何もしないをする日レセプションパーティー15夜祭 無事終了いたしました

当日は朝早くから準備が始まって

Preparations will start early in the morning on that day.

晴天にも恵まれ

Blessed with clear skies.

本当に雲一つない青空で

It's truly a blue sky with not a single cloud.

風も強すぎもなく

The wind is not too strong.

本当に天候としてはもうこれ以上ない最高の天候でしたね

It was really the best possible weather, no doubt about it.

もともとは野外でテントを張らずに

Originally, it was without setting up tents outdoors.

露天とライブをやろうとしていたので

I was intending to do an outdoor event and a live performance.

これで実際に雨が降っていたらと思うとすごく

I can't help but think how amazing it would be if it was actually raining.

ゾワッとしますけど

It gives me the chills, though.

降らないだろうという点の中で

Within the point that it probably won't fall.

降らないだろうという点の中でも

Even among the points that it probably won't rain.

リスクマネジメントはもうちょっと考えた方がいいんですけど

We should think a bit more about risk management.

結果降らなかったということで

So, it didn't rain after all.

来場者数が目標としていたのが

The number of attendees was set as a target.

だいたい150から200人のイベントだということで

It is said to be an event for about 150 to 200 people.

目を打ってたんですが

I was hitting my eye.

実際にカウントで来た人数というのが

スタッフ関係者というのが

32名ほどいまして

その場には実際に180名ぐらいの人が

ついに参加していたという意味では

本当に目測通りというか

イメージしてた通りの人数が

The number of people was exactly as I had imagined.

そこにはいらっしゃってくださいました

メディアがすごく取り上げてくださったので

それの宣伝効果というのはすごく多かったです

実際見てみると

半分くらいが本当に地元の年配のお客様で

About half of them are actually local elderly customers.

新聞に僕が病気でUターンして

イベントをやるということが載っていたので

結構声かけられた人でも

うちのおばあちゃんと

仲良くしてくださっていた方とか

People who have been friendly to me.

地元の議員の皆様とか

あとは町長とかも来てくださって

ご挨拶まで当日無茶振りの中していただいて

すごく意味のあるイベントになったなと思ってます

I think it became a really meaningful event.

空間づくりもなんとかうまくいって

The creation of space is somehow going well.

屋台が3軒 キッチンカーが1台

そして露店というものが

楽しむ時間場所っていうのを選べるように設定したことで

より多くの人が自由に窮屈ではなく

同じ会場にいられたんじゃないかなと思ってます

手前に座ってくださっていたのは

ほとんど5年配の方々で

Almost elderly people.

アーティストも本当に今回に関しては

The artist really feels that way about this time.

対バンというよりは僕が呼んで

Rather than a battle of bands, I invited them.

まるで劇団のように

Like a theater company.

それぞれのセッションやその場に立つことという意味の

The meaning of standing in each session and that place.

意味や意義をすごく考えてくださったゲストが多かったので

Many guests thought very deeply about the meaning and significance.

本当にすごいグルーヴで

It's such an amazing groove.

見るもの見るものすべてにお客さんも感動してくれて

一応投げ銭ライブということだったんですけども

It was supposed to be a tipping live show, but...

すべての投げ銭に本当に千円札とかね

"Really, every tip is like a thousand yen bill."

あと森のメダルっていうものがすごく投げ入れられて

Also, the forest medal is being thrown in a lot.

この瞬間でこんだけ入る投げ銭っていうのは

The amount of tips that can be received in this moment is...

本当によっぽどないというぐらいいただきました

I received it to a degree that is truly rare.

それも入場料が実質無料ということもかなり大きかったと思います

I think the fact that the admission fee is effectively free was also quite significant.

森のメダルとか

Like a forest medal.

そう現金とのバランスっていうのもすごく良くて入場したら500円払うけどもそれは500円分の木製通貨に変わると

The balance with cash is really good; when you enter, you pay 500 yen, but that turns into 500 yen worth of wooden currency.

それは投げ銭にも使えるし実際公式のショップでも使えるドリンクでも使える

It can be used for tipping, and it can actually be used in official shops as well as for drinks.

そういった感じですごくバランスも良かったし

I felt that it was very well-balanced in that way.

最後にスペシャルセッションその日出た役者とかミュージシャン全員で1曲やったんですけど

Finally, during the special session, all the actors and musicians who were present that day performed a song together.

それも演奏とか歌だけじゃなくてねお芝居という意味で渡里さんも出てきて

It's not just about playing music or singing; in the sense of acting, Watari-san also appears.

その日ペーパーズという即興劇でお客さんに書いてもらった言葉をメモがあるんですけど

On that day, I have notes with words that the audience wrote during an improv play called "Papers."

それの本番で消化しきれなかった言葉を読むというソロがあったんですね

There was a solo where I read the words that I couldn't fully express during the actual performance.

役者ソロみたいなのがあって

There's something like a solo performance by an actor.

そこのソロパートがすごく盛り上がったっていうのがみんなにとってすごく驚きで

The solo part over there really got everyone excited, and it was a huge surprise for everyone.

こんな人はこういうことで興奮するんだこういうことで喜ぶんだっていうことがすごく手に取って見えました

I could really see how this kind of person gets excited and finds joy in such things.

あとやっぱり持ち巻きそれから入ったのも大きかったですね

Also, the fact that I started with a strong grip and then entered was significant too.

やっぱり持ち巻きをすることで表現者の表現とそれを受け取る人の動線が見えたというか

I realized that by doing a holding wrap, the connection between the expression of the creator and the path of the receiver became clearer.

それを可視化したということを渡里さんも話してたんですけども

Watari-san was also talking about visualizing that.

まさにその通りで

Exactly right.

僕たちが伝えたいものを伝えたいこと伝えたい角度っていうものに対して

Regarding the things we want to convey and the angles from which we want to convey them.

お客様受け取るかそれを見過ごして落とすのかっていうところが見えた

I could see whether the customer would receive it or overlook and drop it.

それはすごく大きかったですね

That was really big, wasn't it?

その後に即興劇ということでこの世に見たこともない人がほとんどである

After that, there will be an improvisational play, and most of the people here have never seen anything like it in this world.

そういうエンターテイメントを見てもらって本当に大爆笑で続き

I really want everyone to watch that kind of entertainment and have a good laugh!

最後はちょっとホロッと泣ける実際に泣いた人もいました

In the end, it was a bit tear-jerking, and there were actually people who cried.

即興劇で笑いと感動を与えるっていうのはすごいやっぱり力だと思うし

I think it's really impressive to have the power to bring laughter and emotion through improvisational theater.

それをやれる渡里さんはすごい素晴らしい俳優だとエンターテイナーだと思います

I think Wataru-san, who can do that, is a really wonderful actor and entertainer.

その後にやっぱりホゼの歌声が神社に響いて

After that, Hose's singing voice echoed through the shrine.

それが森町全体に響くような包容力で美しく正直で

It is beautifully honest with an embrace that resonates throughout the entire Mori town.

すごく健全で

Very wholesome.

健全な音が

A healthy sound.

5年配から子供から僕たちの同い年

From the elderly to children, we are the same age.

全ての人に響いて感動につながって

Resonating with everyone and leading to感動 (emotional impact).

そこに合わせてくれた翔ちゃんと風民っていうのも当日ね

On that day, Sho-chan and Kazamin also came to fit in.

合わせて初めてセッションだったんですけども本当に

It was actually my first session together, but really...

そこからのバンドに負けないぐらいの負けないというか

It's about not losing, as much as the bands from there.

すごい感動を与えてくれました

その後に島田雄介さんソロの

出演なんですけど

やっぱり地元代表として

道南の星として

As the star of the southern region.

僕ももう20何年付き合ってる人間ですけども

I've been with someone for over 20 years as well.

本当に自信を持って

拳を響かせてくれて

函館にもこんなホゼとか

Even in Hakodate, there are things like this.

渡里さんとかすごい人がいるときに

そういう人いるけども

道南にもそれに負けない人がいるんだっていうことが

すごく今回地元の人の勇気にもなったと思うし

雄さん自体も本当に楽しんでくれて

ご夫婦でギタリストとボーカルでやってるんですけど

They're a couple working as a guitarist and vocalist.

今までは函館にもう5回6回来てるんですけども

I have been to Hakodate about 5 or 6 times until now.

美穂は

でも歌というパートで来るのは初めてで

But this is the first time coming in as a part of singing.

今までずっとお芝居で女優という立場で来ていたので

I have always been in the position of an actress in theater until now.

だけど今回は本当にシンガーとして

But this time, truly as a singer.

ステージに立ってくれて

Thank you for standing on the stage.

そこでいろいろな

そこにいる場の人とか空気を感じて

やっぱり彼女のそういう明るい太陽のような

CDもたくさん売れたみたいだし

僕自身がやっぱり彼女のその歌という

シンガーとしての彼女にすごく

She's amazing as a singer.

の成長に驚かされた

I was amazed by their growth.

そんな回でしたね

あ戦えるじゃんっていうなんかそこが

僕としても嬉しかったし

I was happy as well.

今まで役者で来てた分の

函館とはまたどうなんとはまたちょっと違った

Hakodate is somewhat different in its own way.

彼女とはまたちょっと違った感じで

覚悟みたいなものがすごく見えて

多分今回のライブやったことによって

ちゃんとそこにストーリーを作ったことによって

お客さんが途切れることなく

一つのショーとして見ることができたっていうのが

すごく大きかったと思います

僕が呼んでいないという人がたくさん来ている

このイベントを森町でやるからということで

足を運んでくださった方々がすごく多かったんですよ

それはやっぱり今までの演劇で

来てくれた人とはまたちょっと違う客層で

さらにその人たちを当日はじめましてで感動して

満足して帰らせるっていうことの難しさだったり

The difficulty of ensuring that someone leaves satisfied.

そのやりがいだったりっていうのをすごく感じました

I really felt the sense of fulfillment in that.

でも難しかったというよりは

ほとんどのお客さんが感動して喜んでくれたので

僕たちにとっては難しいというよりは

これが本来のあり方だよなっていうことを

すごく打ち上げでも話してました

We talked a lot at the launch party.

人を感動させる

っていうのは

What I mean is

愛想笑いだったり

It was forced laughter.

予定調和な言葉だったりってことではなくて

It's not just a matter of predictable words.

生の本当に全く知らない人が

A person I really don't know at all.

こういう表現を見た時にどういう感動をするのかっていう

It's about the emotions you feel when you see expressions like this.

その感動に対してどういう評価を得るの

What kind of evaluation do you get for that emotion?

あの落とすのかっていうことが

Is that something you're going to drop?

手に取るように分かった時間だったので

It was a time that I understood as if I could hold it in my hand.

やってる方も見てる方も作ってる方も

Both the people who are doing it, the people who are watching it, and the people who are creating it.

全ての人たちが本当に

興奮してその場にいたなって思います

I think I was excited to be there.

やはり十五夜で中秋の名月

After all, it's the night of the full moon during the Mid-Autumn Festival.

っていうのも被るっていうのも珍しいことだし

It's also rare to have overlapping experiences.

ほぼ全員でご祈祷して

でぐうじさんにもやってもらって

I had Deguuji do it too.

でみんなが神聖な気持ちで

So everyone has a sacred feeling.

いろんな思いと

皆さんの健康と健全を祈るという祭りというテーマを

The theme of the festival is to pray for everyone's health and well-being.

ちゃんと組んでくれた上で

スタッフとしてみんなが支えてくれたから

Because everyone supported me as a staff member.

すごくいい空気感で

会場をねオープンすることができて

本当に不安だったんですよ

当日どんだけ来るか

そしてこの森町に

同日に大きな花火大会と被っている中で

On the same day as a large fireworks festival.

でも出展者もたくさん人を呼んでくださったり

But the exhibitors brought in a lot of people too.

その新聞効果とかってもあって

本当に150人弱の方が来てくださったのは

本当に奇跡としっかりとして

Truly a miracle and firmly so.

何か言いようがなくて

I have no words to express it.

予想していた通りなんですけど

内容としては本当に奇跡的な内容でした

びっくりしましたね

I was surprised, wasn't I?

でも本当に嬉しくて嬉しくて

But I'm really, really happy.

ずっと基本的には夢の中にいるみたいな形で

It feels like I've been in a dream the whole time.

お客さんも

長野県の焼肉ロックフェス実行委員の

皆様来てくださってましたし

Everyone had come.

あとはスタッフだって

It's up to the staff now.

奄美大島から友達が来てくれてわざわざ手伝って

A friend came all the way from Amami Oshima to help me.

行ってくれたりとか

Like going (somewhere) for me.

佐賀県から来てくれたりとか

Coming from Saga Prefecture and so on.

新河の補助だって愛知県から来てくれたり

Even the New River assistance came from Aichi Prefecture.

本当に全国から森町にいろんな力が集まった瞬間だったんですよね

It was truly the moment when various forces gathered in Mori Town from all over the country.

その分やっぱり自分のハードルを上げているので

That being said, I'm definitely raising my own standards.

次どうなるのか

What will happen next?

次どう作っていくのかっていうのがやっぱり試されるし

The next steps in how to create it will definitely be put to the test.

人に飽きられないようにどうやって更新していくのか

How to keep updating so that people don't get bored?

っていうのがもうすでに課題になっていて

That's already become an issue.

あと予算面もそうですし

Also, there's the budget aspect as well.

今回でも想像以上の協賛金の数と金額っていうのが得られたので

This time, we received a number and amount of sponsorship funds that exceeded our expectations.

物資協賛お持ちをくださったたまらずベーカリーさんとか

I can't help but thank the bakery for their cooperation in providing supplies.

あと駄菓子を袋詰めにして子供に配ってって言ってくれたワニ商店さんとか

Also, the Wani Shoten who told me to pack the dagashi into bags and distribute them to the kids.

あとは森のメダルを発行してくれた春樹さんっていう木材屋さんなんですけど

The other person is Haruki, the lumber dealer who issued the forest medals.

僕の同級生の木材屋さんがあって

I have a classmate who runs a lumber business.

それを僕がデザインしたものを

That's something I designed.

それを加工してそのメダルにしてくれた山賢ちゃんっていう

It's Yamaken-chan who processed that and turned it into the medal.

役場の人間がいて

There are people from the town hall.

これからの何かやっぱり後ろ盾もなってくれるだろうし

From now on, something will probably support me as well.

それをやったことによって可能性が広がったっていうか

It's like the possibilities have expanded because I did that.

イメージが広がったみんなの

It seems like everyone's imagination has expanded.

こんなこともできるんだじゃあこういうことをやってみようとか

"Since I can do things like this, let's try doing something like this."

ここでこんな空間が作れるんだっていうことが

That this kind of space can be created here.

発見につながったりとかっていうことが本来の目的なので

The original purpose is to lead to discoveries.

それが今回ほぼほぼ思った通りにできて

It almost turned out exactly as I thought this time.

思った通りにみんなが楽しんでくれて

As I expected, everyone enjoyed themselves.

期待以上の表現の積み重ねがあって

There is a buildup of expressions that exceed expectations.

評価があって

There is an evaluation.

すごく心地のいい空間だったなと思います

I thought it was a very comfortable space.

僕たちも本当に超絶幸せでした

We were really extremely happy too.

本当に1年に1回

は必ずやるしその間にも

僕は色々仕掛けていこうと思うし

表現している人ということを与え続けて認知してもらって

We need to keep releasing it more and more.

僕がこっちに来た意味は全くないので

これから本当にドキドキと楽しみで

From now on, I am really nervous and excited.

ちょっとドキドキが勝ってるんですけど

I'm a little more excited than nervous.

でもドキドキしてないと

But if I'm not nervous...

その先のワクワクもないので

思う存分ドキドキしたいなと思ってます

リスクを背負って

立ちくらみするとか倒れるとか

ということはほとんどなく

帰りさすがに眠かったですけどね

I was really sleepy on the way back, though.

運動会の前日みたいな感じで

あんまり寝れなくて

I couldn't sleep very well.

2時間弱しか寝てなくて

I only slept for less than two hours.

そこから運転の往復もありますし

それでかなり眠くて

I'm feeling quite sleepy because of that.

その先に打ち上げがあったんですけども

ちょっと早々にダウンしてしまったりとか

すげえ事件もありましたしね

実行委員の地元のメンバーが

正式な乾杯をその後したんですけども

いや本当に焦りましたね

必死で必死で

何も見えなくなって

I can't see anything anymore.

自分のその

カバンの置き場すら分かんなくなっちゃってて
