首先,当我们听到或教导导,

最重要的事情是我们的 motivator 。

The most important thing is our motivator.

这意味着你有一个好的 motivator 。

This means you have a good motivator.

但是,正如仁波切说的,

However, as Rinpoche said,

你可能会忘记,

You might forget,

你可能会被惹怒,

You might get angry,

有些事情可能会发生。

Some things may happen.

之前我们做任何事情,

Before we do anything,

先想想你的 motivator 。

First, think about your motivator.

都是要静下来,

想想自己,

究竟为什么要来,

Why exactly do we need to come?

我的动机是什么。

What is my motivation?

这是重要的,

This is important.

当然,

我们并不是为了

We are not here for

任何竞争,

Any competition,

或任何任何反对的 motivator 。

Or any opposing motivator.

而是,

Instead,

我们有一个好的 motivator 。

We have a good motivator.

我们想带来我们自己的快乐,

We want to bring our own happiness.

我们也想带来

We also want to bring.

The happiness of everyone.

绝对不出于

一个负面的动机,

A negative motivation.

一个不好的动机。

A bad motive.

但是,我们来这里听佛法,

However, we are here to listen to the teachings of Buddhism.

除了能够带来给自己好处之外,

Besides being able to bring benefits to oneself,

也希望将这份听佛法的喜悦,

I also hope to share the joy of listening to Buddhist teachings.

与众生一起分享。

所以,我们听佛法之前,

So, before we listen to the teachings of Buddhism,

大家是要以一个清淨的菩提心,

Everyone should have a pure bodhicitta.

以一个自理利他的心,

With a self-reliant and altruistic heart,

来接受听这个佛法。

有很多佛法的开示和教授,

这些佛法的教授,

都有很多师兄要求接受,

希望得到这个皈依戒,

或者接受这个菩萨戒。

那些人,

那些人想要接受这个宣告,

Those people want to accept this declaration.

会来到前面,

每个人都想要接受这个宣告,

也许不每个人都知道,

Maybe not everyone knows,

这些宣告是什么。

What are these declarations?

所以,

有600个人,

There are 600 people.

他们都在接受宣告,

They are all receiving declarations.

他们都不知道,

They all don't know,

这些宣告是什么。

What are these declarations?

那很多时候,

Many times,

当Rinpoche说,

When Rinpoche said,

今天会传这个皈依戒的时候,

Today, when this refuge vow is transmitted,

很多人都会出来排队,

Many people will come out to queue.

接受这个皈依戒。

Accept this refuge vow.

但是,

究竟有多少人知道,

How many people really know,

这个皈依戒是什么呢?

What is this refuge vow?

皈依了之后,

After taking refuge,

我们要做些什么,

What do we need to do?

遵守些什么呢?

What should we comply with?

所以,

一个原因,

One reason,

给这个教导,

Give this teaching,

就是让你知道,

Just letting you know,

你所接受的宣告,

The declaration you have accepted,

让你能够保持这些宣告。

Allow you to maintain these declarations.

那么,

So,

今天这个佛法开始,

Today, this Buddha Dharma begins,

就是讲这个戒律,

It's about this precept.

以及说,

and say,

我接受了皈依之后,

After I took refuge,

究竟我要行持些什么戒律。

What kind of precepts should I actually follow?

如果你还没有接受任何宣告,

If you have not yet accepted any declaration,

所以,

So,

你可以想想,

You can think about it.

那么,

我需要接受什么宣告呢?

What declaration do I need to accept?

如果你没有接受过任何的戒律,

If you have not received any precepts,

首先,

在受戒之前,

Before taking the vows,

就说,

Just say,

我应该接受什么宣告,

What declaration should I accept?

我能够接受什么宣告,

What declaration can I accept?

还有,

Also,

我可以遵守什么宣告。

What declaration can I comply with?

明白了之后,

After understanding,

才是好受戒。

Only then is it easy to be disciplined.

但是很多时候,

But many times,

这些都是,

These are all,

好像一些,

It seems like some.

不是很重要的问题,

Not a very important question.

很多人都是,

Many people are like that.

跟着大队去皈依,

Follow the team to take refuge.

所以是不要搞清楚,

So it's important not to get confused.

只不过,

在一个形式上,

In a certain form,

大家一窝蜂地去皈依。

Everyone rushed to convert.

因为,

Because,

我们的所有的练习,

All of our exercises,

我们的所有的练习的核心,

The core of all our practices,

都可以被认为,

All can be considered,

保持着不同的宣告。

Maintaining different declarations.

那么,

So,

究竟我们可以接受什么戒律呢?

What rules can we accept after all?

还有,

哪种戒律我们要接受呢?

Which precepts shall we accept?

大家要,

Everyone wants,

有一点很重要的,

There is one important thing,

就是说,

That is to say,

所有佛法的修持,

The practice of all Buddhist teachings,

的精华部分,

The essence part.

都是由持戒开始。

It all starts with keeping precepts.

例如,

如果我们想想,

If we think about it,

佛教的教训,

The teachings of Buddhism,

在三个训练上,

In three trainings,

你有高级的训练,

You have advanced training.

在职业,

In terms of profession,

高级的训练,

Advanced training,

最高级的训练,

The highest level of training,

在心灵,

In the soul,

或是冥想中,

Or in meditation,

和最高级的训练,

With the highest level of training,

在智能,

In intelligence,

或是智能。

正如我们显宗所说的,

As our prominent sect says,

三无六学,

Three lacks and six studies.

就是戒定慧,

It is the practice of precepts, concentration, and wisdom.

我们持戒,

We uphold the precepts.

才可以生起禅定,

Only then can meditation arise,

由生起禅定,

"From the arising of meditation,"

才可以开始我们的智慧,

Only then can we begin our wisdom.

从而可以得到解脱。

Thus, one can achieve liberation.

而最高级的训练,

And the highest level of training,

在职业中,

In the profession,

主要意味着,

Mainly means that,

保持宣告,

Keep declaring,

保持佛教,

Maintain Buddhism.

无论是佛教的宣告,

Whether it is the proclamation of Buddhism,

或是佛教的宣告,

Or the declaration of Buddhism,

或是佛教的宣告。

Or the proclamation of Buddhism.

所以持戒是相当之重要,

Therefore, keeping precepts is quite important.

例如在别解脱戒中的

居士五戒,

The Five Precepts for Lay Practitioners.

甚至菩萨戒,

和皈依戒,

And the precepts of refuge,

我们要确切知道,

We need to know exactly,

自己是受了什么戒,

What kind of restriction have I imposed on myself?

有什么要遵守。

What needs to be followed?

当我们想起

When we think of

《玛海亚纳》的训练,

The training of "Mahayana".

《玛海亚纳》的训练是什么?

What is the training of "Mahāyāna"?

六个秩序,

Six orders,

是我们训练的主要训练,

It is the main training we conduct.

就是慈悦,

It is Ciyue.

慈悦,

Ciyue,

和其他。

And others.

在训练这六个秩序中,

In training these six orders,

我们训练的秩序,

The order we train.

是菩萨戒的训练。

It is the training of the Bodhisattva precepts.

其实在《大乘佛法》中,

Actually, in the "Mahayana Buddhism,"

我们经常说,

We often say,

行持这六道菩萨秩序,

Practicing the order of the six paths of Bodhisattvas,

就是布施,

It is giving.

持戒,

Upholding precepts,

忍辱,

Enduring humiliation.

精进,

Diligence.

禅定,

Zen meditation,

和般若。

And prajna.

其实我们行持这六道菩萨秩序,

In fact, we follow the order of the six paths of Bodhisattvas.

也等于我们在行持我们的菩萨戒。

It is also equivalent to our practice of the Bodhisattva precepts.

而且当我们训练传统训练,

Moreover, when we train traditionally,

传统训统的真理是,

The truth of traditional instruction is,

保持我们的承诺,

至于在金刚性的物性界里面,

As for the properties of materiality within the realm of diamond-like hardness,

我们每一个在四部瑜伽里面,

都有它的瑜伽界。

Each has its own yoga world.

最基本就是说,

The most fundamental thing is to say,

我们的三味液,

Our three-flavor liquid,

我们和我们上师之间的关系,

The relationship between us and our master,

和和所有金刚师兄弟的关系,

The relationship with all the Vajra brothers.

我们都要保持一个很清淨的三味液。

We all need to maintain a very pure Sanwei liquid.

因此,

Therefore,

为了这个原因,

For this reason,

练习这些瑜伽是非常重要的。

Practicing these yogas is very important.

但是,

But,

为了练习,

In order to practice,

我们必须要知道它们是什么。

We must know what they are.

有什么可以遮止,

What can be stopped?

遮止的意思是,

The meaning of "遮止" is,

遮止我们的恶,

Stop our evil.

而去行事。

And go about doing things.

意思是这些会让你劝阻我们做坏事,

It means that these will dissuade you from encouraging us to do bad things.

而会带领你去做好事。

And will lead you to do good things.

正如我刚才所说,

戒律就是,

The precepts are,

为什么要设定戒律呢?

Why set precepts?

就是为了泄恶行事。

It is just to vent evil deeds.

其实在佛教的专辑中,

Actually, in the Buddhist works,

我们在谈论不同的意义的罗罗。

我们自己来承诺,

We will make the commitment ourselves.

我们承诺某某某人,

We promise someone.

作公帖宣顿。

Make a public announcement.

其实在佛法来说,

In fact, according to Buddhist teachings,

当我们接受戒律的时候,

When we accept the precepts,

我们是要说一些细语

We are going to say some whispered words.

就是说我们要一个承诺去遵守这些戒律

That is to say, we need a promise to abide by these precepts.

有些戒律是可以自然地生起

Some precepts can arise naturally.

就是说当我们收集这个纸冠 这个禅定的时候

It means that when we collect this paper crown, this meditation...

在一个沙漠地的境界

In a desert realm.

我们对所有的人事物都不生起一个执着

We do not cling to any people or things.

也使得我们的内心清静

It also makes our minds peaceful.

很自然地就已经得到这些戒律

It has naturally come to obtain these precepts.

所以自然地发生的执着

So the attachment that occurs naturally.

当我们看到真相的时候

When we see the truth.

也是一种执着

It is also a form of persistence.

另外一种就是说

Another way to say is

当我们行持这个四圣梯的时候

When we practice this Four Noble Truths Ladder

就是说

That is to say.

诸恨无常 诸法无恶 诸受是苦

All resentments are impermanent, all phenomena are without evil, all feelings are suffering.

和涅槃即成

Achieve Nirvana immediately.

当我们明白这个道理

When we understand this principle

和行持这个四圣梯的时候

When practicing this Four Noble Truths.

我们很自然地就不会去行恶

We will naturally not resort to doing evil.

也不会说去杀人

It won't say to kill someone either.

很自然地我们也是自然地得到这个戒律

Naturally, we also naturally receive this precept.

我认读了几个星期前

I recognized it a few weeks ago.

这个故事是

This story is

有一个家庭

There is a family.

有一个夫妻

There is a couple.

他们遇见了佛陀

They met the Buddha.

他们看见了真相

They saw the truth.

四圣梯的真相

The truth of the Four Holy Steps.

他们深深地专注于佛陀

They are deeply focused on the Buddha.

专注于佛陀

Focus on the Buddha.

有一个故事

There is a story.

就是关于有一个家庭

It is about a family.

有一个两公婆

There is a couple.

他们见到佛陀

They saw the Buddha.

佛陀就跟他们宣说这个死体法

The Buddha then preached to them about the law of the corpse.

也是他们很深信这个死体法

They also firmly believe in this corpse method.

佛陀 Malcolm

Buddha Malcolm

他们这两公婆是农夫

They are a couple of farmers.

他们种了很多田

They planted a lot of fields.

育了很多

Raised a lot.

但是 这两公婆有一天 不完 deuxième Kungpo forced them to grow a lot of land

But one day, this couple was forced by the second Kungpo to cultivate a lot of land.

就是 Puerto Rican

It's just Puerto Rican.

他们不应该再耕这些田

They should no longer cultivate these fields.

因为他们挖这些泥土的时候

Because when they dug up this soil

就会伤害到和杀害到很多众生

It will harm and kill many living beings.

当然,很自然就是说

Of course, it goes without saying.

因为他们深信这个死体法

Because they firmly believe in this corpse law.

就令他们不会去做这件事

Just let them not do this thing.

很自然这个也是一个界

It's natural that this is also a boundary.

但是当我们

But when we

修持佛法的时候

When practicing Buddhist teachings

我们去接受戒律

We will go to receive the precepts.

我们要很清楚接受这些戒律

We must clearly accept these precepts.

是对我们佛法的修持有什么作用

What is the effect of practicing our Buddhist teachings?

基本上是有三种戒律

There are basically three types of precepts.

我们是可以接受的

We can accept it.

第一就是别解脱戒

The first is to not break the precept of liberation.

第二就是菩萨戒

The second is the Bodhisattva precepts.

第三就是这个物性的戒律

The third is the precepts of material nature.

金刚性的物性戒律

The physical laws of diamond-like rigidity.

不代表我们每一个承诺

It does not represent each of our commitments.

都是一个戒律

It's all a single precept.

有些承诺不是戒律

Some promises are not commandments.

有些承诺是你的国家

Some promises are your country.

有些承诺是菲律

Some promises are futile.

我也不知道

I don't know either.

有一个例子就是说

One example is that...

当我们去参军的时候

When we enlist in the military.

就不代表我们是一定要去杀人

It doesn't mean that we have to kill someone.

可能我要去菲律宾

I might be going to the Philippines.

或者去其他国家做参战

Or go to other countries to participate in the war.

希望两个都不是

I hope neither of them is.

所以那是一个承诺

So that is a promise.

有人在做的

Someone is doing it.

但那不是一个承诺

But that is not a promise.

那是一个承诺去做错了什么

That is a promise to do something wrong.

但这个承诺就不是一个戒律

But this promise is not a precept.

是做一件错的事

It is doing something wrong.

因为你将会去杀害到众生

Because you are going to kill living beings.

也可能你是有的承诺

You may also have some commitments.

就是说你会去做妓女

So you would become a prostitute.

或者你会去做贼

Or you might become a thief.

但是这个只不过是一个承诺

But this is just a promise.

绝对不是一个戒律

Absolutely not a commandment.

那可能你的一个承诺就是说

That might be one of your commitments, which is to say...

我是想去朝圣

I want to go on a pilgrimage.

我去五代山朝圣

I am going to Wudai Mountain for pilgrimage.

或者是我们这个礼拜日

Or maybe this Sunday.

来的大羽山火供

The fire offering from Daiyu Mountain has arrived.

那当然你是出于一个真性

Of course, you are coming from a genuine place.

去做这件事

Go do this thing.

是对自己一个承诺

It is a promise to oneself.

但是绝对不代表

But it definitely does not mean.

和戒律是扯上关系的

It is related to discipline.

那当然我们去皈依佛佛的时候

Of course, when we go to take refuge in the Buddha.

就是说我们是对三宝

That means we are talking about the Three Treasures.

有一个承诺

There is a promise.

有一个圣经心

There is a Bible heart.

有信心

Have confidence.

所以我们去皈依

So we go to take refuge.

绝对不是说去一个喇嘛面前

Absolutely not saying to go in front of a lama.

让他帮你改个名

Let him help you change your name.

剪一束头发

Cut a bundle of hair.

这么简单

So simple.

就是等于我们的居士的五戒

This is equivalent to the Five Precepts of our lay practitioners.

杀盗淫妄走

Kill, steal, commit adultery, and deceive.

说我不会做这些事

Say I won't do these things.

但是你的心说

But your heart says.

我不会做这些事

I won't do these things.

就不代表你接受了这个戒律

It doesn't mean that you have accepted this precept.

另外一个例子就是

Another example is

等于菩萨戒

Equivalent to the Bodhisattva Precepts.

说我要行持菩萨戒

I say I want to uphold the Bodhisattva precepts.

上面应该做的事

Things that should be done above.

但是不代表你是接受了戒律

But it doesn't mean that you have accepted the precepts.

那行持这个菩萨戒就是说

To hold this Bodhisattva precept means to...

我行持了菩萨戒

I have taken the Bodhisattva precepts.

我就要去依照菩萨的戒律去做

I will act according to the precepts of the Bodhisattva.

大家记不记得哪三种戒律

Do you all remember which three precepts there are?

第一样就是别解脱戒

The first thing is to not break the precepts.

第二种是菩萨戒

The second type is the Bodhisattva precepts.

第三种是

丹乳戒

Milk bottle戒

第三种是密乘戒

The third type is the vows of secret mantra.

所以第一种是什么

So what is the first type?

个人的自由

Personal freedom

别解脱戒

Don't break the precepts.

你必须要说得大声

You have to speak loudly.

让我能学习这个词

个人的自由

这三种戒律

These three precepts.

就是三种在我们佛法上

There are three kinds in our Buddhist teachings.

可以行持的戒律

Practicable precepts

那其实在这三种戒律中

In fact, among these three precepts,

别解脱戒

No liberation from the precepts.

菩萨戒

Bodhisattva precepts

和密乘戒

and the vows of secret tantra

对一个金刚性修行人来说

For a practitioner of Vajrayana.

都是要去行持

Everything needs to be practiced.

但是应该是按部就班的行持

However, it should be carried out step by step.

我们是要先行持这个别解脱戒

We must first hold this separate liberation precept.

接着就要去行持这个菩萨戒

Next, you need to practice this Bodhisattva vow.

菩萨戒里面

In the Bodhisattva precepts.

也包括了这个密乘戒

It also includes this secret initiation.

一个例子就是说

One example is that

这个别解脱戒

This is a special interpretation of liberation from precepts.

就是等于一只很漂亮的碗

It is equivalent to a very beautiful bowl.

那我们再倒一些很清甜的水进去

Then let's pour in some very sweet water.

那这些水就代表这个菩萨戒

Then this water represents the Bodhisattva precept.

那我们再在这碗水里面

Then we will be in this bowl of water again.

放很多珠宝进去

Put a lot of jewelry in.

那这些很漂亮的珠宝

Then these beautiful jewels.

就代表密乘戒

It represents the secret empowerment vows.

所以我们有这三种戒律

So we have these three types of precepts.

而一种纯粹的

And a pure one.

泰传佛教是

Thai Buddhism is

我们一起练习这三种戒律

Let's practice these three precepts together.

这是所有泰传佛教的学习

This is the study of all Thai Theravada Buddhism.

那这三种戒律

除非有三樣東西

你滿足了我

You have fulfilled me.

就是你跟我睡覺

It's just that you sleep with me.

第二就是你去殺了夕陽

我殺了另一種生物

那是沒有罪性的

I hope all beings can attain liberation.

讓他們離開這個地方

Let them leave this place.

戰亂

War and turmoil

所有都是為了眾生的利益

All of this is for the benefit of all beings.

為了大前提

For the greater premise.

第三個分別就是

The third distinction is that...

你所接受的方式

The way you accept.

有一個不同的宗教

There is a different religion.

第三就是有不同的意識

The third is having different awareness.

去接受這兩個宗教

To accept these two religions.

馬哈雅納蘇宗的宗教

The religion of Mahayana Buddhism.

當你第一次接受

When you first accept

你會接受它們從阿喇嘛

你不能吃任何東西

You cannot eat anything.

這八條的環境戒

The Eight Environmental Precepts.

就是剛才這八條戒

他说不需要一定要吃素 可以吃肉

He said it's not necessary to be vegetarian; it's okay to eat meat.

只不过不是杀 可以吃三正肉 还有可以吃五身菜

It's just that it's not about killing; you can eat three servings of meat and also five dishes of vegetables.

但是在马哈亚纳的苏宗河 即是那八条环境的界

But in the Mahayana, the Sujong River is the boundary of the eight environments.

恒布瑜伽的那八条界 就是不可以吃肉

The eight precepts of Hatha Yoga state that one should not eat meat.

但是在美国 这种事情是非常困难的

But in the United States, such things are very difficult.

如果您有选择 要吃减肥和马哈亚纳苏宗河

If you have the choice to eat to lose weight and Mahayana Sutra River.

您会选择哪一种

Which one would you choose?

上次我说 如果让您在我们显宗的八宫斋戒

但是上师认为 最好是接受这八条环境的马哈亚纳苏宗河宗河

However, the Master believes that it is best to accept these eight conditions of the Mahayana Su Zong He Zong He.

第一个原因是 它比较容易取得

The first reason is that it is relatively easy to obtain.

因为 只要您从一条环境中取得

Because as long as you obtain from an environment

您可以在任何时候都可以取得

You can obtain it at any time.

如果您曾经做过 尼用尼的实习

If you have ever interned at Ni Yong Ni.

您可以做马哈亚纳苏宗河的宣告

You can make a proclamation for the Mahayana Sujong River.

有时候我们在这个中心有庆祝

第一个原因是 为什么受这八条行仆的马哈亚纳苏宗河会比较好

The first reason is why the Mahayana Sujong River, which is affected by these eight factors, is better.

第一 它比较容易去行持

First, it is relatively easy to practice.

第二 经过一次传戒之后 你可以自己去做

我们也是要行持这八条戒

是因为有更多的利益 因为您有更强烈的激动

It is because there are more benefits and because you have a stronger excitement.

这是菩提心的激动 希望能够永远放弃所有人的灾难

This is the excitement of the Bodhi mind, hoping to forever abandon the suffering of all beings.

第二个好处就是说 它会有更多的利益

The second benefit is that it will have more advantages.

为什么呢 就是说 我们受持这八条戒

Why? It means that we uphold these eight precepts.

基本上我们是为了无量的有情众生而去接受

Basically, we accept for the countless sentient beings.

就像这本书所说的

Just like this book says.

就像阿尔汗的过去

Just like Arhan's past.

为了全宗宗旧人的利益

For the benefit of the entire sect and its elders.

以赔偿他们 以赦免他们

To compensate them and to forgive them.

以解决肺炎 以解决疾病

To solve pneumonia, to solve disease.

以完全完善所有灵性的素质

To fully perfect all spiritual qualities.

所以这是一个非常广泛的 motivator

So this is a very broad motivator.

因为您有强烈的激动

Because you have strong excitement.

有更多的利益去持有这些戒律

There are more benefits to adhering to these precepts.

正如过去的祖师大德巴佛罗汉他们也曾经说过

Just as the great masters and arhats of the past have said.

他说我们去行持这些戒律

He said we should practice these precepts.

就是因为我们是为了所有众生的利益

It is precisely because we are for the benefit of all sentient beings.

希望他们不会有饥饉 不会有戒磨 不会有病痛

I hope they will not experience famine, will not suffer from deprivation, and will not have illnesses.

所以我们是比较有一个更强的动机去修持这些戒律

So we have a stronger motivation to uphold these precepts.

接下来的问题是 您有多久持有这些戒律

The next question is how long have you held these precepts?

其实我们究竟要行持多久呢

In fact, how long do we really need to hold on?

基本上是一天一夜

Basically, it's a day and a night.

但是有什么可以令我们去失去这些戒律呢

But what can make us lose these precepts?

有几样东西就是说 如何才可以卸掉这些戒律呢

There are a few things to ask: how can one remove these restrictions?

第一就是我们死了

The first thing is that we died.

如果我们突然发现有男性和女性的肝脏

If we suddenly discover there are livers of both males and females.

第二就是说 有些人他们是阴阳人

The second point is that some people are bisexual.

他们同时是有男性和女性的性器官的

They have both male and female genitalia at the same time.

这些人是不可以受这些戒律的

These people cannot be subject to these rules.

这两种戒律在24小时内是最不可能的

These two precepts are the least likely to be observed within 24 hours.

但是要在24小时内发生 这种机会也很微

However, the likelihood of such an opportunity occurring within 24 hours is very low.

但是在宗教里有很多人的故事

But there are many stories of people in religion.

有很多人的故事是有些蒙古人突然发现他们有这些戒律

Many people's stories involve some Mongolians suddenly discovering that they have these rules.

他们有两个肝脏或什么的

They have two livers or something.

所以有些人的性脏是不定的

Therefore, the sexual orientation of some people is uncertain.

有些事情会变化

Some things will change.

所以有些有趣的事情会发生

So some interesting things will happen.

基本上我们不会需要担心这些

Basically, we don't need to worry about these.

但是主要的方法是

But the main method is

如果我们能够把这些戒律放弃

If we could abandon these rules.

第二其实这些事也是有发生过的

Secondly, these things have actually happened before.

过去也有些出家人在一天里突然出现了两种性器官

In the past, there were also some monks who suddenly had two kinds of genitalia in one day.

这些戒律就自动卸掉了

These commandments were automatically removed.

如果是5月30日

If it is May 30th.

你只是知道你到明天早上才能够处理

You only know that you won't be able to handle it until tomorrow morning.

6点钟的早上

6 o'clock in the morning.

12个半小时没有吃饭

I haven't eaten for 12 and a half hours.

我怎么能够处理

How can I handle this?

你感觉你必须把戒律还给自己

You feel that you must return the commandments to yourself.

你可以

You can.

戒律不是牺牲

Discipline is not a sacrifice.

你现在不像是戒律的牺牲

You no longer seem like a sacrifice of the戒律.

你可以去一个

You can go to a.

尤其是你从这个戒律中取得的

Especially what you obtain from this precept.

这跟任何个人的解放戒律有关

This is related to the liberation rules of any individual.

你可以去那个人说

You can go talk to that person.

我取得了戒律但我不能保护它

I have obtained the precepts, but I cannot protect them.

如果你不可以去那个喇嘛

If you can't go to that lama.

从那里取得戒律

Obtain the precepts from there.

你可以告诉任何一个人

You can tell anyone.

如果你说这些话

If you say these words.

用一个理想的脑子

Use an ideal mind.

不被骗子

Do not be deceived by scammers.

或者被迫害

Or be persecuted.

或者被毒贼

Or be poisoned by a thief.

或是其他

Or something else.

你说这些话

You said these words.

用一个理想的脑子

With an ideal mind.

意图把戒律还给自己

Intend to return the precepts to oneself.

那你就可以把戒律还给自己

Then you can reclaim the precepts for yourself.

其实就是说

Actually, it means to say.

如果有些人真的受持不到这些戒律

If some people really cannot uphold these precepts.

或者今天已经到下午5点半

Or it is already 5:30 PM today.

他已经是肚子饿得飞起

He is already so hungry that he could fly.

他还要等到明天早上

He still has to wait until tomorrow morning.

他就等不到了

He can't wait any longer.

他要非食不可了

He must eat something.

其实他是可以卸了这些戒律

In fact, he could remove these precepts.

他可以去传戒给他的上司

He can go to deliver the ring to his superior.

请他帮你卸了戒律

Please ask him to lift the戒律 for you.

或者甚至乎

Or even

如果没有这个出家人在

If this monk were not here.

你可以去找任何

You can go find anyone.

明白这个八关渣戒的人

Those who understand the Eight Precepts.

去跟他说

Go tell him.

你就可以卸了这些戒律

You can remove these restrictions.

大家要明白这些戒律

Everyone needs to understand these precepts.

绝对不是好像

Absolutely not like that.

我现在是在坐监

I am currently in prison.

你是不能出来的

You cannot come out.

你刑期未满是不行的

You cannot do it while your sentence is not complete.

但是如果你真的发觉

But if you really realize

你自己受不了了

You can't stand it anymore.

我很辛苦

I am having a tough time.

你可以卸了戒律

You can lift the restrictions.

所有的别解脱戒

All the different interpretations of liberation precepts.

都是可以卸戒的

They can all be removed.

最后一件事

The last thing.

会取消戒律的

Will cancel the regulations.

就是如果你发现错误的观点

It's just that if you find erroneous viewpoints.

如果你决定

If you decide

没有这样的戒律

There are no such precepts.

没有仇恨

No hatred.

没有任何这样的

There is nothing like that.

我不会跟这些戒律有关

I will not be related to these precepts.

这些戒律也会取消戒律

These precepts will also cancel the precepts.

还有什么会令我们这些戒律失去呢

What else could make us lose these precepts?

就是说

我们起邪见

We develop wrong views.

是有轮回

There is reincarnation.

是有因果的

There is causality.

就是我们的心起了邪见

It is just that our hearts have arisen with wrong views.

这些戒律也都不知道没有

These precepts are unknown as well.

其实上师说

In fact, the master said.

不是困难的

It's not difficult.

他觉得是99.9%的人

He thinks it's 99.9% of people.

都能够做得到

All can be achieved.

不是困难

It's not difficult.

只不过是一天一夜

It's just a day and a night.

有很好的利益

There are very good benefits.

所以现在我们是930

所以如果有任何人有任何问题

其实这八条戒律

你是可以受戒律的

You can be subject to the precepts.

但是如果你是被阉割了

But what if you have been castrated?

你就不可以受戒律

You cannot be bound by the precepts.

太监那只阉割

就是太监

It's just a eunuch.

他是想去受戒律

因为他希望可以

给到服务

这些出家人

但是佛陀说

But the Buddha said.

绝对不可以

Absolutely not.

他说被阉割了的人

He said that the one who was castrated.

绝对是不可以受戒律

Absolutely cannot abide by the precepts.

如果是不小心

If it was unintentional.

那么没有

Then there isn't.

就是很多戒律

It's just a lot of rules.

有一个谷戒

There is a valley ring.

是破了的

那是不是以后

就是守这个戒律

也是没用的

而去受的

And go to suffer.

那麼大家要明白

就是說

例如

你去顧犯你的罪

Go and take care of your sins.

是更重的

It is heavier.

如果我是突然間

不覺意的

是可以接受

以及是可以懺悔

And it can be repented.

你其實一早已經清清楚楚

You actually understood it very clearly a long time ago.

要去受這些界

你是要盡量

You should try your best.

盡你自己的能力

Do your best.

去遵守

Go and comply.

就不可以說

Then you can't say.

我今天受了

I was hurt today.

我明天又犯

I will make a mistake again tomorrow.

接著我又受又犯

Then I was both hurt and guilty again.

這個是絕對

This is absolute.

不可以接受

Unacceptable.

就不可以看

在佛祭的時候

The requirements outlined in the precepts.

但是不代表說

But it doesn't mean that

他不可以去皈依

He cannot convert.

他一樣是可以去皈依

He can also convert.

一樣是可以接受這個誤戒

It's still acceptable to accept this misunderstanding.

對他來說

For him.

也是一種好處

It is also a kind of benefit.

以及也是一個好的動機

And it is also a good motivation.

而他也都可以

And he can also do it.

收持這個佛法

Holding onto this Buddhist teaching.

只不過是說

Just saying.

他不可以受這些戒

He cannot take these vows.

就是因為

It is because.

他身體上的變異

His physical mutations.

而令他有不同的

And it makes him different.

慾念和慾望

Desire and longing.

是非常重要的

It is very important.

所以這五個佛法

So these five Buddhist teachings.

和避免的慾望

And the desire to avoid.

和復原的慾望

The desire for recovery.
