Yes, it's time for the Care Radio.

Low tension.

Excuse me for a moment.

I'm currently recording at midnight, you see.

I have a little time now.

We had a discussion about whether to try recording the program.

My eyes are a little like this.

It's about recording with a trinary system, isn't it?

Let’s have a little talk.

I would like to continue doing.

Well then, it's the care radio, isn't it?

The care radio provides information related to care.

To the person being cared for and the caregiver.

It is a radio program that conducts interviews.

Yes, that being said.

Today, I, Asakawa, will also be joining.

I was hoping to have a little chat.

Recently, it's because Mr. Kato has been busy.

You've been going to various places, haven't you?

It's amazing, right? When I start to talk a little, my heart races too.

You can really sense the goodness of the person.

I think that person's goodness must be quite difficult.

I'm the type who can say no when asked for various things.

Sure, it feels that way.

Thank you so much for your hard work.

Grandpa and Grandma too.

You can really talk to Mr. Kato, can't you?

Ah, I see, that’s good.

The goodness of the person really comes through.

It will probably come out, won't it?

That's true.

Please do it that way.

I want to be that too, but...

It's quite difficult to become one, isn't it?

Well, you see, I have a bit of a bad mouth.

In my case, it's because I'm a bad person.

I'm sorry.

Making the most of each one's strengths.

I’m only pointing out the bad things.

Say something nice to me.

The goodness of each one.

The conversation ends up with the conclusion that people are bad.

Well, that's fine.

That's totally fine too.

So, it's the Caring Radio.

Care Radio

It's been quite a while now.

That's right.

Is this the 28th time today?

There are quite a few.

28、29

28, 29

It's really tough to keep going, isn't it?

That's right.

I've been slacking off a bit lately.

I actually wanted to record once a week.

Yes, yes, yes.

This time of year is a bit busy.

Well, as we head into December...

As I thought, the teacher will also be running.

It will be a tough time, but...

But I still feel the Christmas spirit.

Ah, really?

I don't really understand Christmas.

When Santo-san comes over

Well, I'm a Buddhist.

While thinking that way

That's right, I am a Buddhist.

We are

Well, that's true.

I'm not really a very good Buddhist or anything like that, but...

でも

But

Everyone gets cheerful at Christmas, you know.

But that's true.

Christmas is definitely like, look.

It seems like we ended up celebrating it normally.

Well, probably.

Well, I wonder what my childhood was like.

Was there?

Ah, certainly.

When I was a child

Christmas has already become normal.

ああ

Ah.

When you think about it, you know...

だって

Because.

Incorporate the good aspects of various colors.

It's a pretty nice way to put it.

それはね

That's it.

So what day is Christmas?

Maybe there are people who are celebrating without knowing.

There are still quite a few people here.

Perhaps

あの

Um...

Recently, you know, it's Halloween.

Halloween

Halloween is that amazing something.

It's coming out, isn't it?

Everyone seems to be having a good time, but...

Halo Shin

It's not Halosin.

I think there are quite a few people who don't really understand what Halloween is all about.

I think Halloween is just a festival for dressing up.

That's probably not it.

Just a moment.

That's not it, so just a little.

It's like getting candy when you dress up.

Well, the reason why you do something like that is...

I would really like you to look into it.

I hope you take this opportunity to do a little research.

Yes, I think that's better.

Well, for that reason...

Japanese people are like that in those aspects.

I really feel the various customs around me.

It's often said that it's good to incorporate it this way.

If I say so.

Well, originally, it's about incorporating various things into it.

It is also a part of Japanese customs that things are completed in this way.

That's exactly in China.

From South Korea or from South Korea.

Incorporating various cultures.

It can be said that Japan has reflected on it.

Just as there is Western medicine and Eastern medicine.

Somehow, I'm gradually losing faith in Western medicine.

Isn't this wrong?

There were also people present, you know.

Even if there are various ways of thinking

I think that naturally leads to each person's own perspective.

Well, today is...

What kind of relationship is that?

It's a friendship.

Well, I did talk about this a little bit too.

The group team called Sasayebito, you see,

We are thinking of creating this from now on.

I'm thinking about various things right now.

It's a story that says it shouldn't be like this.

Well, today there was that talk again.

Mr. Miron came to my house.

I'm talking about that kind of thing right now.

I'm talking in this way, so...

Well, it's not exactly a struggle like the sea for us either.

It's a form of doing things while thinking about various aspects.

In what form is that?

Whether or not the Sasayebito will come into existence.

The upcoming part is also significant, but...

I wonder why you thought about making something like that Sasabito.

I wanted to hear a bit about that kind of story.

Mr. Imada, you see...

The name "Sasaebito" was created because...

It's really recent, but...

Before that, it was called community nurse, right?

It's the name of the activity, isn't it?

Really nursing

I am a nurse, so...

Skills in nursing, etc.

It's about the state of the heart.

Things like the mind.

If it were closer to me.

There are many things I realized early on.

Starting from the point of doubt

At that time, when I thought so.

There are nurses across the country who feel that way.

I wondered if there are any medical professionals present.

When I looked it up online.

Since community nurses have emerged,

それを

That.

元に

Back to the original.

I've been involved in various activities.

No matter what, it's about being a community nurse.

It has to be a nurse.

I see, I see.

There are some people who are active under a name like that.

According to the regulations there,

"You can't go in there unless you're a nurse, right?"

I can't help but think.

It's not that I can't do it, but...

After all, it makes me a bit hesitant, doesn't it?

To that thing over there.

Over there, you see.

It's more like the original.

Community nurse

The person who is introducing themselves.

It's okay if you're not a nurse.

Although you say that,

After all, I can't help but be pulled in by that name.

The word "nurse" was included, wasn't it?

That's right, that's right.

I'm a community nurse, you know.

So be closer to me.

And after all, I still think Japanese is good.

I think so.

I see.

Well then, in that case.

In that point of thinking.

We created an organization called the Spirit of Nursing.

One of the directors among them.

How did the conversation turn to topics like support people?

That's right, that's right.

Mr. Oosheavy

はい

Yes.

It will be about supporters.

I don't think it's going to work.

I see.

Actually, I explained it a bit before.

What do support people do?

The supporter is...

It's a local caretaker, isn't it?

To put it simply,

うん

Yeah.

At that point.

うーん

Hmm.

There are various kinds of care and support, aren't there?

Ah, I see.

It's the so-called caregiver concerning health.

で地域

"and region"

As much as possible.

Are you okay? Haven't you slept?

Is your brain a little sleepy right now?

Are you okay?

It's okay.

No, I thought for a moment that I had woken up.

I thought I had woken up, but...

It's just turned March now.

But I'm still awake.

Thank you.

うん

Yeah.

なので

So

Well, the supporter is...

That's right.

このね

This, you know.

In front of the desk.

Elvis

There's a hole to go through, and it feels like hearing a story from there, Elvis.

Just a little image.

However,

I thought it would be great if there were something like a health room at school within the community.

Currently, I'm engaged in activities under the name Yachiyo Health Room, and I am currently operating in two locations: Yachiyo City and Sakamoto Town.

I go there and receive various health consultations, as well as participate in small lectures.

You were talking about asking for things like this, doing them, meals, and calculating calories, right?

In that way, using a space that feels like a gathering place, is it correct to say that having discussions based on health among everyone is a fundamental activity?

Yes, that's right.

It's not really passive; it's more like that.

Through learning, I hope to create opportunities for people to think more about their diet and medication, so we provide a space for education with that goal in mind.

Now, it can't be helped that elderly people are living alone, and their connections with others are becoming increasingly weaker.

I actually think that happens.

For example, there are community volunteers and various local caregivers who help out, but those people are also rapidly aging.

I think the situation is that we are unable to provide sufficient care, and the local community itself seems to be gradually breaking down.

In reality, isn't that Sakamoto quite deep in the mountains?

So, what did you feel about the place?

Give it a try.

Is this Sakamoto Town?

Sakamoto Town was previously a place called Sakamoto Village.

That's right. We also tend to just say Sakamoto Village.

The culture, you know, even within the same Sakamoto Village, has completely different histories and nuances.

It depends on the region.

Yes, it depends on the region.

Is the atmosphere different?

The atmosphere is different. That's what's mysterious, isn't it?

Yes, yes, yes.

Even though it's a village called Sakamoto, I wonder why each part is different. Also, in the Tsuruhama area that I'm currently in, there are Kamitsuru, Nakatsuru, and Shimotsuru, but even those have slightly different cultures.

The way of celebrating the festival is different, and somehow, it's more in the direction of the Futami area, or rather, that direction, where the foot of the mountain is closer, but it's just a bit different from Sakamoto Village.

It's really complicated because such cultures are involved.

Um, for those who aren't from Kumamoto Prefecture, you might not know this, but the Sakamoto area is in the southern part of Kumamoto, and there is a city called Yatsushiro. If you go east from there, you’ll find the Hitoyoshi basin.

Around a settlement that is roughly halfway on the way there.

That's right, Sakamoto.

We call it that, with that kind of name.

Hitoyoshi is particularly, you could say, in Kumamoto Prefecture, but culturally it is linked to Kagoshima, specifically the old Aihara domain.

Originally, since it was also the territory of the Aihara clan, culturally it is actually closer to Kagoshima further south than to Kumamoto.

The intonation of the words is a bit off, you know.

There are places like that, aren't there?

So, in that sense, since we are on the way there, it's right in the middle of the cultural sphere of Kumamoto and the cultural sphere of Hitoyoshi, and I think there are probably still many places that have mixed elements of both.

So, because of that, even within Kumamoto Prefecture, there’s quite a difference between Yatsushiro and other places, including the dialect and the atmosphere of the people as well.

I wonder if it's a little different.

That's right.

You can really see certain aspects that are very simple and innocent, and as the culture differs, the more you go to the countryside, the more you realize that culture truly varies greatly by region.

That's why Kumamoto dialect is interesting in that way; when you move a little away, when you leave the city, I'm currently in a place called Matsubase, and Matsubase dialect is pretty rough, after all.

Ah.

It's tough, the way you say it.

So, that's Confucius, and over there it’s completely different, isn't it?

I thought the Yatsushiro dialect was tough as well.

Somehow, I feel like you are... you are... something like that.

Yes, well, it's intense, or rather, it actually incorporates those old Japanese words from the past, so they are actually refined words.

It's you.

The way of saying "you" itself, you know, is actually...

Is that true?

But now I don't use it anymore.

I do feel like something is strange, though.

Ah, you were scared when you were little, weren't you?

Ah.

You, you and such.

え?

Huh?

Are you a samurai or something?

That's right.

うん。

Yeah.

Well, we've talked a bit, but the fact that it differs by region actually makes it somewhat of a negative when it comes to both sides visiting each other.

That's right.

There may be aspects that connect to the parts that are difficult to accept such things.

But, what was it really like when you first started living?

Ah, is it when you just started living?

うん。

Yeah.

"Did you accept it right away?"

Yeah, I think it's hard to accept right away, but that's how it is with skateboarding.

Well, but relatively speaking, I'm starting it with frost in the tsurubami.

As for the frost, the system for accepting outsiders is relatively, well, you know.

A bride, or something like that.

Uh-huh.

Those who followed me.

There are quite a few people who have come from outside.

There were quite a few people.

In that regard as well.

It was easy to get involved.

And it's tough being an outsider, in a way.

In that kind of place.

You've been a little considerate.

I did it, but...

でも

But

They are really being considerate from that side.

That's the feeling, isn't it?

On the contrary.

On the contrary, I felt a strong sense of being an outsider.

I see.

That's precisely why.

The local people as well.

I'm so sorry.

That feeling is very strong.

へえ

Oh, really?

Even though those around us are suffering.

Our area was okay.

あのその

Um, well...

When I think about the people who are affected.

I feel sorry for the opposite.

I'm sorry.

Like a Japanese person.

It might be a way of thinking.

However, on the other hand

Because I was scared.

We both had scary experiences.

I have that feeling as well.

The feeling around here is really something.

There's a bit of conflict, you know.

That's right, I'm feeling conflicted.

感じました

I felt it.

I see, so that's how it was.

Certainly, I also recently...

I just wanted to say a little something.

That area is...

It didn't feel like the water was rising.

あの

Um...

There were places that were eroded.

Well, it's quite surprising, isn't it?

Really.

The fear of water again.

Well, the fear of the shaking during an earthquake.

I think it's probably something completely different.

Ah, I see.

It's a different kind of fear again.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Well, it's something you really can't understand until you experience it for yourself.

Mountains, you see, after all...

そのー

Well…

It's at the mountain's edge.

If you live in a place like this,

After all, that...

It was due to misalignment, you know.

Such landslides and so on.

There might also be a fear that comes with that.

その

That

うんと

Well then.

More than the fear of that earthquake, so to speak.

After that, such disasters occurred.

あの

Um...

There is also a possibility that it could be triggered.

You said so.

There's a really weird loud noise.

I'm worried that a landslide might occur.

Well, Tsurube is really close to the mountain.

Landslides are really my biggest concern.

I see.

Well, that's quite true.

That kind of sound is definitely scary, isn't it?

It's scary, isn't it?

It's not like it just ends in an instant there.

Let's keep going until morning.

Uh-huh.

I can't stay calm at all.

It's like, even though I want to move, I can't really move.

Just that Tsurube area is a little deep in the mountains.

The road in between had become impassable.

I see.

Yeah, it makes you feel isolated.

I was isolated, you know.

Uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh.

It was scary in that respect, though.

I think so too.

I see.

Well, anyway, in that regard, now...

About once a month, I guess.

It’s once a month.

We rent the community center there once a month.

Now, regarding the health consultation we just had...

We're currently holding a small study session.

That's right, that's right.

So, these activities are carried out by a team called the "supporters."

I want to continue doing it properly from now on.

そうです

That's right.

So, from now on, we are in a situation where we are going to start recruiting.

You're here, aren't you?

Now it's those regulatory things, etc.

I am currently in the process of summarizing the content.

One of the other board members is telling me to hurry up a bit now.

I'm the one getting scolded.

I have to do a little bit.

すいません

Excuse me.

That's how it feels, but...

This kind of structure is absolutely essential.

I think I mentioned this before as well, but...

It's just not possible with only the government officials.

There are some quite difficult parts coming up now.

There are various reasons for the different separations, but...

What can citizens do by themselves?

After all, it's about continuing to search for it.

I also think it's an important era.

It makes me happy to think that it brings you joy.

If there are more people who can make you feel a little more at ease.

I think it's an activity worth doing.

That's right.

Even if it's just one person, it can provide a bit of安心.

It feels like my emotions are settling down a bit.

If you could think of it that way, I would be really grateful, and that would be nice, wouldn't it?

I think it's a wonderful activity.

Well then, that being said.

Did it get a bit longer today?

What time is it now?

I think I sang and talked for nearly 20 minutes.

I'm sorry, the introduction was really long.

A trivial story.

I just did something bad.

You have to think of things like this as not bad.

That's interesting.

That's the kind of feeling it has, though.

The supporter is still just a little more.

That's right, various things.

I also think that there's no point in getting too flustered.

I think there are quite a few places where you have to shape things as you go along.

Anyway, we said we would do it, so we're not going to stop.

After all, I want to be as considerate of feelings as possible.

What is the way to do it?

Don't give up.

That's right.

So from the beginning, the word "give up"...

You can just remove it from the dictionary, right?

You can just think that it won't happen.

That's right.

I hope to be able to create it in that way.

It would be great if we could do everything carefully, one by one.

That being said.
