今日はある労働組合に起きた事件について考えたいと思います

I would like to think about an incident that occurred with a certain labor union today.

舞台は労働組合

The stage is the labor union.

去年百貨店池袋西部ストーを行った休業したというようなニュースがあったり

労働組合というのは日常の中に確かに存在していて

Labor unions certainly exist within our daily lives.

いろいろな場面で影響があるのだなということは分かるんですけれども

僕が子供の頃には例えば運輸系ですね

When I was a child, for example, in the transportation sector.

物を運んだり人を運んだり電車が外で止まるとか

そうしたニュースを見たり聞いたりすることはありましたが

私が社会に出てから外で電車が止まって通勤できない

今日取り上げるその関西生コン事件

The Kansai concrete incident that I will discuss today.

その関西生コンというものなんですけども

It's about that Kansai ready-mixed concrete.

正式名称が非常に長くてですね

The official name is quite long.

全日本建設運輸連帯労働組合関西地区

All Japan Construction Transport Solidarity Labor Union Kansai Region

関西生コン支部

Kansai Ready-Mixed Concrete Branch

これはコンクリートミキサー社の吉田さん

This is Mr. Yoshida from the concrete mixer company.

運転手の皆さんの労働組合

Drivers' labor union.

この関西生コン

我々今関西生コンと呼んでますけれども
