Hello everyone listening to Number Violet, I'm Yuu.

Today, continuing from last time, although it's been about a month since the beginning of June, I wanted to touch on it again.

I would like to answer the latter part of the questions that we were unable to address in the previous recruitment.

This time, there were major questions about job hunting and questions about romance.

I would like to answer a bit around here.

I was thinking that my previous response might have been quite abstract or vague.

Well, even if you say you'll give a specific answer, I'm not sure what that means.

I was thinking a bit about how to respond sincerely to someone's question when...

It has been a month, so I am truly sorry for the inconvenience.

I hope you will watch today as well. Thank you.

First of all,

I have a question regarding job hunting that has started this time. Is there anything in particular that I should prioritize?

It's an important thing in job hunting.

For example, you could try going for an internship.

The briefing is not just the one hosted by that company.

I think there are various events like joint information sessions.

And also, there were preparations for the written exam.

In terms of industry, for example, there are various things like having to write papers, I think.

There is only one important thing in job hunting that is quite common.

What's important is that I win more than anyone else participating.

It's something I think about.

"That I honestly don't care if I fall."

Maybe the most important thing in continuing the job search is...

I wonder if I can job hunt in a healthy way.

Well, I talked about it a little last time, didn't I?

In this world, there truly is only one existence called "myself."

I wonder what that is.

Going for a job interview.

I'm going for the interview here.

Going for a job interview.

It seems like companies are choosing the job-seeking students they want to hire.

It's quite the opposite.

I want to go and apply to this organization because I want to join.

It's important to think that you are choosing this organization for yourself.

So if you weren't hired over there, it means you have no sense.

Choosing not to choose yourself.

It's about continuing to do it with that thought in mind.

Of course, it's the place I want to go the most.

The second place I want to go.

I wonder if there's a place where I could go.

There might be various things, I think.

Of course, if I could go to the place I wanted to go the most.

That's already a perfect score of 100 points!

The part that is not like that.

But for example, for working or to earn money.

I think there are times when you have no choice but to work.

Even if the first one fails, no matter what.

I think it might be that we end up going second.

だけど

But

Well, I wanted to go the most.

But the fact that you didn't choose me.

It was a place you chose that I wanted to go to second.

I think it's definitely better to believe that the place you chose has better taste.

Give it a try.

Absolutely, it's the same with that part-time job or anything else.

That is indeed related to love.

Getting a little closer after the first impression.

I think the impression you get from trying to work a little will definitely change.

At that moment, I will check it myself.

It feels like what we're doing here is...

It doesn't seem beneficial for me or something.

If you feel like something is off...

I really think it's okay to stop right away.

It seems like you have to work for at least three years or something.

I think you say that really well.

I think that in this day and age, that's actually not the case.

I'm already completely cutting ties and moving on.

Even if you're changing it all.

Well, I don't know how old this person is right now, but...

For example, normally like this.

Around the early twenties.

Perhaps those who are starting out as new graduates or becoming part of the workforce...

I think it's probably quite common in general.

Three years in my early twenties doesn't really match that well.

But for now, I said I would work for three years.

It's a matter of whether you can crush it or not.

I absolutely don't want that.

So first, when it comes to job hunting,

"No, I've already applied and there are tens of thousands doing job hunting."

I am the top buzz army.

"I think I'm really going all out against the Buzz Army."

If I go, they won't hire such a cool person.

For example, when you fall.

A company that doesn't hire such a cool person is...

I think you're just completely lacking in sense.

I think it's really important to move on to the next thing.

After you enter, we will evaluate it, of course.

Um, within that company or organization...

I end up being evaluated for that self.

Because I have no choice but to do it.

I can't help but do it.

I think there are times when that happens.

At the same time, what is it?

I will evaluate the organization's matters of that company equally.

So that's what they say is wrong with that company.

I don't mean it that way.

As I walk through life from now on,

Whether this company is necessary or not.

I think it would be better to think about it.

Completely flat and objective.

To enrich my own life.

What should I do?

If you always keep thinking about it.

For example, job hunting or the company you join.

I think I can live without being adopted for such things.

In connection with this a little.

こう

Like this

That was amazing; it didn't fit in that question box, did it?

There were also people who sent me DMs.

Well, this is me trying hard with job hunting.

I tend to have a very flashy appearance.

When you go to the actual scene of such internships,

Well, this is the first impression.

"Wow, this guy is serious."

It seems that there are many chances for that to be thought of.

So, for example, dyeing it black...

Is your hair bright?

It would be better to dye your hair black and keep your makeup minimal.

For example, I think things like job offers and evaluations will also improve.

Well, I believe that my current appearance is a reflection of my individuality.

Well, what should I do?

For example, it's like saying that since you are Japanese, you should keep your black hair.

There are things like restrictions at school, right?

Being asked for such model answers is...

It feels uncomfortable.

"Did you ever feel疑問about this question?"

I really think that too, you know.

Well, I also... high school...

In various ways, at this timing...

I'm doing something like this.

I also want to be appropriate in that amazing conversation.

I might have mentioned it when I released the MV.

My high school, you know, has really strict courses.

I'm really wearing a jersey in the city now.

That physical education teacher is in charge of student guidance.

I'm already standing in front of the school gate.

If my uniform gets a little more messed up or something...

I was going to a place that felt like being grabbed by the collar.

You know, I really think it’s kind of funny, to be honest.

I was thinking "Ah."

Well, you know, it's about how people look and all that.

I was wondering how you could say that.

Well, I understand that principle of behavior.

For example, it's like a business card that represents the discipline or the school.

For example, high school students walking around the city in their uniforms casually styled look amazing.

For example, if it turned out to be a nuisance...

That means the school's evaluation will drop.

Well, there is also a strong sense of valuing discipline.

I understand where you're coming from, but...

So, consistency is what matters.

For example, hair color, etc.

For example, appearance or something like that.

That's because of that, you know.

I can talk about that a little more, but...

It's just that I'm tall.

I've been told that I stand out, and that's why I've been scolded.

I honestly don't understand the meaning anymore.

But you know, this is really a difficult problem.

Well, I suppose it ultimately comes down to following the agreement if you're going to make one.

As the saying goes

Well, to some extent, for example...

I wonder what this is; I'm really trying to think about it objectively and neutrally.

Well, for example, your appearance...

For example, even if it's to fit the shape that the company desires.

It's just a matter of whether or not you want to join that company.

No matter what, this value system...

I think it's perfectly fine for it to be wildly different for each individual.

Well, I think it should really diversify a lot.

Because of that, therefore...

I definitely think that clashes of various ideas and values will occur.

When that happens, for example, my values and personality...

Well, even if it means compromising a bit...

That amount is the gradient of how far you will compromise.

If you choose to adapt to the other person's or organization's way of thinking or values, even if it means yielding...

To that company

If you just want to go to that company, then just choose it.

I wonder if it's okay.

I think that's what it is, but...

It's not really like that.

Well, it's just the same old story.

Superficially and typically.

Anyway, just suppress your individuality.

I feel like I have to get accepted into some company or something.

It will become.

Well, that's a bit much for me.

You're killing too much.

Well, I shouldn't say it's too much killing, but...

I can't help but feel that I'm not taking care of myself.

Certainly, for example, dyeing it black.

"If you can calm down your makeup and things like that."

In short, it's just superficial and apropos.

That opportunity to make you cry is...

I think it will definitely increase significantly, as you said.

Well, no matter what.

People with black hair tend to have a certain sense of cleanliness.

It's said to be serious or earnest.

It's kind of like a fixed notion or idea.

There is definitely an impression, isn't there?

So there are parts like that that I really dislike.

I have black hair right now, you know.

This is not because everyone is asking for black hair.

I can say that I have black hair now.

I think black hair is the best, so that's why I have it.

To put it simply, it's lucky.

For example, cleanliness equals black hair.

In this society where things are so divided

I think black hair is the best.

What I'm personally thinking is that...

Because it matches like this.

I'm in the lucky category, though.

After all, that individuality and the way society thinks just can't be helped.

When we ended up parting like this.

How to make concessions.

I think it's a matter of how we can come to an agreement.

Wow, we're going back to the very first answer, but...

To what extent will you compromise your individuality?

But do you want to join this company?

I believe there are certain aspects that I absolutely cannot compromise on.

I really think that's where the battle will intensify.

To put it another way,

It's not like I care about appearances or anything.

Even if you have tattoos or something like that.

A company or organization where you can work without any issues.

I think there are quite a few, actually.

In short, it is about one's individuality.

To make use of.

Priorities in my life.

It's the top priority.

Then, to be honest, the work is...

To protect that individuality of oneself

If you can protect it.

I wonder if it will be anywhere.

I definitely want to work in this industry.

I want to stake my life here too.

I think it's a difference in perspective.

Next up.

There are two more.

This time it's about love, isn't it?

Talk to the person you're interested in via DM.

I haven't actually talked to you before, but...

How can we talk?

What kind of situation is this?

What is it, I wonder?

I guess that means you met through social media?

I wonder how it is.

But you know, I'm like that.

That was exactly when I was in high school.

A person I met on Twitter.

I mean, you know...

I received a follow from someone.

Well, in the old days...

"Like my high school name on Twitter or something."

Like, what about your hometown or something?

It was in vogue to write something, you know.

Well, I have a really close friend.

あの

Um...

With high school friends

I thought it looked like the same middle school or something.

I was a year younger, but...

I was wondering if we might know each other or something.

If I started following back or something...

It's totally unrelated.

A stranger.

Like that

So let's talk about something in DMs.

Oh, I went to see a movie.

In the end, that was all there was to it.

But, how do we do that?

That person I've never actually talked to.

If you ask me how to start a conversation, then...

I guess that means you want to meet, right?

For example, on social media.

For example, that common...

For example, hobbies or something like that.

I wonder what that is.

The conversation is lively and engaging.

I think there must definitely be such things.

For example, if we're just talking through DM...

I think there is some common story about that.

"Expand from there."

For example, if you're getting excited talking about your favorite artists...

Then let's go to that live together next time.

I would like to meet at the location.

If we meet on site, that will definitely be something.

Even if it's a strange person, you can still run away, right?

There are also a lot of people.

Yeah, I'll watch that movie too.

When I went to the meeting place, this happened.

That really scary man I don't know.

I thought it might come out.

In a place where there are already a lot of people, something with that girl.

I made it for the meeting.

I mean, I'm just being normal or something like that.

It’s a bit awkward to say I did it properly, but...

I apologize for any misunderstanding, but...

A normal girl came, though.

So, I guess it would be good to make some kind of promise like this, right?

I think it's totally fine for you to come with us to our second live.

Well, in that sense, probably starting with a common topic.

For example, if you're talking about being a movie lover...

Well, about that movie next time...

It's fine if you come along with me.

Somewhere from that kind of place.

Isn't it possible to spread out?

Yes, and this is the last question, right?

I don't like myself when I'm in love, so I can't fall in love with anyone.

Can you give me some advice?

I see, I don't like the person I am when I'm in love.

What do you mean by that?

It's like that amazing personality has changed this way.

For example, it might end up being led by that amazing opponent.

Matching with that person like this.

For example, this is really what I'm talking about.

Even though I want to say it properly, I can't.

I wonder if that's how it is.

Well, the feeling of not liking myself when I'm in love is...

I totally understand it somehow.

Well, you know...

I don't like the person I become when I'm in love.

I think it's because I haven't been in a relationship with someone who likes themselves.

Maybe we're dating or maybe we're not.

I'm still not quite sure, but this person...

But I'm sure I'll definitely meet someone who makes me feel like I like being with them.

But I think things will change if that happens.

Well, you see...

It feels like a huge heartbreak.

It gets a bit troublesome from there, doesn't it?

I totally understand that.

Again, starting from the beginning like this.

I want to start from something like that.

Whether I have to keep going or not.

Well then, let's spend that much time together again.

I think there might be things like "what if I do this?"

Well, people are...

Well, I'm now overcoming those kinds of experiences.

That amazing, rich, and wonderful

I believe that we grow into human beings.

I couldn't fall in love during that time when I was in a relationship.

I have been in relationships where I couldn't love myself.

About the other person as well.

Keep overcoming one by one.

Someone who can love themselves when they are in love.

So that we can meet someday.

I think it's okay to just love yourself.

I guess it's someone who can love themselves.

I think that if you don't like someone, you can't really come to like them.

In that true sense.

Because I’m definitely the cutest in the world, without a doubt.

First of all, having confidence in myself is definitely a difficult thing.

There are also negative aspects, so what's going on?

But it was from the point where I was able to completely love even that part of myself.

I think this is the start of a true romance.

Yes, it turned out to be quite long like this, but...

Like this.
