Dat zijn tien jongeren die al lang betrokken zijn bij indifferent.

Those are ten young people who have been involved with indifferent for a long time.

Die hebben nu een aparte crew gezet.

They have now set up a separate crew.

Die komen zes keer bij elkaar.

They meet six times.

Daarvoor krijgen ze ook betaald.

They get paid for that as well.

En eigenlijk helpen zij ons.

And they actually help us.

Door allerlei werkvormen te doen met elkaar.

By doing various forms of work together.

En we halen daarmee op wat zij vinden en willen.

And we gather what they find and want.

En wat hun behoeftes zijn.

And what their needs are.

Dus we krijgen heel goed een idee van hun wensen.

So we get a very good idea of their wishes.

En daar passen wij in different art op aan.

And we adapt to that in different art.

Dat samenkomen met de jongeren die elkaar eerst niet kenden.

That gathering with the young people who did not know each other beforehand.

En die langzaam maar zeker een groep worden.

And that will slowly but surely become a group.

De dingen die zij zeggen.

The things they say.

Hoe ze met elkaar omgaan.

How they interact with each other.

De grappen die ze maken.

The jokes they make.

Dat is zo ontzettend leuk.

That is so incredibly fun.

Dus dat inspireert me heel erg.

So that inspires me a lot.

Hetzelfde soort ideeën met de art alliantie.

The same kind of ideas with the art alliance.

Dat zijn eigenlijk grote cultuuraanbieders uit Arnhem.

Those are actually major cultural providers from Arnhem.

Die bij elkaar in één groep een alliantie vormen.

They form an alliance together in one group.

En die wij als het ware leiden of meenemen door zo'n heel jaar heen.

And which we, as it were, guide or accompany throughout the whole year.

Er zit Oostpool bij.

Muses en Stadstheater.

Theater aan de Rijn.

En er is heel weinig tijd geweest in de afgelopen jaren om bij elkaar te zitten.

Nou, dat is nu wel gebeurd.

En dan merk je ook dat daar gewoon heel veel goede vibes bij vrijkomen.

Dat is voor mij echt het meest inspirerend wat er is.

Maar nog niet hadden gedacht dat wat zij doen, dat dat kunst is.

But had not yet thought that what they do is art.

En dat dat museumwaardig is.

And that it is worthy of a museum.

Museum Arnhem laat zien.

Museum Arnhem shows.

Dat is het wel.

Laat zien wat je kan.

Zij hebben gezorgd dat het misschien op een ander niveau wordt gepresenteerd.

Dat zijn een beetje de kernpunten die je dit jaar stippel op de horizon die je had gezet.

En voor volgend jaar, wat zijn de voornemens die je nu nieuw gaat zetten?

We gaan een hele grote campagne starten aan het begin van het schooljaar.

Daar kijk ik enorm naar uit.

Dus meestal bedacht ik het zelf.

En mijn grote voornemen is dat het heel goed wordt.

Zodat echt letterlijk alle jongeren in Arnhem dit weten en zich aangesproken voelen.

En we gaan het heel toegankelijk voor ze maken.

We gaan ook programma's doen waar jongeren zelfs voor betaald krijgen.

Door mee te doen.

Door hun ideeën te geven.

Dus ik denk dat we een supergoed aanbod hebben.

So I think we have a really great offer.

Maar mijn allergrootste voornemen is alle jongeren in Arnhem bereiken.

But my biggest resolution is to reach all young people in Arnhem.

En onszelf zo vormen dat we gewoon echt een aantrekkelijke organisatie worden voor jongeren.

And shape ourselves in such a way that we truly become an attractive organization for young people.
