你不一定知道Priority是什么意思

You may not necessarily know what Priority means.

就是有限事项

It is a limited matter.

如果呢

What if?

你要把一门外语学得好

You need to learn a foreign language well.

你必须把它当成你的有限的事项

You must treat it as one of your limited matters.

应该是头三个里面的

It should be one of the first three.

如果你把它作为第二十、第三十、第五十个

If you treat it as the twentieth, thirtieth, or fiftieth.

你不可能学得会

You can't possibly learn it.

因为呢

Because

你总不会给它足够的时间

You never give it enough time.

那这个有限的事项

不代表你每天要用八个小时、十个小时

你可以用十五分钟、二十分钟

我就拿起课本

I just picked up the textbook.

我尽量记得

我看两三次

I watch it two or three times.

每一次我能坚持两到三个星期

Every time I can stick to it for two to three weeks.

然后呢

And then?

就放弃了

Just give up.

那当然

因为那个时候我也上班

那个压力很大

我一句中文都不会说

I can't speak a word of Chinese.

我就说我要跟一个中国人说的一样好的

这不是一个小的目标

This is not a small goal.

这是一个很大的目标了

This is a very big goal.

很多人都会说

Many people often say.

我能够说几句话

I can say a few words.

我已经满意了

I am already satisfied.

那这个目标是很低的

Then this goal is very low.

我给你举个例子

其实我还没写完

什么意思

如果你的目标太低了

If your goals are too low.

你的下意识知道

Your subconscious knows.

这个太简单太容易

This is too simple and too easy.

两天你能够掌握了

You can master it in two days.

所以呢算了

So, forget it.

你就别定这个目标了

Don't set this goal.

你要定一个对你吸引的目标

对你有挑战的目标应该是什么

那么刚才说的一个非常重要的一个概念

这个叫做一个超越目标的现象

如果你有个目标是比较难

好像有一种迷路的感觉

自己不知道自己是谁

Not knowing who you are.

自己不知道自己在干什么

本来你的目标在这了

Originally, your goal was here.

你超越了它

You have surpassed it.

好像你就没什么目标了

It seems like you don't have any goals anymore.

所以呢

如果你的目标太低了

If your goals are too low.

你会遇到这个状态了

You will encounter this situation.

而且呢

Furthermore,

你开始之前

Before you start.

你的下意识明白

Your subconscious understands.

这个目标是不值得了

This goal is not worth it.

太低了

Too low.

你太容易都会超越了

You can surpass it too easily.

你很难有动力去进行学习的

It is hard for you to find the motivation to study.

所以一定要把你的目标定得非常高

So you must set your goals very high.

不是高不可攀

但是高到肯定有一定的难度

有很多人觉得

到最后那个目标是没有意思了
