My name is Satomi Ueyama, and I live with my 15-year-old son and my mother-in-law. I believe that organizing one's living space invites happiness.

なんか具体的にどんな風なことをされているんですか

What kind of specific things are you doing?

えっとねこちらではそのアメリカ人のあのチームメンバーが大事なことをされているんですけど

Well, here, that American team member is doing something important.

大体8人ぐらいいてそのチームでこうクライアントさんのお宅に2人で行ったり1人で行ったり3人で行ったりみたいな感じでお手伝いをしてます

There are about eight people in total, and within that team, we help out by going to clients' homes as pairs, individually, or sometimes with three people.

アメリカのねあのお片付け事情というかお片付け行くときの道具をリールで紹介しています

I'm introducing the tools for tidying up in America on a reel.

リールで紹介してくださったりとかなんか大きなねバッグみんなであれ共通のバッグなのかな

Did you introduce it on the reel or something? Is that a big bag that we all have in common?

そうなんですよみんなねあのバッグにもうあの7つ道具どっこりじゃなくてねいっぱい

I see, everyone has a lot of tools in that bag, not just the seven essentials.

アメリカやっぱりあのなんていうんですかねスケールがすごく大きかったりするからやっぱりね持ち物もなんかその分大きいというか

America really has, how should I put it, a very large scale, so I guess the belongings are also somewhat larger because of that.

みんなね同じようなものを持ってて私はね背が低いから踏み台もあの入れてもらったりして

Everyone has similar things, and since I'm short, I've even been given a stepping stool.

えっとだけどその前にもう1個だけ聞きたいんですけどもアメリカには何年くらい暮らされてるんですか

Um, before that, I want to ask just one more thing: how many years have you been living in America?

えっとね大学からなんでもうすっごい長く住んでます

Well, I've been living here for a really long time since university.

2,30年っていう感じかもしれない

It might feel like it's been 2.30 years.

日本より長くなってるぐらい

It's about as long as Japan.

そうですねはい

That's right, yes.

そうですね途中でシンガポールにも9年ぐらい住んでたんで

Well, I lived in Singapore for about 9 years in between.

シンガポールにもいたしヨーロッパにもいました

I was also in Singapore and in Europe.

はいスペインにも短かったんですけど半年ぐらい暮らしてました

Yes, I lived in Spain for about six months, although it was a short time.

スペインどちらですか

Which part of Spain?

えっとね北の方のペレニー山脈の近いちっちゃいちっちゃい町なんですけど

Well, it's a tiny, tiny town near the northern part of the Pyrénées mountains.

そうかなんかあの以前ねあのあの人の毎日も出てくれたからね

で私のすごく仲良しの友人がスペインに住んでて彼女もねリセッタリスト使ってくれてて受講生さんで

My really close friend lives in Spain, and she's also using the Risetta List and is one of the students.

スペイン語のリセッタリストを作ってくれたことがあったの今ちょっと思い出したので言ってみました

はーいこれ多分皆さん一緒かもしれないんだけど

でもうなんかねこんな風に暮らしをね回していくなんか

But you know, living life like this...

Well, it seems like I became a fan of Kaori-san in just 15 seconds or something.

あの方とか思ってそれからですかねそれがまず出会いの

土曜の朝のコースだったときにね

It was when it was a Saturday morning course.

日本の朝時間はさとみちゃんは金曜日の夕方5時でしたね

In Japan, Satomi-chan's morning time was 5 PM on Friday.

の時間間に参加してくれてて

だからその時差を超えてで他のねメンバーも優しいメンバーが揃ってくれて

I personally think there might be quite a few hurdles to overcome.

受講が結構すぐ決められたんですか

Was it decided pretty quickly to take the course?

割と早かったかなと思うんですけど

I think it was relatively quick.

なんでかっていうと

お片付けサポートもしてて

I also provide tidying up support.

お片付けした後に

After tidying up

リバウンドしちゃう方も結構いらっしゃって

There are quite a few people who end up having a rebound.

リバウンドしないために何かいい

Something good to prevent rebounding.

方法ないかなとかいつも考えてて

I always think about whether there might be a way.

でなんかこう

And somehow...

あのかおりさんのねリセッタリストのことを読めば読むほど

The more I read about Kaori's reset list, the more...

これってすごくいいツールなんじゃないかなと思って

I think this is a really great tool.

なんかそういう

なんかツールってどんなんだろうと思って

I was wondering what kind of tools there are.

なんか学んでみたいなっていうのをすぐ思いました

I immediately thought that I wanted to learn something.

あーそっかだからお片付けのプロとしてその現場に行ってその後も

どうされてるかなっていう様子は気になるところだけど

I'm curious about how things are going for you.

やっぱリバウンドされた場合に

If it gets rebounded after all.

家事っていうのはちょっとやっぱ関係してくるところなのかなお片付け

Housework does seem to be related to organizing a bit, doesn't it?

もう絶対そうかなと思いますね

I definitely think that's true.

やっぱりこうねこう家事を回していく習慣とか

After all, it's about having the habit of managing household chores like this.

リセッタリストの名前のリセットしていく習慣が

The habit of resetting the names on the reset list.

あるとないとで全然やっぱり状態が変わってくるから

Having it or not makes a huge difference in the situation, after all.

綺麗にやっぱプロに任すとパッとこう一旦片付くんだけど

When you leave it to a professional, it gets cleaned up quickly and beautifully.

それをキープしていくってすごく大変で

Keeping that up is really difficult.

それをやっぱりこうそれにはやっぱりリセットする習慣っていうのが大事で

I think it's important to have the habit of resetting for that.

それをなんか楽しくできる

You can do that in a fun way.

何かなっていつも思ってて

I've always been wondering what it is.

そこにこうかおりさんのかわいい笑顔が出てきて

There, Koukaori-san's cute smile appears.

あこれだこれだと思って

Ah, I thought this was it.

そっかそっかなるほど

I see, I see, I understand.

だからもともとそういう課題感をご自身だけじゃなくて

So originally, that sense of challenge is not only for yourself, but also for others.

お客様とかクライアントさんの様子を見てても

Looking at the state of customers and clients...

なんかこうなんとかできないかなっていう気持ちは抱えてたっていう感じがあったんですかね

I guess there was a feeling that we couldn’t quite manage to do something about it.

そうそうそうです

そっかじゃあそこから実際にねでも60日あるじゃないですかプログラム

I see, well, there are actually 60 days for the program, right?

結構やっぱり受講する前って長いなっていう印象があったんじゃないかなと思うんですけど

I think before taking the course, it probably felt quite long, didn't it?

実際受けてみられてどうでしたか

How was it after you actually tried it?

いやー全然もう

Oh man, not at all anymore.

あっという間っていう感じで

It feels like it was just in the blink of an eye.

受講一緒にねしてくださった2人が本当になんかね素敵な方だったし

The two people who attended the class with me were really wonderful.

前はこうこういう受講とか学ぶって

In the past, this kind of enrollment or learning...

プライベートレッスンが一番贅沢って思ってた時があったんですけど

There was a time when I thought private lessons were the most luxurious.

なんかこの皆さんの学びが自分の学びになるし

Somehow, everyone's learning here becomes my own learning.

私の学びが皆さんの学びって思ってくださったりして

I hope you see my learning as your learning too.

すごくなんか家事に対する

It's really something about household chores.

考え方がすごく広がったし深まって

My way of thinking has greatly expanded and deepened.

なんかほんとね毎週毎週なんだろう発見の連続というか

It's like every week there are continuous discoveries or something like that.

皆さん私も含めてやっぱり進化していくから

Everyone, including myself, is surely evolving.

なんかそれがねすごく楽しくて

Somehow, that was really fun.

なんか気がつけばもう最後の1回みたいな感じで

It feels like before I knew it, we're already at the last one.

あっという間に終わった印象です

It felt like it ended in the blink of an eye.

そっか確かにマンツーマンは

I see, one-on-one is definitely...

そういうプライベートレッスンの良さはもちろんあって

Of course, there are benefits to private lessons like that.

なんか60日でもマンツーマンでやることもあるんですけど

Sometimes, we do one-on-one sessions even for 60 days.

それならそれですごく深くねその方の暮らしに寄り添えるっていうのもあるんだけど

In that case, being able to closely support that person's life in such a deep manner is also important.

グループはグループで何でしょうねすごく楽しいんですよね

What is a group? It's really fun, isn't it?

楽しい楽しいしやっぱりこう一人だとなんか限界が考え方に限界があるし

It's fun, it's fun, but when you're alone, there are limitations in thinking, a kind of limit to how you can think.

なんか皆さんと一緒だと報道もねなんかフットワークが軽くなるっていうか

It feels like when I’m with everyone, the reporting becomes lighter or more agile, somehow.

そうそうそうそう

That's right, that's right, that's right, that's right.

なんとかさんもすごい頑張ってるとか

I heard that Mr./Ms. Nantoka is also working really hard.

なんかこう自分もやる気になるっていうか

It's like it makes me feel motivated too.

腰がなんか軽くなるっていうのかな

I guess my lower back feels lighter or something.

重い腰が上がるっていうか

It's like finally getting the motivation to get started.

そんな感じですごく楽しく取り組めたっていう感じですかね

It felt like I was able to engage with it really happily.

そうでなんかさとみちゃんにとったら当たり前のことが

For Satomi-chan, it's something that seems so obvious.

みんなにとったらそんな風に考えればいいんだとか

If everyone thinks of it that way, then that's okay.

またその逆もなんか家事ってすごい

Also, the opposite is true; household chores are amazing in a way.

自分の世界に入ることがあるんですよね

Sometimes I enter my own world.

入り込んでしまうというかそういう性質のものだから

It's something that tends to get absorbed or infiltrated, you could say.

なんか当たり前がこう自分の当たり前から解放されるみたいなところが

It's like being liberated from what I thought was normal.

グループならではの機器だったりしますよね

It's a device unique to the group, isn't it?

うんほんとほんとそんな感じでした

Yeah, it really felt that way.

ねえなんか本当に素敵なメンバーで

いやでもほんと講座の時に

その時からさとみちゃんもその期間中に読んだ本のことをシェアしてくれたり

ご自身の一時帰国もその期間中にあったかなと思うんですけど

そこでのね気づきとかいろんなことシェアしてくださったから

やっぱり参加される方のその一期一会の出会いじゃないけど

なんかこう本当に同じ60日は二度とないというか

変化と進化って自分で思ってて

I think about change and evolution myself.

まず家事シェアができるようになったんですよね

First, we were able to start sharing household chores.

前から息子には15歳なんですけど

My son is 15 years old now.

家事ができる男に育てたいってすごく

"I want to raise a man who can do household chores, it's amazing."

一応ね家事はお手伝いとしてやってもらってたんですけど

I had them help out with housework as a way to pitch in, just to be sure.

なんて言うんですかね

What should I say?

やっぱりリストがあることで

After all, having a list makes a difference.

すごく達成チェックする快感とか

The pleasure of achieving and checking off accomplishments.

It's not that I've progressed.

やらされてるというよりも

Rather than being made to do it,

みんなでやりましょうみたいな感じになってきて

It’s starting to feel like we should all do it together.

あとすごくなんか一つ

And one more thing that's really something.

いい習慣

Good habit

二ついい習慣できたんですけど

I've developed two good habits.

一つは日曜日にリセッター

One is the resetter on Sunday.

リストをプリントアウトして

Print out the list.

日曜日の朝に

On a Sunday morning

なんかみんな忙しいじゃないですか

Everyone seems to be busy, doesn't they?

曜日によって

Depending on the day of the week

この日はサッカーがあるとか

I heard there is soccer on this day.

この日はなんかっていうのが

It's like something is happening on this day.

その予定のスケジュールのすり合わせを

Let's coordinate the schedule for that plan.

日曜日の朝にリセッタリストを中心にやって

On Sunday morning, focusing on the reset list.

私アリさんはご存知なんですけど

You know about me, right, Mr. Ant?

こんだてご飯のメニューを考えるのがすごく苦手だから

I'm really not good at coming up with meal menus.

なんでその時にこの日は遅いから

Why is it late on this day at that time?

じゃあ何食べたい?

So, what do you want to eat?

みたいな感じで

Like that.

ちょっとね

Just a little.

あたりを何を作るかっていうのが

It’s about what to create in the surroundings.

その時に相談できるようになって

So that we can consult at that time.

みんなが共有できる朝のミーティングみたいな感じになって

全然ちっちゃいことなんですけど

It's a really small thing, but...

I wonder what it is.

朝10分早く起きるとか

Waking up 10 minutes earlier in the morning.

寝る前に絶対ストレッチするとか

Make sure to stretch before going to bed.

なんかそんな感じのちっちゃいことを

Some little things like that.

今日今週何するみたいな感じでみんなちょっと宣言して

It feels like everyone is making a declaration about what they plan to do this week.

それも一応チェックリストに入れて

Let's add that to the checklist as well.

It has become that way.

And also,

あの10分間だけでね

Just during those 10 minutes.

そのだけ一緒に本を読みましょうっていう時間

It's the time to read a book together.

それぞれ好きな本なんですけど

These are each of our favorite books.

10分間だけ毎日読むチャレンジしようよとか言って

Let's say we're going to challenge ourselves to read for just 10 minutes every day.

まーこれは私がいきたいんですけど

始めてあれが2月の

始めて今でも結構続いてて

I've been continuing quite well since I started.

ですよねなんでそれぞれ3人が結構 その10分リーディングのおかげ
