Hey, my name is Mark Striegel, and from 2008,

2005 until 2021, or maybe even early 2022, I did the Talking Metal podcast.

And this is the feed for that show. I've had a number of people reach out and ask me numerous

questions. Will there be any more Talking Metal podcasts? No, not right now, guys. I am not doing

Talking Metal anymore. I think the last final...

episode of the podcast made that pretty clear. Could it return at some point? Who knows? Who

knows? But not right now, because I am very busy. I work a full-time job, and then I work a part-time

job at SiriusXM. That job includes five normal shifts, Ozzy's Boneyard at 12 noon on the east,

9 a.m. on the west, on Thursday,

Friday, and Sunday. Those are generally six-hour shifts. And then I'm on Hair Nation,

which is channel 39, every Saturday and Sunday morning. So that is where you can find Mark

Striegel, on SiriusXM, on those channels. Now, I also do some fill-in work for the other hosts

when they are out, and some of that fill-in work actually includes another channel that would be

Turbo, channel 41. So I'm completely psyched to be there.

And again, I'm holding down two jobs at the moment, so there is no real time for podcasting.

However, I've been leaving this feed open. There are literally years and years of interviews. I

just went back and listened to the Eric Singer interview from, I think, 2017. So great. And

just please know that I'm going to keep this feed open as long as I can. I pay a monthly charge for

it.

I think it's important to have all those years and years of great interviews up there for you

guys to access. So please, even though we're not giving you any new content at this time,

dive into the back catalog of Talking Metal. Again, I do miss the listeners, especially over

in Europe. I know you do not have access to SiriusXM, which is in the United States and Canada.

So,

I miss you guys. Hope you're all doing well, and maybe we'll connect again in the future.

And for my North American friends, please, please join me on SiriusXM, again on Ozzy's Boneyard,

and Hair Nation, and sometimes on Turbo, doing some fill-in work. Ozzy's Boneyard is, of course,

all our favorite hard and heavy classics. All that great classic rock from the 70s, 80s, and 90s,

and of course, Hair Nation celebrates the 1980s, early 90s, the glam metal bands, the hair metal

bands, if you will. I know a lot of you guys love that stuff. So please, join me on SiriusXM.

The app is included with all trials and popular plans. It allows you to listen outside of the car

and gives you tons of great exclusive content. They have literally hundreds of additional music

channels on the app, not to mention videos. Like, I just watched a full Def Leppard concert

on the SiriusXM app that looked and sounded awesome. I'm Mark Striegel. This is the Talking

Metal feed with a, what, September 1st, 2022 check-in. Miss you guys.
