前回に募集した質問の中でお答えできていなかった後半部分についてお答えしていきたいと思います

今回は就活についての質問と恋愛についての質問というのが大きく来ていたので

ちょっとこの辺を答えていきたいなと思います

前回は結構すごい抽象的なというかざっくりした答えになっちゃってたかなとか自分でも考えて思っていて

First of all,

今回来ていた就活が始まっているんですがこれだけは重視した方がいいことってありますかっていう質問があったんですけれども

I have a question regarding job hunting that has started this time. Is there anything in particular that I should prioritize?

就活において大事なことなんですけど

It's an important thing in job hunting.

例えばインターンから行ってみたりとか

For example, you could try going for an internship.

説明会で説明会はその会社が開いてるやつだけじゃなくて

The briefing is not just the one hosted by that company.

合同説明会とかいろいろあると思うんですけど

I think there are various events like joint information sessions.

とかあとは筆記の試験の対策があったりとか

And also, there were preparations for the written exam.

業種においては例えば論文書かなきゃいけないとかいろいろあると思うんですけど

就活において大事なことって結構共通していることが1個だけしかなくて

There is only one important thing in job hunting that is quite common.

もうね受けてくる人の誰よりも自分が優勝することが大事なことって

What's important is that I win more than anyone else participating.

思うことなんですよ

で落ちても正直気にしないっていうことが

"That I honestly don't care if I fall."

多分一番就活続けていく上で

すごいなんだろうな健康的に就活ができるかなと思っていて

本当にこの世では自分っていう存在って自分しかいないんだから

面接受けに行って

面接こっちは受けに行ってるから

企業が受けてくる就活生を選んでるっていうような形式に思えるんですけど

It seems like companies are choosing the job-seeking students they want to hire.

結構逆で

It's quite the opposite.

この組織に自分を受けに行くと自分は入りたいと

I want to go and apply to this organization because I want to join.

自分がこの組織を選んでるって考えていくことが大事なんですよね

It's important to think that you are choosing this organization for yourself.

だから向こうに採用されなかったらセンスないな

So if you weren't hired over there, it means you have no sense.

自分を選ばないなんて

Choosing not to choose yourself.

って思ってやり続けることなんですよね

It's about continuing to do it with that thought in mind.

もちろん一番行きたいとこ

二番目行きたいとこ

ここだったら行ってもいいかなって思うとこって

多分いろいろあると思うんですけど

でも例えば働くためにとかお金を稼ぐためにとか

どうしても働かざるを得ないとかってあると思うんで

選んでくれたところの方がセンスがいいって思った方が絶対いいんですよね

で入ってみて

絶対そのバイトとか何でもそうですけど

それこそ恋愛とも関係してますけど

最初の印象とちょっと仲良くなってとか

ちょっと働いてみてとかの印象って絶対変わってくると思うんで

そのタイミングで自分でチェックしていく

もう全然すぐやめていいと思うんですよね

なんか3年は最低働くみたいなことって

すごいよく言うと思うんですけど

結構なんか今の時代そんなことないなと思っていて

あのもう全然見切りつけてどんどん

だって今この方をいくつか分からないですけど

例えば普通にこう

だいたい20前半ぐらいで

多分新卒というか社会人になる方って

多分一般的に多いと思うんですけど

20代前半の3年ってそんなにじゃ合わないな

でもとりあえず3年働くかっていったところに

潰せますかっていう話なんですよ

僕は絶対それは嫌で

I absolutely don't want that.

なのでまず就活するにおいて

So first, when it comes to job hunting,

いえもう受けて何万人って就活してると

"No, I've already applied and there are tens of thousands doing job hunting."

自分が一番バズ軍だと

I am the top buzz army.

バズ軍にバチバチにいけてると思い込んで

"I think I'm really going all out against the Buzz Army."

行きますとこんなイケてる人を採用しない

If I go, they won't hire such a cool person.

例えば落ちた時にね

For example, when you fall.

こんなイケてる人を採用しない企業は

A company that doesn't hire such a cool person is...

どうかしてるとセンスなさすぎるって思って

I think you're just completely lacking in sense.

次に行くっていうことが本当に大事だと思います

I think it's really important to move on to the next thing.

で入った後はこっちが評価するもちろんね

After you enter, we will evaluate it, of course.

あのその会社とか組織の中で

Um, within that company or organization...

あの自分が評価されてしまう

I end up being evaluated for that self.

てかせざるを得ないから

Because I have no choice but to do it.

どうしてもされるんですけど

ことあると思うんですけど

それと同時にもう何だろうな

対等的に自分もその会社の組織のことを評価する

でそれはその会社のここダメだとか

そういう意味じゃなくて

自分がこの先人生を歩んでいく上で

この会社って必要かどうかっていうことで

考えた方がいいと思います

もうめちゃくちゃフラットに客観的に

Completely flat and objective.

自分の人生を豊かにしていくために

To enrich my own life.

どうしたらいいかっていうことを

What should I do?

もう常に考えていけば

If you always keep thinking about it.

例えば就活とか入った会社とか

そういうことに採用されずに生きていけると思います

思われてしまう機会が多いらしいんですね

黒染めをしてメイクも控えめにした方が

例えばその内定とか評価とかも上がると思うんだけれども

なんでそんなに言えるのって思ってたんですよね

I was wondering how you could say that.

まあその行動原理は分かるんですよ

Well, I understand that principle of behavior.

例えばその規律とかその学校を表す名刺みたいなものだから

For example, it's like a business card that represents the discipline or the school.

例えばすごいじゃあ着崩して制服着て街を歩いてる高校生が

For example, high school students walking around the city in their uniforms casually styled look amazing.

なんか例えば迷惑をしてたってなったら

For example, if it turned out to be a nuisance...

その学校の評価落ちるってことで

That means the school's evaluation will drop.

まあすごいこう規律に重んじるっていう気持ちも

Well, there is also a strong sense of valuing discipline.

分からんではないんですけど

I understand where you're coming from, but...

だからね一貫性その

So, consistency is what matters.

例えば髪色とか

でそうなった時に例えば自分のその価値観とか個性とかを

その多少っていうのがそのどこまで譲るかっていうグラデーションなんですけど

譲ってでも例えば相手のとか組織の考え方とか価値観に合わせていくっていうことを選択するのであれば

If you choose to adapt to the other person's or organization's way of thinking or values, even if it means yielding...

その会社に

To that company

それを選択するだけその会社に行きたいのであれば

If you just want to go to that company, then just choose it.

いいのかなと
