This is Daiko Kenji, the town's advisor.

Today, I'm working as a tutor for junior high school students at a temple school.

That child and the guest from last time, Mr. Duck.

I'm at a pop-up store being held at a place called Elpato.

Let's go eat together.

Something like that, really listening to the radio.

This broadcast has been repeating the message to go out into the city again.

Well then, let's go for this week too.

Hyper Idobata Radio in the Park

Through interviews with the people living in Tokyo's Koen-ji.

This program conveys the charm of the city.

This time's guest is also continuing from the last time.

Director Morioka, who is associated with this program.

We have Mr. Otake, the television writer, with us.

Last time, it was more about raising questions.

Due to Mr. Morioka's departmental transfer

I wonder what will happen to the continuation of this podcast.

The issue has been raised and will conclude here.

This week we will actually discuss that in a meeting.

The situation of deciding on a policy.

I want to deliver this live.

It's about life, you know.

I wonder what you would call something like this.

Without processing and without preparation.

I would like to broadcast the actual state of the meeting.

Well, you know, up to this point, there have been 56 broadcasts.

While looking back

Let's talk about the broadcasts that happened in the first half.

I think the second half will continue with the meeting.

Well then, after this, Director Morioka.

Here comes the broadcaster writer, Mr. Otake.

Park Temple Hyper Neighborhood Radio

The guest is Director Morioka.

It's Mr. Otake, the television writer.

I look forward to your continued support this week as well.

Thank you in advance.

So this week,

While welcoming two guests

In the first half, we will look back on the 27 individuals and 56 broadcasts that have taken place so far.

Memorable episodes or moments.

I have something I want to add with just a little comment.

Is there something like that in what has been done so far?

It's definitely most memorable when I think back to the very first time.

I thought about various ways to proceed.

I think it was Hirama-san from Kosugi Yu after all.

I can't help but feel sorry that my directing skills are still lacking and the recording isn't very clean to begin with.

It's just that Mr. Hiramatsu's story was extremely impactful.

I thought that you really think about how to connect with the town as a bathhouse while being in that public bath.

That’s where the Kouenji Hyper Wido Batan Radio really made its debut right from the start.

I thought it was interesting.

It felt like a summary of the content, didn't it?

That's right.

That seems to be like a summary right from the first shot.

I thought Mr. Otaki was interesting.

I'm Taka from Porutego.

That was hot, wasn’t it?

I really think it's an amazing story.

It seems that a person from Italy who trained at the shop in Koenji is going to open their own shop.

What was it about Venice?

I heard that they are going to open a store called Koenji.

They said they are going to open a store called Koenji.

I want to be a bridge in Venice.

Because I love Venice.

I found a shop called Kōen-ji in Venice.

I'm happy that you're interested in Kouenji and that you came to visit again.

Mr. Otaki, your eyes were a bit teary, weren’t they?

That's right.

After all, everyone talks about themselves when...

There's a feeling that resurfaces within myself again, right?

I guess that’s the right timing after all.

Last summer was a time when I encountered various emotions in restaurants.

So it was a great time for me during the recording.

I felt really happy while recording.

As we moved into the middle, the number of creators from the same generation started to increase as well.

そうです

That's right.

I saw Yuji Oda at Kosugiyu the other day.

Wasn't there a mural painted?

So I was allowed to paint on the wall together.

I picked up a pen for the first time in about 20 years, or maybe 30 years since elementary school.

If I hadn't met Oda-san, I probably wouldn't have had that kind of opportunity.

I think maybe they were doing something, but it felt like I was just watching.

Mr. Otaki and Mr. Oda are there, and various people from the town are painting.

So I thought I would like to give it a try too, and that's why I joined.

So, after all, like this...

That recording is

If this recording can serve as a catalyst to take one or two more steps toward further integrating the project, that would be great.

I feel like the recordings so far are starting to have more meaning attached to them.

I have an impression.

Well, it seems that I had a lot of my own bookings after all.

Mr. Akimoto from Tacchomo, for example.

Yes, yes, yes.

Mr. Tokutake, the husband of Tokutake, left a deep impression.

Nice to meet you, and it's almost like a first meeting since this recording started.

That's right.

It was very meaningful that such opportunities arose.

The owner of Tokutake again had a different viewpoint or stance compared to the usual lineup.

Yes, yes, yes.

The width has become really wide.

I also felt like wanting to straighten my collar with a strong sense.

I definitely want you to listen to it; it has its own charm.

Mr. Tokutake is indeed doing a good job.

You mentioned that you wanted to receive proper compensation.

I really think that's true.

I don't think it's bad to say that inexpensive and somewhat decent is also good.

Creating good things and receiving appropriate compensation for them is...

I think it's definitely the work of a professional.

I think it's an important thing as a professional job.

After all, it really has that proper width.

There are people with various values.

I thought that being collected or contained is important.

If you're a park child, then it's perfectly fine to just enjoy it cheaply; that's one way to look at it.

It might be the main culture, though.

But there are various things within that as well.

I understand that there are various people living here, right?

That's right.

I've looked back on things in that way, but...

Please listen to this broadcast again.

Maybe because it's a podcast.

If you find something to look back on and think, "I want to hear this," please definitely give it a listen.

So, that's how it is.

From here on is a continuation of last week.

It's a question of what to do moving forward.

What should we do?

Last week, I mentioned that I would be transferred in the personnel changes.

If you move away from the department that is doing the podcast...

The park children's radio is because I like the park children.

Since I just started it.

I can't just leave it to the staff or other people.

On the other hand, the department I'm going to for sales is quite...

It's a tough department in terms of schedule.

It's not easy to record every week.

That's what's difficult about it.

What should I do?

Mr. Daikoku, what shall we do about Take?

That was the flow of events, wasn't it?

It will remain within the programming slots of Japan Broadcasting.

That's right.

The radio of the park kids Hyper Dive.

The podcast format itself won't disappear.

You can also update it.

We're also talking about the past.

You can also access past archives, of course.

Within that, the resources for editorial direction are

It's about losing it.

The operating funds will also disappear from the budget for the department.

That's exactly what I'm talking about.

Pay for everything in cash.

It's up to your discretion to decide how much to use.

Let's use everything.

I'm in a different place from this continuation.

What I was thinking about.

I was thinking it might be a good idea to make a clip video of the radio.

Add subtitles and focus on the important points only.

Summarize for each guest in about 5 minutes per month.

The thing about being able to enter it on YouTube,

よくある

Common.

Recently, radio clips.

That's easy to see.

I can watch it through the flow of YouTube.

Focusing on the key points.

Because I can listen.

I was thinking that's really nice.

The other option is that it would be fine to conduct new interviews.

うーん

Hmm.

Revisiting the people until now.

Bring it to me at the end of the consultation.

It's the content we said we wanted to do, right?

Dig it up one more time.

Create the project in practice.

Yes, yes, yes.

On the radio, it really feels like a chitchat at the well.

The next step after the introduction is to delve deeper.

I want to try it.

If it's just about recording the audio.

That’s exactly something you can film even without a script.

It seems like they could edit that nicely.

Team structure and such.

It's tough to edit, though.

Maybe this.

Well, it's true that editing the meeting notes is necessary.

It might be a pretty patience-demanding task, though.

ただね

But you know...

It's just interesting.

The concept is interesting, isn't it?

Facilitation itself involves creating the environment while allowing for some editing to take place.

I think you probably wouldn't do either that much.

If you don't have the time to take notes or assist during meetings, please pass it on.

I think it would be good to approach it with a bit more awareness of it as a program.

Is it like an open workshop?

そう

Yes.

Even if we continue to conduct interviews...

As I said earlier.

I guess I really...

I think that being too rigid is also a problem.

But somehow, like this...

It seems like it's a free talk.

I wonder if there's a way to structure it as a program.

I feel like we could just decide on the framework for now.

Cut it off by the time.

It's more about cutting it off at a certain time, just saying the title call like we always do.

Like the final call, you know?

"Since you've decided that much, the contents are already up to Mr. Okubo."

Decide freely, including inspiration from the guests.

If that's the case, I think the load wouldn't be that high.

I think that in that sense, it would completely be a no-hit.

There might also be instances where mistakes in speech are kept as they are in that edit.

It seems like a 20-minute showdown.

It's not the first take, but...

That might be interesting.

If I decide on 15 minutes, I start getting tense after just 15 minutes.

Oh, the time has come.

So, to wrap things up...

The moderate tension undoubtedly contributed to the accessibility of the program.

There are things you won't understand until you try them.

It actually exists.

When everyone was supposed to talk a little about themselves,

It's like studying or gaining experience for the speaker.

The act of re-editing oneself gave the opportunity to do so.

It may sound pompous, but I do think that the value over there is really significant.

As for me, I just wanted to mention something regarding this continuation.

Well, it's not a policy, but I've been thinking about things like this.

How about Mr. Otake?

I thought it would be nice if there was a way to come to the city after all.

Come here.

I myself find it the most enjoyable to listen to.

Moreover, it means that they are actually coming, right?

I thought this program would come to a conclusion when it arrives.

By listening to the stories, actually going to eat or see it, etc.

It's something that gets stored as part of the program, right?

I don't think there are many environments where you can immediately get to that kind of thing.

Well, I think it's a bit difficult to do such things at this time.

I felt like that made it a bit deeper again.

So, you’ve been looking forward to coming?

Is that so?

That's really嬉しい, isn't it?

Mr. Otake, you originally didn't know anything about performances, did you?

It's really without any good connections.

Since I'm coming today, I thought I'd arrive a little earlier by an hour, so I might as well have lunch.

Kenta, you went too, but just for a bit alone.

After going, you’ve been attending recording sessions and whatnot.

When you do that, it somehow makes the listeners feel...

Well, I think an open recording session is the best.

Uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh.

It's rather difficult to gather the air, so it's a bit of a problem.

I think that could be fun. I might want to try a live recording.

I'll show you a few people in the store.

Right now, it's not good due to the impact of the coronavirus.

I hope that vaccines will be widely available sometime this year.

I wonder if there will be a possibility next year or something.

So it's not just the participation fee; if you circulate it a little, you know.

To be honest, it would be great if I could record and update every week.

I don't know what will happen because of that.

It's not that I can't do it forever.

In a state of not knowing when it will be updated.

I think I can definitely continue if it's irregular updates.

or

俺と

Me and

集団

Group

There seems to be someone who can do recording and stuff.

I partnered with Mr. Ōkuro for the recording.

I will take the sound from that.

Because it will be content for NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corporation).

I think the employees need to check it.

I'll check it just in case.

Like uploading that, for example.

I wonder if it's possible to do it that way as well.

I feel like there might be creators like that in Koenji.

Actually, the ending theme of this program is...

Mr. Kaneko, the sound creator, is Mr. Kaneko.

You made it for free, didn't you?

The one who initiated it.

"I'm going to make it because I like this show."

I'll try to increase the team a bit, on the contrary.

That might be a good idea.

I think Mr. Ootouge's impression is exactly that too.

I'm participating.

That's right.

It's the same with Morioka-san.

It seems like it's fun precisely because you're in the live performance.

I'm most looking forward to the making-of.

I'm a bit worried about some things.

I wonder how it is to leave things to others.

I was thinking, though.

That's definitely a frame.

It's just that the frame isn't activating.

If it's going to be desolate, then...

With the help of various people.

I feel that supporting each other is also a valid option.

I don't have any strange fixation that it has to be me.

If the chances to convey what was said during the lecture increase.

I think that's totally okay for me.

If we're going to expand the team, I think it's also a good idea to do video work.

Also take some video.

It would be good to extract the audio from the podcast.

Video is video.

It's fine to use it for podcast audio too.

It would be great if the people who appeared in the video could use it effectively as part of their own promotion.

So now, actually, during this presentation, I want to shoot a video version of the Hyperidobataradio like a commercial.

I'm just starting to film now.

There is a person named Oomachi.

Yes, yes.

I'll discuss it one more time, as the overall program will change because of that.

That’s something that could happen, I suppose.

That's right.

A form created within the community.

I'm not sure if you were listening or not.

On one hand, I also don't want to make it too heavy.

Do your job.

That's right, that's right.

So around there, like this...

It feels a bit like I'm not working, doesn't it?

That's right.

It’s kind of like that, isn’t it?

I think if I take it on as a solid job, it would probably become a burden.

It would be nice if it were an environment where everyone could enjoy themselves.

I really enjoyed it, so I was allowed to do it.

In fact, compared to when I started last year myself,

There simply weren't any projects.

When I started, it's become a bit difficult to adjust my time now.

So that further...

If we're going to increase it, I want to make it really rich content.

In a way that makes it easier to continue a little more casually.

On the contrary, there's a method of selling the roughness.

It's better to not do things halfway, isn't it?

That's right.

Maybe we're talking about various things right now.

To put it realistically,

First of all, that...

I'll touch on it intermittently, though.

Assuming now

大黒

Daikokuten

Ooguro, Morioka, Otake

Aren't we doing it with those three people?

From that version.

Maybe what Mr. Ookuro just said.

There may also be possibilities of adding new members, among other things.

Including how the shape will change with those variations.

I think there’s also the idea of conveying it.

That's right.

It means that we will be turning the changes in the project's program itself into content.

It's possible, but...

It's that level of freedom or unpredictability.

I feel a little sorry for those who look forward to every week, but...

I think the update cost will probably decrease a bit.

It's just that it doesn't mean we'll lose it.

I believe there is definitely a possibility that its form will change as well.

I hope to be able to convey that properly.

It seems like the number of people from Dragon Quest is increasing.

It's like looking for a party, isn't it?

Well, then, that's...

Preparing a narrow frame and then taking a month for the update.

If it's not a problem.

Well, that's fine.

Shall we go with that?

Starting next week, we won't just suddenly push forward and solidify everything in a regular way again.

Just for a moment, after this broadcast ends in about a month.

It's okay to have some space in between.

Let's think about the next system a bit.

This is what the current situation looks like for the next time.

I'll try doing something like this a little.

But well, after doing it a couple of times again.

I've decided to shape it a little more like this.

Including that, I will show you.

In that case, it's important not to waver on where to place the ultimate goal.

That's right.

The ultimate goal is...

Well, in a way, this concept is the core axis of it all.

Isn't that just the way it is?

Isn't it a good idea to let people know about Koenji through the people of Koenji?

I see.

Letting people get to know the town.

That's right.

全体を

As a whole

Well, it's more about getting you to like Koenji or at least come visit.

Well, first, I want them to get to know.

I see, uh-huh, uh-huh.

それですね

That's right.

Well, whether or not you come to like someone depends on that person's sensitivity.

Still unchanged.

If someone says they don't like this town, there's no need to force them to like it.

It's simply about conveying the raw voice of life as it is.

Conveying the city through people.

Yes, yes.

It's simple and pretty much the same, isn't it?

That's right.

It's the most universal theme, isn't it?

So, I think this week we have sort of figured out the direction we want to take.

This freestyle.
