親を説得して高校定時制という夜の学校に行ったんですね

After training in Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine for one year each,

大阪にある辻学園という料理の学校に1年行って

I attended Tsujigakuen, a cooking school in Osaka, for one year.

19歳からリーガロイヤルホテルに勤めたという流れです

I started working at the Rihga Royal Hotel when I was 19 years old.

その中でホテルに2年勤めたんですけども

I worked at a hotel for two years during that time.

結果的に僕は逃げで辞めたんですね

In the end, I quit as a way to escape.

もちろん辞めた当初っていうのは綺麗な

こういうことをやりたくて辞めましたみたいなね

I quit because I wanted to do something like this.

一応ストーリーを最初は喋ってたんですけど

今はね言ってますね普通に

結局自分自身がその環境の中で

上から抑圧されるの苦手

かつ自分が料理を食べるのは好きなんですけど

朝から晩までいわゆる修行して

月300時間サービス残業150時間以上して

Working 300 hours a month with over 150 hours of unpaid overtime.

この世界痛いかと言ったら思えなかったんですね

I couldn't really feel that this world was painful.

やっぱり振り返ると結構衝撃だったのが

When I look back, it was quite shocking.

30歳の先輩僕19歳だったんですけど

The senior who is 30 years old was 19 years old when I was.

30歳の先輩の手取りの給料聞いたら

When I asked my 30-year-old senior about their take-home pay,

17万だったんですね

It was 170,000, wasn't it?

当時僕っていうのが月300時間働いて

At that time, I was working 300 hours a month.

手取り13万5000円ぐらいボーナスもほぼなかったんですね

It seems that the take-home pay was around 135,000 yen with almost no bonuses.

っていうのを見た時に

あれ30歳になったら

お金には全然詳しくない

30歳で手取り17万だったら無理だなと思ったんですね

I thought it would be impossible if I was making 170,000 yen take-home pay at 30 years old.

その辺からその言い方ですけど

業界にちょっと失望してしまったんですね

なのでこれは本当に続ける価値があるのかなって

一瞬思った瞬間から

そこから4時間働いた後

30分後9時半から夜の19時まで

エコ給湯をテラポで売ると

Selling eco-friendly water heaters at Terrapo.

その後に自分が自営業で扱うことができると

After that, I can handle it as a self-employed person.

代理店権利を72万円払って

Pay 720,000 yen for agency rights.

42万の自己啓発教材を販売するってやつをやったんですね

You sold self-improvement materials worth 420,000.

逆算していくと

僕は22歳で

もう自分で独立していきたいということだったんで

そこで揉めて最終的にやめたんですね

逃げた時に改めて自分の価値に気づいたんですね

いわゆる自分の資産価値ね

21専門卒その道を外れる

イコール何も持っていない

だからこそ何かやらないといけない
