栽培とか加工とかそういうところの理解をもっと知っていただくという活動は

それとは別に海外世界にもお茶を広めたいというところの思いがあってですね

それで今輸出とかも頑張っていますので

提案できないかという風に進めているプロジェクトがありまして

それを欧米の方に進めるのにあたって

まずパリのですね

そういう飲食関係者の方に飲んでいただきたいと思いまして

そういう試飲会に今回参加するためにこっちに来ています

I came here this time to participate in that kind of tasting event.

そうなんですね試飲会はまだ行われてないんですかね

そうですねこの後6時間後ぐらいにあります

今パリに行かれているっていうことなんですけど

斉藤さんやっぱり海外に日本茶をしていただくことって

これから大事になっていくんですかね

大事ですねこの前堀口聖茶はパリで賞を取ったっていうところから

やっぱりこういうつながりがあって

After all, there's this kind of connection.

そういうところにちゃんと行くっていうのは

すごい大事だと思うし

I think it's really important.

ブルーオーシャンだと思うんですよね

で他の人たちってやっぱりなかなかやらないし

行かないし行けなかったりするところを

パリに行ってますっていうところで

それですごい差別化できるし

仮にねパリに行くのってコストがかかるけど

Hypothetically, going to Paris costs money, but...

それだけでもパリでこういう賞を取りました

Just that alone earned me an award like this in Paris.

パリのここどこで使われてますっていうだけでも

また新しい国内での販路開拓のきっかけになると思うので

どういうイメージを持たれてるなっていう感覚がありますか

Do you have a sense of what kind of image people have of you?

そうですねやっぱその日本茶

That's right, Japanese tea after all.

フランスの場合は数年前にこちらの

In the case of France, a few years ago over here...

医療関係のお医者さんとかが

Doctors and medical professionals.

日本茶って健康にいいんだよみたいな話がされてからですね

Since the conversation about how Japanese tea is good for health started, right?

その健康とかそういう文脈で

In that context of health and such.

日本茶が

Japanese tea.

緑茶と日本茶が注目されているというのは

The attention on green tea and Japanese tea is noteworthy.

ゼトロさんというところの報告書でも見ています

ただ実際こっち来てそのスーパーを見たりすると

原料が中国産とかであったりとかですね
