弱体化みたいなイメージがまだ結構多いと思うんですね

心のこととか考え方とか

シンプルな動きとはみたいなところから

やっぱり知識を入れていくことで

なんかこういつも今までやってきたことと違った視点で

It's like considering things from a different perspective than what I've always done so far.

こういう方向性でも同じような結果得られるよねとか

You can achieve similar results with this kind of direction, right?

そういうところの基本的な知識が入ってきてもらうと

If you can acquire basic knowledge in that area,

入ってくると

When you enter

やっぱり捉え方とか考え方も変わってきますし

After all, the way we perceive things and our way of thinking change as well.

まあきつい指導みたいな押さえつけるの指導があったことで

Well, there were some strict and controlling forms of guidance.

それはプラスに働いてるのかみたいなところまで

It's to the point where you wonder if it's working in a positive way.

結構そのちゃんと見えてくるかなと思うので

I think it will become quite clear enough.

こういうところを受講していくことで

By taking courses like this,

やっぱ変わってくることはあるんじゃないかなと思います

I think there are definitely things that can change.

やっぱりスポーツって教育だから

After all, sports are education.

競技成績の先のものを目指さなきゃいけないと思うんですけど

I believe we have to aim for something beyond just competition results.

僕もそこはすごい思ってますけど

結局幸いいろんなところで勝ちというものを

In the end, fortunately, I have experienced victory in various places.

勝利に関わらせてもらってやってきてて

I have been involved in achieving victory.

でも結局何が残ってるかって言ったら

その時の周りの方とか

The people around at that time.

いろんな人に応援されて勝ったことに対して

Winning with the support of various people

すごい価値があったなとか

It had amazing value.

いうふうにそこはすごい思ってて

I really think that way about it.

そこも高校の恩習がすごい良い方だったので

The teachers at my high school were really great.

よかったなと

思うんですけど

I think that...

本当に応援される選手になれて

I'm really becoming a player who is supported.

ずっと言われ続けてやってきてたので

I've been told that continuously and have been doing it for a long time.

そこが続けられる理由にもなりましたし

That became a reason for it to continue.

そこがあったからこそ

It was precisely because that place existed.

勝った時の喜びもたくさんありましたし

There were also many moments of joy when we won.

でもそこも

But there too

自分の中で自由に自分を表現した中で

In expressing myself freely within myself.

結果を出してきたからこその喜びというか

It's the joy that comes from having achieved results.

っていうのはやっぱりすごい感じましたね

I really felt that was amazing.

だからオリンピックに出れたっていうことを

So that means I was able to participate in the Olympics.

なんでしょうかね

I wonder what it is.

そうですね

That's right.

ある程度自分で自分を立するというか

To some extent, it's about being able to discipline oneself.

ある程度ストイックにやるところはあるんですけど

There are some aspects where I do things somewhat stoically.

やっぱりそこは必要だと思うところがあるからこそですし

I think it's precisely because there are aspects that I feel are necessary.

その先にそういうのがあるからっていうのも

It's because there's something like that up ahead.

やっぱり分かってやってるので

After all, they understand and are doing it intentionally.

そこは大きかったんじゃないかなと思うんです

I think it was pretty big there.

抑えつけられる環境とかだと

In an environment where one is suppressed

ある程度のところまではいくけども

It will go to a certain extent, but...

そこから先自分で考えていかないと

You have to think for yourself from that point on.

抜けられないじゃないですか

やっぱりそこはすごい大きく欠陥出るんじゃないかなと思います

I think there will definitely be a significant defect there.

そこを作るのがやっぱり自由な環境というか

Creating that space is, after all, like having a free environment.

穏やかな環境の中で

In a calm environment.

自分からやっていくっていう人が

People who take the initiative to do things themselves.

出てくるみたいな感じだと思うんですけど

I think it feels like it's coming out.

そうですね

That's right.

本当にそういう形でどんどん

自分はこうしたいとかいうのも

Things like saying "I want to do this"

でもある程度知識が

But to some extent, knowledge is...

ベースの知識がないと

Without a basic knowledge,

やっぱり発言もできないですし

After all, I can't really speak up either.

発言してもいいんだっていう環境づくりも

Creating an environment where it's okay to speak up.

もちろん大事だと思うんですけど

Of course, I think it's important.

その辺もコーチとして

As a coach, that area too...

最初にこういうベースの知識があって

Having this kind of foundational knowledge first...

こういう考え方があるから

Because there is this kind of thinking.

君はこうした方がいいんじゃないかと思うっていうふうな

I think you should do it this way.

けどどう思うみたいな感じで

最初にこういうベース的なところの知識も

First, I would like to have knowledge about these basic aspects.

軽く放り投げながら

指導に関わらせてもらってるので

Since I am involved in the guidance.

その辺も含めてこういうところがあるんで

There are aspects like that included as well.

こうしたいですとかっていう

I want to do it like this or something.

そういうのが最近の指導の中では出てきてるので

そこはすごいいいかなと思いますね

いろんな出会いであったりとかあると思うんですけど

僕の中ではやっぱり陸上なので

For me, it's definitely track and field.

自己ベストってすごい大きくて

My personal best is really significant.

僕の目標は全員が楽しみながら

My goal is for everyone to have fun while...

自己ベストを目指していくっていうのが

Aiming for my personal best.

結構ベストな環境かなって思ってて

I think it's quite a good environment.

その先にすごい選手が生まれる可能性ももちろんあって

There is certainly a possibility that an amazing player will be born beyond that.

なのでやっぱりみんながどんなレベルだろうが

So, after all, no matter what level everyone is at...

みんなが自分で考えて

Everyone thinks for themselves.

自己ベストに向かって

Towards my personal best.

ああじゃないかこうじゃないかってやってること自体が

The very act of saying "not this way, not that way" is...

多分スポーツもそうですし

Maybe it's the same with sports.

それより先の人生でもすごいプラスになることだと思うので

I think it will be a great plus even in the life beyond that.

やっぱりそこは結構常に意識しつつ

After all, that is something I am quite always aware of.

関わっていけたらなと思ってます

I hope to be involved.

自己ベストという考え方

The concept of a personal best.

そうですね

That's right.

他人と比較よりやっぱり自分史上最高ですよね

Rather than comparing yourself to others, it's about being the best version of yourself.

もうその先に価値があれば

If there is value beyond that.

ベストだなとは思うので

I think it's the best.

結局伸び続けたらいつかは

If it keeps growing, someday...

ある程度のとこにはたどり着くし

You can reach a certain point.

これまでの結果よりもより良い結果っていうのは

A better result than what has been achieved so far.

やっぱりその自己ベストの先にやっぱり出てくると思うんで

I think that the best version of yourself will ultimately emerge beyond that.

それが人それぞれやっぱり違うだけで

That's just different for everyone.

目指すとこはみんな一緒かなと思う

I think we all have the same goal.

なんかよくありがちなのが

Something that's often seen is

この指導者目線で

From the perspective of this leader.

こいつは使えるこいつは使えないとか

This one is useful, this one is not useful.

その中をチームの中で

Among the team.

振り落とされて

Shaken off.

パーツで振り落とされて

Shaken off by the parts.

残った優秀な何人かが

Some of the remaining outstanding individuals

レギュラーで

As a regular.

残りの子は使えないっていう

The remaining child cannot be used.

なんか見られ方をして

It feels like I'm being watched.

その子たちの指導が行き渡らない世界が多いんですけど

There are many worlds where guidance for those children does not reach.

ファイト学院だと

It's a fight academy.

全員が自己ベストを目指した方がいいよねっていう

It's better if everyone aims for their personal best, right?

考え方なんですよね

It's a way of thinking.

本当にですしなんか

It's really sushi and stuff.

試合に出る出ないももちろん

Of course, whether or not to participate in the match.

やっぱり出るに越したことはないですけど

It's definitely better to go out if you can.

やっぱり出てる選手を応援したいっていう

I want to support the players who are actually competing.

そもそもそういうマインドになってるかどうかとか

In the first place, whether or not one has that kind of mindset.

自分の立場って何なのって

What is my position?

例えばですけど

For example,

試合に出るだけじゃなくて

It's not just about participating in the match.

応援たくさんするとか

Like giving a lot of support.

その中で選手も力もらってるよっていう

Among them, the players are also getting strength.

この環境ってすごく大事かなと思ってて

I think this environment is really important.

やっぱり自分がここにいていいんだとか

I really feel like I belong here.

自分はこういうことで貢献できるんだとか

I can contribute in ways like this.

チームにそもそも貢献したいなって思う気持ちとか

The feeling of wanting to contribute to the team in the first place.

そういうところが

That's the kind of place.

育ってると

As it grows up

多分そういう環境にはならないかなっていうのは

I don't think that kind of environment will happen.

思うので

Because I think so.

そういう環境づくりってすごい大事かなと思うんです

I think creating such an environment is really important.

まさにその通りですね

That's exactly right.

ぜひ人間が大きくなっていく過程の中で

Certainly, in the process of human growth and development.

競技成績も上がっていくっていうことが

It means that the competition results will also improve.

もっともっと広がったらいいなと思います
