j'ai pris conscience que en fait si je change mes perceptions si je vis de la même manière et que je change juste mes perceptions j'ai vu une vie qui sera totalement nouvelle en fait sans avoir à dépenser des tonnes pour déménager à l'étranger dans le pays sans avoir à prendre on va dire trop de risques entre guillemets bon après ça chacun visons les choses par rapport à la zone de confort etc je sais que c'est un concept et tout mais voilà sans avoir à faire tout ça tous ces efforts là tous ces sacrifices là

t'as juste à changer quelque chose dans ta tête et tu changes de vie c'est incroyable et voilà je trouve qu'on en parle pas assez et voilà c'est pour ça que je voulais en parler aujourd'hui après je sais que voilà c'est peut-être plus simple à dire qu'à faire parce que changer sa perception déjà faut prendre conscience qu'on a une certaine perception des choses parce que des fois on pense des choses et on n'a même pas conscience qu'on pense des choses on n'a même pas conscience de la manière dont on pense

donc voilà déjà la première étape ça va être de prendre conscience qu'on pense d'une certaine manière et ensuite essayer de trouver une autre perception qui nous correspond qui résonne avec nous même ça aussi c'est autre chose et y croire aussi c'est autre chose donc voilà mais je pense que c'est vraiment faisable pour tout le monde et je trouve ça beaucoup plus simple moi personnellement que de se dire bon faut que je change d'extérieur quoi faut que je change d'extérieur c'est beaucoup plus compliqué

So here is the first step: it will be to become aware that we think in a certain way, and then try to find another perception that resonates with us. c'est beaucoup plus compliqué clairement de changer d'extérieur et on peut vivre tout autant enfin on peut changer on peut évoluer en laissant l'extérieur comme il est et juste en se changeant soi-même en changeant ses perceptions et je trouve ça beaucoup plus efficace moi personnellement et je trouve ça même beaucoup plus épanouissant

It's clearly much more complicated to change the outside, and one can live just as well; finally, we can change, we can evolve by leaving the outside as it is and just by changing ourselves, by changing our perceptions. I personally find that much more effective, and I even find it much more fulfilling.
