音

When we hear the sound, we will hear some very loud noises.

这些声音好像在限量

These sounds seem to be limited.

近迄的情况

Recent situation

甚至被限制,或者我称为一种聋的叫声

Even being restricted, or what I call a kind of deafening noise.

在光芒的时候

In the time of radiance.

我们可以打个例子

We can use an example.

就好像太阳的光线

Just like the rays of the sun.

我们望着太阳的时候

When we look at the sun

我们眼睛是无法直望太阳的

Our eyes cannot look directly at the sun.

在这个时候就像一些很残暗的光芒出现

At this moment, it feels like a very dim light has appeared.

有很多太阳一起出现

Many suns appear together.

其实这些等等

In fact, these and so on.

其实都是我们的一个本觉智的

In fact, it is all a manifestation of our inherent wisdom.

一个能力呈现出来的状况

A situation in which an ability is manifested.

另外就是我们的光线

Additionally, it's our light.

这个光线是同一样东西

This light is the same thing.

也是非常强而有力的

Also very powerful and strong.

一个广大的三种

A vast three kinds.

声音、光芒和光线

Sound, brilliance, and light.

因为我们听到这个声音是怎样呢?

How do we hear this sound?

这个其实是我们叫做法界的声音

This is actually what we call the voice of the Dharma Realm.

打个例子

For example.

刚才上师就好像当我们

Just now, the master seemed to treat us as...

倒塞我们的耳朵的时候

When we block our ears.

耳朵的时候

When it comes to ears

听到嗡一声这样的声音

Hearing a buzzing sound like this.

这个是耳内的声音

This is the sound inside the ear.

用力去按住的时候

When pressing down hard.

你听到吗?

Did you hear that?

打个例子

For example.

这不是我们嘴巴说出来的声音

This is not the sound that comes from our mouths.

一个例子就是这个声音

One example is this sound.

是在我们内部发出来的

It was sent out internally by us.

但是在中阴期间的声音

But the sounds during the intermediate state

是比它更加强大的

It is more powerful than it.

但是不是每个人都一样

But not everyone is the same.

由于每个人的叶有所不同

Because everyone's leaves are different.

所以呈现的声音都有不同

So the sounds presented are all different.

所以这就是我们的意识

So this is our consciousness.

我们的意识

另外刚才说到光芒

和光线这两方面

Both light and shadow.

其实是我们的心的一个

In fact, it is a part of our heart.

自性的一个光

A light of one's own nature.

光芒是涌现出来的

我用烩着一颗灰

I use a stew to cook a gray.

把我的灰

Put my ashes.

用烩着一颗灰

Using a stew to mix with a piece of ash.

冒着一颗灰

Facing a gray heart.

这就是我们所说的

This is what we are talking about.

声音 光芒 和光线

Sound, radiance, and light.

业障深重 破灭情人

这里中间这个

This one in the middle.

应该叫做叶流王

It should be called Ye Liu Wang.

这里侧边就是

他的情意的变化

The changes in his feelings.

这一边是说众生的

This side speaks of all living beings.

有一个悲心情义的形态

There is a form of compassion and loyalty.

就是观世音菩萨

It is Guanyin Bodhisattva.

其实是我们的一个叶

Actually, it is one of our leaves.

众生的叶的呈现来的

The presentation of the leaves of all beings.

在密宗来说

In Tibetan Buddhism,

每个叶的本尊有些代表

Each leaf's essence represents something.

譬如观音

For example, Guanyin.

悲心情义的一个形态

A form of compassion and emotional loyalty.

就是观世音菩萨

It is Guanyin Bodhisattva.

观世音的变化

The transformations of Guanyin.

这个叶的变化

The changes of this leaf.

就是我们的叶

It is our leaf.

The changes in our leaves.

这个叶的变化

的一个形态

就是观世音菩萨

智慧情义的形态

The form of wisdom and affection.

就是文殊斯理菩萨

而在我们叶的呈现

那个代表

That representative.

就是一个叶流王出来的

It's just a king of the leaf flow that came out.

这里有部分已经降临了的本尊

这里是给一些我们还未离世的人

因为我们是之前做冠修的本尊修法

这是观修本尊的时候

但如果我们在收持方面收得比较好的话

这个名点,一点的缸,慢慢就会呈现本尊出来

我们看到这里有很多火焰

旁边应该还有些雪山

代表一个百寒百热的地狱

Represents a hell of extreme cold and extreme heat.

淨化了这些众生的罪业

可以令他们得到解脱

上面应该是天人

The above should be celestial beings.

天人住的地方

The place where celestial beings dwell.

一样有天人的罪业

The karma of celestial beings is the same.

包括六道众生的所有业力

Including all the karma of the six realms of sentient beings.

That kind of brightness, that kind of brilliance.

是刺眼的一种光线

大部份的本尊有法座、梨花、玉盆

Most of the main deities have a throne, a pear flower, and a jade basin.

但这些不同的地方

But these different places

你看到这个本尊是在狮子座上面的

You see this entity is above the Leo constellation.

而且他的手是持灵

Moreover, his hand is possessed by a spirit.

而且是持着法轮的

And it is holding the wheel of Dharma.

而在这个佛母的手是持着法轮的

In this statue, the Bodhisattva is holding the Wheel of Dharma.

这个看不到的

This is invisible.

大概应该是一个月刀

It should be a month knife.

这个就是一个比罗遮纳佛

This is a manifestation of Vairocana Buddha.

现在我们继续去认识这个比罗遮纳佛

Now let's continue to get to know this Vairocana Buddha.

当我们可以去祈请、祈求

When we can go to pray and supplicate.

当他死亡的时候

第一天就会出现这个法相

可以将我们自己的心识

We can transform our own consciousness.

完全融入一体的话

If completely integrated into one.

我们就会撒纳加尼

就会得到成法了

Then you will achieve the way of success.

The so-called dog's Tudo.

就是我们祈求

It is what we pray for.

也都是,其实那些光,有些光是我们一些叶的光来的,我们如果不怕的话,懂得去祈请的话,我们就会得到解脱在这里,这个是第一天出现的一个状况。

Actually, those lights, some of them come from the light of our leaves. If we are not afraid and know how to pray, we will achieve liberation here. This is a situation that appeared on the first day.

我们就能解脱,可以投身到他的净土

We can be liberated and immerse ourselves in his pure land.

The true body in the east.

如果认识不到,就没有办法了,继续轮回

根本认不到的 马上可能已经下地狱了

Those who are completely unrecognizable may have already gone to hell.

这些撒那奸 即是罪丧重的人

These sinners are people who have committed grave sins.

有些说法 罪丧重的人无中有的

Some claims are that those who commit serious crimes create something out of nothing.

马上下地狱了

就算有时候会出现也好

有些罪业比较 所谓轻一点的那些

不管你是一个宗教徒也好 或者宗教里面有不同的教派也好

或者非宗教徒也好 这些情况其实是自然而然会出现的

不管你相信不相信宗教也好

Whether you believe in religion or not.

本来就会死亡的时候 死了之后在中有的时候就会出现这些境界

When death is inevitable, there will be instances of these states appearing after one has died.

这种出现的情况 但是我们有没有借着一个方法是了不了解的

This kind of situation occurs, but do we have an unfamiliar method to understand it?

所以这种教法不是造出来的 不是去伪造出来的

So this teaching method is not fabricated, nor is it forged.

不是说创造出来的 是本来是情况

It is not said to be created; it was originally the situation.

如是这样的 在我们死亡的中有的时候
