コロナを挟んで

In the midst of the corona pandemic.

高橋さんは普段作家として東京で活動されて

Mr. Takahashi usually works as a writer in Tokyo.

畑は愛媛なので

The field is in Ehime.

コロナでそもそも移動ができない時間ができてしまって

Due to the coronavirus, we ended up having a time when we couldn’t move at all.

それが落ち着いたところから

今はもう1ヶ月後で

本当の2拠点でしっかり畑もされているので

そこの部分の本当に結構地道な日々のことを

を込めてノーツギという言葉を

The phrase "を込めてノーツギという言葉を" translates to "the word 'nootsugi' filled with meaning."

作ったという感じです
