冬作と春作を今やってましてニンジンの

I am currently doing winter crops and spring crops, including carrots.

冬作の短周を8トン以上

A short cycle of winter crops over 8 tons.

8トンは早すぎるんですか

去年がたぶん70後半とかで

いや徳島県でされていて全国から農法は問わないんですよ

No, it is being done in Tokushima Prefecture and does not ask for farming methods from all over the country.

自然農法とか観光農法とか

Natural farming and tourism farming.

有機農法の方が自慢の野菜とか集めてその中で糖度とか栄養価とか硝酸体質とかどれだけ少ないかっていうのを競うコンテストですね

It's a contest where organic farmers take pride in their vegetables and compete on how low their sugar levels, nutritional values, and nitrate contents are.

で硝酸体質が多かったらそのえぐみとか苦みになるんですよ
