Breath-like radio

This is the third episode.

はい

Yes

Puff puff puff

はい

Yes

Safe since last time.

The move has been completed.

Today is April 4th.

It's rainy, isn't it? The weather is.

すごい

Amazing

Good sound.

I'm not sure if it's a little bit inside or not.

It feels good.

So

今日は

Hello.

We are moving.

What kind of life have you started?

A fairly concrete story about living.

I would like to do that.

はい

Yes

Well then, Poi-san.

What time did you wake up this morning?

Yes, that's right.

From the flow of the day.

言うと

If you say so.

I wake up at 5 AM.

Starting at 5 o'clock, I will do zazen for 40 to 50 minutes.

After that, you know.

It's called "dokyo," and it involves reciting sutras.

This is our supreme leader.

From the headquarters of Heiheiji.

We received sutras for the number of people.

Learn it in three months.

来るという

They say it’s coming.

There's a person named Kiyogaku.

"Cutting off the visit."

I borrowed it from that cult leader.

It means that it has been handed over to us.

It's a bit of pressure.

かなり

Quite a bit.

I see you didn't know that.

Oh, I see.

I'm thinking of returning it in three months.

Let's remember.

Let's try to remember it.

It's quite difficult to remember, isn't it?

It's entirely unfamiliar Japanese, or rather...

It's almost like Chinese, or rather.

I heard that there is also Sanskrit.

Is it some kind of classical literature?

Classical literature and occasionally a little Japanese.

A bit old-fashioned Japanese mixed with hiragana.

Also Sanskrit.

I can't tell at all anymore.

That kind of thing exists, doesn't it?

Well, the Heart Sutra and so on.

You've probably heard it fairly often, right?

Chant that for about 20 minutes.

After the dirt lesson is over.

It's called "Sam."

I'm tasked with making it, but it's meaningless.

Basically, I’ll do the cleaning.

Putting all your effort into cleaning.

Incorporating the meaning of being grateful for things.

Today, I wiped the floors and so on.

On sunny days, I sweep away the fallen leaves.

Do that kind of cleaning.

So, what is it roughly?

It feels like having breakfast around 7 o'clock.

That's right.

It feels like having breakfast in the morning.

そう。

Yes.

食べます

I will eat.

For breakfast, it's just porridge.

Well, it's porridge.

Various

It could be bonito flakes or pickled plums.

Salted kelp and such.

Sesame and such.

Put it around here.

Well, that's fine, right?

Morning porridge

No, it's really great!

My body feels amazing and light.

Moreover, it somehow feels delicious.

Gentle flavor

When that is served in a family restaurant

It might be three, but...

I wonder what it is; eating after sitting in Zen meditation and cleaning in this refreshed state in the morning is just amazing.

I wonder what it is, a refined flavor or something.

It might be a good idea for everyone to give it a try.

Yeah, I think there's a flow from that morning's zazen meditation to the cold.

I feel that there are aspects where it tastes better because we are eating it.

That's right, yes.

By the way, when I wear a kimono, it's said that I look kind of dignified.

The other day, I bought a kimono at a vintage clothing store, and I've been wearing it since this morning.

I see, but it's already Demon Slayer, in terms of appearance.

It's totally Demon Slayer.

I ended up making a somewhat pop movie.

It's dramatically interesting, but...

Well, somehow a little...

It feels refreshing, doesn't it, when you sit in zazen wearing traditional clothing?

そう

That's right.

That's right, you tend to end up looking disheveled sometimes.

I feel like I should pay a bit of attention to that kimono or something around there.

Yeah, yeah, that's true, isn't it?

Well, something like that in the morning.

I see, this morning routine or something is pretty much every day, right?

So, on weekends it's at 5 AM and on weekdays at 4 AM, which means it's an hour long.

There is a difference of being one hour earlier.

It's basically a temple now.

Yeah, it really feels like I've come to a temple.

Because you said it's a dojo.

道場です

It's a dojo.

That's right, the moment I arrived, that...

Well, it's Okazawa, but it says "mountain climbing" for Okazawa Castle Mountain.

I really feel like I've come to a temple.

I see, when you enter training at the temple, is it at Shiroyama?

I think so.

So, is the descent happening?

はい

Yes

We are building a castle.

That's right.

I'm a bit curious about how things will unfold after this.

I am curious about how you change by practicing Zen meditation every day.

I definitely want to convey that.

はい

Yes

So, that's the morning routine.

That's right, yes.

I'm generally free during the day, but...

During the day, there's nothing in particular, right?

Yes, it feels like everyone is doing their own work.

That's right.

Well, in the evening, we all gather together.

I have a meal around 6 o'clock.

How was the food there?

But basically, I’m a vegetarian, including lunch.

Only vegetables.

There are times when okonomiyaki is served and it can be somewhat relaxed, but basically, it has become a vegetarian lifestyle.

This is quite impressive as well; using ingredients from Itoshima and the commitment to food is remarkable.

This is related to food, so I'm also particular about the detergent.

Certainly, even shampoos do not use surfactants.

The reason is that the sewage hasn't come here.

So, it can only be used as something that directly replaces the soil.

In a sense, it's happening forcefully.

That said, it was probably just a pretext; they considered eco-friendliness.

The way of life that has continued for generations,

Yeah, yeah.

I wonder if they are conscious about not contaminating the land.

I felt it.

Well, even if there is sewage, in the end, the destination it leads to is...

It means that it's some kind of land or ocean.

Well, in the end, it's definitely better not to get dirty, right?

We have to do it in a closer place; the land is right around us.

It's easy to understand that the land gets polluted.

Hey, somewhere far away, someone is suffering.

It's hard to imagine things like that, after all.

It's a really familiar story, so I can't help but think of it as something personal.

It’s really nice where you can (do something), isn’t it?

The ingredients are delicious, and the sea and mountains are beautiful.

I have the feeling that I don’t want to dirty it.

This is the first time I've come here. Speaking of that, the restroom too.

Yes, the bathroom too.

Yes, composting toilet.

Yes, that's right. It's amazing, isn't it?

Well, it might be good if you could come here for a bit.

Well, returning to the earth is basically the norm.

For that reason, I'm going to make a toilet as a DIY project.

Put the unnecessary items in the toilet and let them decompose and ferment a little there.

Well, ultimately, in the garden.

"I'm doing something like returning the soil back to a window shape."

From our perspective, having lived in the city, that area is quite different.

It's quite shocking, isn't it?

Someone is cleaning it up.

The moment someone became themselves, yes.

It's like I feel a sense of gratitude.

That's right. It feels like it suddenly becomes more close or something.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, big 11.

Jockey guwaa

それ bör

That should be it.

Hmm.

The life that continues

The previous generation.

You made it for me.

Various things.

While inheriting

Passing it on to the next generation.

And that gratitude again.

It feels like we're connecting.

Such a concept is...

We will put it into practice here.

Again, in places like this.

細かく

In detail.

I hope we can talk.

今後は

From now on.

What kind of place is Itoshima?

Gathering at night with only adults

There's something called a talking shop.

"Like that"

We are a little curious.

Probing or diving into.

Summarize the questions I want to ask about that personality.

Q&A

Q&A

I would like to be able to introduce things too.

I think so.

I guess that's how it is today.

はい

Yes.

Well then, see you next time.

Looking forward to it.
