It's just our subjective opinion, after all.

Just by talking about what we think.

That's right.

Surely, everyone has different thoughts.

I think this is completely different, especially.

That's right.

Please take this as a reference.

はい

Yes

Last time was Day One.

I guess I worked for about 10.5 hours from 4:30 in the morning.

I'm sure you calculated it, right?

When I calculated it, it was about 10.5.

What a long time!

Of course, there are breaks.

Meditate for about 10.5 hours all day long.

My legs are really painful.

And the theme is to continue being aware of your own breathing.

はい

Yes

What is that supposed to be?

It sounds simple at first glance, but...

I talked about how it was super difficult.

Today is Day 2.

はい

Yes

Day one, perhaps we'll both coincidentally be the bell ringers.

Probably overslept or forgot.

It didn't ring.

4時の

4 o'clock

The bell sound.

The bell that should ring at 4 o'clock.

The bell did not ring.

It rang on the second day.

It rang.

So I was able to wake up at all.

It seems like it will ring today.

Yesterday was definitely strange after all.

That's right, that's right, that's right, that's right!

I wonder if they'll let me sleep on the first day.

I don't understand, so I can't have a conversation because I don't understand.

I just think that there wasn't anyone ringing the bell in the 10-day mode.

はい

Yes

And

えっと

Well...

Well, I quickly noticed the difference from Day One.

はい

Yes

Ah, it rang! Yay!

うっ

Ugh

The meaning of this is that...

My back hurts.

Hoh hoh hoh.

マジで

Seriously.

I woke up on this second day.

やべ

Oh no!

It felt like a lot of pressure was on my back, you know?

Ah, the sitting posture is...

I usually sit on the ground, after all.

I don't sit cross-legged for about 10.5 hours a day or anything.

You won't sit down, huh?

This doesn't have a backrest.

Uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh.

The muscles in my back are working hard due to the backrest.

I see.

うん

Yeah.

And then, as soon as I woke up, I was like, “I’ve never done anything like that 10.5 hours before.”

My back really hurts.

Yes, yes, yes.

Is that not true?

I don't really remember much anymore.

2日目

Day 2

Yeah, even after two days, the bed isn't really like this.

It was hard.

Ones of good quality.

Well, it's either the bed that's bad or...

The hard bed of that tree.

Just move the side dish to Hartford.

Just a single futon.

So there's no thing like a bed mat.

It's just that I'm only laying down a futon.

It's stiff, you know.

If the bottom part were still tatami mats or something...

I think it could have been a little better.

Since the futon was placed directly on a regular board.

My body was sore, wasn't it?

But there was no extreme pain in my back.

I see.

So, it's about the comfort of sleeping.

"Well, it's training after all."

Is that so? It’s like one of the teachings that says not to sleep on a luxurious bed.

Yeah, yeah, that happened. So, I see, that's why...

You guys aren't just coming here to relieve fatigue, are you? It might feel that way.

れないね

I can't do it.

But for us, you know, it was right after the first time I meditated for 10.5 hours in a day since I was born.

I just want to sleep a little comfortably for a day or so.

I definitely think so, you know.

That said, even if I sleep on a cushion that makes that person from Muji feel bad...

Even if it becomes money, I still can't get up.

Ah, that might be true.

That might have a meaning like that too.

I might feel like saying, "I don't want to go, I don't want to go, I don't want to go."

Well, if I were to give an analogy, what would it be... um, let's just not go there.

This is the script thing.

Ah, isn't this a bit difficult to convey?

Shall we stop?

はい

Yes

Just a moment.

I had written the script clearly beforehand, so I apologize a bit.

I was trying to compare it to a baseball player, but I probably don't understand this.

I don’t understand either, and those who do understand are...

Is it few?

I think it's少ない, so let me give you an example.

Ah, I see. Well, I guess I should mention it just in case.

Please.

I mean, what I wrote back then about this sitting posture is basically about this back.

Sitting in a chair with a backrest and this.

It's comparing how it's different from sitting in a meditation venue, making it easy to understand.

In terms of styles for using the bathroom, the Japanese style and Western style are quite different.

So, the top catcher in professional baseball, Mr. Shigenobu Tani.

Aren't there a number of matches being played?

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

What is often said by this person is that the toilet has become Western-style, so the catcher...

"My legs and back have become weaker."

へー

Oh really?

It's like saying I grew up in a traditional Japanese way, so I'm strong.

へー

Oh really?

I thought it was something close to that.

I didn't know you were saying that.

"You're sitting back, so that's why you guys are weak."

I see, I see.

I was thinking about something and suddenly it hurt, and then I remembered Mr. Tani Shigemoto.

I was thinking about something like that in Kyoto.

Basically, you're just thinking about baseball players all the time, aren't you?

I knew it.

The uncle is

That's right.

はい

Yes

全然

Not at all.

About family like this.

Like I’ve been thinking, or something like that.

すみません

Excuse me.

There's none at all.

Yes, I'm sorry.

Yes, it's alright!

And also, in addition to my back, my legs hurt as well, you know, dear.

How was it?

I don't really remember it being that painful anymore.

あっ

Ah.

I like you.

Because I'm practicing karate.

I see, that's part of it too.

Well, I don't think it really matters though.

It's different for each person, isn't it?

うん

Yeah.

Because I'm doing karate.

うん

Yeah.

Because I'm practicing karate.

I see, that's also the reason.

Well, I don't think it really matters, though.

It varies from person to person around here too.

うん

Yeah.

Because I'm doing karate.

This area is also about poop.

Yeah, my body is really exhausted. That probably hasn't happened in the last 10 days.

と思う

"I think."

おお

Oh!

And then, on around the fourth or fifth day, there was a day when I was hit by stomach pains, about that day.

かな

Kana

ええ

Yeah.

Moreover, it's not that any particular part of my body, like my legs or hands, hurts or anything.

I see.

うん

Yeah.

I see, everyone is different.

That's right.

Okay, I understand.

うん

Yeah.

I was okay with sleepiness and in the morning.

On the second day, I am indeed sleepy, but I have had enough sleep during that time.

It exists.

Oh, I see.

It's fine to sleep at 9:30, and I'm a very good sleeper.

That's definitely true.

Yes, I generally didn't have a reason to feel too sleepy in the morning.

I see.

I thought it was early, you know? I mean, waking up in the morning and washing my face... it's just a bit much.

Going to brush my teeth, for example.

行くね

I'm going.

I have to go out once, right? In that case, the stars are still out.

That's right.

You went out, didn't you?

"Well, the stars are out, so I can't help but think that there are stars shining brightly."

I did it, but it feels like today is just another one of those days.

I see, in my case, the battle with sleepiness really starts from the second day.

Since it was the first day I came, there was quite a bit of tension. Yes.

I wasn't sleepy, but I wonder why my legs hurt.

It's not necessarily the case that I can stay awake while doing the kimono dressing.

Sleepiness is a plus, isn't it?

In a daze and feeling sleepy, it’s like pain, and in the end, I forgot to breathe.

It feels like I’ve taken something, but then my leg starts hurting again, and I feel sleepy again, you know?

Drowsiness pain

Sometimes, it feels like breathing.

No, it should be mainly about breathing, or something like that.

That's right, that's really all there is to it.

I have no idea what that is, it's totally outside my understanding.

The bell of salvation's respite.

I can’t believe I did it all at once, but it feels like I didn’t do anything at all.

That's right, yes, yes, yes, that's also the case.

But since this Aniccha has been playing, I haven't felt sleepy at all.

The kind of ending that feels like "Yay!" actually tends to be quite long.

That's right.

It feels like the morning is the longest.

It's really long, it feels like 230 minutes.

You're sharp! I remember when I went on the priest's side, the flow was just like this from so close.

I was surprised when I was preparing breakfast and saw that monk.

You know, it’s flowing in the kitchen, right? It’s just flowing a little at the end.

I thought it was flowing from way back, but it turns out it was coming from this point.

Hey!

I somehow say "Anicca" at the end of that meditation during other times too.

But the morning is really long.

It's a bit long, isn't it?

うん

Yeah.

It's a long morning, isn't it?

I was thinking that.

2時間

2 hours

So I really didn't want to come in the morning, but I was a bit thinking I should relax on the third day.

"From around..."

That's wonderfully clever!

I didn't notice at all.

I did it!

It feels a bit long, doesn’t it? It’s just my imagination, or maybe from my brother.

It's already started.

Sometimes you become really clumsy, right, Mitami-san?

Yeah, that's amazing, you can do simple math and stuff like that.

Yeah, that's right, something unbelievable and incomprehensible.

I can perform calculations like route calculations and other calculations that I no longer understand.

You sometimes make mistakes like adding 8 and 6, right?

The focus isn't right, is it? Probably at that time.

ピント

Pint

The difficulty there doesn't seem to be in focus, probably in my head.

Hmm, I don't really understand it well, but those things do happen, right?

It exists, doesn't it?

Yes, this salvation bell rang, and I managed to get through the second day.

The theme is probably because it's the beginning.

Yeah, yeah.

Um, just like on the first day.

It was the same, wasn't it?

The topic remains unchanged.

はい

Yes

I feel like I've been aware of my breathing until probably nighttime.

うん

Yeah.

Yes, as for the specific instructions, it will be repetitive, but...

うん

Yeah.

Well, please make an auspicious offering at the beginning of each turn of meditation.

I think I want to.

First, it’s like the connection with "keep calm and quiet mind."

It feels like they're saying to take it easy, and then after that, they said, "Um, observe."

せよと

"Do it."

うん

Yeah.

"Say something in English, then work in Japanese and observe, it feels like."

Na

I will say it.

"Now, observe your own breath."

はい

Yes

Does the breath pass through the right nostril, the left nostril, or both?

"Does it go through the hole?"

はい

Yes

"Try to notice that."

うん

Yeah.

はい

Yes

Sometimes I ask questions like what to do if my nose is blocked.

思って

Thinking.

It's interesting, isn't it?

But when I respond, I try to do it as much as possible with my nose.

Why there?

気がする

I have a feeling.

Laughter

Yeah, it makes me feel a bit unsure about what to do with someone who has really bad nasal congestion.

Yes, yes, yes.

Well, at the end of yesterday, at night, I was able to ask the final question.

Right?

I shouldn't be chanting words in my head that I know.

"Like, even if you come up with a question about it, you should focus on your feelings immediately."

It's like saying there's no helping it once it comes to mind, so just return to your breathing right away.

In short, it might be that the idea that came to mind is just a feeling.

Thinking and such.

But no matter what, words of commentary just get stuck in my head.

Right now, I'm aware of my senses.

That's right, I just can't stop this.

The live commentary on breathing will soon be over.

Memories from some time ago, words, delusions of the future, and words.

This is all there is.

That's really true.

On the first and second days, I...

えっと

Um...

On the first day, I've just come here in a state of just hitting.

It's just really painful.

It's painful, it's painful, it's painful.

What good will doing something like this do?

Kida is good, but...

What good does just sitting do?

Will you change reality?

It seems nice.

It's a fight, isn't it?

Regarding meditation.

The second day was probably more or less the same.

And gradually, more and more into the past.

My feelings are coming on stronger and stronger.

A child is born.

But even since I was born, I have been worried about whether I can raise such a small creature.

Even though I was anxious, something further happened there.

It's called low-grade invasive cancer.

Should I call that an illness?

It was something I was born with, wasn't it?

Just to explain this a bit, it seems to happen to about 1% of boys.

It feels like my testicles are like this...

When you're not in your usual spot and are wandering around.

It seems that about 1 in 100 children don't fit into the bag.

Originally, one should have noticed through things like the devotion of a one-year-old child.

I think she was probably the type of girl who would come and go.

I believe it's called mobile cleaning or something like that.

Until around the age of 3 without being noticed.

When I was three years old, the teacher said I didn't have parents.

ない?

Not there?

So in the end, I had to undergo surgery.

3 years old, 4 years old?

So that's what I did.

At that time, I also thought, why couldn't I realize it sooner?

They say that the sooner you have this surgery, the better.

Well, I'll skip the details, but that's what happened.

It's like those memories make you wonder if it's a developmental disorder again.

"But somehow, even from a younger age, I was told by my nursery teachers..."

I can't do things together with everyone.

It seems like they are recommending some kind of language classroom.

Somehow, even though there was a teacher who vaguely conveyed this to me.

I will catch up someday.

Because I'm born early, or something like that.

Because others were saying the same thing.

It's because I have been turning a blind eye to things like that until now.

Something like "Whoa" or "Oh my gosh"!

It feels like it's my fault.

That's right, that's right, that's right.

It has been growing rapidly ever since it was born.

If I were to say more...

Since I was born.

Little by little, steadily.

So I'm not sure what the order was.

I don't remember.

Endlessly of the past.

The negative numbers won't stop.

That also didn't go well.

There were also fun things that were only experienced.

Surely there must be something.

But don't come out at all.

It feels like it's just painful.

っていう

That is to say.

Breathing? I don't know anything about breathing.

Like

But still, it's a serious part of myself.

"because there is also..."

If you do it as you were told, maybe...

This spiciness is

It might change a little.

I'm going to focus for a bit.

Gradually, gradually.

Like that.

That was the conflict, wasn't it?

You still go there as always, huh?

Honestly, it lasted a long time.

そんな

"That's so."

It's about the wife's thoughts on the second day.

I know this might be a bit persistent, but...

A little more about this constant flow exchange.

I want to add a little more detail.

した

Did it.

Why is it in this pouch?

It's no good if you don't have balls.

Especially women might not feel it.

I think men might resonate with this.

金玉

Testicles

For sperm

It's a place where sperm is found.

Testicles.

The optimal temperature for testicles is...

It feels like a temperature just a little lower than body temperature.

It seems that way, doesn't it?

So the male scrotum is

If it's hot, then just relax.

Getting into a sluggish state.

When it's cold, it's like tightly wrapped inari sushi.

この

This

What should I say?

Like this, with a snap.

I see.

A swift movement to the side.

Give me more temperature.

It becomes, doesn't it?

Ah, I see.

So that's why the testicles are in the scrotum.

Not in a low position.

Being unsteady or wavering.

I'm inside.

It's hot inside, you know.

Then somehow the testicles don't grow well because of that.

It feels like it might end up being the worst kind of cancer or something.

I think that was the story.

Yes, it was.

So to the parents of boys in the world,

I'm not trying to scare you with this.

When born, the testicles will be.

Is it in the bag on the right?

Is it also in the left bag?

Please continue to be aware.

You managed to intertwine things well.

You've managed to weave it together skillfully.

You've managed to weave it in cleverly, haven't you?

It wasn't written in the script at all, but it worked out nicely.

I think I'll end Day Two here.

Well, it's just a bit too beautiful.

I think that's a bit strange for the purpose of the program.

Shall we continue a little longer?

It has properly turned into a script.

It's the second day, isn't it?

For me, my wife doesn't have much pain in her feet.

I knew it, my legs hurt too much.

After all, the theme for the second day.

Sitting Style Reform

So it's a personal theme.

"Determine this."

I have to do this.

I don't think I can last until daytime.

Well, um...

First, when writing in a cross-legged position.

It's like the issue of whether to put your right foot or left foot up.

There is, yes, there is.

It's the same as my dominant hand.

It feels like which one is easier to go up and down.

It feels easier to be here with nature, doesn't it?

Isn't there?

So that...

I was doing it in a natural way.

Gather your courage and make a slightly shorter turn.

I tried doing it the other way around.

It takes a little courage, doesn't it?

It's difficult to change this halfway through.

わかります

I understand.

If it hurts too much at first, you can rearrange it.

I've been told that it's okay to break it down, but...

I'm the type to take things quite seriously.

Without really doing such things.

I was doing my best as much as possible.

Endure for one hour.

Yes, to get straight to the point.

Even if I change my leg position.

Nothing changes.

It hurts either way, you know.

Yes yes yes yes

そう

Yes.

And then I want to subtly change the position of my feet.

Yeah, I understand.

Just somehow.

Somehow, a little more towards breathing.

I can't keep my consciousness.

More than pain

But you see, this...

Even if you think it's just a little smile.

Even if I shift it.

It doesn’t change in the end.

From the middle of the game onwards.

It's just so painful, anyway.

It hurts, it hurts.

But player Tanishige

At that time, I knew I wanted to use chopsticks, after all.

Wow, that's not it.

Like that.

そう

That's right.

It was completely no good.

I see.

Your wife’s

私も

Me too.

I was able to hold out for about an hour, I guess.

Regarding the feet, you know...

I've had back pain for a long time.

I guess I've gotten used to that gradually.

Maybe the body is gradually...

If you adopt this posture, it won't hurt as much.

The body is probably searching on its own.

I see.

"start doing"

Rather, or More like.

My neck and other areas hurt.

I heard that your smartphone neck has healed.

Is that so?

I was thinking of telling this as an epilogue.

Yeah, originally it was an amazing smartphone.

I've been experiencing chronic neck pain for a while now.

It was painful even while I was doing it.

I'll come back later.

I don't have a neck pain.

I’m not sure if my smartphone neck has healed or not.

Chronic pain is...

It came off, didn’t it?

But you know, I also...

I don't really have hurt feet right now, though.

But it's not completely painless.

I wonder if there's an even more comfortable position.

I made various rearrangements, though.

I guess it doesn't change much after all.

It doesn't change, right?

So in the end, it's always the same.

The legs that naturally intertwine.

Which one is better after all?

There's something called feeling at ease, isn't there?

It's for fattening.

I guess I ended up going towards what feels reassuring after all.

That's right.

In my case, you see.

In my case

I think it's not good to try to solve this by myself.

At the end of that.

It's called Go-On.

Eyes squinting tightly.

A little glance.

Ah, I will do it, I will do it.

Out of the corner of my eye.

“How about the neighbor?”

I understand, I understand.

Then.

That one right next to it.

That's such a beautifully executed Dhalsim!

Dhalsim

Yoga Fire, etc.

Yoga Flame and so on.

What was it again?

Like Street Fighter.

It's Street Fighter, huh?

I was really bad at it.

一つ

One

全然

Not at all.

I can't even perform a proper Hadouken.

I really don't get into it at all.

I don't know that.

It comes up among them.

There's a character named Dhalsim.

あの

Um...

Like Gandhi.

Gandhi.

In Street Fighter 2

When I tried to take it out...

I wonder if it will be something like this.

It has an Indian-like vibe, somehow.

そう

Yes.

なんか

Something

えーと

Um...

Gandhi a little more.

なんか

Something.

Don't talk about non-violence.

非とか

"Non-" or "not"

なんか

Something.

That's right.

You're being extremely violent, aren't you?

Just a little more.

Violently

It feels like...

If you say that...

I might get scolded a little, but...

うん

Yeah.

It kind of feels like that image.

はい

Yes

Well, somehow...

So awesome!

Like this.

こう

Like this.

"Like this."

I can understand even if it's said in words.

What are they saying?

That’s a bit...

Now

At first glance.

あの

Um...

Xavier is like this.

Ah, it seems like it's looking up.

When you're looking up

It looks similar to a hand pose, but...

そうね

That's right.

It was that kind of pose.

That kind of feeling.

なんか

Something.

Sorry, my bad.

Properly with the legs.

足をね

The leg, you know?

It's about the foot, you know.

Foot

My legs are crossed like this.

It doesn't feel like that, does it?

Dhalsim sitting

Just a little.

A little Dhalsim is...

I just sent a picture.

I was shown it.

Just a little.

Please try searching for Dhalsim.

That's right.

You know...

It's best to have it done that way.

How to draw a cross-legged position.

It's really heart-fluttering like this.

Make sure to look up properly.

It feels like my legs are floating.

Isn't it like that?

うん

Yeah.

I haven't really looked at it properly.

What can I say?

こう

Like this

The toes of both feet.

Between the calves and the thighs.

It seems like it's going out upwards.

うーん

Hmm.

Something like this.

うーん

Hmm.

Well, a little.

It's difficult to express this in words.

I feel like it's difficult.

If you're curious, try Dhalsim.

That's right.

There is the internet, isn't there?

In this era.

I think it's fine, don't you?

And

Ah

これか

Is this it?

うん

Yeah.

I wonder what this sitting posture looks like.

Uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh.

So, then.

I

My hip joints are stiff.

うん

Yeah.

I can't do it at all.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

うん

Yeah.

So then

As always.

なんか

Something.

Well, you see...

Once a day.

うん

Yeah.

Called before.

From the master.

Uh-huh.

I mentioned it in yesterday's broadcast as well as in the previous one.

うん

Yeah.

How is it?

Can you be aware of your breathing?

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

あれで

With that.

On the second day as well.

The surfer brother.

うん

Yeah.

My legs hurt too much.

"I'm not in a position to deal with that."

Answer me.

You're honest, aren't you?

救われました

I was saved.

うん

Yeah.

I'm glad!

隣は

The neighbor is.

Sitting like Dhalsim.

I'm calm, but...

The neighbor next door is.

うん

Yeah.

It's like we're together!

うん

Yeah.

救われました

I was saved.

It makes you feel relieved, doesn't it?

Something like that.

その

That

What do you call it?

When there are people speaking in a vulgar manner,

ははは

Haha.

Ah, it’s okay.

It seems there are ordinary people here too.

That's right, that's right, that's right.

うん

Yeah.

So, then, well

I wonder if shining stains are similar.

I see.

This comes out gently from the inside.

Yes, yes, yes.

I didn't realize I disliked this person so much.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

うん

Yeah.

That's the story, you know.

So by the time this turn ends, I feel like I might be a little out of breath.

Phew, it's finally over!

へー

Oh really?

はい

Yes.

That's just a little side note, but...

Uh-huh.

Something like that too.

I wonder if it will come out like this.

うん

Yeah.

I have been for a long time now.

Hatred towards oneself and

Hahaha!

人生への

Towards life

It felt like a kind of despair.

I feel a lot of negative emotions coming up.

Ah, that might be the case.

Ah, something...

You’ll be able to talk after those 10 days are over, right?

In those times, at first, I kept thinking about my past boyfriends.

Um, there’s this beautiful woman who has been stuck in my mind.

"How many people's grudges are piling up?"

That's how much it takes a whole day to remember.

She was incredibly beautiful.

Well, I thought it would be really good.

I was listening to something, but...

When I see parts of myself like this...

Because it wasn't good.

I wonder if it really came to us breaking up.

Because there was not enough effort like this.

I wonder if we intentionally had a falling out.

Hmm hmm hmm.

There was a time when I was constantly thinking about things like that.

あー

Ah-

I was saying.

I guess it's just a little bit somewhere.

Regret and such

うん

Yeah.

Hatred, etc.

うん

Yeah.

Such negative emotions engulf me.

It's all about timing.

うん

Yeah.

There may be individual ones.

I have a feeling.

うん

Yeah.

I don't know, but...

After all

うん

Yeah.

It will come out later.

I want to see a sankarela.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

That kind of story.

I feel like it's definitely there.

うん

Yeah.

What will come out of each?

I have had various conflicts in my life.

There may be places like that.

That might be the case.

I think it's painful again today, and my back hurts too.

It hurts over there too.

But sometimes it feels like I can notice my breathing.

Maybe around 7 PM.

That's right, from 7 o'clock to 8:30.

I have arrived at the talk up to this video.

Do you remember the content of the lecture from that day?

I don't remember.

Well, I will try to speak through my memory.

What left an impression on me during this talk was

It's a conversation about hair.

Speaking of hair...

When I was little, I sang along to L'Arc-en-Ciel's songs.

The beautiful woman's hair is silky and fluffy.

Shampoo commercials are pretty good, aren't they?

I can't think of a song by L'Arc-en-Ciel.

You are like the wind.

Silky fluff

It feels like silky and fluffy.

Your hair looks beautiful.

What comes to mind for me right away is

That's in the Tsubaki commercial.

Welcome to Japan.

As I say that, a lot of beautiful people appear.

Silky soft flower

I see.

Everyone's hair is definitely smooth, isn't it?

What is being discussed in the lecture is

Are you all really saying that's beautiful?

Hair

For example, you know.

Women's hair

The hair that was so smooth.

"You're going to leave, right?"

Please say, "Your hair is beautiful."

And that woman with beautiful hair...

This is dinner's stew.

I don't know if you made stew or not.

So in that stew

Fine, flowing hair that has fallen out.

If you're in it.

It's dirty.

I think so.

I thought it was smooth and beautiful just a moment ago.

It's beautiful when it's all put together, but...

本体から

From the main unit.

The moment it is removed, it becomes filth.

It's a mysterious phenomenon, isn't it?

This story was there, wasn't it?

I just remembered as I was listening now.

I thought for sure.

It's the same for skin and nails.

Whitening and so on.

Foundation and such.

Collagen and so on.

It's like they're saying something, but...

Nails too.

Something like nails, you know?

It's the same, isn’t it?

So in the end, I even cut my nails.

If it was casually placed around there...

いい

Good.

You just said that a moment ago, right?

I was just saying that your nails are beautiful.

This is off.

Arrange the beautiful things.

Whether or not it can be thought of as beautiful.

Unlike jewels.

It's becoming uncertain.

That story is really impressive.

It was there.

What it leads to is that story.

要は

In short,

To be obsessed with hair, skin, and nails.

It's pointless, isn't it?

That's the end after all.

Because hair would go to waste.

What are you trying to achieve by seeking beauty there?

That said, you know.

That being said, after all...

This is quite different between men and women.

I think this feels different to different people.

That being said, however...

On the women's side

You definitely think so, right?

I think I was thinking that way.

I was thinking the same thing.

But after going around that once...

Perhaps.

Something over there.

in a flurry

Take your time.

Rather than just saying "organize yourself, organize yourself,"

I'm not attached to something like this.

Confidently and without hesitation.

If you keep smiling...

That might be better.

I sometimes think that way, too.

But as a general interpretation,

That said, it's still smooth.

It seems like women are beautiful, right?

I can understand it as a metaphor, but...

That said

You know what I mean?

I had the feeling that...

はい

Yes

Like this.

The lecture will take about an hour and a half.

When I start talking about this...

I can't manage it anymore.

Just the parts that left an impression.

Like this.

I think I will introduce it.

If you're interested,

I guess I have no choice but to try participating.

That's right.

After an hour and a half, then plenty.

Various anecdotes.

I can listen.

This time is nothing special.

You don't need to correct that posture or anything.

That's right!

You can listen in a relaxed posture.

That said, it seems like sleeping together in a group is not acceptable.

That's right.

Sleeping together like this, with our legs like this...

Um, something like directing it towards the assistant.

If I don't do the thing of turning towards...

It felt like freedom.

Please direct it to the other students.

Yeah, that's right.

That foot smell.

And finally, after the lecture.

After a 5-minute break.

About the last short 30 minutes.

It’s meditation.

It's the Day 2 color, isn't it?

これが

This is it.

It’s going to be the usual pattern again.

At this timing.

At the start

I'm sorry about that.

It sounds like "Buddudududu or something."

えっと

Um...

They're presenting a new challenge, aren't they?

Well, it's like saying to really dive into this starting tomorrow.

Was it?

Um, well...

So at the beginning of that 30-minute turn

A new topic has emerged.

It will be over soon.

"Like you should keep doing this from tomorrow."

It's not practice, but...

I guess it's like a preview.

Starting tomorrow, I'm going to do this!

Uh-huh.

So, do you remember the topic?

I really don't remember anymore.

Well, when I trace back my memories,

はい

Yes

Upper lip and

Triangle at the bridge of the nose.

So you mean the upper lip?

There are two lips, the top and the bottom, right?

When this opens, it makes a sound.

It seems like I'm drooling or something.

There are various things.

On top of that, the heavenly side.

Speaking in terms of heaven and earth, it refers to the heavenly side.

はい

Yes

Yeah, it's on the nose side.

うん

Yeah.

Not from the jaw side.

うん

Yeah.

Nasal side, um, lips.

うん

Yeah.

It's stretching out to the side, isn't it?

はい

Yes.

Most people

うん

Yeah.

Well, there might be some people who are a bit off-kilter.

うん

Yeah.

It is spreading sideways.

うん

Yeah.

This means "So it's referring to here and the bridge of the nose."

うん

Yeah.

Is it about between the eyes?

Yes, yes, yes.

Most people at the bridge of the nose

うん

Yeah.

So, if we connect the upper lip and the root of the nose, a triangle is formed, right?

That's right.

Ah, you're doing it now, aren't you?

It's a triangle.

うん

Yeah.

確かに

Certainly.

うん

Yeah.

It was a triangle.

うん

Yeah.

Become aware of senses other than breathing in that area.

うん

Yeah.

Ah, that's right, I found it.

Besides breathing

うん

Yeah.

あれ

That.

うん

Yeah.

Well, when I heard this, I think my wife also had a moment of surprise.

うん

Yeah.

Do you understand the bridge of the nose?

I might have somewhat understood because I said "between my eyes."

Uh-huh.

I don’t think they said that much during the announcement.

うん

Yeah.

I only said the bridge of the nose.

うん

Yeah.

I don't understand this.

Uh-huh.

うん

Yeah.

And then you're closing your eyes.

うん

Yeah.

No one is here, just me.

Oh, I see.

あのー

Um...

You won't tell me.

I really had no choice but to close my eyes and wonder, "Where is this?"

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

So originally, the person who is supposed to stand in front of you is right here.

Uh-huh.

If you keep drawing triangles like this, you'll understand.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

うん

Yeah.

So I couldn't help it.

うん

Yeah.

If you don't have this question, please go back to your room and rest.

うん

Yeah.

After it's over.

It's like "Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah."

Oh, wonderful!

うん

Yeah.

Today, I'll take the lead again.

Uh-huh.

I sat in front of the teacher.

うん

Yeah.

If it were a report card, the section for enthusiasm, interest, and attitude would definitely get two circles.

Ah.

もうね

Already, huh?

Wonderful

I thought I had no choice but to ask that.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

If you can listen, then let's listen.

うん

Yeah.

So, about that new area for the assignment...

Uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh.

Is this here, maybe?

うん

Yeah.

If it’s like this, the bridge of the nose...

うん

Yeah.

Nose's

I also thought that was the case at first.

Because it's my nose.

It's called the tip.

Nostrils

うん

Yeah.

間のね

In between.

It's the part above this puffed-up area in the middle, right?

That's right, that's right, that's right.

When I asked if this was the place, they said no.

Here, between the eyes.

うん

Yeah.

I see, something like that.

The bones go "grrr."

Yes, yes, yes, yes, is that it?

うん

Yeah.

No, it's over here.

うん

Yeah.

Thank you for telling me that.

うん

Yeah.

はい

Yes

It's called the temple between these two eyes, isn't it?

temple

うん

Yeah.

Ah, I see.

It's called a temple, right?

Uh-huh.

うん

Yeah.

Surely, that's right at the base.

うん

Yeah.

I thought a little about wanting you to call it "temple."

Like the bridge of the nose.

うん

Yeah.

はい

Yes

I see, so starting tomorrow, I understand what I need to do, but...

うん

Yeah.

Now, what could the sensation other than this breathing be?

That's right.

So, it will be Day 3.

はい

Yes

So, this marks the end of Day 2 of the 10-day Vipassana meditation course.

I talked to you.

はい

Yes

Yes, I'm getting a little used to it, but for me, it's already too painful, and my sitting posture reform isn't progressing at all.

うん

Yeah.

It was just really dark a moment ago.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

It feels like that.

Uh-huh.

Yes, and next time is Day 3.

はい

Yes

I would like to talk about the severe pain in my legs and back in my case.

うん

Yeah.

It feels like whether this can be resolved or not, but does your wife want to talk about something?

Is there anything you want to say?

Hmm, I believe this is the place where the most people tend to escape on Day 2.

I see.

I didn't run away because you said so in your speech.

"It's tough, and I have depression, but I thought to myself that I didn't run away."

はい

Yes

After that, Botchan kept saying that he wanted his mother to retire and come home early.

はい

Yes

Well, if there’s no contact, it might be possible.

Uh-huh.

I want you to come home quickly, I want you to retire, I want to see my mom.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

うん

Yeah.

Yes, it was like that.

はい

Yes
