今日はヘアドネーションについて話します 実は私は2週間くらい前ヘアドネーションをしました

それまで3年くらい髪の毛を切りませんでした ですから夏は本当に暑かったです

I hadn't cut my hair for about three years until then, so it was really hot in the summer.

髪の毛を洗うのも大変だったしドライヤーで乾かすのも大変でした 今年の夏は暑いですが前より髪の毛が短いので髪の毛を洗うのも簡単だし

Washing my hair was difficult, and drying it with a hairdryer was also tough. This summer is hot, but since my hair is shorter than before, washing it has become easier.

ドライヤーですぐに乾かせるので楽ですね

ヘアドネーションは1970年代のアメリカで始まりました

アメリカの高校生が自分の髪の毛を病気の人にあげました

An American high school student donated their hair to a sick person.

それが有名になってヘアドネーションする人が多くなりました

日本では1990年にヘアドネーションのためのグループが作られて、ヘアドネーションの活動がスタートしました。

もし31センチの髪の毛を上げたら、15センチのウィッグになるそうです。
