これも私が最近ハマっているヨガについてお話をしていきたいと思います

私なんかデスクワークが多くて肩とかねあと背中が凝りがちだったりね

I tend to do a lot of desk work, so my shoulders and back often get stiff.

とかこう仕事中のストレスとかでね疲れが溜まるっていう
