営業所の方に直接あったりとか

お客様センター経由であったりとかっていうのはありますね

運転士さんはその1本どこ行きっての終点まで着いたら

When the driver reaches the final destination of that one line,

車内はこう点検されますよね

The interior is inspected like this, right?

でそこでこうなんか見つけたってことになったら

どういう手順を踏まれるんですか

What procedures will you follow?

まずは営業所に連絡をして

First, contact the sales office.

こういう異質物がありましたっていう報告をして

I report that there was such an abnormal object.

あとは営業所に帰った時に預けるっていうような

The rest is like handing it over when I return to the branch.

営業所に帰るのがすごくこう何往復もしてからみたいな

It feels like I'll have to make several trips back to the office.

そういう常盤の時もありますよね

そういう時は結構その運転席の近くに積んでたりする

僕千葉にいた頃にスマホ忘れてたこともあるんですよ

お天気センターの鈴木さん一家はバスに忘れ物するんだ

Mr. Suzuki's family from the Weather Center tends to forget things on the bus.

でも鈴木さんなんで

This is from Okihama where I forgot my umbrella yesterday.

今日息子が財布を忘れたりなんてことをすると

そういう一般的に見られる小賀さんとかも福岡は多いですけど

There are many people like Mr. Oga who are generally seen in Fukuoka.

そういうのとはやっぱこうなんか一つ違う気はしますね

I feel like there's definitely something different about that.

いやー沖浜さんはね違った意味でいると有名人でもあるかな

界隈ではという気はしなくもないですが

I can't help but feel that there is a sense of community.

でも小賀さん実際にじゃあ大型の路線

But Mr. Oga, in reality, what about the large train lines?

月野浦営業所大野城市にありますので

The Tsukinoura Sales Office is located in Onojo City.

そこから言うと下折駅方面に来るようなバスとか

春日原駅方面に向かうバスそして大橋駅方面に向かうバスというのが

メインに運転されていたということになるわけですね

特にその運転される中でこの路線は結構ちょっと大変だったなとかっていう路線はあります

There are definitely some routes that were quite challenging during the drive.

そうですねそれぞれ大変な部分はあったんですけど

まず筒字が丘線ですね23番

First is the Tsutsumiji Hill Line, number 23.

ものすごく狭いんですよ

神経使いましたね

住宅街抜けて結構狭い坂を登って行ったり下って行ったりっていうのが激しいところですよね

あとは坂道の途中にバス停があったりするので

そこから発進する時

私も最初の時は演奏したりとかもありましたけど

その辺を最初掴むのが難しかったりはしましたね

その違いっていうのはどういうところなんですか一番は

クラッチのつながる範囲が広いのもありますし

The range in which the clutch engages is also quite wide.

やっぱり馬力がすごく強いので

すいすい4速5速ですいすい登っていく感じとかもあるっていうのが

It feels like smoothly climbing up in 4th and 5th gear effortlessly.

やっぱり勤務終わってからの疲れ方がバスによって違うというか

After all, the way I feel tired after work differs depending on the bus I take.

これやっぱりじゃあバスっていうのも重要なんですね

でも基本的にはその今日はこれに乗ってねっていうのはもう決められてますよね

じゃあやっぱその最初に今日はどこの路線で車はこれねっていう時に

あー今日はラッキーって思う時と

うわ今日は頑張らないかんって思う日っていうのはもう最初から結構あるわけですね

There are definitely days when I feel like I really have to do my best from the start.

されてトータルではどれぐらいお勤めになったんですか

How long have you worked in total?

結構短くてですね半年足らずぐらいでしたね

It was quite short, just under six months.

これもうちょっと差し支えなければその辞めた理由とかっていうのは何かあったんですか

If it's not too much trouble, could you share the reason you quit?

そうですね正直もう本当にバスが好きで運転士になったんですけど

Well, to be honest, I really love buses and became a driver because of that.

実際勤め始めると想像してたのの何倍も過酷で

When I actually started working, it was many times more demanding than I had imagined.

やっぱり朝早くからたくさんの人を乗せて

After all, taking a lot of people on board early in the morning.

夜遅くまでバスを運転するっていう日々を前に続けていって

Continuing to drive the bus late into the night each day.

やっぱ体力的にちょっとしんどいなって思うのがありまして

I do feel that it's a bit physically exhausting after all.

ちょっとやめてしまったっていうような感じですね

It feels like I've just kind of stopped for a bit.

やっぱりお客さんこの辺は今のそのバスの運転し不足っていうところにも直結してくるところもあると

As expected, there are aspects here that are directly related to the current lack of bus drivers.

そうだと思います

I think so.

やはりその勤務時間とその高速時間っていうのがこう差があるというか

As expected, there is a difference between those working hours and the fast-paced time.

やっぱ休憩している時間っていうのがちょっと勤務の中にカウントされてるようなされてないようなっていう評価システムっていうのかな

I guess the evaluation system feels like the time spent on breaks is counted as part of the work hours, but also not quite.

なのでだってやっぱり自分が通勤自分は車通勤ですけれども通勤する時間にもバス運転してて

Well, it's just that I drive to work, but during my commuting time, I also think about bus driving.

帰ってくる時間にも同じバス運転されてるみたいなことがある

It seems that the same bus is running at the time I come back.

ありますよね

It exists, doesn't it?

小川さんやっぱりその辞めるときは

Mr. Ogawa, when you do quit, after all...

これやっぱりもう本当苦渋の決断だったっていうところもあるんですかね

I guess there was really a heavy and painful decision behind this.

そうですねやはりその休憩時間は終着点に着いてから次の始発まで必ずあるんですけど

Yes, there is always a break after arriving at the final destination until the next departure.

やっぱりバスが遅れたりとかもするのでそこで休憩時間が減ってしまったりとか

After all, the bus can be late, which can reduce the break time.

でその休憩の時間の間にもバスの中を掃除したりとかっていうところがあったので

During that break time, there were also instances where we cleaned the bus.

なかなか休まれる時間がなくて

I hardly have any time to rest.

体力的な面で苦渋の決断ではあったんですけど

It was a difficult decision in terms of physical strength, but...

辞めるっていう選択をしました

I have made the choice to quit.

そうですよね

That's right.

でもそのやっぱり辞めてもなおこのバスが好きっていう気持ちは変わらないですか

But that feeling of still loving this bus even after quitting hasn't changed, right?

そうですね大好きな気持ちは変わらないです

That's right, my feelings of love haven't changed.

ただ運転手を経験してるので運転手さんの気持ちも分かるので

I have only experienced being a driver, so I understand the feelings of the drivers as well.

運転手になる前と後じゃあやっぱりこう

Before and after becoming a driver, there's definitely this.

運転手さんの気持ちも分かるので

I understand the driver's feelings as well.

ちょっと分かりつつの乗りバスをしてるっていうような状況ですね

It's a situation where I'm kind of getting the hang of riding the bus.

そのこれやっぱりこうさっきのバスの運転手不足の話っていうのもありましたけど

いろんなシフト勤務の環境とかっていうのがやっぱ変わらない限りは

なかなかその続けにくい職業であるっていう風なこと感じますか

そうですねやっぱり高速時間っていうのが

Well, I suppose the fast-paced time really is...

もう少し改善されないとなかなかこう

If it doesn't improve a bit more, it's going to be difficult like this.

体力的な面で難しいって思う方も結構いらっしゃると思うので

I think there are quite a few people who find it difficult in terms of physical strength.

そういったところは今後ももっと改善されていけば

If those areas can be further improved in the future.

運転手になりたいっていう人も増えてくるとは思うので

I think there will be an increase in people who want to become drivers.

まずはそこが課題なんじゃないのかなっていう風には思ってます

I think that's the first challenge we need to address.

仮にじゃあすごくその労働環境が改善されていったとすると

If we assume that the working environment has greatly improved...

もう一回バスの運転手してみようかな

そうですねやっぱり今でもバスが大好きな気持ちには変わらないので

これは本当にバス業界の皆さんに

自分自身なんかもバス好きの質もいろいろとあって

There are various aspects to my own love for buses.

僕は運転するときに

When I drive,

運転するよりは乗せていただく方がずっと楽しいみたいな気持ちもあって

It feels like it's much more enjoyable to be a passenger rather than to drive.

あまり運転士になりたいって強く感じたことはあまりないのですが

I haven't really felt a strong desire to become a train driver.

でもやっぱりなりたいと思ってなってくださった人でも

But still, for those who wanted to become that and actually did.

バスそのものが嫌なわけではないけれども

It's not that I dislike the bus itself, but...

仕事としてずっと続けていくには負担感が大きいって言って

They said that the sense of burden is too great to continue doing it as a job.

辞めていくことをじゃあどうしたらいいのか

So what should I do about quitting?

それは難しい問題ですけど

That's a difficult question, but...

ちょっとこういういろんな人の意見っていうのが聞けることは

今後につながるのかなとは思いますね

さっきバス業界の皆さんって言いましたけど

事業者さんはなかなか現状厳しいと思うんですよね

I think it’s quite tough for the business operators right now.

改善をするにも資金もないといけない

お客さんもたくさん乗っていただかないといけないっていう

We need to have a lot of customers on board as well.

もちろんそんなことは分かっているよっていう気持ちの

担当者さんっていうのもいっぱいおられると思うんで

だからやっぱりもっと自治体さんが

自治体さんとか国とかもっと大きな単位で

やっぱりこれはもう考えていかないと
