It's a relay essay titled "Living My Body" published by Bungeishunjū.

これはね文学会っていう月刊の文芸誌で連載されてたリレーエッセイで

This is a relay essay that was serialized in a monthly literary magazine called "Literature Society."

17人の女性作家によるエッセイなんですよ

It's an essay by 17 female writers.

連載当初から反響がとても大きかったんですけど

でこの17人の描き手の皆さんに

So to all 17 of these illustrators

それぞれ自分の体っていうのをテーマに綴ったエッセイなんですね

It's an essay themed around each person's own body.

一言で自分の体って言っても

Even if I were to describe my body in one word,

描き手によってもちろん内容は様々で

The content varies greatly depending on the artist.

性について描く人もいれば

Some people portray sexuality.

だから性欲の性ですよね

So it's the nature of sexual desire, isn't it?

性について描く人もいれば

Some people depict sexuality.

性別ということについて描く人もいたし
