疲れが取れにくいというか

シャワーだけだったから

その時はねそのお風呂に浸かれるようになったら

今よりはこう疲れも取れやすくなるかなー

ストレッチに関しては

あのーさすがにこう肩がバキバキすぎるから

Um, my shoulders are just way too stiff.

寝てる間にねベッドで寝てる間に

こうグイグイ肩回してみたり

Like this, I’m trying to rotate my shoulders vigorously.

こう肩甲骨をね動かしてみたり

Try moving your shoulder blades like this.

みたいなことはやってるんだけど

I'm doing something like that, though.

昔ほどがっつりのストレッチはやらなくなったんだよね

I don't do intense stretching like I used to anymore.

昔はちゃんとやってたんだけど

なんかちょっとリゾート水着みたいなの

It's kind of like a resort swimsuit or something.

着てたからあれ着てさ

I was wearing it, so I wore that.

そんないきなりさクロールとか背泳ぎとか

You can't just suddenly do things like crawl or backstroke.

始めるわけにもいかないじゃないですか

It's not like I can just start, you know.

だからまあぷかぷか浮くぐらいしかやってないから

今日ってさ夏休み最後の日曜

Today is the last Sunday of summer vacation.

って考えるとちょっと混んでるかな

だとしたらちょっとやだなあんまり混んでるところに行きたくないしね

If that's the case, I don't really want to go; I don't want to go to a crowded place too much.

最近またコロナも流行りだしてるというか

えっと最近のスキンケアというか

Um, it's about my recent skincare.

あのそれこそ7月にね

amazonプライムでいろいろ買い物した中にも化粧水とかが入ってたから

I bought various things on Amazon Prime, including lotions and such.

その紹介をずっとしたいなと思ってたんですよ

I've been wanting to make that introduction for a long time.

だから今日は最近のスキンケアに使ってるものの話をしたいと思います

So today I would like to talk about the products I have been using for my skincare recently.

まずその7月のね

First, about that July.

amazonプライムデーで買った化粧水とクリームなんですけど

It's the moisturizer and cream I bought during Amazon Prime Day.

これ韓国のメーカーによってはね

This is depending on the Korean manufacturer.

韓国のメーカーでナンバーズインっていうメーカーのやつなんだけど

It's from a Korean manufacturer called Numbers Inn.

ナンバーズインの私は3番を買って今使ってみてるんだけど

I'm currently using number 3 that I bought from Numbers Inn.

これはね肌ツヤとか

This is for skin radiance and such.

ハリとかそういうのにいいよっていう

It's good for things like tension or that sort of thing.

3番のやつなんですよね

It's the one in number 3.

クリームはね

It's cream, you know.

メイクアップブースターっても書いてあって

It also says makeup booster.

これはね化粧水やった後にこのクリームをやると

After using this toner, if you apply this cream...

肌のケアが

Skin care is

なんていうのかこう埋まるというか

I guess you could say it feels like being buried.

それっていいことなのかわかんないけど

I don't know if that's a good thing or not.

でも化粧下地的にもいいクリームだなと思って使っております

I think it's a good cream to use as a makeup base as well.

なんかね1番2番3番4番ぐらいまであって

3番が一番良さそうだなと思ったから

これ全然あの薬局とかさ

普通のデパコスじゃないなんていうの

ドラコスっていうのかな

Is it called Dracos?

ドラッグストアで売ってるようなやつなんだけど

It's the kind of thing you can find at a drugstore.

白巡のプレミアムの化粧水と乳液を買ってみました

I bought the premium lotion and emulsion from Shirojun.

これはまあねあの石垣島で急遽買ったから

Well, I bought this suddenly in Ishigaki Island.

いいのじゃなくていいかって思って

I think it's okay, not that it's good.

そういうドラコスにしたっていうのもあるし

There are also reasons why it's become that kind of Dragos.

まあ日焼けもね結構してたから

Well, I've gotten pretty tanned too.

日焼けの目ももちろん塗ったし

帽子もかぶってたし

で使ってみた感想としては

これテクスチャーがねすごくサラサラしてて

The texture is really smooth.

ほぼ水って感じほとんど水っぽい感じなので

It feels almost like water, it's mostly watery.

あの夏に使うのにすごくいいかなって思いました

I thought it would be really nice to use that in the summer.

あのベタつかないので

It's not sticky.

ナンバーズインもベタつかないけど

Numbers in don't feel sticky either.

でもまあとろみはある方だから

But well, it's on the thicker side.

それに比べたら白巡の方がもっとサラサラ

Compared to that, Shirajun is much smoother.

あのほぼ水

That almost water.

であの美白効果みたいなものも

Well, it's like that whitening effect too.

まあ確かにあるような気はしますね

Well, I do feel like there is something like that.

That skin.

えっと日光浴びた後ってさ

Um, after getting some sunlight, you know...

本当にすぐ黒っぽくなるのね私

I really turn dark so quickly, don't I?

でも洗顔するとちょっと落ちるの

But it washes off a little when I wash my face.

まあそれは汚れじゃないかって気もするんだけど

Well, I feel like that's not really dirt.

汚れっていうかまあ日焼けの

It's more like a sunburn than dirt.

あの焦げの部分というか

I mean that burnt part, or rather...

皮膚がまず焦げてますみたいな部分が

It looks like the skin is first burned.

すっと落ち着いてくれたというか

I would say it calmed down quickly.

取れたというかそんな気はしますね

It feels like it has been taken, or something like that.

でまあ紫外線ダメージを受けた肌に

塗った後にね若干なんかポロポロ取れるというか

乳液だとしたらちょっと嫌だなって思って

夜の方に使うようにしてますね
