佛子行卅七頌 - 01 (普通話)

首先,這裡要說國語,廣東話還不是很好

First, we should speak Mandarin here; my Cantonese is not very good.

希望幾天下來我的廣東話能夠進步

I hope my Cantonese can improve over the next few days.

下來用廣東話來說

Come down and speak in Cantonese.

今天是第一天上課

Today is the first day of class.

剛剛還有師姐跟我講說

Just now, a senior sister just told me.

還要送大家芹菜呢

所以大家可以拚盡用功

So everyone can work hard to the best of their ability.

在西藏有個佛學院

There is a Buddhist Academy in Tibet.

他第一天上課

It was his first day of class.

老師會送給學生一根針

The teacher will give the student a needle.

這個針是做什麼呢

What is this needle used for?

它象徵是說

It symbolizes saying.

因為在佛學院裡面你要學變經

Because in the Buddhist academy you need to learn the sutras.

要學變經的時候

When you want to learn to change the sutra.

我們最主要學習的是要祈求文殊菩薩

What we primarily learn is to pray to Manjushri Bodhisattva.

所以這個針就代表是文殊菩薩的劍

So this needle represents the sword of Manjushri Bodhisattva.

所以他比較格魯派的寺院

So he prefers the Gelugpa monasteries.

他會送給學生

He will give it to the students.

送給學生一根針

Give a needle to the student.

就代表說希望大家的智慧呢

It means hoping for everyone's wisdom.

要跟針是一樣的

It should be the same as a needle.

在今天第一天當中呢

On the first day today,

我們說這幾天的課程是講受佛子心

We said that the courses these days are about the heart of a Buddhist disciple.

那佛子心非常的重要

The heart of the Buddha's child is extremely important.

因為佛子心呢在

Because the Buddha's heart is present.

佛學院裡面也好

Whether inside the Buddhist academy or not

或者是在很多人都接到世界各地去上課呢

Or perhaps many people are going to take classes all over the world?

他都會教這個佛子心

He will teach this Buddha child heart.

因為他很基本的從回憶發心

Because he started from basic memories.

都教大家

Everyone is taught.

但是呢在今天

我會先比較簡單的來介紹一下

I will first introduce it in a simpler way.

因為以後這個中心的時候

Because in the future, this center will...

拉瑪達瓦然後德摩切也特別的指示呢

也就是說隨時我們要觀賞一個地方

That means we can enjoy a place at any time.

就是淨土

It is the Pure Land.

那各位也可以看到在這個地方

這個淨土正在製作當中

有的在畫

Some are painting.

所以每一句話我們說的好像是

天女空醒在畫畫一樣

The celestial maiden awakens as if painting.

我們可以這樣來想

那我們在座的每一位也都是佛菩薩一樣

Then each of us present here is like a Buddha or Bodhisattva.

我們現在就在這個淨土

We are now in this pure land.

就是要放鬆

那在這裡放鬆是很重要的

那很多人會覺得說

Many people would feel that

那很多人會覺得在教課的時候呢

Many people might feel that when teaching a class,

放鬆非常重要

Relaxation is very important.

尤其大家都是忙了一天的

Especially after everyone has been busy all day.

那工作也都非常的累

That work is also very tiring.

尤其我們看到香港

Especially we see Hong Kong.

我們隨便打開一個窗戶

Let's just open a window.

看到外面都是車子非常的快

I see that there are cars outside, and they are very fast.

一打早車子就很快了

The car is very fast as soon as it starts.

那一直到晚上還是這樣子

很熱鬧喔

其實大家都很忙

Actually, everyone is very busy.

那但是

我相信這個中心

人工線的加持

The enhancement of artificial lines.

房屋的加持

The blessing of the house.

這樣子費心

Everyone is being stubborn.

這裡的地方是一個

大家來放鬆的地方

A place for everyone to relax.

開開心心的

Happy and cheerful.

放鬆的一個地方

A place to relax.

那

放鬆我們說有幾個方面

There are several aspects to relaxation.

一個就是

One is

身體

Body

一個是我們的心

One is our heart.

這兩個很重要

These two are very important.

那我最記得那時候

What I remember most from that time.

明舊淪陸邪

The brightness of the old has fallen into chaos.

他有一次在教

He was teaching once.

他說禪修禪修喔

He said meditation, meditation, oh.

我們常說要打坐禪修

We often say we should practice seated meditation.

很多人就覺得

Many people feel that

我一定要硬梆梆的坐在那裡

I must sit there rigidly.

然後幾點看到時間

Then check the time at a few o'clock.

我就坐在那裡要禪修

I just sit there to meditate.

好像很嚴肅

It seems very serious.

其實不是

Actually, it's not.

每個人都有這種能力

Everyone has this ability.

是可以放鬆的

It can be relaxing.

放輕鬆的

Relax.

那這是什麼意思呢

Then what does this mean?

舉個例子

For example.

其實每個人都有

Actually, everyone has it.

就是說

That is to say.

大家喜不喜歡運動

Do you all like to exercise?

你也可以想

You can also think.

就是說你是一個很喜歡跑步

It means you really like to run.

跑步的人

The person running.

或者說你要

Or say you want.

今天要跑到一個山上去

Today we need to run up to a mountain.

那時候人們覺得

At that time, people thought.

請問你好想要

Hello, may I ask what you would like?

我們現在可以想

We can think about it now.

我們要跑到一個很高很高的山

We need to run to a very high mountain.

一大早就開始跑

Started running early in the morning.

很早就起來了

Got up very early.

跑好跑好

Run well, run well.

山也很

The mountain is also very.

路也很陡

The road is also very steep.

終於我們很喘很喘的

Finally, we are very out of breath.

跑到了山頂

Ran to the top of the mountain.

整個人就放鬆下來

The whole person just relaxes.

那這個整個人的放鬆下來的時候

你可以想說

那個時候你會不會說

Will you be able to speak at that time?

我要禪修

I want to meditate.

我要休息

I want to take a break.

你不會這樣告訴自己的

You wouldn't tell yourself that.

你到了那裡

You have arrived there.

你就整個人就放鬆

Just relax your whole self.

就是輕鬆的

It's just relaxed.

那這是一個例子說

So this is an example.

禪修其實很簡單

Meditation is actually very simple.

就是放鬆就是輕鬆

Relaxing means being easygoing.

那也有一種

That also has a kind.

他也比喻說

He also metaphorically said.

譬如說大家很忙很忙啊

For example, everyone is very busy.

回到家裡

Back home.

回到家裡之後

After returning home

他就說

He just said.

啊

Ah.

脫了鞋子把提包放了衣服衣帽

Took off the shoes, put the bag and clothes on the hat.

啊

Ah

就坐在沙發上

Just sitting on the sofa.

那時候可能太太過來先生過來問

At that time, perhaps the wife came over to ask the husband.

啊

Ah.

要不要喝杯茶

Would you like to have a cup of tea?

你就不想理他

You just don't want to pay attention to him.

你就坐在那

You just sit there.

很輕鬆

Very relaxed.

那那個時候你也不會告訴你

At that time, you wouldn't tell yourself either.

說

Say

哎

Sigh.

我要禪修嗎

Do I need to meditate?

我要放鬆嗎

Do I want to relax?

不會的

It won't happen.

因為你自然

Because you are natural.

每個人他都是在一個放鬆

Everyone is in a relaxed state.

很輕鬆的情況

A very relaxed situation.

只是我們每天太忙太忙都忘了

It's just that we are so busy every day that we forget.

所以說呢

So what you're saying is...

來到這裡尤其每一次聽法

Every time I come here to listen to the teachings.

大家都可以是盡量提醒自己

Everyone can try to remind themselves as much as possible.

神經要放鬆了

Nerves need to be relaxed.

我最記得以前

I remember the past the most.

在這個佛學院上課的時候

During class at this Buddhist academy.

那因為一天

That is because of a day.

大家這一次去過尼泊爾去過印度

Everyone has been to Nepal and India this time.

你會覺得這裡真的很輕鬆

You would feel that it is really relaxing here.

是大家都慢慢的

Everyone is slowly doing it.

有的時候太慢了

Sometimes it's too slow.

你約了時間

You made an appointment.

結果發現

It turns out that...

哎怎麼這些男孩都來把你氣死了

Oh, why are all these boys driving you crazy?

但那個時候我就發覺

But at that time, I realized...

他輕鬆是一種什麼

What kind of thing is his ease?

就是一種很簡單

It's just a very simple thing.

不包裝很簡單的一種生活

A simple way of life that doesn't involve packaging.

其實每個人都可以有這樣的生活

Actually, everyone can have a life like this.

但是

But

事實上我們一早

In fact, we already...

一天早上出去

Going out one morning.

我們現在這個社會這個環境

The current society and environment we are in.

它在告訴我們

It is telling us.

教我們的是什麼呢

What is it that teaches us?

就是要我們不要放鬆

It is to remind us not to relax.

然後要吸引我們

Then we need to attract ourselves.

譬如說看到一個女生

For example, seeing a girl.

媽媽比較喜歡買包包

Mom prefers to buy bags.

我媽媽就很喜歡買包包

My mom really loves to buy bags.

那她常常走路

Then she often walks.

我發覺我們看的地方

I realized the place we are looking at.

都不一樣

They are all different.

她一看到那個包包

As soon as she saw that bag.

她就會被吸引過去

She will be attracted over.

那我去看到電影

Then I'll go watch the movie.

電影很好看

The movie is great.

所以你每一幕

So every scene you...

尤其是像地鐵站的事

Especially regarding matters like subway stations.

我真的很佩服

I really admire you.

想想搞定看

Think about it and see.

它那個地鐵站

That subway station.

每隔兩公尺就一個廣告

An advertisement every two meters.

那我那時候我剛來

At that time, I had just arrived.

我不太習慣

I'm not quite used to it.

你就會盯著看

You will just stare at it.

而且這個廣告很厲害

Moreover, this advertisement is very impressive.

它是

It is

它不一次說完

It doesn't say it all at once.

它不是一個是一個廣告

It is not an advertisement.

它是連續的

It is continuous.

所以你就很不舒服你知道

So you feel very uncomfortable, you know?

你看完第1個

You finished watching the first one.

一定要看第2個

You must watch the second one.

第3個

The third one.

The fourth one.

差一點還摔倒

Almost fell down.

但在香港其實

But in Hong Kong, actually

我覺得大家都可以練習自己

I think everyone can practice themselves.

是什麼呢

What is it?

你會發覺這裡的誘惑很多

You will find that there are many temptations here.

不像是尼泊爾印度

Not like Nepal or India.

大家去過一次

Everyone has been once.

你會發覺

You will find out.

真的你的喇嘛

Really your lama.

沒事就坐在草地上

Just sitting on the grass with nothing to do.

就是呆呆的

Just being silly.

你看草王

You see the grass king.

有時候我們最期待

Sometimes what we look forward to the most.

在印度

In India

我相信大家最期待一件是什麼

I believe what everyone is looking forward to the most is what.

下完課

After class.

每個人

Everyone

每個人都站在那個草地上

Everyone is standing on that grass.

往上看

Look up.

表情都是一樣的

The expressions are all the same.

就是大家都呆呆的

Everyone is just blankly staring.

就是一個很單純的看法王

It's just a very straightforward perspective on the king.

好像看佛是一樣的

It seems like looking at Buddha.

那種感覺

That kind of feeling.

我還記得那一次香港飯

I still remember that time in Hong Kong.

不是請法王吃飯嗎

Aren't we inviting the Dharma King to dinner?

法王坐這一邊吧

The Pope should sit on this side.

大家都好像這樣

Everyone seems to be like this.

我心裡那天吃飯

I had a meal in my heart that day.

法王一定很累

The Pope must be very tired.

每一個坐姿都這樣看法王

Every sitting posture looks like this for the King.

然後我是坐在這一邊

Then I am sitting on this side.

然後呢

And then?

我就很開心

I am very happy.

因為那是一天

Because that is one day.

我不用翻譯

I don't need a translation.

我就很高興吃我的菜

I am just very happy to eat my food.

但後來就有一個喇嘛叫我

But later a lama called me.

他說你看看你看看

He said, "Look, look!"

我這是什麼

What is this?

你在吃的

You are eating.

你看他們

Look at them.

大家的各位

Everyone

就是這樣

That's how it is.

然後那個麵包

Then that bread.

這樣拿起來這樣

Pick it up like this.

我是很怕會塞到鼻子

I'm really afraid of getting it stuck in my nose.

所以大家就這樣

So everyone is like this.

呆呆看著法王

Staring blankly at the Dharma King.

不過你會發覺

However, you will notice.

那是一種很特別的生活

That is a very special kind of life.

是一種讓你很簡單

It is something that makes it very easy for you.

其實也可以過活

Actually, it can be lived.

但是很充實

But it is very fulfilling.

我相信很多人回來會發覺

I believe many people will realize upon returning.

多了很多東西很充實

There are many more things, making it very fulfilling.

那這一次我也是回到台灣

Then this time I also returned to Taiwan.

台灣很忙很多事

Taiwan is very busy with many things.

那我會發覺有一個特點是什麼呢

Then I will notice what a characteristic is.

人好像比較呆

The person seems to be rather slow.

比較清靜

Relatively quiet.

就是只妄念不會很多

It's just that there won't be many delusions.

那我覺得這是一種簡單的生活

Then I think this is a simple life.

你就在放鬆

Just relax.

你就不會那麼多妄念

You wouldn't have so many delusions.

你很自然

You are very natural.

可能以後看在街上的廣告

You might see advertisements on the streets in the future.

你就不會太去注意它

You won't pay much attention to it.

那你就不會太被吸引

Then you won't be too attracted.

一個慾望少的人

A person with few desires.

他就清靜

He is just calm.

他就自在

He is at ease.

法王就有這種感覺

The Dalai Lama has this kind of feeling.

我最近還有一次一個團啦

I recently went on a trip with a group.

大家去見法王

Everyone go to see the Dharma King.

在法王房間

In the king's room.

也是香港一群朋友

Also a group of friends from Hong Kong.

他們沒有來

They did not come.

是一對夫妻

It is a married couple.

我們認識很久了

We have known each other for a long time.

很開心

Very happy.

常常會email聯繫

Often will contact via email.

那因為我是法王翻譯

Because I am the translator of the Dharma King.

我在他房間

I am in his room.

那

That

這兩位夫妻呢

These two couples.

我的好朋友呢

Where is my good friend?

竟然可以從進門

Unexpectedly can enter through the door.

見到法王

Meet the Ming Dynasty.

見了15分鐘

Met for 15 minutes.

再離開那個房門

Leave that door again.

他不知道我在旁邊

He doesn't know I'm next to him.

所以每一個就是那種專注的

So each one is that kind of focused.

看著法王

Looking at the Dharma King.

那種專注的問問題

That kind of focused questioning.

專注的聽法王的聲音

Focus on listening to the voice of the Dharma King.

專注的站起來

Stand up with focus.

倒退的離開

Retreating departure

然後我一出去

Then as soon as I go out

我後來我就下去

I went down later.

我說你們問的問題真的很好啊

I think the questions you asked are really great!

法王很慈悲啊

The Dharma King is very compassionate.

你怎麼知道

How do you know?

為什麼我在法王邊

Why am I by the side of the Pope?

但這是一種什麼力量呢

But what kind of power is this?

所以像是很多時候人波切

So like many times people Poche.

法王就會給我們這種感覺是什麼

What kind of feeling does the Dharma King give us?

因為他自己很專注

Because he is very focused himself.

很單純

Very simple.

很親近的時候

When very close.

我們很自然那種望面

We naturally have that kind of expression.

慢慢慢慢就平下來

Take it slowly, slowly it will settle down.

就放鬆下來

Just relax.

就清醒下來

Just wake up.

所以像還有很多朋友去

So many friends are also going.

身心清醒下來

The body and mind become clear.

放鬆下來一個反應

Relax and respond.

尤其在聖地是什麼呢

What is it, especially in the holy land?

我發覺就是大家會生病

I realize that everyone gets sick.

那當然也是感冒很容易傳染

Of course, the flu is very contagious.

但是發覺在聖地有一位

But I found that there is someone in the holy land.

那是竹青人波切

That is a bamboo green person named Bo Qie.

那他就說

Then he said.

他很鼓勵大家去朝聖

He encourages everyone to go on a pilgrimage.

竹青人波切就說

Zhuqing Ren Boqie said.

到聖地一定要生病

To get sick for sure when you reach the holy land.

而且一定要累

And it has to be tiring.

而且要有情緒

And it has to have emotions.

有的人會發覺很奇怪

Some people may find it very strange.

平常好像修行還好好的

It seems that practice is going well usually.

結果一到聖地病都來了

As soon as I arrived at the holy place, I became sick.

結果情緒也都來了

As a result, the emotions came as well.

更生氣

Even angrier.

你會發覺好像

You will find it seems like

更多的東西在發出來

More things are being released.

其實這是好事

Actually, this is a good thing.

也就是說因為你在聖地的加持

In other words, it is because of the blessings you received in the holy place.

你把你髒東西都排出來

You have expelled all your dirty things.

然後呢

And then?

忘念也是髒東西

Forgetfulness is also a dirty thing.

你都會很強烈的出來

You will come out very strongly.

但是這種出來

But this kind comes out.

你就看到

You just saw.

你就放下

Just let it go.

那尤其是

Especially that.

有的去會發覺做夢也很清楚

Some people will find that dreaming can also be very clear.

不知道會不會

I don't know if it will happen.

晚上做夢

Dreaming at night.

像我是這一次去

It feels like I'm going this time.

天天都夢到寶王

I dream about the treasure king every day.

天天都要看著他吧

You have to keep an eye on him every day, right?

太緊張了

Too nervous.

把我緊張到

Make me so nervous that...

這個晚上天天都夢到他

I dream about him every night.

還好他沒罵我

Fortunately, he didn't scold me.

所以都會夢到他

So I often dream of him.

你會發覺

You will notice.

真的是

Really is.

一種

one type

清靜

Tranquility

一種放鬆

A form of relaxation.

那這種生活

Then this kind of life

大家要保持

Everyone should stay.

但是你會發覺

But you will find that...

你回到香港

You returned to Hong Kong.

當你那個手機一開了

When that phone of yours is turned on.

你就完了

You're done.

覺得很厲害

I think it's very impressive.

不是飛機那個

Not the airplane one.

廣播都會生路嗎

Will the broadcast create a way out?

請你在那個機艙門還沒開之前

Please wait before that cabin door opens.

請你走出機

Please get out of the machine.

飛機前不准用手機嘛

You are not allowed to use your mobile phone in front of the airplane.

我看每個人忙的

I see everyone is busy.

那個燈都還沒熄

That light hasn't gone out yet.

他全部站起來

He stood up completely.

就開始挑手機

Let's start picking a phone.

都要接電話

Everyone has to answer the phone.

我不曉得為什麼那麼忙

I don't know why I'm so busy.

但在印度你會發覺

But in India, you will find that...

沒有手機

No phone.

也過得很開心

Also living very happily.

而且非常非常充實

And it is very, very fulfilling.

因為這是一種

Because this is a kind of

佛法的關係

The relationship of Buddhism.

跟佛法的一種充實

A form of enrichment through Buddhist teachings.

所以同樣

So likewise.

來到這裡以後

After coming here

大家會常常聽法的時候

Everyone often listens to the law.

所以第一個要點就是

So the first key point is

放輕鬆

Relax.

那放輕鬆

Then take it easy.

身體的放輕鬆之外呢

Aside from relaxing the body, what else?

不要輕鬆輕鬆

Don't take it lightly.

有的就睡著了

Some have just fallen asleep.

太輕鬆了

Too easy.

然後新的一種放鬆

Then a new way of relaxation.

就是我剛剛形容的

It's just what I just described.

那種專注

That kind of focus.

就好像你們

Just like you all.

看著寶王吃飯

Watching the treasure king eat.

的那種專注

that kind of focus

其實你是在放鬆的

Actually, you are relaxing.

或者說

Or say.

你會在草地上

You will be on the grass.

就是站著在那看著寶王

Just standing there watching the treasure king.

那種的放鬆

That kind of relaxation

其實大家都不知道

Actually, no one knows.

自己放鬆了

Relaxed myself.

但是我們都非常多

But we are all very many.

放鬆很多

Relax a lot.

所以第一個

So the first one.

聽法的時候呢

不是為了自己

而是為了利益一切的眾生

不是為了自己

利益一切的眾生

All beings benefit from everything.

這個很重要

隨時提醒自己

尤其大家可以先從

眾生這個字啊

The word "sentient beings."

很多時候我們會啊

歸一

歸一把歸一聲

然後發心歸了眾生

特別很多人

就是說

你在念的時候呢

是一邊念

觀想它

眾生的時候啊

譬如說我們想說

帶著眾生

我們可以先從自己

就在我們的旁邊

有的可能已經過世了

那有的可能在生病

那有的可能生親

Some may give birth to their own.

可能遇到很多的苦

你可以很自然的

一起來皈依

你說心量越大的時候

You said that when the heart is more expansive.

你功德就越大

很多人會覺得

聽聞佛法

Hearing the Buddha's teachings.

這是一件好事情

但是如果我們帶的是一個

But if we bring one.

惡念

Evil thought

或是一個不清楚的念來的話呢

Or is it an unclear thought that has come?

聽法它是有一些功德

Listening to the Dharma has its merits.

但是它的功德是不大的

However, its merits are not great.

甚至還有不好的後果的

所以都看我們的這一點心

So everyone is looking at our hearts on this matter.

所以很重要的是

我們要皈依

We want to take refuge.

要發心

To generate a heartfelt intention.

那同時發心的時候

不是為了自己觀賞

It's not for my own enjoyment.

眾生都在我們的旁邊

All beings are next to us.

這個一般的大

每一個喇嘛

環境的一個影響

它就是一個壇城

大家在的地方

Where everyone is.

現在就是一個壇城

Now is a mandala.

我們說尤其到了中心來啊

We said especially to come to the center.

那不要喧嘩

Then don't make a fuss.

特別是心靜下來

Especially when the mind calms down.

甚至我們還要淨於的

Even we still need to be pure.

那在四月的時候

也是這個樣子

大家說話聲音都會放小聲

Everyone will lower their voices when they talk.

因為你慢慢發覺

Because you slowly realize.

這樣子的一種

This kind of one.

大家的一種練習呢

A kind of practice for everyone.

你的心自然就靜下來

Your heart will naturally calm down.

那我發覺這時候

最不靜的就是

我沒有剛從臺灣過世

身心的放鬆

每天生活當中

動機很清楚的時候呢

When the motivation is clear.

你會發覺

一天你都很順利

One day you will be very successful.

所以早上很重要

所以一天早上起來

現在大家可以想一想

棉被拿開

鬧鐘可能響都要

他說我們每天都會念歸一文

早上三點的歸一

歸一就是

你真正一個歸一

You truly return to one.

相信三保的人

Those who believe in Sanbao.

因為歸一就是一種依靠

我們常常會不安

We often feel anxious.

會恐懼

就是你會覺得

You will feel that.

沒有一個依靠

There is no support.

尤其一天早上起來

Especially one morning when I woke up.

你又很害怕

You are scared again.

可能要遇到很多人

You may have to meet many people.

就昨天的

Just yesterday's.

我有生氣

I am angry.

傷害了很多人

Hurt many people.

過去的事情

Past events

你一天你就這樣子

You are like this for a day.

混亂的起床的時候

Chaotic time when getting up.

你沒有一個依靠

You have no support.

但是一個依靠的感

But a feeling of reliance.

歸一的感覺是

The feeling of oneness is

你一早起來

You get up early in the morning.

它形容好像在一個雨傘下面是一樣

It describes as if being under an umbrella.

你好像在一個大的一個傘蓋

You seem to be under a large umbrella.

你早上是很舒服

You feel very comfortable in the morning.

很溫暖的感覺起來了

It feels very warm.

那這個就是一種歸一

Then this is a form of becoming one.

很多人

Many people

你甚至是不用念歸一文

You don’t even need to recite the Return to One text.

而且這次我碰到一些弟子

他去了老衛納西

這樣子上完課

早上穿過衣服起來

他有什麼愛心

什麼什麼的

但是何時才知道

他有自己想要

各位可以看到

這個就是喪屍的一種力量

它給我們一種很強的信心

我們常常說

要觀賞三寶不容易

It is not easy to appreciate the Three Treasures.

但你一想到法王那個眼神

But when you think of the look in the pope's eyes.

你就永遠不會忘

You will never forget.

我至少這一次

我是永遠忘不了

尤其是翻錯的時候

Especially when the translation is incorrect.

而且會瞪我

What is it?

你就會盯著法王看

You will just stare at the Dharma King.

很奇怪吧

It's quite strange, isn't it?

就像那一對夫妻

Just like that couple.

他都不知道我們站在旁邊

He doesn't even know that we are standing next to him.

你就盯著他看

Just stare at him.

就好像我們會盯著佛婆大看

It's just like we will stare at the old lady in awe.

但是一個活生生的人

But a living person.

會特別吸引你

Will particularly attract you.

那你會盯著他看

Then you will stare at him.

這就是一種專注

This is a type of focus.

一種回憶

A kind of memory

大家要保持這個感覺

Everyone should maintain this feeling.

就好像

Just like.

吃飯的時候盯著法王

Staring at the Dalai Lama while eating.

或者說

Or rather,

想看著法王

I want to see the Dalai Lama.

聽法王的時候

When listening to the Dharma King.

聽法王的聲音

Listening to the voice of the Dharma King.

那聽仁波切的聲音

這種感覺

你會發覺

你這一點一點

這就是法王的人

你就會聯想起

所以為什麼

常常來聽法

或者跟隨仁波切

或者到聖地朝聖

因為你會發覺你一點一點

其實你的心在變

还是要有个瓶子

尤其是当你会发现你的慈悲心越强的一个人

Especially when you realize that the stronger your compassion is for a person.

你越想帮助周围的人

The more you want to help the people around you.

你真的看到周围的人受苦了

You really see the people around you suffering.

或者说周围的爱怎么那么愚痴

Or rather, why is the love around me so foolish?

这么顽固

So stubborn.

怎么情绪那么多

Why are there so many emotions?

你很想帮他的时候

When you really want to help him.

你的这种智慧

Your kind of wisdom.

你的慈悲

Your compassion

你的这种就会升起

你再去听法去接受观音菩萨的慈悲

所以你很自然会沾染很多东西

但其实不是的

是你一个人心静的下来

所以工作的时候你是放松

没有违义

尤其大家累辛苦

今天又跟这个人吵架了

这个人又骂了我

This person scolded me again.

每次都是他骂我

就是他不好

很奇怪

我们每次都是

反正任何错误都是他

我们最常做的一个什么

What is the most common thing we do?

就观赏佛菩萨在我们的头顶上

Just watching the Buddha and Bodhisattvas above our heads.

特别我们对一个人

Especially when it comes to one person.

或是对一个上师很亲切的时候

Or when being very close to a master.

你很自然会想到他

You naturally think of him.

像是你可以想到道德房在你的头顶上

It's like you can imagine a moral roof above your head.

然后慢慢慢慢就睡觉

都不忘记随时提醒自己放松

就算你在忙的时候挂个电话坐下来

你就让自己放松

不要让自己紧张

Don't let yourself get nervous.

因为很多时候紧张

Because I am often nervous.

其实你就影响周围的人

In fact, you just influence the people around you.

有一次我在马来西亚

Once I was in Malaysia.

一个妈妈带着她的孩子来看我

A mother brought her child to see me.

她是我就不知道为什么

I don’t know why she is.

她是一直在骂那个孩子

She has一直 been scolding that child.

我说范哥你帮我

I said, Brother Fan, please help me.

你一定要教这个孩子

You must teach this child.

这个孩子简直是就一刻都停不下来

This child simply can't stay still for a moment.

永远是那个好多忙

Always so busy.

永远是什么

What is forever?

你看你看你看

Look, look, look!

我一听我都好紧张了

I got really nervous as soon as I heard it.

我就想跟那个妈妈讲

I just want to talk to that mom.

你可不可以先讲话慢一点

Can you please speak a little slower first?

你不要那么紧张好不好

Don't be so nervous, okay?

你的孩子

后来我真的发觉那个孩子好委屈

Later, I really realized that the child felt so wronged.

其实他好像没那么严重

Actually, it seems like he's not that serious.

是那个妈妈太紧张了

It's that mom who is too nervous.

妈妈一直讲一直讲一直讲

Mom keeps talking and talking and talking.

那个孩子都不太理她

That child doesn't pay much attention to her.

她已经习惯了

She has already gotten used to it.

但真的是那个妈妈的问题

But it really is that mother's problem.

后来我就不好意思

Later, I felt embarrassed.

我就那个妈妈

I am that mom.

她有空就把她叫回来

She will call her back whenever she is free.

我说你应该要多休息才休啊

I said you should rest more before taking a break.

你的孩子还不错很好

Your child is quite good.

但是你应该多休才休

But you should rest more.

她说这样吧

She said, "Let's do it this way."

你回去她不晓得有没有休也是

When you go back, she doesn't know if she has taken a break or not.

不过我觉得大家回去真的

But I think everyone really should go back.

尤其周围父母住在一起的时候

Especially when the parents live nearby together.

有时候家庭关系不太好

Sometimes family relationships are not very good.

很多纷争

Many disputes.

其实真的不是别人的问题

In fact, it's really not someone else's problem.

其实都是你自己

Actually, it's all you.

你自己的心一不静的时候

When your own heart is not calm.

你的动作

Your actions

你不自觉的就是在那种震动

You are unconsciously in that kind of vibration.

就是在那种怎么说啊

It's just that kind of, how should I put it?

就是不稳定

It's just unstable.

所以你让周围的孩子都不稳定

So you make the children around you unstable.

所以尤其家里有孩子的父母

So especially parents with children at home.

或者说孩子很小

Or say the child is very young.

或者说孩子总觉得怎么管不好

Or it could be said that children always feel that they are not being managed well.

有的时候可以先从自己做起

Sometimes you can start by doing it yourself.

所以我跟我也跟很多朋友讲

So I talked to myself and many friends as well.

以前我小时候我是最坏的一个学生

When I was young, I was the worst student.

我是永远学校骂脏话

I am always swearing at school.

我还被老师骂站在外面要洗舌头的

I was also scolded by the teacher for standing outside and needing to wash my mouth out.

然后没有规定

Then there are no regulations.

那个骂脏话不乖的叫你罚站

Those who swear and misbehave will be punished with standing.

罚站不止罚站

Standing in punishment, not just standing.

还要拿肥皂洗舌头

You also need to wash your tongue with soap.

那后来那段时间

That later period of time

因为家里开始学我

Because my family has started to learn from me.

父母亲变了

Parents have changed.

我就发觉你喜欢回家了

I realized that you like to go home.

所以我在这种最叛逆的时候

同学我们是篮球队打篮球

都很疲的时候

When everyone is very tired.

同学就觉得你怎么那么奇怪

你喜欢回家

You like to go home.

我真的喜欢回家

I really like going home.

以前不喜欢回家

I used to dislike going home.

因为第一个爸爸妈妈不在

Because the first set of parents is not around.

第二个是爸爸妈妈回来都很晚

The second one is that mom and dad come back very late.

然后再来就是他们不在的时候

其实家里虽然有帮忙的打扫

但是不一样的

他们打扫是他的

They clean for him.

跟父母亲在家带我们的感觉是不同的

但我就觉得不舒服

要有放松跟皈依的地方

所以你可以自己除了你房间

So you can leave your room by yourself.

那种家父母亲就会有一个

That kind of family will have one parent.

他自己修行的地方

The place where he practices on his own.

就会有一个干净的佛堂

There will be a clean Buddhist hall.

他上香

He lights incense.

还有他读经

And he reads the scriptures.

他读经的时候

When he reads the scriptures.

就是我也不懂

I don’t understand either.

他为什么不叫我朋友读经

Why doesn't he ask my friend to read the Bible?

他就自己读经

He reads the scriptures by himself.

因为我就发觉这个感觉很好

Because I realize this feeling is great.

后来每个周末他读经的

Later, he read the scriptures every weekend.

我也搬个小电子做房间

I also moved a small electronic device to the room.

那我不是读经

刚刚都讲完了

那就是教导我们说

That teaches us to say

要单纯要放松

Be simple and be relaxed.

那为什么我们没有办法单纯

Then why can't we be simple?

没有办法放松

There's no way to relax.

我们的欲望太多了

Our desires are too many.

烦恼太多了

Too many troubles.

尤其那个连续的广告

Especially that continuous advertisement.

就把我们的心牵牵牵牵牵

Let's connect our hearts.

其实我们不需要那么多东西

In fact, we don't need so many things.

但是因为外境的这种

But because of this external situation.

世间现在的这种要求

The demands of the world now.

让我们勾我们的心

Let us intertwine our hearts.

单纯不下来

Can't be simple.

放松不下来

Can't relax.

所以在佛祖行三十七诵

So the Buddha practices thirty-seven recitations.

它的前面七个

The first seven of it.

七百八十七诵之后呢

What comes after the seven hundred eighty-seven recitations?

它在教的就是前行

What it teaches is to move forward.

我们常常听到四加行

We often hear about the Four Foundations of the Path.

就是教我们要放松

It is teaching us to relax.

要放轻松

Just relax.

要没有欲望

To have no desires.

要单纯

Be simple.

那透过这七个计

我们做得到的

We can do it.

但怎么放松方法

But how to relax?

怎么单纯方法

它就在教我们

很多时候忍不下来教

Many times it's hard to hold back from teaching.

尤其大家

都要说四个五加行

They all need to say "four or five additional actions."

我们今年法王教的就是

人生难得

Life is hard to come by.

官司无常

Lawsuits are unpredictable.

Eh.

这些思维是为什么

Why are these thoughts?

就是让我们懂得放松

It just lets us understand to relax.

你就不会真的那种

You won't really be that kind of person.

血压高啊

High blood pressure.

身体也会好一点

The body will also feel a little better.

所以

So

一个放轻松

Take it easy.

减少我们的贪欲

Reduce our desires.

前面几个记忆都谈到了

The previous memories have all been discussed.

再来还有一个很重要的

There is still another very important one.

就是皈依跟发心

It is about taking refuge and generating the aspiration.

所以在后面的三十多个记忆

So in the more than thirty memories that follow.

就在教我们一个大乘的行者

Just teaching us a practitioner of the Mahayana.

一个菩萨的行者

A practitioner of a Bodhisattva.

你要做的是什么

What do you want to do?

要做的是什么呢

What is there to do?

就是要皈依跟发心

It is about taking refuge and generating the mind (of enlightenment).

但它分得很细

But it is divided very finely.

它为什么要皈依

Why does it want to convert?

皈依的对象是什么

What is the object of refuge?

然后发心一个菩萨

Then aspire to become a Bodhisattva.

他遇到的行为

The behavior he encountered.

他需要的行为是什么

What kind of behavior does he need?

都在后面的记忆都有提到

All the memories mentioned are in the back.

所以这个会是在后面几篇会教

So this meeting will be taught in the following few articles.

会跟各位有这样一个分享

也就是放轻松

Just relax.

参与要少

Participation should be minimal.

烦恼要少

Fewer worries.

那么还有的是皈依跟发心

Then there is also taking refuge and generating the mind.

这一次大家都没有福气

This time, everyone is out of luck.

见到宝王

See the treasure king.

人多且你找到了一个依靠的

There are many people, and you have found someone to rely on.

这个依靠跟这种单纯

This reliance is on such simplicity.

你要带到你的生活当中

You need to bring it into your life.

你就会发觉因为我的担当少了

You will realize that it is because my responsibility has decreased.

你就会发觉你更能够慈悲

You will find that you are able to be more compassionate.

关心别人

Caring for others.

你一生才有意义

Your life is only meaningful.

每天早上起来

Every morning when I wake up.

如果又是这样活活饿饿过夜

If I have to spend the night starving like this again.

真的是没有意义

It really has no meaning.

这样到死亡那一天就是在

This way, until the day of death is in.

所以随时会一个发现

So a discovery could happen at any time.

那这个佛子行善其中就在包括我们说

Then this Buddhist disciple doing good includes what we are talking about.

你要怎么放弃

How will you give up?

你要怎么会一本大心

How can you have a big heart?

那另外同时呢

At the same time, however.

我们会在明后天

We will be there the day after tomorrow.

明天也有一篇课

There is also a class tomorrow.

就是星期四星期五都会有课

There will be classes on Thursday and Friday.

但是要有一个他的规矩

But there must be a rule of his.

你中心才能够好好的维持下去

You can only maintain your center well.

这是很重要的

以前给很多人的感觉

It used to give many people a certain feeling.

就是喇嘛造成的好像好听一点的自在

It's just that the lama seems to cause a more pleasant sense of ease.

难听一点的随便

It's not very pleasant, just casually.

真的这么说

Really say it like that.

就是我们看的感觉

It's just the feeling we get from what we see.

那可能也是我们的心不清净

That might also be because our hearts are not pure.

那那很多时候你会真正自己的清净下来

There are many times when you can truly calm your mind.

有规矩下来

There are rules to follow.

你会知道喇嘛是自在的这种情景

You will know the situation where the lama is at ease.

他不是随便

He is not casual.

但是因为我们的心的烦恼

But because of the troubles in our hearts.

因为他太随和了

Because he is too easygoing.

然后我们生活在哪里?

So where do we live?

他太自卑了

He is too insecure.

你就把自卑当作随便

Just treat your inferiority complex casually.

那这是不好

Then this is not good.

我们说已经皈依三宝了

We say we have already taken refuge in the Three Jewels.

皈依佛法僧

Take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha.

僧宝是什么?

What is Sang Bao?

僧众就是僧宝

The monastic community is the jewel of the monks.

那很自然不是

That's not very natural.

不是说要皈依我们

It’s not said that you have to take refuge in us.

要恭敬我们

We should be respectful to ourselves.

而是人与人之间有尊重

But there is respect between people.

尤其僧宝

Especially Sang Bao.

他代表的是法

He represents the law.

那这次我们很感动

Then we are very moved this time.

就是所有的僧众

It is all the monks.

五千多人

More than 5,000 people.

这次参加这个祈愿大法会

This time participating in this prayer ceremony.

从去年开始

Since last year.

那一直以来

That has always been.

我们说照相佛教

We say photography Buddhism.

就是喇嘛很慈悲

The lama is very compassionate.

那特别就会规矩上

That will be particularly standardized.

那现在开始从去年法王就在教规矩

So now, let's start with the teachings that the Dharma King began last year.

法王自己教我们

The Dharma King teaches us himself.

然后像这一次今年去参加课程的时候

每天晚上法王除了为我们早上上课

Every night, in addition to teaching us in the morning, the Dalai Lama...

下午他就会训练神

He will train the gods in the afternoon.

我们都会一起参加

We will all participate together.

你会感到法王真的很慈悲

You will feel that the Dharma King is truly very compassionate.

他自己带着我们

He led us himself.

比如说喇嘛要怎么走路

For example, how should a lama walk?

他教我们怎么走路

He teaches us how to walk.

而且他是引经据典

Moreover, he quotes classical texts.

因为佛界里面就讲到说

Because it is said in the Buddhist realm that...

光是僧人

A monk of light.

一个修行者

A practitioner.

他应该要具备什么威仪

What kind of authority should he possess?

可是你都不用说法

But you don't need to say anything.

你不用讲很好听的

You don't have to say nice things.

光是你走路

Just you walking.

你的眼神

Your gaze.

你就让一个人很安心了

You make a person feel very at ease.

所以尤其作为在家里的生活

So especially as a life at home

在工作上

In work.

更需要

More need.

更需要你自己心情下来

You need to calm down and adjust your mood.

你有威仪

You have majesty.

你有一种力量

You have a kind of strength.

你就能够帮助周围的人

You can help the people around you.

尤其以前我们寺院老和尚人会教

Especially in the past, the old monks in our temple would teach.

他说年轻女孩子特别危险

He said that young girls are especially dangerous.

尤其长得漂亮一点

Especially if they are a bit beautiful.

特别危险

Especially dangerous.

为什么呢

Why is that?

因为你自己会到很多地方去

Because you will go to many places by yourself.

但是你的心不静的时候

But when your mind is not calm.

其实是自己招引很多的人来伤害你

In fact, you attract many people to hurt yourself.

这不是别人的问题

This is not someone else's problem.

还是自己

Still myself.

自己要打扮得很孤独

One must dress very lonely.

或者说自己的心不稳定的时候

Or when one's own heart is unstable.

这很危险

This is very dangerous.

所以以前我姐姐

So my sister used to...

我们一起学佛

Let's learn Buddhism together.

那时候就有很多些老师也会教她说

At that time, many teachers would also tell her.

你要多念这个心经

You should recite this Heart Sutra more often.

平常走路的时候

When walking normally

就多念心经

Just recite the Heart Sutra more.

你就会发觉

You will realize.

那时候我姐姐她

At that time my sister she

就多念心经

Just recite the Heart Sutra more.

走路也念心经

Recite the Heart Sutra while walking.

她长得也很端庄

She is also very dignified in appearance.

就不会有那种外来的东西来侵略

Then there won't be any foreign things to invade.

人也好

It’s fine for people too.

看不到的也好

It's fine not to see it.

你就不会

You just can't.

所以各位也是我们常常就是

So everyone, we often just...

中国人老说要有正气

Chinese people often say that one should have a sense of integrity.

要有正念

To have a positive mindset.

所以常常念佛持咒

So often recite Buddha's name and chant mantras.

尤其各位现在见到老王

Especially you all see Lao Wang now.

他的样子我相信忘不掉

I believe I won't forget his appearance.

你只要想着他的样子

Just think of his appearance.

你就会有正念跟正气的

You will have positive thoughts and positive energy.

所以讲回来

So coming back to that.

也会在课程当中也会多提一提

It will also be mentioned more during the course.

那有关这个戒律方面

That is related to the aspect of this precept.

或者说威仪方面

Or it can be said in terms of dignity.

还有规矩

There are still rules.

尤其大家有的可能刚来藏旋佛教

Especially many of you may have just come to Tibetan Buddhism.

有的可能来很多年了

Some may have been coming for many years.

但是其实有一些小规矩

But actually, there are some small rules.

也要多再了解一下

You should also understand more about it.

那这也是法王他特别注重的

This is also something that the Dharma King pays special attention to.

那现在他开始交僧众了

Now he has started to interact with the monks.

那尤其是我们在家弟子们

That is especially true for us disciples at home.

更需要

More needed

因为有了这个东西

Because of this thing.

你保护自己也照顾别人

You protect yourself while also taking care of others.

所以持戒不是说限制自己哦

So keeping precepts doesn't mean restricting yourself.

你是在保护自己

You are protecting yourself.

而且是在照顾别人

And it is about taking care of others.

这是最好的一个方法

This is the best method.

所以在这后几天当中

So in the next few days.

那会跟大家分享一些故事
