Ich glaube, das sind drei primäre Gründe, die mir durch den Kopf gehen, die mich bewegen.

I believe these are three primary reasons that come to my mind, that move me.

Das eine ist, dass wir die Stärken verstärken, die Deutschland ohne Frage hat.

One is that we strengthen the strengths that Germany undoubtedly has.

Das ist die Rolle in der Globalisierung als wirkliches Powerhouse in der globalisierten Welt,

That is the role in globalization as a true powerhouse in the globalized world,

als Nummer eins oder Nummer zwei der weltweiten Exportnationen.

as number one or number two of the global export nations.

Das zweite ist sicherlich das Thema Innovation,

was traditionell in Deutschland stark ausgeprägt war,

Vor allen Dingen aber, dass wir es schaffen müssen, eine Mitmachkultur zu prägen,
