今日は前回に引き続いて 病院勤務をしていらっしゃる心理師のお二人にお越しいただいています

Today, we have two psychologists who are working at the hospital with us, continuing from the last time.

前回はハートウォーミングドラマからプレイバックシアターの話になって途中で切れてしまったんですけれども

Last time, we started talking about playback theater from a heartwarming drama, but we got interrupted halfway through.

プレイバックシアターをやってらっしゃるんですか そうなんです

Are you doing playback theater? Yes, I am.

劇団の方と協力を一緒にしながら デイケアの方でプレイバックシアターをやってました

I was doing playback theater at the daycare while collaborating with the theater company.

精神科デイケアでそういうプレイバックシアターのようなことをやるってなかなか珍しいと思うんですけれども

I think it's quite rare to do something like playback theater in a psychiatric day care.

ひろみさんの病院とかはどうですかそういうのはありますか

How is Hiromi-san's hospital? Do you have something like that?

いやないですね

No, there isn't.

この間ねでもちょっとサイコドラマを

The other day, I did a little psychodrama.

やってらっしゃるって話でしたけど

I heard that you are doing it.

サイコドラマの手法を取り入れたことを取り入れようと頑張ってるっていう感じですかね

It feels like they are trying to incorporate the techniques of psychodrama.

努力してるくらいですかね

I guess I'm just putting in the effort.

内出の小槌のすごいですよね

The magical mallet is amazing, isn't it?

なんでもねその小槌で叩くと出てきちゃうっていうね

Anything can come out if you hit it with that magic mallet, you know?

楽しい話ですよね

It's a fun story, isn't it?

そうですそうです

That's right, that's right.

だから何ですかね

So what does that mean?

ハッピーになるようなイメージ

An image that makes you happy.

お話を取り入れるっていうのが原則かなって思いますね

I think the principle is to incorporate storytelling.

私のやっていたデイケアというよりもクリニックのリワークプログラムとかでやはりハートウォーミングドラマをやってたんですけれども

I was involved in a heartwarming drama in a rework program at a clinic, rather than at a daycare.

なんとなく最後ハッピーになるようなそういったドラマでしたけど

It was the kind of drama that somehow ends on a happy note.

あやこさんのプレバックシアターっていうのは

Ayako's playback theater is

もうちょっと構造的な演劇っていう感じなんですか

Is it more of a structured play?

そこまでカチッとしたものではないんですけれども

It's not that formal, though.

メンバーさんの体験したこととか思い出とか

Things that members have experienced or memories.

そういうのをちょっと語ってもらって

I'd like you to talk a little about that.

それを他のメンバーとスタッフとで演じて

Perform it with the other members and staff.

みんなでそれを見て感想を言い合うみたいな感じなんですけど

It's like everyone watching it together and sharing their impressions.

治療みたいな感じっていうよりは

Rather than feeling like treatment

どんな体験とかその人の思いとかそういうのでも

Whether it's experiences or that person's feelings or things like that.

ただ演じてみて

Just give it a try and act.

それをみんながそうだったんだねって

So everyone was like that, huh?

そのまま受け取るみたいな

It seems like you're just taking it as it is.

見た人の中では自分もそういう経験あるなとか

Among those who saw it, there are others who feel that they have had similar experiences.

共感できるなとか

I can relate to that.

いろんな意見を言う方もいらっしゃるんですけど

There are people who express various opinions.

大体はその場でみんなそれぞれ受け止めて

In general, everyone takes it in differently on the spot.

受け止めてくれるって言うんですかね

I wonder if you mean you'll accept me.

なので見てる人も

So those who are watching too

なんかちょっとしたことくだらないって思った

I thought it was a bit silly.

自分が思うようなことでも

Even if it's something I think of.

みんながそっと受け止めてくれるんだみたいな

It's like everyone gently accepts me.

体験になるっていうか

It's more like an experience.

なので他の人の体験

So, other people's experiences.

もともとのストーリーを語った方の理解にもつながるし

It also connects to the understanding of the person who originally told the story.

自分自身も

Myself too.

あ

Ah.

受け入れられるのかなみたいな

I wonder if I can be accepted.

そういう場なのかなみたいな

I wonder if that's the kind of occasion it is.

ちょっとうまく説明できないんですけれども

I can't explain it very well, but...

大事に扱ってもらえるみたいな

It seems like I will be treated with care.

それぞれの経験を

Each experience.

そういう風な体験になってたのかな

I wonder if it was that kind of experience.

それは発表のような形でやってるんですか

Is it done in the form of a presentation?

それともできある時間の中

Or within the time that can be done

プログラムの時間の中で

During the program's time

プログラムの1時間の中で何人かが語って

During the one hour of the program, several people spoke.

それを

That.

大体体験はテーマに沿ってみんなに語ってもらって

Basically, everyone is encouraged to share their experiences in line with the theme.

じゃあそれをやりたいっていう方がいれば

Well, if there are people who want to do that.

それをじゃあみんなで演説見ましょうみたいな感じで

In that case, let's all watch the speech together.

2、3人ぐらいの話をやってたかなと思いますよね

I think I was talking about two or three people, maybe.

で今はそこからちょっと発展して

So now it has developed a bit from there.

演劇のプログラムっていう風に変わっていって

It has been transforming into something like a theater program.

そっちはどちらかというと半年弱なんですけど

It's more like just under six months over there.

期間をかけてワークショップでそれぞれのタイミングを変えていって

Over time, we will change each person's timing in the workshop.

It's more like just under six months over there, but we're planning to change the timing for each in the workshop over the course of that period.

体験をストーリーに混ぜ込みながら一つ物語を作っていって

Create a story by blending experiences into it.

演劇を発表するっていうふうな形になっていってまして

It has become a form of presenting a theater performance.

それぞれ患者さんの話をオムニバス形式ですか?

Is it in an omnibus format for each patient's story?

最初はそういうのもあったんですね

There was something like that at first, wasn't there?

それぞれの方が自分のことを語るっていう

Each person talks about themselves.

演劇というかそれぞれの人の語りを

It's more like the narration of each individual than a play.

オムニバスですね

It's an omnibus, isn't it?

ような感じで発表したこともあるんですけど 今は一つのストーリーを軸にして

I have presented in a way like that before, but now I am focusing on one central story.

その中に自分の思いをいろいろ 入れていくっていうんですかね

I guess it's about putting various thoughts of my own into it.

最初はただの絵本だったりとかのストーリーがあるんですけども それに演じてみてでもこのままの時この魚はこう思ってたんじゃないかとか

At first, it was just a picture book with a story, but then while performing it, I thought maybe this fish was feeling this way at that moment.

この犬はこう思ってたんじゃないかとか じゃあちょっとそこを変えてやってみようっていうことで

I thought the dog might be thinking this, so let's try changing that a bit.

それぞれの人たちの意見を入れながらストーリーを変えていって 最後は

Changing the story while incorporating each person's opinions, and in the end…

それぞれの方の思いを表現するような舞台を作っていくというような感じでやってます

We are creating a stage that expresses the feelings of each individual.

それぞれ役を決めたら半年ぐらいは練習をして

Once we decide on our roles, we will practice for about six months.

そうですね

That's right.

それは結構

That's fine.

台本通りに練習するっていうよりは

Rather than practicing according to the script

この時自分だったらこうすると思うとか 台本にはこうあるけれども本当はこう思ってたんじゃないかとか

At this moment, I'm thinking that if it were me, I would do this, or the script says this, but perhaps I really thought that way.

そういうのをお互いに話し合いながら セリフを変えていったりとか

While discussing such things with each other, we would change the lines.

ストーリーを少し変えていったりとかってする感じですね

It feels like we're slightly changing the story.

あやこさんの病院ですけれども 今おっしゃったような演劇をする方たちっていうのは

It's about Ayako's hospital, but the people who perform the kind of theater you just mentioned are...

急性期の患者さんではなく 長時性期の患者さんですか

Is it a long-term patient and not an acute patient?

症状が安定している方がほとんどですね

Most people have stable symptoms.

なのでプレイバックシアターの時は割と即興劇に近かったので

So during playback theater, it was quite close to improvisational theater.

ちょっと読めないところもあったり

There were some parts that I couldn't read.

普段は落ち着いてたんだけどその日ちょっと調子が悪くって

I usually stay calm, but that day I was feeling a bit unwell.

演じてたら少し症状が悪化してしまってっていう方もいたりとかしてたんですね

There were some people who experienced a slight worsening of their symptoms while acting.

なのでちょっと読めない部分もあったんですけど

So there were a few parts that I couldn't read.

それを演劇プログラムにしてからは

Since turning it into a theater program

自分はそういうのが向いてないなって方は

For those who feel that they are not suited for that kind of thing,

見てるとか歌だけ参加するとか

Like just watching or only participating in singing.

そういう形で参加できるようになったりとか

It has become possible to participate in that way.

そんな感じでいいバランスが取れてきてるかなと思いますね

I think we are achieving a good balance like that.

発表の時というのは

During the time of the announcement

じゃあ観客としてはドクターや看護師さんやいろんな方が見に来てらっしゃる

Well, as an audience, there are doctors, nurses, and various other people who are coming to watch.

はい、診療所などのスタッフも見に行きますし

Yes, the staff from the clinic will also come to see.

あとは近くの別の病院とか医療機関の方とか

"Then there's also the people at another nearby hospital or medical institution."

あとは関係のある作業場の方とか

Also, the people from the relevant workplaces.

いろんな旧職員の方とか

Various former staff members and others.

本当につながりのある方に紹介して

Please introduce me to someone who is genuinely connected.

誰でもどうぞって返してきてますね

It seems like they replied with "Anyone is welcome."

なので本当に演劇関係の人だったりとか

So, it was really people related to theater or something like that.

ダンスとか踊りとか音楽とか

Dance, or dancing, or music, or...

関係つながりのある方たちも見に来てくださったりとか

People who have connections and relationships have also come to see it.

なかなかすごく広がってます

It's quite widely spread out.

1つの1プログラムからだいぶ広がって

It has expanded quite a bit from a single program.

いろんな方を巻き込んで

Involve various people.

今大きいことになってますね

It's getting quite big right now.

じゃあ患者さんとしてもすごい達成感がありますよね

Well, as a patient, there's a great sense of achievement, isn't there?

1回終わると

Once it ends

そうですね

That's right.

終わった後に感想を聞くと

When I asked for feedback after it was over,

よかったとか言うかなと思うと

I wondered if I would say something like "I'm glad."

いやもうちょっとああしたかったなとか

I wish I could have done it a bit differently.

もっと練習したかったなとか

I wish I could have practiced more.

練習足りなかったなとか

I didn't practice enough.

次はこうしたいなとかっていう風な感じで

I would like to do it like this next time.

意欲的で

ambitious and

もうなんか1年に1回やってるんですけれども

Well, we've been doing it once a year, you know.

その発表を

That announcement.

なんか1つの目標みたいな感じになってますね

It feels like it's become a sort of single goal.

そうなんですね

I see.

よくデイケア祭みたいな

It's like a daycare festival.

お祭りでちょっとした劇やったりとか

We performed a little play at the festival.

何かゲームやったり

Play some games or something.

発表やったりっていうのはありますけどね

There are things like presentations, you know.

ひろみさんの病院はないですか?

Is there no hospital for Hiromi?

コロナだったっていうのもあるので

There’s also the fact that it was due to COVID.

あんまり聞いたことないですね

I haven't heard that much.

そうですね

That's right.

いやでもそういうの面白いですね

Yeah, but that's interesting.

そうですね

That's right.

あとはひろみさんの場合だと

In Hiroko-san's case, that's all.

実際に一対一のカウンセリングとかも

In fact, one-on-one counseling as well.

やってらっしゃると思うんですけども

I think you're doing it.

そういう中で絵画を取り入れたりとかってありますか?

Is there something like incorporating paintings in such situations?

ありますよ

Yes, there is.

ありますね

It exists, doesn't it?

その方によりますけれども

It depends on the person.

やっぱり言語化が得意な方と

As I thought, those who are good at articulating things...

得意じゃない方がいらっしゃったりとかして

Some people might not be good at it.

なかなか言葉にするのは難しいんだけれども

It's quite difficult to put it into words, but...

何か心にはあるっていう方には

For those who have something on their mind.

その絵画が向いているようには思われますかね

Do you think that painting is suitable?

そうですよね

That's right.

なので

So...

その絵画について取り入れる場合もありますね

There are times when we incorporate that painting as well.

主に何をやってらっしゃいます?

What do you mainly do?

風景構成法もやりますし

I will also do landscape composition.

色彩分割法もやりますし

I will also do color separation techniques.

あとは

And then,

そうですね

That's right.

最初から決まったモチーフがあって

There was a set motif from the very beginning.

その8つの模様があるんですけども

There are those eight patterns.

そこにそこをこう

There, like this.

最初から描いてある線とかテーマに

Lines or themes that are drawn from the beginning.

描き加えて何か作品を作ってみてください

Please try to create a piece by adding to it.

みたいなこともやったりしますね

I also do things like that.

そうなんですね

I see.

Yes

私もここは結構高校生とか中学生も

There are quite a few high school and middle school students here as well.

個人カウンセリングで来てるんで

I'm here for personal counseling.

絵やコラージュですね

It's a painting or a collage, right?

よく使いますけれども

I often use it, but...

でも中学生でも高校生でも言葉のカウンセリングの方は

"But whether it's middle school or high school students, the counseling on words..."

僕の方がいい場合はね

It would be better for me.

あえてあんまり絵をやろうかとか

I dare to think about whether I should do more art or not.

何かコラージュやろうっていう風に

Let's do some collage or something.

進めるわけじゃないですけれども

I'm not suggesting it, but...

だけど子供の方がやってるうちに

But while they're doing it, children tend to...

本音がポロッと出たり

Sometimes the true feelings slip out.

ありますね

It exists, doesn't it?

いわゆるよく言われる

So-called, often said.

芸術療法の参考関係っていうか

It's more like a reference regarding art therapy.

セラピストとクライアントの間に

Between the therapist and the client.

作品があることによって

By having a work.

緊張感も和らぐし

It also helps relieve the tension.

どうしても私がセラピストとして未熟な

I am still inexperienced as a therapist.

生かもしれないけれども

It may be alive, but...

中学生高校生だと年の差もあるんで

Since there is an age difference between middle school and high school students.

こちらとね

Here and there.

相手がやっぱり緊張しちゃうってこともあるんですよね

It's true that the other person can get nervous too.

そこを何度か絵をやったり

I did some drawing there a few times.

ちょっと遊びのようにコラージュとか

Just a bit like playing around with collages.

あるいは普通に工作みたいなことをやったりとか

Or doing things like regular crafts.

しているうちにやりながら

While doing it.

出てきて話せるようになるっていうのもありますよね

There is also the possibility of coming out and being able to talk, right?

そうですね

That's right.

私は大人の方の方が多いんですけれども

I have more adults, though.

大人の方でも描画を取り入れて

Even adults can incorporate drawing.

やっている時に

While doing it

もう今日は話すことがありませんって

Well, I have nothing more to talk about today.

いうことだったので

It was said that.

じゃあ絵でもやりますかって聞いたら

So I asked, "Shall we do some drawing then?"

はい、意気揚々と描き始めたんですけれども

Yes, I started drawing with great enthusiasm, but...

話すことがありませんって

I have nothing to talk about.

おっしゃってたんですけれども

You mentioned it earlier, but...

途中まで描いていったら

If you start drawing halfway...

実はこんなことがあってねみたいなのを

Actually, there was something like this happening.

すごく自然な感じで話してくれたりとかしたので

They talked in a very natural way.

やっぱり何て言うんですかね

What do you say, after all?

参考関係が良かったんですかねって思いますね

I wonder if the reference relationships were good.

ありますよね

It exists, doesn't it?

緊張を和らげてくれたりとか

It helps to ease my tension.

カウンセリングってやっぱりどうしても

Counseling is something that can't be avoided after all.

構えちゃう人もいると思うんですけれども

I think there are people who might get defensive.

やっぱりそれを絵を描く

After all, I will draw that.

右脳を使ってねっていうところで

"Use your right brain."

少しこう気楽にさせてくれるっていうか

It's like it makes me feel a bit more at ease.

どこか違うその人の機能が働いて

Somewhere, that person's functions are working differently.

自然に話が出たんじゃないかなと思ったりしますね

I think the conversation just came up naturally.

そうですよね

That's right.

あやこさんも取り入れてますか

Are you also incorporating it, Ayako?

私はね

I am you know.

まだカウンセリングには取り入れたことがなくて

I haven't incorporated it into counseling yet.

お話を聞いて

"Listening to the story."

なんかそういう効果もあるんだなと思って

I thought that it has that kind of effect too.

そういう時に使ってみたいななんて思いながらね

I often think that I would like to try using it at times like that.

描きしてました

I was drawing.

この間臨床心理の大学院生とちょっと話していて

I was talking with a clinical psychology graduate student the other day.

芸術療法を取り入れたいんだけれども

I want to incorporate art therapy, but...

最初のきっかけというか

It was the initial trigger, or rather.

どういう風に絵を描いてもらったらいいのか

How should I ask for the picture to be drawn?

最初の取っ掛かりが難しいって話をされたんですね

You mentioned that the initial starting point is difficult, right?

どうしたらいいんでしょうかっていうふうに質問されたんですけれども

I was asked what I should do.

お話ししたのは

What I talked about was

近くに色鉛筆とか画材を置いとくのが一番いいんじゃないでしょうかって話をして

I suggest that it might be best to keep colored pencils and art supplies nearby.

別に置いといたからその日をやんなくちゃいけないとかね

It's not like I have to do it on that day just because I set it aside.

そういうことじゃなく

It's not that.

なんとなくその日はクライアントさんもチラッと見るわけですよ

Somehow on that day, the client would also glance over.

なんか色鉛筆置いてるなとかね

It seems like there are colored pencils lying around, doesn’t it?

でもその日はやらないで普通に言葉のカウンセリングをする

But that day I will just do regular verbal counseling without doing anything special.

次の時も言葉のカウンセリングをする

I will provide word counseling next time as well.

でも3回目ぐらいになって

But by the third time...

どうですかちょうどあるんでやってみませんかって言うと

How about saying, "Since we have exactly that, why don't we give it a try?"

乗ってくれたりとか

Things like getting on (the ride).

あるいはクライアントさんの方から

Alternatively, from the client's side.

それって書いてもいいですかって言ってきたりとかっていうのがあるんで

Is it okay if I write that?

いつでも手軽にできるように置いておくっていうのは大切かなと思いますね

I think it's important to keep it accessible so that you can do it anytime easily.

そうですね

That's right.

ちなみに色鉛筆とか何を置いておきます

By the way, what should we put down, like colored pencils?

色鉛筆クレヨンですかね

I suppose it's colored pencil crayons.

そうですね

That's right.

でも色鉛筆は24色なんですけれども

But the colored pencils have 24 colors.

足りない人もいればちょうどいいと思うし

There are people who lack it, and there are others who think it's just right.

そうですね

That's right.

私も自分が40色ぐらいのを持ってるんで

I also have about 40 colors myself.

それを持って行ったりします

I'll take that with me.

ワークショップなんかでもね自分の自腹で

Even in workshops, I'm paying out of my own pocket.

だけどそれが良かったのか悪かったのかっていうね

But whether that was good or bad, you know.

そこはありますよね

It exists there, doesn’t it?

すごく色があるから喜んで

I'm very happy because there are so many colors.

すごくこう普段12色のね

It's usually 12 colors, you know.

原色にないような色を選んで塗ってくださってる人もいますけれども

There are people who choose colors that are not found in primary colors and are painting with them.

逆に色が多すぎて

On the contrary, there are too many colors.

すごい迷っちゃって

I'm really confused.

なかなか取れないっていうのはありますね

It's true that it's difficult to get.

あります

It exists.

デイケアでもそうですよね

It's the same even at daycare, right?

そうですね

That's right.

本当にこう微妙な緑の違いとかにすごいこだまっちゃって

It really resonates with such subtle differences in green.

これをどっちにしようって悩む方もいるし

Some people may be unsure about which one to choose.

もうこの色しか使わないといっても本当に3色ぐらいしか使わない方もいらっしゃるし

Even if they say they only use this color, there are some people who really only use about three colors.

そうですよね

That's right, isn't it?

いろいろですよね

It's various, isn't it?

あとクレヨンなんかでもこう

Also, with crayons as well...

割と塗り込められるクレヨンとちょっと固めのクレヨンってあるじゃないですか

There are relatively blendable crayons and a slightly harder type of crayon, right?

あと水彩クレヨンもありますしね

And there are watercolor crayons too.

それなんかもう本当に動物的な感で

It's really an animalistic intuition.

このクライアントには今日はこれがいいんじゃないかっていうね

I think this would be good for this client today.

そういう風に用意する時もありますし

Sometimes we prepare things that way.

あとコラージュの雑誌でもね

Also, in the collage magazine too.

やっぱり今日はこういうクライアント様だから

After all, it's a client like this today.

こういうのにしようかなって言ってね

I was thinking about going with something like this.

ちょっと動物の写真とかが多い雑誌にしたりとか

I thought about making it a magazine with a lot of animal photos.

あるいは女子高生とかだとキラキラのジュエリーとかね

Or maybe for high school girls, something like sparkling jewelry, you know?

ファッションとかいろんなものが多いのを入れといたり

I've included a variety of things, like fashion and more.

いろいろするんですけれども

I do various things, but...

それがドンピシャで当たる時と

Sometimes it hits the nail on the head.

まったく違うものができる時とね

Sometimes, completely different things can be created.

ありますよね

There is, isn't there?

まあ芸術療法もなかなか一筋縄ではいかないんですけれども

Well, art therapy is also quite complex and not so straightforward.

お二人ともいろいろこれまで積み重ねられて

Both of you have built up a lot of things until now.

工夫をされて

With ingenuity.

ようやくいろいろ編み出してこられたというところでしょうか

Has it finally come to a point where you've been able to come up with various things?

そうですよね

That's right.

夕焼け小焼けにしてもね

Even with the sunset glow, you know...

前回ねそういう歌を最後に使われてるってことですけども

Last time, it was mentioned that such a song was used at the end.

それもねマニュアルがあるわけじゃなく

It's not like there is a manual for that either.

そうなんですよね

That's right.

あとね

Also, you know...

あやこさんもプレーバックシアターから

Ayako is also from Playback Theater.

いろいろこう演劇まで発展して

It has developed into various kinds of theater.

一年に一回発表会をするというようなね

"It's like having a presentation once a year."

いろいろなかなかこう他の病院ではないようなこともなさってますよね

You are doing various things that are quite unusual compared to other hospitals, right?

それはね私は本当にサポートっていう感じでやってまして

Well, I really feel like I'm providing support.

本当に専門にやって

Really focusing on expertise.

熱心にやってる方のね

It's the one who is doing it enthusiastically.

協力をもらいながらっていうことで

By receiving cooperation.

なんかそういう方から本当に学ばせてもらいながら

I really learn from such people.

勉強しながらやってるって感じですね

It feels like I’m doing it while studying.

それぞれなんかいろんな方が

Everyone has their own way of being.

どれでピットするかっていう

It's about which one to pit.

そういうのいろいろ考えて

Thinking about various things like that.

本当にそうですよね

That's really true, isn't it?

クライアントの数だけ芸術療法があるっていうか

There is as much art therapy as there are clients.

心理療法もそうですけれども

It's the same with psychotherapy, but...

芸術療法まさにそうですよね

Art therapy, that's exactly right.

本当にそうなの

Is that really so?

うんうんうん

Uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh.

ちょっと自分も改めて自分の仕事のお話をさせていただいたり

I would like to take a moment to talk about my own work as well.

お二人のお話を聞いている中で

While listening to both of your stories,

やっぱりねいろいろ

After all, various things.

一筋縄ではいかないっておっしゃってましたけれども

You mentioned that it won't be easy.

でもやっぱり共通して言えるのはやっぱり

But what can be said in common is that after all...

表現するっていうことがとっても大事なことなんじゃないだろうかっていうことかなって改めて感じました

I felt once again that expressing oneself is very important.

そうですよね

That's right.

本当に表現をするっていうことがね

"To truly express oneself, you know..."

それが言葉であってもいいわけだけれども

It's okay if it's with words, but...
