アイルベイダーどう学ぶ?

How to learn Ayurveda?

私もヨガの先生を通して初めてアイルベイダーに出会って

I also encountered Ayurveda for the first time through my yoga teacher.

その後は実践を重視した先生に教えていただいたりとか

After that, I learned from a teacher who emphasized practical experience.

古典書を重視したドクターからの学びを得たり

Gain insights from a doctor who values classical texts.

いろいろなワークショップとか研修を受けたりして

I have participated in various workshops and training sessions.

あとはたくさんの書物をも読んできたりしました

I have also read many books.

どの学びもすごく貴重で

Every learning experience is extremely valuable.

どの先生も素敵で

All the teachers are wonderful.

学びというのは本当に喜びにあふれているものなんだな

Learning is truly filled with joy.

というふうに思うんですけれども

I think that's how it is.

どう学んでも本質的なところは共通しているんですよね

No matter how you learn, the essence is the same, isn't it?

でもその語られ方って人によって異なっていて

However, the way it is spoken varies from person to person.

それによって新たな視点を得られたりするわけですよね

That allows us to gain new perspectives, doesn't it?

少し話がずれるかもしれないんですが

I might be getting a little off topic, but...

アイルベイダーでも人間と宇宙の起源において

In Ayurveda, regarding the origins of humans and the universe.

ずっと続くものこれをニッティアと言います

What continues forever is called Nittia.

それから一時的で滅びやすいもの

Then, things that are temporary and prone to destruction.

これをアニッティアと言います

This is called Anittia.

そしてもう一つ錯覚

And one more illusion.

宇宙において正確なものは何もない

Nothing is accurate in the universe.

というこの三つの視点があって

There are these three perspectives.

知識においても永続的な

In terms of knowledge, it is also permanent.

続くニッティア的なもの

Continuation of something like Nittia.

それから一時的なもの

Then it's something temporary.

滅びやすいアニッティア的なもの

Something anithetical that tends to perish.

そして宇宙において確かなものは何もない

And in the universe, there is nothing certain.

そんな視点があると思うんですね

I think there is such a perspective.

本質的な学びは変わらないので

Essential learning does not change.

書物で学んだり

Learning from books.

ある程度どの先生からも同じ知識が得られると思います

I think you can obtain similar knowledge from any teacher to a certain extent.

ただ本質だけを学んでもよく理解できないですし

However, if you only learn the essence, you won't be able to understand it well.

先生についてその先生の解釈とか

Regarding the teacher, such as their interpretations.

経験から来る学びを口頭で教えていただくことが

Learning from experience conveyed verbally

必要になってくるんじゃないかなと思います

I think it will become necessary.

そしてその学びをありがたく受け取りつつも

And while gratefully accepting that learning,

一方で確かなものは何もないかもしれない

On the other hand, there may be nothing certain.

今目に見えているもの

What is currently visible.

学んでいるということが

The fact that you are learning

正確正解ではないかもしれないという視点も

It may not be the correct answer from an accurate perspective as well.

同時に持っておいたらいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います

I think it would be nice to have both at the same time.

アイルベイダーはもともとは

Ayurveda originally comes from

口頭伝承で伝えられてきたわけなんですが

It has been passed down through oral tradition.

その良さってありますよね

There is a certain goodness about that, isn't there?

もしアイルベイダーがカリキュラム化されていて

If the airbender was incorporated into the curriculum.

視覚みたいになっていて

It has become like vision.

これさえ学べばOKってなったら

Once I learn just this, I'll be fine.

学ぶ人の知識もある程度一定のクオリティが保てますし

The knowledge of the learner can be maintained at a certain level of quality.

安心して学べるというか

It's more like being able to learn with peace of mind.

ある意味楽に学べるんじゃないかなと思うんですね

I think it might be easier to learn in a way.

ただ曖昧さというか

It's just that there's ambiguity, or rather...

一時的なもの変化するもの

Temporary things that change.

錯覚みたいなものがうまく伝わらないですよね

It's difficult to convey things that feel like illusions, isn't it?

そして何より多分学び自体が急に面白くなくなる

And above all, learning itself probably suddenly becomes uninteresting.

ただの暗記みたいな風になるんじゃないかなって思ったりします

I sometimes think it might just become like simple memorization.

そして書物とか紙に正解として書かれた途端

And as soon as it is written down as the correct answer in books or on paper

なんか自分の本来の学びが

Somehow, my true way of learning...

止まってしまうような感じがします

I feel like I'm going to stop.

止まってしまうんじゃないかなというふうにも思うんですね

I think that there might be a possibility of it coming to a stop.

そうなるとやっぱり誰から学ぶかというのが

In that case, it really comes down to who you learn from.

ある程度重要になるのかもしれないんですけれども

It may become somewhat important.

ここで突然ドラゴンボールの孫悟空が思い浮かんでしまったんですけれど

I suddenly thought of Dragon Ball's Goku here.

孫悟空はドラゴンボールを探す旅の途中で

Son Goku is on a journey to search for the Dragon Balls.

たまたま亀仙人に出会って修行するわけなんですけれど

It's just that I happen to meet Master Roshi and start training.

この亀仙人というのがなかなかの変な人だと

This Turtle Sage is quite a strange person.

思うんですね

I think so.

でも孫悟空にとってはすごい天気になるわけですよね

But for Son Goku, it's going to be some amazing weather, right?

亀仙人もすごい人だなぁとは思うんですけれども

I think Master Roshi is an amazing person.

この変な人を死にしてしまったというか

"I mean, it's like this strange person has died."

ついていって急成長した孫悟空のすごさっていうのが

The greatness of Son Goku, who rapidly grew stronger by following along.

意外と際立つんですよね

It's surprisingly prominent, isn't it?

この後も孫悟空はその都度

After this, Son Goku will each time.

猫の仙人カリンとか

The cat sage Karin and so on.

神様とか

Gods and such.

その時々で修行の機会を得て

Gaining opportunities for training at different times.

強くなっていく話だったかっていう風に

It was a story about becoming stronger.

記憶してるんですけれども

I remember, but...

旅の途中で自分が先生とした人から

From someone I considered a teacher during my travels.

どう修行していくか

How to continue training.

体に落とし込んでいくか

How to incorporate it into the body.

どうなりたいかという意志の強さが

The strength of the desire for how you want to become.

その人を強くしていく

Strengthening that person.

成長させていくのかなという風に思います

I think they will help me grow.
