Puscast: The End.

Persiflagers Infectious Disease Puscast

so for my half dozen regular listeners out there just to let you know i'm going to retire the

puss cast a bunch of reasons one i'm heading into part-time and i don't want to spend my time off

working on infectious disease projects like this the second i kind of realized i'm bored with doing

it and third as you get older you will find that you have less concentration and less stamina

and so you have to pick where you want to expend your energies it's one of the reasons i stopped

doing the quack cast and blogging over at science-based medicine there's just so much time

and energy that one has in life especially when you hit your 60s

for example i got a novel accepted but it needs a major rewrite and i need to find the time to do

it something has to give especially since i want to write a sequel to this novel and i have another

book i want to write so something has to give and that will be the puss cast you can still find my

ramblings on infectious disease over at medscape where i will remain the blogger for a couple more

years at least until retirement and watch for the announcement of my novel which will be

out in the future

in the fall of 2022 yes over a year from now it takes a long time to get a novel published and

to the smattering of people who have put up with this podcast through the years thank you for

listening i hope you learned something i hope you had a couple laughs but for me it's time to move on

later dudes

and i'll see you in the next episode of science-based medicine
