そのスピノザー心理っていうのをどういう風に考えてたのかって話なんですけど

It's about how I was thinking about that Spinoza psychology.

光自身がそれを表してるように

心理っていうのも、えーこれは心理だね

これは心理じゃないねっていうのを

えー心理自身が教えてくれるみたいな

中でも普通じゃないみたいな感じはするわけですけど

っていう風に迫ってるのが良くないみたいな話だったんですよね

どういう風にその経営者の人に付き合ってるか迫ってるかっていうと

いろんな話を聞いたりとか

分かれよって言ってるんですよね

と思いながら付き合ってる

つまりこれが今の新しいやり方で

これが正解なんですって言って見せるんじゃなくて

提案とか提案とかするんじゃなくて

すごく大事にしていると

真理と置き換えてみてね じゃあ自分のその真理というのはどうやって

いろいろな実験を経て いろいろな組み合わせとか実験を経て

自分自身がまあレベルアップしていくしか ないよねみたいな

ですっていうのはまあ スピノザの考え方であると
