はい

Yes

Is it the 5th or 6th time that the guest edition continues?

I'm talking by myself for the first time in a while.

はい

Yes

How was it for everyone?

Many different people come out, you know.

Starting with the professionals of SDGs

They were the number one taekwondo player in Japan.

Really, there are all sorts of people.

Thank you for your appearance.

はい

Yes

There were also people called demolition workers, weren't there?

はい

Yes

That's right, cat.

Well, I guess it'll continue for about a month, the guest edition.

You know, there are all sorts of reactions, and I want to participate too.

I was told, but...

I think it's about time for me to start talking by myself.

Yes, I think so again, um...

The monologue is about to begin.

はい

Yes

Well, today...

Just a little.

In terms of recent significant events...

I would like to convey that message, if I may.

For example, those who are listening to this.

And then there's the people around us, like the business owners and so on.

Well, I think there are many people in charge of human resources.

Have you ever participated in that joint corporate information session?

Like Mynavi and Rikunabi.

I think there will be that joint company briefing.

That is incredibly expensive.

The cost in that regard is...

Even at the cheapest place, it's about 400,000 yen a day.

And with various additional options added on.

Plus 4 weeks of advertisement placement.

It will involve costs for job posting fees.

So, well, doing this for two days in a row, you know?

It may happen.

In those kinds of places, you generally end up going there once.

Participation in this project costs around 2 million yen.

It comes down to that.

So, the visitors are generally from that area.

Around 1,000 to 3,000 people.

It is in the form of a gathering of a total number of people.

This is really about 2 million yen for one or two days.

It's like so-called advertising.

We're going to proceed with the hiring under that condition.

Around 30 to about 70 companies gather there.

It will come, you know.

And what's more, it's mostly the major companies, you know.

"There's something about the city hall in western Japan."

そうね

That's right.

Well, there are various system companies and such.

That company that everyone really knows about.

I'm going to leave here.

In such places, small and medium-sized enterprises are...

Including ventures, even if we release it.

It doesn't really have much effect.

Well, that being said, what about the chamber of commerce and industry?

It's a place that's doing things on a small scale locally.

There is a lack of ability to attract customers.

That effect is turning out to be rather weak after all.

That's what it means.

Well, at that point...

The cost-effectiveness isn't that good, is it?

I think it's reality.

So this time it's a project to not believe.

As for the system, it seems that...

First, more wrenches and cases.

What I'm doing is...

As expected, it will be held in September.

Well, we’re aiming for participants aged between 18 and around 39.

I would appreciate it if you could participate.

A thing called a workplace experience fair, huh?

It's going to be held in Fukuoka in September.

Various things I realized as the organizer.

I was surprised that it didn't cost as much as I thought.

Especially in Fukuoka.

Because, according to what we talked about earlier,

It costs about 2 million yen for a company to exhibit once.

About 70 companies gathered.

It's going to take two days.

The venue fee is surprisingly cheap.

Even though it's cheap, it's not at the level of several hundred thousand.

It will take a few hundred, though.

That being said, it's not expensive, is it?

Once about five or six companies come together, we can already achieve the break-even point, right?

The organizers are making a huge profit, aren't they?

That's surprising, isn't it?

But for me, it's less about making a profit from this project.

Rather, you could say.

Through this, various companies.

In relation to that.

I'm saying that I'm working on the New Era Project.

I want to show that there are professionals like this among my friends.

A venue for promotion.

And considering a mid-career job change or something like that.

Well, since the job hunting for next year will be starting soon.

Those who say, "Let's take a quick look first."

Just a place to meet up, you know.

I do it with the aim of being able to create it.

The exhibition fee is extremely low.

はい

Yes

Of course, I aim to become a full-time staff member as a visitor.

Before the dedicated staff goes on the day, to the influencers.

I'm thinking of paying advertising expenses to have them promote it.

During that time, there were companies exhibiting.

It's the sponsors.

More and more exposure.

Using various influencers.

It's taking on a shape that seems possible.

Create an official LINE account.

Well, there.

People who want to change jobs or students.

It will gather more than 1,000 people.

To this official LINE.

So, it’s like this official LINE where the exhibiting companies are.

It was a corporate PR for the sponsoring company.

Just a little bit about the job listing.

Once the job listing is posted, you know.

Maybe so.

There is a possibility that dinner may be delayed.

If we post the company PRs of the participating companies and the sponsor companies, as well as job postings on that official LINE, there might be a chance that we could attract interest for dinner.

I can't post the job listing right now, but...

It's like a corporate PR thing similar to that.

A form that can be flowed.

I will make it a receptacle and move forward.

I think those with keen intuition will understand.

Normal joint company information sessions, etc.

I won't be creating something called an official LINE.

On the day, I met a job seeker in one shot.

So, it's the company's official LINE.

They registered for the company's Instagram and such.

There are times when you'll be asked to apply on the spot.

That extreme story.

You don't have to do that on the day itself, you know.

Because there is an official LINE.

I'll hold all the plates over here.

And to those who did not come to my booth on that day

That's why advertising can be done there.

Isn't this really good?

Simply.

I wonder why they don't do it.

Well, that's to be expected.

The reason for not doing that is obvious.

The purpose is not to get someone hired.

What about other places?

You're just going to keep making more enemies, aren't you?

Well, I'll say it again.

Places that publish job postings and such are...

Not a professional in hiring.

Post that job listing.

It's an advertising company.

なので

So.

Everyone understands this, right?

Well, well, something like that...

Don't give off an air like I'm the only one who's sharp or different.

それ

That.

But that's the truth.

That's why I don't do things like this.

It feels like it doesn't matter whether I'm hired or not.

So it's in a form where I can't take responsibility up to that point, right?

It's not exactly like that.

Increase engagement further.

That thing about going on with it.

I'll go ahead and do it.

In that kind of feeling, you know?

If you want that project proposal or if you're a little interested in joining, you know...

I think the company will probably come out, as the cost-effectiveness is extremely high.

Yes, part of the exhibition fee includes video shooting and other related activities.

So I hope you can make use of it in those areas. Again,

As the details become more and more available to be made public, it will gradually continue to come this way.

We'll be making it public on the radio, so I hope you can also appear on this radio show.

I think so, so please everyone continue to listen to this radio in the future.

Various company representatives and HR personnel, um, appearing here, well, what should I say...

I don't think this will reach job seekers.

On the radio, that's why I can say my true feelings a bit.

I'm also thinking a bit about making a bar here, so I hope to do that in the future.

I hope everyone will listen. Yes, please listen until the end today as well.
