und dann diesem Platin-Raub oder so, den sie da planen oder durchziehen wollen.

Und Gibson da irgendwie seinen Sohn auch noch irgendwie sucht oder zu sich holen will.

Also sah ganz okay aus.

So it looked quite okay.

Ist für mich auch so ein klassischer Leih- oder Streaming-Kandidat irgendwann mal.

Fand ich okay.

I found it okay.

Es gibt wesentlich schlechtere Hai-Film-Filme, aber gewiss auch wesentlich bessere.

Der hat vorher einen Taucher-Film gedreht.

He previously made a diving film.

Und da werde ich nachts auf ein Remake bei meinen Last Seen später eingehen.

Gut, also da sind wir alle nicht ganz so angetan von The Last Breath.

Vielleicht sieht es ja mit Meanwhile on Earth besser aus.

Und da fange ich einfach mal an.

Bis vor ein paar Stunden wusste ich nicht, dass dieser Film existiert.

Until a few hours ago, I didn't know that this movie existed.

Bin zufällig auf den Trailer gestoßen und fand ihn eigentlich ganz ansprechend, muss ich sagen.

I stumbled upon the trailer by chance and actually found it quite appealing, I must say.

Ich fand ja eine gute Stimmung.

I found a good atmosphere.

So ein bisschen dieses Mysteriöse, so ganz leichten Horroreinschlag.

A bit of that mysteriousness, with a slight touch of horror.

Kosmonaut verschwindet oder Astronaut verschwindet.

Cosmonaut disappears or astronaut disappears.

Die Schwester findet dann irgendwie die Möglichkeit, mit ihm zu kommunizieren.

Theoretisch irgendwelche Lebensformen, möglicherweise eine Art Invasion und so weiter.

Theoretically, any forms of life, possibly a kind of invasion, and so on.

Ich fand es nett, absolut.

I thought it was nice, absolutely.

Und den würde ich mir auf jeden Fall irgendwie mal angucken,

And I would definitely want to check it out sometime.

weil ich dadurch neugierig geworden bin, was ich in diesem Trailer gesehen habe.

because I became curious about what I saw in this trailer.

Ja, ist irgendwie eine etwas surreale Alien-Invasion-Variante.

Yes, it's somewhat of a surreal alien invasion variant.

Also nicht irgendwie so groß.

So not too big in any way.

Mit den Raumschiffen und alles niederschießen und wie auch immer.

With the spaceships and shooting everything down and whatever.

Also wie man es aus dem einen oder anderen Hollywood-Film ja kennt,

So as one knows from one or another Hollywood film,

sondern eher so ein bisschen subtil die Menschheit, die da wohl unterwandert werden soll oder so.

but rather a bit subtly the humanity that is supposed to be infiltrated or something like that.

Und ja, dann auch unsere Hauptdarstellerin, die da mit dem Motiv, dass ihr Bruder zurückkehrt,

quasi ein bisschen zur Mithilfe gezwungen wird.

Oder geködert wird.

Or baited.

Also es sah ganz okay aus.

Und ja, könnte ich mir durchaus vorstellen, den mal anzuschauen.

Also ich hatte ihn ein bisschen auf dem Schirm schon.

Well, I had him on my radar a bit already.

Aus einem Grund, weil der vorige Film des Regisseurs,

For one reason, because the previous film of the director,

I Lost My Body, Nummer zwei im 2019 bei meinen Top Ten war.

I Lost My Body was number two in my top ten in 2019.

Zeichentrickfilm, den es auf Netflix gibt.

Animated film that is available on Netflix.

Und den ich immer noch absolut empfehlen kann.

And whom I can still absolutely recommend.

Der ist nicht perfekt, aber er hat eine super tolle Stimmung.

He’s not perfect, but he has a really great vibe.

Und war auch oder ist da auch schon sehr eigenwillig.

Und dadurch, dass er mich irgendwie angesprochen hat,

Also einfach die kargen Landschaften.

Und ja, einfach dieses Auf- und Abtauchen,

nicht schnell genug auf- und abtauchen

oder dann einfach zu schnell auftauchen und ähnliches,

spielt da alles mit rein.

Das ist alles ganz gut gemacht, auf jeden Fall.

Also da war bei mir auch so ein bisschen Beklemmung beim Zusehen einfach.

Aber ich fand die Ideen ganz gut.

Vor allem, wie man in dieses Auto versucht reinzukommen,

Especially how one tries to get into this car,

wie sie versucht, Hilfe zu holen.

Und so, das ist wirklich gut gemacht.

And so, that is really well done.

Und der Film ist, soweit ich es beurteilen kann,

ziemlich realistisch in der Hinsicht.

Und gefiel mir deswegen wirklich gut in der Beziehung.
