Hello everyone, this is Season 2, Episode 2. The last update was about six months ago; I hope you enjoyed it.

この1年間は社会人1年目ということで私の周りでもいろんな変化がありました

This past year has been my first year as a working adult, and there have been many changes around me.

というのでちょっとなかなかねポッドキャストも更新できなかったんですが

I couldn't update the podcast for a while because of that.

ポッドキャストをまた再び頑張って 定期的に更新したいなって思うようになった理由が

The reason I started thinking that I want to work hard on my podcast again and update it regularly is...

前回お話ししたイラストレーターで新しいカバーイラストを作ってみて

I tried creating a new cover illustration with the illustrator I talked about last time.

それがすごく気に入ってるっていうことと

It means that I really like it.

あともう一つ

One more thing.

やっぱり綺麗な音質の方がストレスなく聞けるなぁと思うんですよね

I really think that a beautiful sound quality makes it much more enjoyable to listen to.

今までどうしてたかっていうと

I've been wondering how things have been until now.

今まではイヤホンを使ってイヤホンのマイクで喋っていました

Until now, I have been using earphones and speaking through the earphone's microphone.

もちろん全然気にしない方もいると思うんですけど

Of course, I think there are people who don't mind at all.

なかなか音声の質が上がってきて

The audio quality has been improving quite a bit.

なかなか自分の中でそれがその音質がいいなぁと思えなくって

I can't quite feel that the sound quality is good within myself.

それもちょっとね更新なかなかできない理由の一つになってました

マイクの見た目からねすごい可愛くてテンションも上がって

さてということで今日は私のこの1年間の中でのライフアップデートについてお話をしようかなと思います

この1年の一番大きな変化っていうのが結婚をしたことです

お母さんは一応英語のネイティブっていう環境で育ったんですけど

My mother grew up in an environment where she was somewhat a native English speaker.

お母さんはネイティブで育ったみたいです

It seems that my mother was raised as a native.

そこから出会って交際に発展していくわけなんですけど

結構アメリカナイズされてないっていうか

両親のカルチャーの中で育ってるので
