まあいつうちは毎回出展をさせていただいてますけども

Well, we have been exhibiting every time, after all.

9月は恒例というかギフトショーがありまして

実際には3日間ですけれども

まあその準備も含めてほぼほぼ1週間

それにつきっきりみたいな感じになりましたね

ファームステッドプレゼンツファーム&フードデザインというタイトルで企画プロデュースさせてもらったということで

It is said that I was involved in the企画プロデュース (planning and production) under the title "Farmsted Presents Farm & Food Design."

やっぱりそういうことに興味というか

やっぱり関心の大きさが

主催者の方が言われてましたけど

多分興味深いテーマだったんじゃないかと

多分いろんな会社さんが

そういうことを課題に思っているからこそ

いろんなことを聞いてみたいという

その裏返しだったんじゃないでしょうかということで

調理器具であるとか小道具であるとか

そういうものを使って料理をデザインすることですね

ということがフードスタイリングということになるかと思います

最近は結構僕らもフードスタイリング

優れた食材を皆さん生産者の方が作られたりしてますけども

それが他とどう違うのかとかどういう特徴があるのかとか

What makes it different from others and what features it has.

それをちゃんと伝えていくということ

フードスタイリングってもう外せない取り組みの一つになったのではないかなと

魅力が100%発揮できない時もあるんですよね

フードスタイリストの人に来てやってもらうことっていろいろあるんですけども

There are various things that a food stylist can come and do for us.

一つは料理してもらってレシピを考えてもらうみたいなのもあるじゃないですか

One option is to have someone cook for you and come up with a recipe.

農産物でもそうだけど

It's the same with agricultural products.

生産しているものをどう食べてもらうかの提案って

A proposal on how to have people eat what is being produced.

すごく大事だと思うんですよ

I think it's very important.

やっぱりお米とかにしたって

After all, even with rice and such...

何と一緒に食べるかとか

What to eat it with.

野菜だったらどんな調理法がいいのかとか

If it's vegetables, what kind of cooking methods are good?

やっぱりそういうことを

一緒に発信していく必要ってあると思うんですよね

I think it's necessary for us to communicate together.

ただこれが取れましたらすごくいいものです

じゃなくてこう食べましょうみたいな提案とか

だからそういうのをやっていく時には

やっぱりこういう専門の人がいないと

なかなか難しいし

だからといってすごく

本格的な料理を作るっていうものだけではなくて

なんかひと手間だけとかシンプルな何かとか

Something like just a little extra effort or something simple.

まあそれもありちょっと凝ったものもあり

普通は発想できないようなちょっと意外な使い方とか

なんかそういうものの提案って

やっぱりプロの人にやってもらうと

今回は船方農場さんの例で言うと

例えばお肉だったらお肉のなんか切った断面とか

だから野菜を見て直接美味しそうって思うんじゃなくて

So instead of looking at the vegetables and thinking they look delicious directly,

それが間に料理が挟まってて

There's food sandwiched in between it.

そこを想像して美味しいと思ってるんですよ

I'm imagining that place and thinking it must be delicious.

だからその想像してるところを

So, the place you are imagining...

具体的な絵で見せてあげるっていうのは

"I'll show you with a concrete picture."

すごく効くと思うんです

I think it works really well.

そうですね

ものが美味しいっていうブランディングとしては必要なビジュアルであって
