三方海に囲まれているんですよね

でムツワンがあるでしょ

美味しいお魚たちがあると思うんですが

僕もちょっと前に青森行った時に

I went to Aomori a little while ago.

ホタテいただいたんですけど

めちゃくちゃ美味かったんですよね

日本を代表する

水産圏ともいえるのが青森ですが

若手の漁師の方だったりとか

どういった背景から生まれたんですか

What background gave rise to it?

僕たち自身ですね

自分たちのところで

捕れて魚を広めようと

ここに葛藤を続けてきたんですが

昨年県の水産振興課さんに

Last year, to the Fisheries Promotion Division of the prefecture.

出荷してされた

地域が何回というのがあったんですけど

そこで県内各地の

漁師さんたちが集って

これ漁師さんだけじゃないというのも

面白いなと思ったんですが

今何名いらっしゃるんでしたっけ

今全部で7名いまして

漁師が5名と

流通業界の経験者が

あと水産の加工業者が1名になります

もともと違う畑なんですもんね

私自身は東京の方で

営業とか核とかをやっている人間でした

I was a person involved in sales and nuclear matters.

じゃあもともとの地元ではない

Well, it's not originally from my hometown.

そもそも青森にいらしたきっかけって

What brought you to Aomori in the first place?

何だったんですか

What was that?

もともと実体コンサルとか

Originally, concrete consulting or...

食品会社さんのコンサルをやっている会社にいまして

I am working at a company that provides consulting services to food companies.

それで

六ヶ所村さんからお声がかかって

I received an invitation from Rokkasho Village.

1人3名のブランド化をしてほしい

I want each person to be branded as three individuals.

っていうオーダーを

That's the order.

2016年ぐらいに受けたんですけど

I took it around 2016.

そこから岡島さんに

From there, to Okajima-san.

3年ぐらい毎月通わせていただいて

I've been attending for about three years every month.

そのプロジェクトで出会ったのは

What I encountered in that project was

今オブジェンガガンっていう会社が

There's a company called Objen Gangan.

一緒にやってる橋本っていう漁師なんですけど

The fisherman named Hashimoto, who is working with us.

彼が漁師なんですけど

He is a fisherman.

仲買いの資格も取れるっていうタイミングで

It's a timing where I can also get the qualifications for a brokerage.

一緒にちょっと会社作ろうっていうので

I thought we could start a little company together.

そこで初めて私は4年前に

That was the first time I... four years ago.

水産の世界に飛び込んで移住しようとなって

I decided to dive into the world of fisheries and move.

今六ヶ所村にいます

I am currently in Rokkasho Village.

青森ウォーズ立ち上げられて

Aomori Wars has been launched.

今具体的にはどういったことされてるんですか

What are you specifically doing now?

僕ら自身漁業をしながら

While we ourselves are engaged in fishing.

魚を広めるっていう活動を始めてるんですけど

I'm starting an initiative to promote fish.

これからは漁業だけじゃなくて

From now on, not just fishing...

海漁っていう形に捉え方を変えていけたらなと思ってまして

I hope we can change our perspective to see it as a form of ocean fishing.

魚釣り体験とか魚食普及とか

Fishing experiences and promoting fish consumption.

海に関わるもの全てを広める取り組みを

An initiative to spread everything related to the ocean.

始めていけたらなと思ってます

"I hope to be able to get started."

これ漁師の姿を若い世代に見せていくっていうような

This is about showing the image of fishermen to the younger generation.

どこかに終わりですか

やっぱり漁師はかっこいいんだっていうところを

どこか見せていってですね

若い人向けにで儲かるんだっていうところを

見せていけばきっと若い人も漁師に憧れるような

If we show them, surely young people will also come to admire fishermen.

形になってくれるんじゃないかなと思ってます

どういったことをしながら漁業の未来を変えていこうと思われてるんですか

これからは漁師自身が

自分たちの魚を

Our fish.

これはやっぱり水産資源っていう風に捉えて

This is definitely perceived as a fishery resource.

今まで以上に鮮度とか価値構造に対する取り組みを行いながら

While making efforts towards freshness and value structure more than ever before,

自分たちで漁家工場を目指してですね

We aim to become a fishing family factory on our own.

水産の未来を自分たちで明るく変えていけるようにしていきたいと思っています

I want to work towards a future in fisheries that we can brightly change ourselves.

海からいただいた資源であるっていうことを考えながら

While thinking about the fact that it is a resource obtained from the sea.

漁獲のことも考えながら漁業に従事していく

Engaging in fishing while considering the catch.

これでも大きく見れば自然を大切にするっていうことの

When viewed from a broader perspective, this is about valuing nature.

一歩なのかもしれないですね

本当にこの取り組みの前に

Before this initiative, really.

私自身も水産の卸しをする会社を立ち上げて

I also started a company that wholesales seafood.

やればやるほどに楽しさとワクワクしか感じなかったです

The more I did it, the more I only felt joy and excitement.

なるほど

これを感じるから続けてるところもあって

That's part of the reason why I keep going, because I feel this.

これだけ楽しいとかワクワクを感じるならば

If I feel this much fun and excitement, then...

絶対明るい未来しかないなって思ってるんで

I definitely believe that there is only a bright future ahead.
