こんなテーマタイトルでお話ししていきたいんです これはね2020年9月30日ちょうど4年前ですね

店舗を持たなければ

自宅兼事務所に

なるわけですよね

That makes sense, doesn't it?

そうすると

自宅で払っている家賃の幾ばくかは

A portion of the rent I pay at home.

個人事業の本店所在地なわけで

It's because it's the location of the main office of a sole proprietorship.

家事安分という形でね

In the form of dividing household chores, you know.

その比率で経費になると

It will become an expense at that ratio.

具体的には

例えば家賃10万円の家に住んでますと

For example, I live in a house with a rent of 100,000 yen.

2LDKで一部屋

2LDK with one room

仕事場として使ってます

そしたら3割4割ぐらいは経費ですよねって言って

3万円とか4万円とか経費になるわけです

まずキャッシュアウト10万円の家賃を払ったら

払いっぱなしでそのままなんですよ

ただ個人事業主として10万円のうち

例えば4万円は

For example, 40,000 yen is

個人事業の仕事場としての経費ですってなったら

If it becomes an expense for a personal business's workplace, then...

4万円が経費になると

If 40,000 yen becomes an expense.

それがどんな効果を生むかというと

What kind of effect it produces is...

税率分の税金を減らしてくれるわけですね

So you will reduce the tax based on the tax rate.

所得税というのは下は5%から上は45%まで

Income tax ranges from 5% at the minimum to 45% at the maximum.

住民税は一律10%あるわけですが

The resident tax is uniformly 10%.

最低税率でも5たす10の15%はかかるわけだよね

Even at the minimum tax rate, 15% will still apply to 5 plus 10.

じゃあ一般的にはどれぐらいかというと

So generally, how much is it?

20%ぐらいが多いんですかね

Is it around 20% that is common?

20%とか30%

20% or 30%

所得税、住民税合わせてが多いので

Because the combined income tax and resident tax is high.

じゃあ30%としたら3×4×12ですね

Well then, if we consider 30%, it would be 3×4×12, right?

4万円かける30%

30% of 40,000 yen.

1万2000円の税金を減らしてくれるわけですね

You will reduce the tax by 12,000 yen, right?

これは10万円の家賃がある意味で

This means there is a rent of 100,000 yen.

8万8000円になっていると同じ効果なので

It has the same effect as being 88,000 yen.

お金を生んでいると言ってもいいんじゃないかなと思うんです

おそらくそんな話っていうのは

昔は特にある種の同調圧力みたいなところが働いていたと思うんですよね

ほとんどみんな家庭を持って車を買って家を買うまでが

ワンセットだったような気がします

やっぱり僕の同級生の友達

例えば小学校の時の友達の両親っていうのは

家を買ってることっていうのはやっぱり多かったですからね
