私も最初入った時はですね

共同組合ということなんですけれど

なんか製造業の組合とか

Like a union for the manufacturing industry or something.

組合っていうと

When you say "union,"

同業の人が集まるような感じがするんですけれども

It feels like the kind of place where people from the same industry gather.

異業種の組合っていうところにちょっと興味を持ったんですが

I became a little interested in unions of different industries.

そうですね

That's right.

通常はやはり同業種の中小企業の方が集まって

Usually, small and medium-sized enterprises in the same industry tend to gather together.

大手企業に対抗するというかですね

It's more about competing against large companies.

対抗するんですね

So you're going to compete against me?

そういう形で

うちももともとはですね

実は1年前までは

派遣会社とか人材会社さんだけで構成されていたんですけれども

人材不足を解消するところとか

外国人技能実習生事業の認可を取っていくにあたって

異業種化を図ったんですね

許認可が下りないということだったので

実際手続きを進めたところ

異業種じゃなくても

大丈夫だったことが分かりまして

ただいろんな業種の方が入ってきてくださっているので

すごく活性化されて今は面白い組織になっています

具体的に活動としてはどんな活動をされているんですか

Specifically, what kind of activities are you engaged in?

昨年はほとんど会員が

Last year, almost no members were.

集まる形での定例会とかの懇親会的な

A gathering-type regular meeting or networking event.

まずコミュニケーションを図っていこうというところから

First, let's start by establishing communication.

やってたんですが

今年はですね

様々な委員会が立ち上がりまして

Various committees have been established.

もちろん会員を増やすところと

あと元々の派遣会社さんの集まりと会議と

それとあとはやはり

研修とか育成とかをするような委員会と

あとやはり外国人技能実習生と

Also, regarding foreign technical intern trainees...

それからあとは皆さん異業種なので

After that, everyone is from different industries.

皆さんで連携して

Let's work together as a team.

何か新しいビジネスをしていけないかという

I wonder if we can start a new business.

企画開発的な委員会とで

In collaboration with the planning and development committee.

5つの委員会で構成されていて

It consists of five committees.

5つもあるんですか

Are there really five of them?

そうなんです

That's right.

全体で何社ぐらいですか

How many companies are there in total?

今は30社です

There are currently 30 companies.

5月までにまた14、15社入るよと

By May, another 14 or 15 companies will join.

その一気に増える原因って何なんですか

What is the reason for that sudden increase?

やはりですね

As I thought.

異業種の集まりというところに

It's a gathering of different industries.

皆さん興味を示されているのと

Everyone is showing interest.

それとですね

And also,

皆さん今の入っている社長さんたちも

"Everyone, the current company presidents as well..."

40代の方が大半多くてですね

Most of the people are in their 40s.

やはり横のつながりで

As expected, through connections with others.

若い社長さんたちが多いのと

There are many young company presidents.

それとあと後継者がいない

Also, there is no successor.

年齢のちょっと上の社長さんがですね

The company president who is a little older than me.

やはり後継者を探す

After all, I'm looking for a successor.

育成できないかとか

Wondering if it can be nurtured or not.

そういうところで今

Right now, in a place like that.

入っていらっしゃる方多いですね

There are quite a few people coming in, aren't there?

その中の事務局

The office among them.

具体的にはどんな役割なんですか

What specific role does it have?

1から10まで全部一人で

All by myself from 1 to 10.

やはり会議の調整とか運営とですね

As expected, it's about coordinating and managing the meeting.

あとは実際に会議の時も全て出席をしているので

And I also attend all the meetings in person.

資料作りから報告書作りから

From creating materials to preparing reports.

あと皆さんとの間の連絡事項

Also, the communication matters with everyone.

全て一人で

All by myself.

やっている状態です

I am currently doing it.

やはりですね今のその外国人技能実習生事業を始めるというところで

As expected, regarding the starting point of the current foreign technical intern training program...

建設会社さんか建設業が実習生の受け入れをしているところが大変多いので

There are a lot of construction companies that accept trainees in the construction industry.

なかなかの東北の方では実習生事業の許認可を持っている郷土組さん意外と少ないんですよね

In the Tohoku region, there are surprisingly few local organizations that have the permits and licenses for the trainee program.

そうですね どうしても東北の企業さんが外国人を受け入れるというところで

Well, it's just that Tohoku companies are accepting foreign workers.

どうしてもまだまだ抵抗があるというところがあるので

There are still some places where I can't help but resist.

そういう部分でなかなかやってるところが少ないので

There are not many places that do that kind of thing.

入ってくることが多いですね

うちは今のところベトナムと

協定は結んで

まだ入ってきてないんですが

やっぱり実際手続きして入ってくるまで

After all, until the actual procedures are completed and it comes in.

半年ぐらいかかるので

そこは中国とかネパールとかとも
