ということで私もね結構先週は忙しくて来週までねちょっと忙しくなりそうなんでちょっとね

どういうところが理想なのかといったところをちゃんとねすり合わせていく必要があるといったところで

どういうところにVTuber界隈のどういうところにワクワクするかなみたいなところに関してね

I'm wondering what really excites me about the VTuber community.

具体的な話をしていけたらなというふうに思っております

ただまあ理想ばっかり語ってしまってもね

理想論で終わってしまうので

もちろんね今この現実のVTuber界隈が理想的な状態ではないのにはやはり理由があるといったところで

まあ皆さんもねいろいろ頭に浮かぶものがあるかなと思いますけれども

Well, I think everyone has various thoughts coming to mind.

VTuber界隈はいろんな問題がねやっぱあるじゃないですか

The VTuber community definitely has various issues, right?

いったところでそうしたちょっと問題と言ってしまうとね角が立つかもしれないけれども

ちょっとこういう話題がVTuber界隈で上がってくると

それを決して誰かに強制するような意図はないといったところは強調させておこうかなというふうに思います

日本の誇るエンターテイメントの一つでございます

It is one of Japan's proud entertainment offerings.

こうしたエンタメというのは

僕たちをワクワクさせる力があるんじゃないかというふうに思うわけですよ

I believe that there is a power that excites us.

これに関しては皆さんも同意してくれるんじゃないかなというふうに思いますけれども

I think everyone would agree with this, don't you?

ワクワクっていうのがどういうことかなっていうところを話しますと

I will talk about what it means to feel excited.

エンタメの中にもね

Even in entertainment, you know.

これは現実逃避のために見てるんだっていうような思いで見てる方もいるかもしれないんですけれども

Some people might be watching this with the thought that they're doing it as an escape from reality.

現実逃避っていうとちょっと後ろ向きな考え方だなっていうふうに

When it comes to escapism, it feels like a somewhat backward way of thinking.

私は思うんですね

I think that.

っていうのも実際の現実に何かしらの問題があって

That's because there are some issues in reality.

それから逃避するためにエンタメを見てるっていう思考なわけですけれども

So, the thought is that I'm watching entertainment to escape from that.

それは実際には現実に存在している問題を解決できてはいないわけですよね

That, in fact, does not solve the problems that actually exist in reality.

っていったところを考えるとそれはちょっともったいないなっていうふうに思ってまして

Considering what I've said, I feel that it would be a bit of a waste.

エンターテイメントであれば

If it's entertainment

ただ単に理想の世界というか空想の世界に逃げ込むだけの

It's just a mere escape into an ideal world or a world of imagination.

逃避するだけのものではなくて

実際にこの現実の問題を解決に

To actually solve this real-life problem.

解決のために動かしてくれるような力

A force that moves you towards a solution.

もうそれこそも持ってるんじゃないかなっていうのが私の思想でして

I believe that it might just be something you already possess.

というのもアニメとかでVTuberを見たからといって

It's just that seeing VTubers in anime and such…

現実の問題が全て解決するわけではないと思うけれども

I don't think all real-world problems will be solved, but...

例えばそのVTuberの配信を見て生きる気力が湧いたとか

For example, watching that VTuber's stream gave me the motivation to live.

ちょっと頑張ってみようかなっていう気力が湧いたとか

I feel a bit motivated to try my best.

そういう何か突き動かされるような

Something that moves you in such a way.

気持ちが新たに出てくるみたいなことって

It's like a feeling that springs up anew.

まああるんじゃないかなっていうのは

多分皆さんも同意してくれると思うんですけれども

そういうことを言いたいわけですね

そういうような実際に現実を変えられるかもと思わせてくれるようなワクワク

現実社会に対する不満だと

暗い話題なのが多いじゃないですか

There are a lot of dark topics, aren't there?

それはやっぱもったいないなっていうふうに思っているので

I think it's just such a waste.

みんなでねそのワクワクするような未来へのポジティブな気持ちを持って

Let's all have a positive feeling towards that exciting future together.

実際にみんなで明るい未来を目指して動いていきたいなっていうのが私の思いですね

I really want us all to work together towards a bright future.

なのでこのユアタンプロジェクトを通じて目指していくのは

So, what we aim to achieve through this Yourtan Project is

みんながワクワクできるようなエンターテイメントというのを作っていって

I want to create entertainment that makes everyone excited.

それを広げていく活動であるといったところで定義していきたいなというふうに思います

I would like to define it as an activity that expands that.

っていうのが最終的なゴールになるんですよ

ですけれどもいきなりねその世界中のみんながワクワクできる状態に持っていけれるかって言ったらそうではないわけですよ

However, it's not the case that everyone around the world can suddenly be brought into a state of excitement.

そんなでっかい夢でも達成するためにはまず一つの中間の目標が必要だといったところで

In order to achieve such a big dream, it is necessary to first have an intermediate goal.

これがビジョンにあたるわけですけれども

まずこのユアタンプロジェクトを通じて何を目指していくかといったところを言いますと

最終的にねみんなにワクワク感を持ってもらいたいということだったんですけれども

じゃあそのワクワクっていう感情はどういったところで生まれてくるのかというのを考えると

So if we think about where that feeling of excitement comes from,

やっぱりその未来への希望があるかどうかかなっていうふうに思うんですよね

I think it really comes down to whether or not there is hope for the future.

じゃあその未来へ希望を持つためにはさらに何が必要かっていうと

So, what is needed to have hope for that future?

やっぱりその自分に

After all, to that self of mine.

もうできることがあるんだって思えるような肯定感

A sense of affirmation that makes you feel that there are things you can do now.

つまり自分自身の力で自分の未来を変えられるんだっていう肯定感

In other words, it’s a sense of affirmation that I can change my own future with my own power.

有能感みたいなところと

It's something like a sense of competence.

あと自分の味方は自分だけじゃない

Also, you are not the only one on your side.

信頼できる仲間が自分にもいるんだっていう

It means "I have trustworthy companions."

そういう仲間への信頼だったり実感みたいな

It was a trust and a sense of reality towards such comrades.

ここの2つが私はとても重要なんじゃないかなっていうふうに思ってまして

つまり自分自身の

In other words, oneself.

自己の人生に対する肯定感と仲間への信頼

まず何を目指していくかといったところを聞かれたら

いつもみんなが前向きに歩んでいけるような

自分自身のことを肯定して仲間のことを信頼できるような

To be able to affirm oneself and trust one's companions.

そんな環境を実現していきたいと思います

まずはその状態を目指していって

界隈にとっては健全なんじゃないかなっていうふうに思っているので

信頼できる仲間と一緒に

価値のあるものを作って届けていくといったところを目指していけたらいいなというふうに思っています

でお互いに競い合って消耗させ合うんじゃなくて

自分だけのことを考えながら

While thinking only about oneself.

みんなの利益を最大化していこうというような意識が共有できれば

すごい素敵なことなんじゃないかなっていうふうに思ってます

やっぱり企画をする人考える人だったりとか
