陽性者数というか陽性件数は4374件

The number of positive cases is 4,374.

死者数は119人

The number of dead is 119.

致死率は2.7%

The mortality rate is 2.7%.

1ヶ月前の致死率が4.5%

The fatality rate was 4.5% one month ago.

2週間前が3.3%でしたので

Two weeks ago it was 3.3%.

どんどん致死率が下がってきているということで
