誰かと話すのがちょっと苦手だなとかいう方たちが来られて、少しみんなでいろんな計画を立てたりして、食事の調理のグラグラとやってみようとか、ご飯食べてみようとか、夏はみんなで花火をしようとか、そういう形で、少しずつ人と一緒にいるっていうことに慣れていくっていうところの居場所の形ですね。

これもコンセプトとかきっかけがあったわけですよね。

もともとは、こののびのびっていうところから始まった事業なんですね。

なので、その居場所だったところを、晴れ晴れっていうところの働く場所に変えたっていうところで、そこでやっぱり皆さんのギャップ、今まで居場所だったのに、私に鞭打たれて働けって言い始めたっていうところが、やっぱり皆さん、え?っていう、いきなり働くのかよみたいな感じになっちゃったかなって。

So, I changed the place where they used to be to a workplace called Harebare, and there, everyone experienced a gap; it was a place where they used to feel comfortable, but then I started telling them to work hard, and I think everyone was like, "Huh? We're suddenly supposed to work?"

っていうのがあるんですけど。

仕事にもなかったので、バレバレの管理者、一次上昇だったんですよ。その一時上昇を引き継いだっていうのがきっかけですね。

もう少し社会に近づけたいと思いました
