これはどういう意味でどういう活動されてるんですか

What does this mean and what kind of activities are being conducted?

そうですねまず意味からいきますと

残さず食べようの力で

With the power of eating everything without leaving anything behind.

やっぱりそのまま

その食育って難しいものじゃなくて

残さず食べようとか昔から言われてたことを

基本的なことをやればいいんじゃないみたいな意味でつけました

高校生の食の

High school students' food

体験プログラムをやっておりまして

We are conducting体验 programs.

食育とキャリア教育と農業体験を組み合わせたような形で

In a form that combines dietary education, career education, and agricultural experiences.

ファームトゥーテーブルっていう形でですね

It's in the form of farm-to-table.

まず畑に行く

First, go to the field.

そこが一番最初のスタートで

That's where the very first start was.

そこから6時化っていう

From there, it's called 6 o'clock.

加工するっていう商品開発して

Develop a product that involves processing.

自分たちで作って自分たちで販売して

We create it ourselves and sell it ourselves.

っていうのを地元の農業の方に

I said that to the local farmers.

その生産者とか

That producer or something.

いろんな大人と関わって

Involved with various adults.

結果地元が好きになるみたいな

It seems like I ended up loving my hometown.

そうやって農家さんのところに行くと

When you go to the farmer's place like that,

食べ物をもっと大事に

って思いがやっぱり出てきますよね

私は6年前に札幌から七重町に移住したんですけど

I moved from Sapporo to Nanae Town six years ago.

このプログラム自体は札幌で

もう7年8年ぐらい前に始めていて

I started about 7 or 8 years ago.

それは札幌のメンバーが今も続けていまして

The members from Sapporo are still continuing that now.

私の方は今道南でまた新たに立ち上げてやってるので

I am currently starting something new in the southern part of the area.

今道南の方は七重高校で

Now, in the southern part, at Nanae High School.

一律函館高校とか

Uniform Hakodate High School, or something like that.

結構いろんな高校が少人数で混ざって

Various high schools are mixed together in small groups.

今やってますね

I'm doing it now.

高校内でやってるんですか?

Are you doing it inside the high school?

いやもうなので個人参加っていう形で

Well, I suppose I'll participate individually then.

ただ先生がすごい協力してくれて

It's just that the teacher is really cooperating.

生徒さん呼びかけてくれたりとか

Calling out to the students, or something like that.

イベントにも来てくれたりとか

Like coming to events and such.

あくまでも個人的な感じでやってます

I'm doing it purely on a personal basis.

今年からトライアルでやろうと思っているのが

この地域文化づくりボックスっていうものでして

道南ってすごいおいしいものがいっぱいあって

すごい生産者がいっぱいいるんで

There are so many amazing producers.

それを組み合わせたものをお送りする

ただ食べ物を買うんじゃなくて

めちゃくちゃおいしいものが届いて

高校生の授業を応援できるっていう

ようなものがあって

そういうような仕組みにしまして

ただ買うよりおいしいものが届いて

年に4回一応予定してるんですけど

We are tentatively planning to do it four times a year.

例えば1回目は素材が届くんですけど

2回目はそれのちょっと加工した試作品が届いて

3回目はさらにちょっとブラッシュアップした

What inspired you to start this food venture?

きっかけはですね

The trigger was...

最初は私は子育て応援のところから

At first, I started from a place that supports raising children.

入ってました

It was included.

今子供が3人いるんですけど

I currently have three children.

長男生まれた時に

When the eldest son was born.

22年前なので

It's been 22 years.

やっぱりその

I knew it, that...

仕事と子育ての両立っていうのが

Balancing work and raising children is...

まだまだ今ほどなくて

Not quite yet.

なんかもう子連れでどこ行っていいか

I don't really know where to go with the kids anymore.

わかんないし

I don't understand.

行けるところって言ったら

If we talk about places I can go to

区役所とか区民センターとか

Ward office or community center.

児童館

児童館なんて今まで

I've never been to a children's center before.

お世話になったことないじゃないですか

でもそういうとこしか行くときに

当時はねなくて

でなんて閉鎖的なんだと思って

自分のモチベーションにしてるものって何かありますか

Is there something that motivates you?

でも多分いろいろ

これとこれ合わせてこうなってみたいに

妄想するのが多分すごい好きなんだ

I probably really love to fantasize.

と思うんですよね

ただ一時期コープ札幌の仕事を

ずっとやらせてもらってた時は

When I was allowed to do it for a long time,

ちょっとまあ今思うと

ちょっとアグラ書いてたかなみたいな

I was just wondering if I was writing an agura (a style of sitting).

今思うと

Now that I think about it

なんか安定しちゃうって

今一人なんですけど

今の方が本当に自由にできるので

I can really do whatever I want now.

お金はないけど

I don't have any money, but...

なんか今の方が楽しいなっていうのはちょっとあってですね

I feel like I'm having more fun now, somehow.

さっきのやりがいとかじゃないですけど

It's not about the sense of fulfillment from earlier, but...

自分の好きなこと

自分の好きなようにやれるので

最近51になって

I recently turned 51.

やっと自分は営業が好きなんではないかと

I finally think that I actually like sales.

みんなに言うと今頃気づいたのですごい

そうすると自分の得意分野をどうやって活かせるかなって考えた時に

When I think about how I can leverage my strengths,

やっぱりずっと今までやってきた

After all, I've been doing this all along.

その生産者の6時間のお手伝いっていうところを

"That six-hour assistance for the producer..."

今やってるその高校生と一緒に企画して

Now I'm planning it together with that high school student I'm working with.

And

作る製造を

Manufacturing to create

障害のある人たちがいる施設に製造を委託すれば

If we outsource manufacturing to facilities that support people with disabilities,

その彼らの仕事にもなって

It has also become their job.

それでできた商品を私が営業していくっていうのを

So, I will be handling the sales of the product that was created.

今これじゃないかと思っています

I think it's this right now.

あとは個人的にはずっと将来陶芸家になるって

Personally, I want to become a ceramic artist in the future.

ずっと言い続けてて

I've been saying it all along.

もう51じゃんみたいな感じなんですけど

It feels like I'm already 51, you know?

そういう夢も持ちつつ

While holding such dreams

それがほんとやっとできてきて

どんどんその製造をお願いできるようになっていきたいなっていう

そうするとさっきおっしゃってた自分のモチベーションが上がるんですよね

なんか自分が考えて自分が作ったものって

なんか謙遜しちゃってもっと上があるだろうと思って

I kind of feel like you’re being humble, but I think there’s more to you than that.
