People know where you might be safer and where you are therefore more unsafe.

Dus iedereen heeft een soort van eigen veiligheidsinschatting gemaakt van wat ze denken dat wel kan en wat niet kan.

So everyone has made a kind of personal safety assessment of what they think is possible and what is not.

En daarbij is het natuurlijk wel duidelijk dat Hezbollah hier het doelwit is.

And it is of course clear that Hezbollah is the target here.
