いろんな見方考え方あると思うんですけど

僕はそれに対して全然否定ができないというか

簡単に

というのも最初は自分と違う考えとか意見を聞くと

それ違うんじゃないのとかって思うことがあったんですけど

実際にリアルな方のお悩みを聞くと

そんな簡単にいかないなってことが分かったりとか

I realized that it won't be that easy.

あるいは僕の知らない状況で悩まれてる方の話をいっぱい聞いたんで

簡単に人の考えとか状況とか否定できるもんじゃないなってことに気づいて

I've realized that it's not something you can easily deny a person's thoughts or situations.

結構大人も共通して悩むこと多くて

例えば遅刻しちゃいますとか

あと自己主張苦手ですとかっていうのは

結構子供だけじゃなくて

大人も悩むと思うんですよね

なのでお悩みの解決策を提案するっていうのは

So proposing a solution to your concerns

かなり大人にとっても有益なんじゃないかなってのは思いますね

I think it's quite beneficial even for adults.

大体番組内で僕がその遅刻どうやったら治るかとかを

はるかに教えてもらってるみたいな構造になることが多いので

子供が勉強しているとき私が勉強に対して間違いを指摘すると

When I point out mistakes in their studies while the child is studying,

わかるはずないやんと子供から勉強に対する苛立ちを感じます

まず私がどう変わろうか悩んでいます

これは子供に対して苛立ちを感じている自分が変わろうとしているという

一つ紹介できるとすれば

アドラー心理学の酔い出しっていうか

考え方があるんだよね

There is a way of thinking, you know.

簡単に言うとダメ出しの反対

In simple terms, it's the opposite of criticism.

あーわかったわかったそれはわかりやすいね

良いことを出すってことね

It means to bring out good things.

そうダメじゃなくて良いを出しましょうっていう考え方

It's a way of thinking that suggests let's aim for good instead of just not being bad.

それでここでね今回言いたいのは

いいとこいっぱい見つけていいとこいっぱい言いましょうねっていうだけやったら

If it's just about finding many good things and saying many good things, then...

そんなみんなわかっとると思うよ

だけどそれが子供の良くない部分まで修正できる機能を持つっていうところを紹介した

やったよって漢字

The kanji for "I did it" or "I did" is やった.

その時にもう字が雑で雑で間違いがたくさんあります

At that time, the writing was so messy and full of mistakes.

ただ今回今お話にあった酔い出し漢字のドリルの件でしたけれども

Regarding the drill for practicing kanji that we just talked about,

うちもまさに同じ経験があって

We had exactly the same experience.

小学2年生の娘が算数のドリルで

My second-grade daughter is working on a math drill.

ほとんど合ってるんですけど

It's almost correct, but...

1、2問間違えていて

I got 1 or 2 questions wrong.

で褒めた方がいいなと思って

I thought it would be better to praise you.

いやこんなにできてて偉いと

"Well, it's impressive that you can do this much."

だけどここはちょっとどう?みたいな言い方をすると

But how about saying it like this?

そういうのがあって

That kind of thing exists.

ああ間違えちゃったって素直に聞いてくれる時と

Sometimes when you honestly listen and say, "Oh, I messed up."

すっごく怒り出して

Got really angry.

もうやりたくないってなる時があって

There are times when I just don't want to do it anymore.

いや今褒めたし

No, I just praised you.

間違えてるしって思ってたんですけど

I thought you were mistaken, though.

この酔い出し

This drunkenness.

なかなかちょっとこう実際やってみると難しいなと感じるんですが

I feel that it is quite difficult when I actually try doing it.

First of all, let's talk about the good qualities of children.

すでにできている部分に目を向けて言葉書きをするっていうことで

By focusing on the parts that are already completed and writing words about them,

やっぱり子供は最初に耳を傾けますよね

After all, children tend to listen first, don't they?

で箱崎さんはきっとお子様に対して

Well, I'm sure Ms. Hakozaki is certainly towards the children.

できるようになってほしいとか

I want you to be able to do it.

もっと成長してほしいとかって思いがあるからこそ

その間違えた部分に目が向くと思うんですよね

だけどそれが皮肉なことに間違いを指摘すると

子供はやる気を失っちゃうっていう

だったら最初にそのお母さんの気持ちを伝えるために

なんか子供は心のコップがこっちに向いて

そしたら今までできてなかった部分に目が向いて

Then, I started to focus on the parts that I hadn't been able to address until now.

じゃあこれできるようになろうとかっていう風になりやすいので

So it's easy to think like, "Let's try to be able to do this."

そういった話を酔い出しを通してできたらなと思って

7歳のお子様がピアノの発表会で大失敗をしてしまいました

A 7-year-old child made a big mistake at the piano recital.

そのお子様が悔しいから発表会にはもう出たくないと言っています

That child is saying they don't want to participate in the recital anymore because they feel frustrated.

さあこんなシチュエーションの時にどう酔い出しをしますでしょうか

Well, how would you start drinking in a situation like this?

去年の我が家の様子をご覧になっている

ステージに立てたことをまず褒める

Praise the effort put in.

でもう次やったらうまくいくよみたいなのはあんまり良くないんでしょうか

But saying something like "Next time it'll go well" isn't very good, is it?

じゃあシチュエーションにちょっとなりきってみますか

出演する時にさもうほんとピアノ弾くの自体嫌だって言ってたやん

でもその緊張を乗り越えてあそこに立てたっていうだけで

But just standing there after overcoming that tension...

本当にすごい経験になったと思うよ

でさらに箱崎さんは次頑張ろうっていう前向きな言葉掛けまでしていて

And furthermore, Hakozaki-san is even offering encouraging words like "Let's do our best next time."

その次頑張ろうが難しいなと思っていて

I'm thinking that it's difficult to try hard next time.

そうですよね

That's right.

なので今ここまでチャレンジしたねっていうことがまず一つ大きな経験としていいよねっていうことで

So, the fact that you've challenged yourself up to this point is a significant experience, and that's a good thing.

よくアドラー心理学でもあるのが

One common aspect of Adlerian psychology is

失敗っていうものを嫌な側面として捉えるのか

Do you see failure as an unpleasant aspect?

それとも経験っていう言葉で

Or through the word "experience."

自分の成長の過程になったと捉えるのかで意味が変わってくるっていうことで

The meaning changes depending on whether you see it as part of your growth process.

お二人ともその経験っていう意味で捉えたのがすごく良かったなと思っていて

I think it's great that both of you interpreted it in terms of that experience.

でさらに僕は悔しいとかっていう言葉が出たので

And then I felt words like "frustrated" coming out.

それぐらい本気で頑張ったよねっていう

It’s like saying, "You really gave it your all, didn’t you?"

本気で頑張ったからこそ

It's precisely because I worked hard with sincerity.

なるほど

I see.

そういう感情が湧いてると思うんで

I think those kinds of feelings are bubbling up.

そこについてもやっぱりお話をしたいですし

I still want to talk about that too.

で発表会にもう出たくないっていうこと自体は僕は否定しないと思います

I don't think I can deny the statement that I no longer want to participate in the presentation.

だけどここまで頑張ってきたこと自体に意味があって

But the fact that we have worked hard until now has meaning in itself.

ピアノを続けるっていうことは音楽を楽しむっていう自分の幸せにもつながりますし
