As Kimura from Ikura Corporation, I have continued to distribute this radio program.

実は2022年3月末をもっていくら株式会社の役員を退任退職をしました

Actually, I resigned from my position as an executive at Ikura Corporation at the end of March 2022.

このラジオを始めた経緯としてはもともと私が人の話を聞くのがすごく好きだったり

The reason I started this radio is that I have always loved listening to people's stories.

以前不動産仲介会社を経営していたこともあり仲介会社さんのお話取り組みを聞かせていただいておりました

Having previously run a real estate brokerage, I was listening to the discussions and initiatives from the brokerage firms.

もちろん会社の施策の一環としてしていたというのもあります

Of course, it was also part of the company's initiatives.

ただ現在はこのような状況なので配信を継続することが難しくなっています

However, given the current situation, it has become difficult to continue the distribution.

会社としてやっているときも取材対象者の方を探すのが難しかったりとか

It was difficult to find interview subjects even when we were operating as a company.

編集の費用とかもかかっていました

There were also costs for editing.

これが個人として費用も含めてどこまで続けていけるのかが今はわからないという状況です

I do not currently know how far I can continue this as an individual, including the costs involved.

ただお話を聞いたりとかいろいろ教えていただくのがすごく好きなので

I really enjoy just listening to stories and learning various things.

また何らかの形では再開したいと思っています
