大概有200件的珍贵化石

Approximately 200 precious fossils.

有动物、有恐龙、有植物、有其他很多类

There are animals, dinosaurs, plants, and many other kinds.

各个都是在科学上很重要的

Each one is very important in science.

是现在的科学家都会觉得

Even today's scientists would feel that

可能是一个很重要的参考

It could be a very important reference.

部分恐龙约有1亿2千万年的历史

Some dinosaurs have a history of about 120 million years.

人类就在200万年前才开始出现

Humans only began to appear 2 million years ago.

而陶器就是最早期的艺术

And pottery is the earliest form of art.

第一个被发现的陶器

The first pottery that was discovered.

有成1万6千年的历史

Has a history of 16,000 years.

而且一直到现在

And until now.

都是用近似的技术去制作陶器

They all use similar techniques to make pottery.

我们这个比赛是奖了第7届

主要目的是推动香港的陶瓷艺术

The main purpose is to promote ceramic art in Hong Kong.

和喝茶的风气

The custom of drinking tea.

其实我的作品的灵感

In fact, the inspiration for my work

和我的信仰很有关系

It is closely related to my beliefs.

我是一个基督徒

I am a Christian.

只要相信耶稣基督就会有永恒的生命

As long as you believe in Jesus Christ, you will have eternal life.

我们的作品将生命里头的盼望带出来

Our work brings the hope within life to the surface.

而作品上有一个小窗口

There is a small window on the work.

有一些不同角度的泥板

There are some clay tablets from different angles.

带出一些光暗和阴影

Bring out some light and shadow.

很希望人们喝茶的时候

I really hope that when people drink tea,

可以带人的眼睛穿越这个窗口

The eyes that can take a person through this window.

也希望带人的思想去到另外一个时间和空间

I also hope to bring people's thoughts to another time and space.

以前的陶器会令我们更加了解古时的生活

Ancient pottery can help us better understand life in ancient times.

而早在5500年前

As early as 5,500 years ago

已有文字在陶器上面出现

Text has already appeared on the pottery.

就是草书

It's cursive script.

源自中国的汉朝

Originating from China’s Han Dynasty.

在牛排艺术村

At the Steak Art Village

有九位来自美国和两位本地的艺术家

There are nine artists from the United States and two local artists.

用混合媒体去演绎草书艺术

Interpret calligraphy art using mixed media.

草书这东西给人的感觉是一个鸟草

Cursive writing gives people the feeling of a bird and grass.

鸟草里面就是

It's just inside the bird grass.

一些线条的分布和构成

Some distribution and composition of lines.

所以测试人就想解拆了一个草书

So the tester wanted to dismantle a cursive script.

将里面的一些线条

Some lines inside.

一些中国的文字

Some Chinese characters.

再加上一些空间

Add some space.

这样去做这个展览的一些元素

Some elements of doing the exhibition this way.

刚才我们用一个现代的手法去看古代艺术

Just now we used a modern approach to view ancient art.

不如现在用一个现代的手法

Might as well use a modern approach now.

去看一些永恒的感觉

To experience some eternal feelings.

Karen 我知道你个人演绎的作品

Karen, I know your personal interpretations of the works.

《再见不再见》是和回忆和友情有关

"Goodbye No More" is related to memories and friendship.

不如你解释多一点关于你的剧目

Why don't you explain a bit more about your performance?

我创作这个戏的起点

The starting point of my creation for this play.

其实是想起我自己生命里面

Actually, I am reminded of my own life.

在不同的时间

At different times.

不同的地方和不同的人说拜拜

Saying goodbye to different places and different people.

无论他是离开这个地方去别的地方

No matter if he leaves this place for another place.

或者是我自己离开这个地方

Or maybe I leave this place myself.

或者是甚至那个人要离开这个世界

Or perhaps that person is even going to leave this world.

在不同的情况我发觉

In different situations, I discover.

再见这个说话其实有很多不同的意思

Goodbye actually has many different meanings.

再见是一个好像一个祝福

Goodbye feels like a blessing.

两个人分别

The two people parted ways.

将来会再见

We will meet again in the future.

但有时无奈你会发觉

But sometimes, you will helplessly realize.

当你十年之后再见到同一个人的时候

When you see the same person again ten years later.

其实很多感觉都已经不同了

In fact, many feelings have already changed.

甚至十年之后你回到同一个地方

Even ten years later, you return to the same place.

有了回忆在那里

There are memories there.

但你会发觉环境是会变了

But you will find that the environment has changed.

所以我觉得这个戏的創作起点

So I think the starting point of this play's creation is...

《再见不再见》这个剧目

The play "Goodbye, Never Goodbye."

真的很适合形容我们今集的文化点心

It really fits to describe our cultural dim sum in this episode.

因为今集的文化点心来到这里就要完结了
